Abstract
本发明公开一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食,由以下比例重量的材料组成:蛹虫草粉1.5‑3g;薏米粉3‑5g;茯苓粉1‑3g;红小豆粉2‑5g;葛根粉1‑3g;肉桂粉0.5‑3g;山药粉4‑5g;复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉1.5‑3g、樱桃粉2‑4g和葡萄籽粉1.5‑3g)8‑10g;复合维生素0.01‑1g;复合矿物质0.01‑1g和甜味剂0.5‑1g。本发明以药食同源、新资源食品为原料,现代食品加工技术为基础,添加有助于降低尿酸、祛风除湿,改善关节炎症的成分及目标人群每日必需的维生素和矿物质。通过抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,减少尿酸的生成,并增加尿酸在尿液中的溶解度,促进尿酸排出。制作工艺简单,无副作用,方便携带和服用。

技术领域
本发明涉及治疗痛风及高尿酸膳食方法技术领域,具体为一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食。
背景技术
我国高尿酸血症患者人数已达1.7亿,其中痛风患者超过8000万人,而且正以每年9.7%的年增长率迅速增加。预计2020年,痛风人数将达到1亿。现今痛风已经成为我国仅次于糖尿病的第二大代谢类疾病,是不可忽视的健康警示。痛风是指遗传性或获得性病因致嘌呤代谢障碍,血尿酸增高伴组织损伤的一组疾病,发病的先决条件是血尿酸增高,尿酸为嘌呤代谢的最终产物,其主要由细胞代谢分解的核酸和其他嘌呤类化合物,以及食物中的嘌呤经酶的作用分解而来。经研究发现,痛风的发生除了具有明显的遗传倾向外,还与很多后天因素如年龄、性别、职业、膳食、肾功能损害肥胖和进食高嘌呤膳食过多有关,如40岁以上较为肥胖的中年男性易患痛风,尤其是不爱运动、进食肉类和蛋白质较多营养过剩的人易患痛风,也可因酗酒、饮食丰富、疲劳、感染、局部受伤等诱发。除痛风本身外,痛风伴随的疾病,如肥胖、高脂血症、糖尿病和高血压等与膳食的关系也十分突出。高尿酸血症分为原发性和继发性,临床营养治疗侧重于原发性。
现代药物的不足:
1、目前市场上治疗痛风的药物有秋水仙碱、糖皮质激素和别嘌呤醇,秋水仙碱是目前治疗痛风尤其是严重急性发作的首选用药之一,其可降低白细胞活动及吞噬作用、减少乳酸形成,由此减少尿酸结晶的沉积、减轻炎症反应而产生止痛作用,但对慢性痛风治疗无效,且不良反应多,常见的恶心、呕吐、腹泻和腹痛等胃肠道反应是严重中毒的前驱症状,过量的秋水仙碱甚至可导致消化道反应,还会对肾、骨髓和肝产生损害。别嘌呤醇是一种黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂,但其具有较严重的不良反应,比如肝肾损害、超敏变态反应、骨髓抑制等,限制了其安全使用;
2、同时对于关节炎症只能通过药物缓解疼痛和病情的恶化,并不能针对关节炎症进行改善,长期服用药物会对其他部位造成损害,关节炎症会滋生相应的抗体,导致药物失去相应的作用;
3、同时现有的药物大多数采取化学方法,不但生产工艺复杂,而且增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食,由以下比例重量的材料组成:蛹虫草粉1.5-3g;薏米粉3-5g;茯苓粉1-3g;红小豆粉2-5g;葛根粉1-3g;肉桂粉0.5-3g;山药粉4-5g;复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉1.5-3g、樱桃粉2-4g和葡萄籽粉1.5-3g)8-10g;复合维生素0.01-1g;复合矿物质0.01-1g和甜味剂0.5-1g。
本膳食中蛹虫草粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的蛹虫草子,挑选除去其中的杂质,将去除杂质后的蛹虫草子进行清洗,在清洗完成后进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎:将步骤S1中干燥完成的蛹虫草子通过相应的研磨装置进行研磨粉碎;
S3、提取过滤:将步骤S2中粉碎的蛹虫粗粉在温度90-100摄氏度的情况下进行提取,提取时量取8倍量的蒸馏水进行提取(提取3次,每次3h,并将提取液体进行混合),随后将提取的滤液在75-80℃,真空度0.06-0.08Mpa的条件下减压浓缩,得到的浸膏用3倍浓缩体积的乙醇进行醇沉;
S4、干燥混合:将步骤S3中提取完成的滤液进行喷雾干燥;
S5、包装:将经过预处理、研磨粉碎、提取过滤和干燥混合的蛹虫草粉进行真空包装。
本膳食中芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽进行除杂,然后分别通过清水清除芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽中的土粒等杂质,然后再通过相应的干燥装置进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎 :将经过步骤S1、预处理的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别通过相应的粉碎装置进行研磨粉碎;
S3、提取过滤:将步骤S2中粉碎的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别在在温度90-100摄氏度的情况下进行提取,提取时量取8倍量的蒸馏水进行提取(提取3次,每次3h,并将提取液体进行混合),随后将提取的滤液在75-80℃,真空度0.06-0.08Mpa的条件下减压浓缩;
S4、干燥混合:将步骤S3中提取过滤的芹菜籽滤液、樱桃滤液和葡萄籽滤液分别添加麦芽糊精喷雾干燥,然后进行灭菌处理;
S5、包装:将经过预处理、研磨粉碎、提取过滤和干燥混合的芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉按照一定比例混合后真空包装。
本膳食各成型材料制备包括以下步骤:
SA、配料:将蛹虫草粉、薏米粉、茯苓粉、红小豆粉、葛根粉、肉桂粉、山药粉、复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉)、复合维生素、复合矿物质和甜味剂等原料分别按照生产领料单规定数量准确称量后备用;
SB、混合:将按照比例备好的各种原料用混料机进行混合,转速10r/min,混料顺序是按照领料单规定数量从少到多,每次混料不低于10min,直到全部加入后混料时间40min,混合后的粉末装于已消毒处理的容器中备用;
步骤SC、分装:用自动颗粒包装机包装,规定为每袋15g,净含量符合《定量包装商品计量监督管理办法》;
步骤SD、包装:将分装所得的半成品袋,按产品包装的数量要求装于纸盒和大箱中,封箱,检验合格后办理入库手续。
本膳食中蛹虫草粉、薏米粉、茯苓粉、红小豆粉、葛根粉、肉桂粉、山药粉、复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉)均选取实时的优质原料。
本膳食中复合矿物质中含有钙、铁和锌等多种人体所需的元素,本膳食中的甜味剂可以选取橙子、橘子、柠檬和菠萝多种口味。
步骤S3、提取过滤过程中乙醇的浓度为80%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中通过加入蛹虫草粉、茯苓粉、葛根粉、肉桂粉、山药粉、复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉)等原料,蛹虫草能降低血清中肌酐、尿酸水平和黄嘌呤氧化酶活性,具有良好的降尿酸作用;茯苓粉含大量茯苓聚糖,另含茯苓酸、蛋白质、胆碱、氨基酸等;葛根素可通过抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,减少尿酸的生成,并增加尿酸在尿液中的溶解度,保持一定的排泄量,从而抑制机体血尿酸水平升高,有益于改善高尿酸血症患者健康状况;山药在中华本草药典中有收录,据记载,山药作为食用时有着补肾的功效,而又是一种中药材,归脾、肺、肾经。补脾养肾,生津益肺,补肾涩精,具有降血脂防心血管疾病、抗炎保肝的作用;芹菜籽中的柯伊利素、木犀草素和芹菜素等黄酮类成分可以显著抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,具有利尿、镇静、抗肿瘤、降血糖、增强机体免疫功能及护肝脏等作用;
2、本发明中通过添加薏米粉、樱桃粉和红小豆粉,薏米粉具有利水去湿、健脾止泻、除痹清热等功效,所含的成分包括脂肪油、薏米仁酯、薏米仁内酯、薏苡多糖、氨基酸、维生素等。具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、血钙及解热、镇静、镇痛作用,薏米能减少尿酸的合成,促进尿酸排出,并能使沉积在关节的尿酸盐重新溶于血液,再通过尿液排到体外;红小豆含有丰富的B族维生素和铁质,还含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、尼克酸等成分,具有清热利尿、祛湿排毒作用;樱桃粉可以促进血液循环,有助尿酸的排泄,能缓解因痛风、关节炎所引起的不适;
3、本发明原料选用药食同源和常见的食物,无副作用,制作工艺简单,方便携带和服用。

一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,本膳食中蛹虫草粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的蛹虫草子,挑选除去其中的杂质,将去除杂质后的蛹虫草子进行清洗,在清洗完成后进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎:将步骤S1中干燥完成的蛹虫草子通过相应的研磨装置进行研磨粉碎;

S1、预处理:选取优质的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽进行除杂,然后分别通过清水清除芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽中的土粒等杂质,然后再通过相应的干燥装置进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎:将经过步骤S1、预处理的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别通过相应的粉碎装置进行研磨粉碎;

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食,由以下比例重量的材料组成:蛹虫草粉1.5g;薏米粉3g;茯苓粉1g;红小豆粉2g;葛根粉1g;肉桂粉0.5g;山药粉4g;复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉1.5g、樱桃粉 5g和葡萄籽粉1.5g)8g;复合维生素0.01g;复合矿物质0.05g和甜味剂0.5g。
一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,本膳食中蛹虫草粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的蛹虫草子,挑选除去其中的杂质,将去除杂质后的蛹虫草子进行清洗,在清洗完成后进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎:将步骤S1中干燥完成的蛹虫草子通过相应的研磨装置进行研磨粉碎;
S3、提取过滤:将步骤S2中粉碎的蛹虫粗粉在温度100摄氏度的情况下进行提取,提取时量取8倍量的蒸馏水进行提取(提取3次,每次3h,并将提取液体进行混合),随后将提取的滤液在80℃,真空度0.08Mpa的条件下减压浓缩,得到的浸膏用3倍浓缩体积的乙醇进行醇沉;
S4、干燥混合:将步骤S3中提取完成的滤液进行喷雾干燥;
S5、包装:将经过预处理、研磨粉碎、提取过滤和干燥混合的蛹虫草粉进行真空包装。
优选的,本膳食中芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽进行除杂,然后分别通过清水清除芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽中的土粒等杂质,然后再通过相应的干燥装置进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎:将经过步骤S1、预处理的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别通过相应的粉碎装置进行研磨粉碎;
S3、提取过滤:将步骤S2中粉碎的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别在在温度100摄氏度的情况下进行提取,提取时量取8倍量的蒸馏水进行提取(提取3次,每次3h,并将提取液体进行混合),随后将提取的滤液在80℃,真空度0.08Mpa的条件下减压浓缩;
S4、干燥混合:将步骤S3中提取过滤的芹菜籽滤液、樱桃滤液和葡萄籽滤液分别添加麦芽糊精喷雾干燥,然后进行灭菌处理;
S5、包装:将经过预处理、研磨粉碎、提取过滤和干燥混合的芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉按一定比例混合后真空包装。
优选的,本膳食中蛹虫草粉、薏米粉、茯苓粉、红小豆粉、葛根粉、肉桂粉、山药粉、复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉)均选取实时的优质原料。
优选的,本膳食中复合矿物质中含有钙、铁和锌等多种人体所需的元素、本膳食中的甜味剂可以选取菠萝多种口味。
优选的,步骤S3、提取过滤过程中乙醇的浓度为80%。

在本发明中,同时结合表1,添加有薏米粉,薏米能减少尿酸的合成,促进尿酸排出,并能使沉积在关节的尿酸盐重新溶于血液,再通过尿液排到体外;添加红豆粉,红豆中有比较多的皂角甙,对肠道有刺激作用,因此可以很好的利尿、解毒、解酒,对患有心脏病、肾病以及水肿的患者有辅助改善的作用;蛹虫草能降低血清中肌酐、尿酸水平和黄嘌呤氧化酶活性,具有良好的降尿酸作用;葛根素可通过抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,从而减少尿酸的生成,并增加尿酸在尿液中的溶解度,保持一定的排泄量,从而抑制机体的血尿酸水平升高,有益于改善高尿酸血症患者健康状况;肉桂对于胰岛素的功能具有改善作用,可以帮助转运葡萄糖,进而达到降低体内血糖水平的作用;芹菜籽中的柯伊利素、木犀草素和芹菜素等黄酮类成分可以显著抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性;樱桃粉和葡萄籽中的原花青素具有非常强的体内活性,抗自由基氧化能力是维生素E的50倍,维生素C的20倍,本膳食添加具有抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶,减少尿酸合成,促进尿酸排泄,保护肝脏、增强机体免疫力的功效成分,可以促进血液循环,有助尿酸的排泄,能缓解因痛风、关节炎所引起的不适,对于痛风及高尿酸人群具有显著改善,原料选用药食同源和常见的食物,无副作用,制作工艺简单,方便携带和服用。

Claims (7)
1.一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食,其特征在于:由以下比例重量的材料组成:蛹虫草粉1.5-3g;薏米粉3-5g;茯苓粉1-3g;红小豆粉2-5g;葛根粉1-3g;肉桂粉0.5-3g;山药粉4-5g;复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉1.5-3g、樱桃粉2-4g和葡萄籽粉1.5-3g)8-10g;复合维生素0.01-1g;复合矿物质0.01-1g和甜味剂0.5-1g。
2.一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,其特征在于:本膳食中蛹虫草粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的蛹虫草子,挑选除去其中的杂质,将去除杂质后的蛹虫草子进行清洗,在清洗完成后进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎:将步骤S1中干燥完成的蛹虫草子通过相应的研磨装置进行研磨粉碎;
S3、提取过滤:将步骤S2中粉碎的蛹虫粗粉在温度90-100摄氏度的情况下进行提取,提取时量取8倍量的蒸馏水进行提取(提取3次,每次3h,并将提取液体进行混合),随后将提取的滤液在75-80℃,真空度0.06-0.08Mpa的条件下减压浓缩,得到的浸膏用3倍浓缩体积的乙醇进行醇沉;
S4、干燥混合:将步骤S3中提取完成的滤液进行喷雾干燥;
S5、包装:将经过预处理、研磨粉碎、提取过滤和干燥混合的蛹虫草粉进行真空包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,其特征在于:本膳食中芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:选取优质的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽进行除杂,然后分别通过清水清除芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽中的土粒等杂质,再通过相应的干燥装置进行干燥;
S2、研磨粉碎 :将经过步骤S1、预处理的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别通过相应的粉碎装置进行研磨粉碎;
S3、提取过滤:将步骤S2中粉碎的芹菜籽、樱桃和葡萄籽分别在温度90-100摄氏度的情况下进行提取,提取时量取8倍量的蒸馏水进行提取(提取3次,每次3h,并将提取液体进行混合),随后将提取的滤液在75-80℃,真空度0.06-0.08Mpa的条件下减压浓缩;
S4、干燥混合:将步骤S3中提取过滤的芹菜籽滤液、樱桃滤液和葡萄籽滤液分别添加麦芽糊精喷雾干燥,然后进行灭菌处理;
S5、包装:将经过预处理、研磨粉碎、提取过滤和干燥混合的芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉按照一定比例混合后进行真空包装。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,其特征在于:本膳食各成型材料制备包括以下步骤:
SA、配料:将蛹虫草粉、薏米粉、茯苓粉、红小豆粉、葛根粉、肉桂粉、山药粉、复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉)、复合维生素、复合矿物质和甜味剂等原料分别按照生产领料单规定数量准确称量后备用;
SB、混合:将按照比例备好的各种原料用混料机进行混合,转速10r/min,混料顺序是按照领料单规定数量从少到多,每次混料不低于10min,直到全部加入后混料时间40min,混合后的粉末装于已消毒处理的容器中备用;
步骤SC、分装:用自动颗粒包装机包装,规定为每袋15g,净含量符合《定量包装商品计量监督管理办法》;
步骤SD、包装:将分装所得的半成品袋,按产品包装的数量要求装于纸盒和大箱中,封箱,检验合格后办理入库手续。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,其特征在于:本膳食中蛹虫草粉、薏米粉、茯苓粉、红小豆粉、葛根粉、肉桂粉、山药粉、复合果蔬粉(芹菜籽粉、樱桃粉和葡萄籽粉)均选取实时的优质原料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食,其特征在于:本膳食中复合矿物质中含有钙、铁和锌等多种人体所需的元素,本膳食中的甜味剂可以选取橙子、橘子、柠檬和菠萝多种口味。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种适宜痛风及高尿酸人群食用的膳食生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3、提取过滤过程中乙醇的浓度为80%。
