Abstract
本发明公开了一种健脾祛湿组合物,由下列重量份组分原料制成:薏苡仁45‑55、茯苓15‑25、针叶樱桃35‑45、芡实5‑15,矫味剂和/或辅料适量。本发明将薏苡仁、茯苓、樱桃、芡实四者合用,补脾益肾以增强脾肾功能,促进消化吸收,减少尿酸生成;祛湿泄浊以增强新陈代谢,促进排泄,使尿酸得以排出体外。本发明的组合物在健脾祛湿降尿酸的功能性食品、保健食品或药品方面有很好的应用。本发明的组合物降尿酸效果明显,既是食用佳品又是健脾祛湿降尿酸的良药。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药食同源类产品领域,具体涉及一种健脾祛湿组合物及其加工方法及在高尿酸人群(含痛风人群)降尿酸中的应用。
技术背景
在现代快节奏的生活中,加上生活条件的改善,饮食不规律或饮食过于油腻,导致脾失健运,水湿内停生内湿,进一步影响到人体代谢,高尿酸人群不断上升,严重的影响到人们的健康。
高尿酸血症中医文献并无明确记载,综合历代医家的论述,将高尿酸血症归属于中医“痹证”、“历节”、“尿浊”等范畴。多数学者认为高尿酸血症多因食肥甘厚腻、湿热之品,致脾失健运、湿热痰浊内生而发;其机制为本虚标实,病位主要在脾肾两脏:气虚阳弱,脾肾功能失调,感受风、寒、湿等外邪,引发内生痰湿瘀浊之邪入血成患;湿浊之邪壅滞血脉,致代谢异常,而引起包括高尿酸血症在内等多种疾病的发生。此时脏腑功能失调,或先天肾之不足,或后天脾之不调,脾之运化无力,肾之主水失调,致使“湿浊”、“痰瘀”等病理产物作用于人体,形成湿浊内生,痰瘀内停的诸多临床表现。因此,在本病的调治上,应注重标本兼顾,多以补脾益肾、祛湿泄浊排酸等为基本大法。
中医认为“肾为先天之本”,人之生长、发育、生殖、衰老,均关系到肾,因此,“肾无实证”,肾病的本质多属于虚。同时,肾阴肾阳都要源源不断地得到后天脾胃化生气血的充养。“脾为后天之本”,当胃气失降时,必定没有食欲,吃不下食物;当脾气亏虚时,必定无力运化,进食难消。如此,气血生化缺乏了源头,其他脏腑尤其肾精就无法得到充养,身体就很虚弱。中医名家李东垣认为“元气(肾气)之充足,皆由脾胃之气无所伤,而后能滋养元气。若胃气之本弱,饮食自倍,则脾胃之气既伤,而元气亦不能充,而诸病之所由生也”。“脾主运化”、“肾主开合又主水”。脾肾亏虚,脾失运化水湿;肾失开合,不能蒸腾,气化失职,都可引起水湿内停而生内湿。内湿是一种病理产物,常与消化功能有关。若体虚消化不良或暴饮暴食,吃过多油腻、甜食,那么脾就不能正常地“运化”而使“水湿内停”;且脾虚的人也易招来外湿的入侵,外湿也常困阻脾胃使湿从内生,所以两者是既独立又关联的,无论外湿、內湿,其病变部位多以脾为中心,《素问·生气通天论》:“汗出见湿,乃生痤疿。”《素问·至真要大论》:“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾。”
湿邪致病的表现:身困体乏;食欲不振;胃脘胀满;头面油腻;身长湿疹;大便黏稠;阴部潮湿;腹部肥大;舌质胖,舌苔厚腻,呈“裙边舌”。湿邪阻碍,加上肾气亏虚,膀胱气化失利,就可见到夜晚小便次数多而且尿量也不少。
湿的产生,有三个因素:一是因为吃了过多的油腻物,消化不了,堆积成湿;二是虽然没多吃,但本身消化能力不足,吃一点儿就腻住了,也会成湿;三就是环境、季节因素的影响,造成潮湿侵入人体,身体会变得很重、很懒。
湿的危害:“千寒易去,一湿难除”,现代10个人中9个人都有湿气,大多数人认为湿气重,并不是什么大不了的事,其实,湿气对人的伤害很隐秘,但引起的后果很严重。湿气重,至脾胃不能工作,导致人们摄取食物无法消化、吸收、代谢和转化为营养和能量,人们正常的生理活动不能支持,也不能及时将体内产生的异物与毒素及时排除体外,脸上长斑及肥胖、高血脂、高血压、高尿酸等代谢综合征都是由湿气引起的,甚至冠心病、肿瘤也与湿病有关。
湿气归根结底都和脾肾关系密切:“湿浊”是标,“脾虚”是本;同时脾虚势必要影响到肾,肾虚又影响到脾。因此,要祛除身体湿气,必先调好“脾”补好“肾”,唯有祛除湿气才能从根本上实现代谢平衡的建立,实现降低体内尿酸。
西医在祛湿上往往是针对所产生的各种症状采用对症治疗,在高尿酸血症上采用抑制尿酸生成和促进尿酸排泄的化学药,如非布司他、别嘌醇、苯溴马隆,在降低尿酸过程中,也带来了不少的副作用,同时由于长期服用,影响到人们健康。
中医在祛湿和慢病的预防、治疗和康复上有独特的优势,采用食药同源的配方开发成便于服用的上市产品有显著的经济价值和社会效益。
采用“有病早治、无病先防”的“治未病”中医思想,结合“健脾益肾祛湿泄浊”的传统中医药理论,将祛湿与代谢疾病结合起来考虑,采用药食同源的组成成分调理脾胃,促进代谢,即可安全食用,又可以实现改善湿病症状和防治高尿酸血症的目的,充分展现中医药的特色和优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种健脾祛湿组合物及其制备方法及在祛湿降尿酸产品中的应用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁45-55、茯苓15-25、针叶樱桃35-45、芡实5-15。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁50、茯苓20、针叶樱桃40、芡实10。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁45、茯苓25、针叶樱桃45、芡实5。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁55、茯苓15、针叶樱桃35、芡实15。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;
(2)取薏苡仁,炒制,取4-6%粉碎成细粉,备用,剩余部分加8-10倍量水,煎煮1-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液滤过,浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加50-60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(3)取茯苓,加8-10倍量水,煎煮2-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60-70%乙醇,冷藏,静置12-24小时,取沉淀,减压干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(4)取针叶樱桃,洗净,沥干,打浆,4000r/min离心,取上清液,减压浓缩成稠膏,残渣加8-10倍量水,煎煮2-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液减压浓缩成稠膏,与上述稠膏合并,喷雾干燥,成细粉,备用;
(5)取芡实,炒制,加8-12倍量水,煎煮2-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60-70%乙醇,冷藏,静置12-24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)得到的所有细粉混合,得到组合物半成品。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物的加工方法,其特征在于:也可以按配方比例,购置1所述组成成分的膨化粉或经炒制后原料打成的细粉,混合,得到组合物半成品。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,组合物半成品加入适量矫味剂和/或辅料,可制备成粉末状固体饮料,也可以制备成片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂各种剂型产品。
所述的健脾祛湿组合物在祛湿和降尿酸的功能性食品、保健食品或药品中的应用。
规格及用量:固体饮料8-20g/袋,颗粒剂5-10g/袋,倒入口中直接咀嚼食用,或用温水冲服;胶囊0.3-0.5g/粒,片剂0.7-1.2g/片,温开水送服;每日2~3次,每次固体饮料1袋,颗粒剂1-2袋,胶囊3-6粒,片剂3-6片。
本发明主要依据于“药食同源”理论,采用了人们日常用来充当食物的中药材:薏苡仁、茯苓、针叶樱桃、芡实进行合理的提取、浓缩、分离、干燥、粉碎、混合、成型工艺,制备而成。
(1)薏苡仁:性味:甘淡、微寒、无毒。中药经典《神农本草》中将薏苡仁列为上品,其功效为:“主筋拘挛,不可屈伸,风湿痹,下气,久服轻身益气”;明代李时珍在《本草纲目》中记载:“健脾益胃,补肺清热,祛风胜湿,养颜驻颜,轻身延年”;具有健脾益胃,补肺清热,祛风胜湿,轻身延年,促进代谢的作用。现代营养学研究发现,薏苡仁所含蛋白质较高,还含有人体所需的多种氨基酸及矿物质,所含氨基酸比例非常接近人体的需要,且更容易被机体所吸收利用,其价值表现在:①薏苡有中国“禾本科作物之王”的美称,是一种营养平衡的作物,多数成份都远远高于其它作物。②薏苡仁是具有健脾化湿功效的主要药材之一。③薏苡仁具有促进新陈代谢和减少胃肠负担的作用,可预防心血管疾病,并可作为病中或病后体弱患者补益食品。④薏苡仁还能增强肾功能,有利尿作用。
(2)茯苓:性味:甘、淡,平。《伤寒明理论》说“渗水缓脾”。《医学启源》:“除湿,利腰脐间血,和中益气”。《药性论》:“开胃,止呕逆,善安心神。主肺痿痰壅。治小儿惊痫,心腹胀满,妇人热淋”。《日华子本草》:“补五劳七伤,安胎,暖腰膝,开心益智,止健忘”。《主治秘诀》云:止泻,除虚热,开腠理,生津液。淡渗利湿、健脾止泻,和中益气,宁心安神。可见,茯苓具有以下之功能:①健脾:茯苓归脾经,有健脾、渗湿而止泻,补中之功效。常配伍用于脾虚湿盛泄泻者。②渗湿:茯苓味甘而淡,淡则能渗,使湿无所聚,痰无由生。对痰饮之目眩心悸,饮停于胃而呕吐者配伍相应中药有渗泄水湿的功效。③利水:茯苓味甘而淡,甘则能补,药性平和,可祛邪,可扶正,利水不伤正气,是利水消肿之要药。对于水湿内停所致的水肿、小便不利,脾肾阳虚引起的水肿、水热互结,阴虚引起的小便不利、水肿等病症配伍相应中药都有利水消肿的效果。④宁心:茯苓归心经,善宁心安神,常用于心脾两虚、气血不足引起的心悸、失眠、健忘,心气虚引起的惊恐而不安卧者配伍相应中药有补益心脾,镇静安神的功效。现代药理研究发现,茯苓具有①增强免疫力:茯苓聚糖对正常及荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有增强作用,能增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能,使脾脏抗体分泌细胞明显增多,增加荷瘤小鼠的ANAE阳性淋巴细胞数,拮抗小鼠的胸腺萎缩和脾脏增大。茯苓多糖能改善老年人的细胞免疫功能,对体液免疫无明显影响。②延缓衰老:大剂量茯苓可以抑制老年大白鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量的降低,抑制胶原蛋白分子之间的交联,从而一到修复胶原蛋白,延缓皮肤衰老的作用。③降血糖:茯苓有高含量的膳食纤维,可溶性膳食纤维有改善餐后血糖,提高胰岛素的敏感性,改善口服葡萄糖耐量,降低血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯的作用,对2型糖尿病患者有一定的降糖效果。
(3)樱桃:味甘、酸,性微温。《名医别录》:“主调中,益脾气”。《备急千金要方》:“樱桃味甘平,涩,调中益气,可多食,令人好颜色,美志性”。《滇南本草》:“治一切虚症,能大补元气,滋润皮肤;浸酒服之治左瘫右痪,四肢不仁,风湿腰腿疼痛”。可见,樱桃具有益脾胃,滋肝肾,涩精,止泻之功能。现代研究发现,樱桃具有较高的保健营养价值和药用价值,主要表现在:①樱桃营养丰富,具有调中益气,健脾和胃,祛风湿。对食欲不振、消化不良、风湿身痛等均有益处。②樱桃核内的樱桃核黄酮素、大樱桃素能够中和产生尿酸的酶和有效促进尿酸自肾小管远端排泄,以达到降低尿酸的目的。③樱桃含铁量位于各种水果之首,常食樱桃可补充体内对铁元素的需求,促进血红蛋白再生,既可防治缺铁性贫血,可增强体质,健脑益智。④人体的衰老、身体机能的衰退、慢性疾病以及某些肿瘤的发生都与体内自由基主导的氧化反应有关。樱桃中花青素、维生素C、维生素E、胡萝卜素、硒、黄铜等抗氧化物质有助于对抗自由基的氧化作用。
(4)芡实:味甘、涩,性平。归脾、肾经。益肾补脾,固精缩尿,除湿止带。《本草经百种录》:“鸡头实,甘淡,得土之正味,乃脾肾之药也。脾恶湿而肾恶燥,鸡头实淡渗甘香,则不伤于湿,质粘味涩,而又滑泽肥润,则不伤干燥,凡脾肾之药,往往相反,而此则相成,故尤足贵也”。《本草求真》:“芡实如何补脾,以其味甘之故;芡实如何固肾,以其味涩之故。惟其味甘补脾,故能利湿,而泄泻腹痛可治;惟其味涩固肾,故能闭气,而使遗、带、小便不禁皆愈”。
本发明的适宜人群:
1.脾肾亏虚、湿盛体弱人群:表现为身体沉重,食欲不振,胃脘胀满,头面油腻,大便粘稠,生长湿疹,腹部胖大,夜尿频数量多等。
2.高尿酸血症人群:空腹血尿酸水平男性>420μmol/L,女性>360μmol/L。
有益效果
本发明将薏苡仁、茯苓、樱桃、芡实四种药食同源的物质科学组合,补脾益肾以增强脾肾功能,促进消化吸收,减少尿酸生成;祛湿泄浊以增强新陈代谢,促进排泄,使尿酸得以排出体外。本发明既是食用佳品又是健脾祛湿降尿酸的良药。
本发明的组合物发挥复方组分的整体调节优势,能有效发挥协同作用,既能补脾益肾,又能祛湿泄浊,标本兼顾。本组合物原料易得,效果显著。
本发明依据中医“有病早治,无病先防”的“治未病”思想,在高尿酸血症的防治中具有显著的特色和优势,尤其结合药食同源理论,重视在高尿酸血症防治中的运用更显示出其“治未病”超前意识。
具体统计30例脾肾亏虚、湿盛体弱人群,坚持食用本组合物1个月,其中28例身困体乏者均有明显改善;22例便溏粘稠者21例大便成形;26例身长湿疹者25例湿疹消失;27例头面油腻者油腻程度均有好转,19例阴部潮湿者17例明显改善。
具体统计30例高尿酸人群,其中21例男性,9例女性,坚持食用本组合物3个月。在开始时、1个月、2个月、3个月分别测得血尿酸值,结果在食用1个月时有19例高尿酸血症者尿酸值有下降(其中6例降到正常值,有14例下降超过100μmol/L),有5例未下降,有6例升高。在食用2个月时有23例高尿酸血症者尿酸值有下降(其中17例降到正常值,有22例下降超过100μmol/L),有3例未下降,有4例升高。在食用3个月时有29例高尿酸血症者尿酸值有下降(其中22例降到正常值,29例高尿酸血症者尿酸值下降超过100μmol/L),有1例未改善。在第一个月的6例血尿酸值升高者,均为40岁以内的患者,在食用二个月后,均有明显下降,下降值均超过100μmol/L,并在第三个月降到正常值范围内。在第二月后尿酸值升高的4例,均为在第一个月下降超过100μmol/L的患者,在第三个月也降到了正常值。1例未改善者为女性,53岁,有家族史。
具体实施方式
实施例1
健脾祛湿固体饮料1,由下列重量(g)的组分原料制成:薏苡仁50、茯苓20、针叶樱桃40、芡实10,矫味剂适量。
具体加工步骤如下:
(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;
(2)取薏苡仁,炒制,取5%粉碎成细粉,备用,剩余部分加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1小时,提取液滤过,浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(3)取茯苓,加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入70%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,取沉淀,减压干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(4)取针叶樱桃,洗净,沥干,打浆,4000r/min离心,取上清液,减压浓缩成稠膏,残渣加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液减压浓缩成稠膏,与上述稠膏合并,喷雾干燥,成细粉,备用;
(5)取芡实,炒制,加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)得到的所有细粉混合,加入适量的异麦芽酮糖醇调味,混合,分装,得成品。
用法用量:直接倒入口中咀嚼,用温水送服或用温水50ml冲服。每次8g~10g,一日2~3次。
实施例2
健脾祛湿固体饮料,由下列重量(g)的组分原料制成:薏苡仁55、茯苓25针叶樱桃45芡实15,矫味剂适量。
具体加工步骤如下:
按配方比例购买薏苡仁膨化粉、茯苓膨化粉、针叶樱桃粉、芡实膨化粉,加入适量的异麦芽酮糖醇,混合,分装,得成品。
用法用量:直接倒入口中咀嚼,用温水送服或用温水50ml冲服。每次15~20g,一日2~3次。
实施例3
健脾祛湿颗粒剂,由下列重量(g)的组分原料制成:薏苡仁45、茯苓25、针叶樱桃45、芡实5,矫味剂适量。
具体加工步骤如下:
(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;
(2)取薏苡仁,炒制,取5%粉碎成细粉,备用,剩余部分加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1小时,提取液滤过,浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(3)取茯苓,加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入70%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,取沉淀,减压干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(4)取针叶樱桃,洗净,沥干,打浆,4000r/min离心,取上清液,减压浓缩成稠膏,残渣加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液减压浓缩成稠膏,与上述稠膏合并,喷雾干燥,成细粉,备用;
(5)取芡实,炒制,加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)得到的所有细粉混合,加入适量的异麦芽酮糖醇,混合,用80%的乙醇制粒,60℃干燥,控制水分在6%以内,过筛整粒,分装,每袋装10g,得成品。
实施例4
健脾祛湿片剂,由下列重量(g)的组分原料制成:薏苡仁55、茯苓15、针叶樱桃35、芡实15,辅料适量。
具体加工步骤如下:
(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;
(2)取薏苡仁,炒制,取5%粉碎成细粉,备用,剩余部分加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5小时,提取液滤过,浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(3)取茯苓,加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入70%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,取沉淀,减压干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(4)取针叶樱桃,洗净,沥干,打浆,4000r/min离心,取上清液,减压浓缩成稠膏,残渣加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液减压浓缩成稠膏,与上述稠膏合并,喷雾干燥,成细粉,备用;
(5)取芡实,炒制,加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)得到的所有细粉混合,加入适量的异麦芽酮糖醇和微晶纤维素,混合,干法压片,每片0.8g,得成品。
实施例5
健脾祛湿胶囊,由下列重量(g)的组分原料制成:薏苡仁45、茯苓25、针叶樱桃45、芡实5,辅料适量。
(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;
(2)取薏苡仁,炒制,取5%粉碎成细粉,备用,剩余部分加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液滤过,浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(3)取茯苓,加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入70%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,取沉淀,减压干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(4)取针叶樱桃,洗净,沥干,打浆,4000r/min离心,取上清液,减压浓缩成稠膏,残渣加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液减压浓缩成稠膏,与上述稠膏合并,喷雾干燥,成细粉,备用;
(5)取芡实,炒制,加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)得到的所有细粉混合,加入微晶纤维素适量,混合,用80%的乙醇制粒,60℃干燥,控制水分在6%以内,过筛整粒,用0号胶囊灌装,每粒装0.45g,即得成品。
典型病例
庄某,安徽人,男,42年,背部与双肩总感到发紧发沉,面部油重,阴部及周围长期潮湿,大便一天3次以上,非常粘稠,于2017年5月28日食用本品,每日3次,每次8g,两天后,背部与肩部即感到轻松些,7天后大便变黄,10天后下身潮湿基本没有,1个月后身体完全轻松,面部不再油腻,大便呈香蕉便,阴部清爽,面色光亮。
朱某,合肥人,男,49岁,长期感觉到身体慵懒,满面油腻,大便稀且粘稠5年,于2017年4月2日食用本品,一日2次,每次8g,5天后,身体明显轻快,一周后大便好转,一个月后脸上油份明显减轻。
李某,吉林人,男,51年出生,2015年6月体检,查出高尿酸血症,尿酸值为512μmol/L,未引起重视,2016年8月10日晚饮酒后,夜间痛风发作,次日上医院检查,尿酸值为497μmol/L,于2016年11月份食用本品,每日2次,每次10g,食用1个月后,于2016年12月17日去医院检查,尿酸值降为433μmol/L,食用2个月,于2017年1月19日去医院检查,尿酸值为393μmol/L。
吴某,广西柳州人,男,68岁,自首次痛风以来10余年,于2017年7月26日测定血尿酸值达到516μmol/L,食用本品,每日2次,每次8g,食用一个月,于2017年9月2日测定血尿酸值为414μmol/L。
Claims (8)
1.一种健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁45-55、茯苓15-25、针叶樱桃35-45、芡实5-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁50、茯苓20、针叶樱桃40、芡实10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁45、茯苓25、针叶樱桃45、芡实5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的健脾祛湿组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制成:薏苡仁55、茯苓15、针叶樱桃35、芡实15。
5.如权利要求1所述的健脾祛湿组合物的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例称取各组分原料;
(2)取薏苡仁,炒制,取4-6%粉碎成细粉,备用,剩余部分加8-10倍量水,煎煮1-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液滤过,浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加50-60%乙醇,冷藏,静置24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(3)取茯苓,加8-10倍量水,煎煮2-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60-70%乙醇,冷藏,静置12-24小时,取沉淀,减压干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(4)取针叶樱桃,洗净,沥干,打浆,4000r/min离心,取上清液,减压浓缩成稠膏,残渣加8-10倍量水,煎煮2-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液减压浓缩成稠膏,与上述稠膏合并,喷雾干燥,成细粉,备用;
(5)取芡实,炒制,加8-12倍量水,煎煮2-3次,每次1-1.5小时,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.20稠膏,冷却至室温,加入60-70%乙醇,冷藏,静置12-24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至稠膏,干燥,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(6)将上述步骤(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)得到的所有细粉混合,得到组合物半成品。
6.如权利要求1所述的健脾祛湿组合物的加工方法,其特征在于:也可以按配方比例,购置1所述组成成分的膨化粉或经炒制后原料打成的细粉,混合,得到组合物半成品。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的健脾祛湿组合物,按权利要求5或6所述的加工方法制得的半成品,其特征在于,加入适量矫味剂和/或辅料,可制备成粉末状固体饮料,也可以制备成片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂各种剂型产品。
8.权利要求1所述的健脾祛湿组合物在祛湿和降尿酸的功能性食品、保健食品或药品中的应用。
