本发明公开了一种基于裸藻的特医食品及其制备方法,包括裸藻粉、人参、灵芝、枸杞、山楂、双歧杆菌、复合矿物质、牛磺酸、琼脂;本发明改变了特医食品传统的粉末一起混合的制备方式,而是将各个组分通过配比粘合于一起,使得各个组分严格按照配比形成一个独立的单元颗粒,在食用时只需要将多个独立的单元颗粒进行冲水食用即可,如此保证了各个组分的配比均衡性,而且独立的单元颗粒不容易板结;本发明增加了裸藻,裸藻可以保护人类肝脏,它能抑制肝脏对有害物质的吸收,而且它含有的多糖还能在肝脏表面形成保护层,可减少药物和病毒,对人类肝脏产生伤害,经常服用裸藻,能提高肝脏解毒功能,并能防止肝损伤出现。

背景技术
特殊医学用途配方食品,是指为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。包括全营养配方食品、特定全营养配方食品和非全营养配方食品。该类产品必须在医生或临床营养师指导下,单独食用或与其他食品配合食用。
现有的特医食品一般都是粉末状态的,都是通过多种组分进行搅拌混合形成,但是多种组分一般完全均匀混合是不可能的,存在局部的组分不均,进而在食用时,会造成营养不均和失调,同时粉状的形态长时间防止后会容易板结,严重会造成变质等等弊端;另外,现有的特医食品不具有护肝功效。

针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种食用均匀性高、保存便利、护肝的基于裸藻的特医食品及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种基于裸藻的特医食品,包括组分和重量份如下:20至30份的裸藻粉、5至10份的人参、5至10份的灵芝、5至10份的枸杞、3至4份的山楂、5至10份的双歧杆菌、3至5份的复合矿物质、4至5份的牛磺酸、琼脂5至10份。
