显示器116基本上是平坦的且为具有顶表面150、底表面152和周边边缘154的矩形形状。显示器116配置为具有一定厚度,使得显示器116的边缘154插入保持构件126的凹部128中以固定至显示器安装座112。底表面152配置为限定通道156,以至少部分地包围导光元件136和上部光源134。底表面152还配置为限定用于电线160的导管158和用于接收肋132的周向凹槽162。诸如粘合剂的结合材料165设置在凹槽162内,以将显示器116固定到显示器安装座112的上表面118。在其他实施例中,显示器116可以使用任何合适的材料或工艺(包括但不限于胶带、焊接、紧固件等)固定至显示器安装座112。
显示器116包括沿通道156的顶部延伸的装饰元件,例如防擦板164。防擦板164包括与导光元件136的顶表面142对准的开口166。开口166可以被配置为期望的标记,例如徽标、设计、字母、数字、符号或其他标记。来自导光元件136的出射光通过开口166发射,从而照亮标记。
壳体102的下部106包括基本上圆柱形的筒170,其从显示器安装座112的下表面120向下延伸。筒170配置为接收下部光源172和透镜组件174。下部光源172固定至透镜组件174的顶部且定位为通过透镜组件174发射光并以聚焦光图案176引导出射光到表面177上。
下部光源172包括安装到基板178的发光装置。下部光源172可以是发光二极管(LED)。可选地,下部光源172可以是发射单色白光的单色LED灯。替代地,下部光源172可以是三色红绿蓝(RGB LED,其配置为能够发射红光、绿光、蓝光,和/或它们的组合以产生许多不同的颜色和光影。在替代实施例中,代替LED,下部光源172可以是白炽灯泡、紧凑型荧光灯(CFL)灯泡等。上部光源#配置为向导光元件136发射光。
下部光源172可操作地联接到光引擎。光引擎包括驱动器、控制器、诸如电池的电源,和/或相关联的电路,用于控制由下部光源172产生的光的光学特性。驱动器、控制器、电源,和/或相关电路中的至少一些可以嵌入或以其他方式包含在(PCB)上。光引擎经由电引线和/或电线接收电力和/或控制信号,该电引线和/或电线远程地延伸以连接到车辆中的远程电源和/或控制器。光引擎可以结合到操作下部光源172的开关。尽管在所示实施例中,一个下部光源172与每个光引擎相关联,但是在其他实施例中,单个光引擎可以控制多个光源的操作。例如,单个光引擎可以控制下部光源172和上部光源134的操作。
透镜组件174包括成嵌套布置的准直仪180、辅助透镜182和下部构件184,其插入筒170中。透镜组件174还包括设置在筒170的端部中的透镜186。
准直仪180包括圆柱形部分188,其在上端处具有外缘190,使得准直仪可以嵌套在辅助透镜182内。准直仪180配置使得来自下部光源172的入射光被衍射和折射以形成作为射出到辅助透镜182的出射光的准直光束。
辅助透镜182包括圆柱形部分183,其在上端处具有外缘185,使得辅助透镜可以嵌套在下部构件184内。辅助透镜修改通过透镜组件174的光的属性,例如焦距。在替代实施例中,辅助透镜不包含在透镜组件174中。
下部构件184包括圆柱形部分192,其在上端处具有外缘194和沉孔196。下部构件184还包括具有孔口200的底表面198。孔口200配置为从准直仪180接收入射光并通过孔口200发射光以形成预定图像或标记。
设置在筒170的端部中的透镜186从下部构件184接收出射光并在第二方向202上将出射光发射到表面177上。从下部构件184通过透镜186的出射光被衍射和/或折射,并以聚焦光图案作为出射光从透镜186离开或射出。透镜186由诸如玻璃或丙烯酸的透光材料构成。透镜186可以是透光和透明的,或者至少是半透明的,以允许光的透射。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于车辆的电气装置(100),包括:
壳体(102),具有显示器安装座(112)和透镜筒(170);
上部光源(134),附接到所述壳体的显示器安装座以发射上部光;
导光元件(136),安装到所述壳体的显示器安装座且与所述上部光源对准,以接收所述上部光并在第一发射方向(140)上引导出射光;
显示器(116),附接至所述壳体的显示器安装座且与所述导光元件对准以接收所述出射光来照明所述显示器;
下部光源(172),附接至所述壳体的透镜筒以发射下部光;以及
透镜组件(174),附接至所述壳体的透镜筒,所述透镜组件配置为从所述下部光源接收下部光并在不同于所述第一发射方向的第二发射方向上引导出射光。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),其中,所述透镜组件(174)包括准直仪(180),其附接到所述壳体(102)的透镜筒(170),所述准直仪配置为从所述下部光源(172)接收下部光并改变从所述下部光源接收的入射光的方向,使得从所述准直仪射出的出射光是准直光束;以及
透镜元件,附接到所述壳体的透镜筒,所述透镜元件配置为从所述准直仪接收所述准直光束并引导所述准直光束对准目标。
3.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),其中,所述透镜组件(174)包括辅助透镜(182),其附接到所述壳体(102)的透镜筒(170)且配置为从所述下部光源(172)接收所述下部光并修改所述下部光的属性。
4.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),还包括附接到所述壳体(102)的透镜筒(170)的下部构件(184),所述下部构件具有孔口(200),其配置为引导所述下部光以形成预定图像。
5.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),其中,所述上部光源(134)设置在所述导光元件(136)的端部附近,且还包括辅助上部光源,其附接至所述壳体(102)的显示器安装座(112)且设置在所述导光元件的相对端附近。
6.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),还包括光驱动器,其电联接到所述上部光源(134)和所述下部光源(172)以控制其操作,所述光驱动器从所述车辆接收控制信号以操作所述上部光源和所述下部光源。
7.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),还包括光驱动器,其具有来自所述车辆的输入,电联接到第一印刷电路板和第二印刷电路板,所述上部光源(134)电联接到所述第一印刷电路板,且所述下部光源(172)电联接到所述第二印刷电路板。
8.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),其中,所述下部光源(172)设置在所述导光元件(136)正下方,所述下部光源配置为向下引导光,且所述导光元件配置为向上引导光。
9.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),其中,所述导光元件(136)发射漫射光图案以使所述显示器(116)背光。
10.如权利要求1所述的电气装置(100),其中所述下部光源(172)发射聚焦光图案。
