众所周知,目前控制体重的方式种类包括药物减肥、脱水瘦身、吸脂减重、控制饮食等,其中:肥药的副作用主要是影响胃肠道消化吸收,出现如大便次数增多、腹胀、腹痛等不适症状。另外还有一些保健品类减肥药,也主要是一般的胃肠道刺激症状。最后一些违禁减肥药的副作用非常严重,除了一般的副作用外,还可能会引起心血管问题,如瓣膜病、心衰、高血压、脑血管病等严重副作用都存在着呕吐、腹痛腹泻、虚弱、营养不良、体重回升等等副作用,缺少健康的体重管理营养产品。吸脂减重虽然能达到减肥的效果,但是人体内潜在的代谢紊乱仍然得不到改善,这是这个手术最致命的地方,因为患者还有可能会并发代谢类的疾病。、脱水瘦身其本质就是使身体脱水,控制身体的摄水量,喝水少就会诱发各种疾病,使身体抵抗力差。控制饮食减重虽然可取,类似于饥饿疗法,减少食物的摄入,这种减肥方法很容易导致胃部胀气、胀痛、食欲不振等不适,长时间如此很容易引起胃下垂,严重的还可能导致内脏下垂,最主要的是,通过控制饮食虽然能控制体重,但人体每天所需的脂肪、以及微量元素等的吸收不足,同样引体身体机能不足,易诱发疾病。
最好的控制体重的方式是增加运动量,不仅能控制体重而且还能增强抵抗力,但是随着现代生活节奏的加快及工作、社交的压力,通过增加运动量控制体重已经成为大部分人的一种奢求。

步骤二、将植物油脂加入搅拌器中搅拌均匀;
步骤三、在另一搅拌容器中加入低聚麦芽糖、酪蛋白酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、甘油脂肪酸脂,以1.6Kg/min的流量加入56-60℃的饮用水使其搅拌溶解,得到混合溶液;
步骤四、将步骤二获得的搅拌后的植物油脂、及步骤三获得的混合溶液混合搅拌均匀,得到浆料;
步骤五、将步骤四获得的浆料进行喷雾干燥,得到复配植物油微囊粉末;
步骤六、将步骤五获得的复配植物油微囊粉末添加二氧化硅均匀混合得到一种用于控制体重的复配植物油微囊粉。

所述植物油脂是由精制椰子油、红花籽油、亚麻籽油组成,其重量配比是28:22:8。
所述甘油脂肪酸脂是双甘油脂肪酸酯、单甘油脂肪酸酯中的一种。

做为本发明的优选实施例,分别称取280Kg的精制椰子油、220Kg的红花籽油、80Kg的亚麻籽油,倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到580Kg的植物油脂;分别称取150Kg的低聚麦芽糖、200Kg的酪蛋白酸钠、40Kg的三聚磷酸钠、15Kg的甘油脂肪酸脂,将其倒入另一容器中一以1.6Kg/min的流量加入56-60℃的饮用水使其搅拌溶解,得到混合溶液;将得到580Kg的植物油脂和混合溶液搅拌均均得到浆料;将浆料喷雾干燥,得到复配植物油微囊粉末;再称取15Kg的二氧化硅将得到的复配植物油微囊粉末均匀混合得到一种用于控制体重的复配植物油微囊粉。
实施例2
将实施1得到的一种用于控制体重的复配植物油微囊粉,称取15g加入到60℃以下的温水或固体饮料或果汁或牛奶中的任意其一中溶解饮用,其控制体重效果更佳、口感更好、吸收率更高。
