Claims (5)
1. A polypeptide composition for repairing damaged skin is characterized by comprising the following components (in percentage by mass): 7-9 parts of fish collagen peptide, 5-7 parts of bioactive peptide, 4-6 parts of ceramide, 4-6 parts of resveratrol, 8-10 parts of antioxidant, 6-8 parts of betaine, 15-17 parts of plant extract, 8-10 parts of glycerol and 35-37 parts of purified water.
2. The polypeptide composition for repairing damaged skin according to claim 1, wherein: the bioactive peptide is one or more of lactopeptide, antibacterial peptide and ovalbumin.
3. The polypeptide composition for repairing damaged skin according to claim 2, wherein: the antioxidant is one or more of glutathione, superoxide dismutase, uric acid and carotene.
4. The polypeptide composition for repairing damaged skin according to claim 3, wherein: the plant extract is one or more of cactus extract, aloe extract and grape seed extract.
5. The method for preparing the polypeptide composition for repairing damaged skin according to claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing purified water and glycerin by an electronic scale according to the weight, adding the weighed purified water and glycerin into an emulsifying pot, stirring for 5-7 minutes by the emulsifying pot, and mixing the glycerin and the purified water;
s2, weighing the fish collagen peptide, the bioactive peptide and the ceramide by an electronic scale according to the weight, adjusting the temperature of an emulsifying pot to 50-52 ℃, stirring at the speed of 50 r/min, sequentially adding the weighed fish collagen peptide, the bioactive peptide and the ceramide into the emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10-12 minutes by the emulsifying pot;
s3, weighing betaine and plant extracts by an electronic scale according to the weight, adjusting the temperature of an emulsifying pot to 60-62 ℃, stirring at the speed of 60 r/min, sequentially adding the weighed fish betaine and plant extracts into the emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10-12 min by the emulsifying pot;
s4, weighing resveratrol and an antioxidant by an electronic scale according to the weight, adjusting the temperature of an emulsifying pot to 80-85 ℃, stirring at the speed of 40 r/min, sequentially adding the weighed resveratrol and the antioxidant into the emulsifying pot, stirring for 30-35 min by the emulsifying pot, adjusting the temperature of the emulsifying pot to the normal temperature state, continuously stirring at the speed of 40 r/min until the temperature of the mixed liquid in the emulsifying pot is reduced to the normal temperature state, discharging, and sterilizing the discharged mixed liquid, thereby obtaining the polypeptide composition for repairing the damaged skin.
