背景技术

现有的特医食品一般都是粉末状态的,都是通过多种组分进行搅拌混合形成,但是多种组分一般完全均匀混合是不可能的,存在局部的组分不均,进而在食用时,会造成营养不均和失调,同时粉状的形态长时间防止后会容易板结,严重会造成变质等等弊端;另外,现有的特医食品不具有保健效果。

一种基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品,包括组分和重量份如下:20至30份的蛋白核小球藻、5至10份的低聚果糖、5至10份的乳酸菌、5至10份的枸杞、3至4份的山楂、5至10份的桂圆、3至5份的复合矿物质、4至5份的牛磺酸、琼脂5至10份。

本发明改变了特医食品传统的粉末一起混合的制备方式,而是将各个组分通过配比粘合于一起,使得各个组分严格按照配比形成一个独立的单元颗粒,在食用时只需要将多个独立的单元颗粒进行冲水食用即可,如此保证了各个组分的配比均衡性,而且独立的单元颗粒不容易板结。

S2、将蛋白核小球藻、低聚果糖、乳酸菌、枸杞、山楂、桂圆、复合矿物质、牛磺酸各种组分的粉料按照配比加入步骤S1中琼脂溶液中,搅拌均匀,形成糊状料;
S3、将上述搅拌均匀的糊状料送入球形模具中加热干燥,形成球形颗粒状的所述特医食品。加热温度为60摄氏度;加热时间为40min。
本发明加入了蛋白核小球藻组分,蛋白核小球藻含有丰富的氨基酸、叶绿素、蛋白质、生物素、物纤维,及各种微量元素,是维持和促进人体健康所不可缺少的营养素;对于现代城市慢性病癌症、高血糖、高血脂、高血压及痛症等亚健康症状,具有防治、调理、修复和控制发展的作用。
本发明改变了特医食品传统的粉末一起混合的制备方式,而是将各个组分通过配比粘合于一起,使得各个组分严格按照配比形成一个独立的单元颗粒,在食用时只需要将多个独立的单元颗粒进行冲水食用即可,如此保证了各个组分的配比均衡性,而且独立的单元颗粒不容易板结。

Claims (8)
1.一种基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品,其特征在于,包括组分和重量份如下:20至30份的蛋白核小球藻、5至10份的低聚果糖、5至10份的乳酸菌、5至10份的枸杞、3至4份的山楂、5至10份的桂圆、3至5份的复合矿物质、4至5份的牛磺酸、琼脂5至10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品,其特征在于,包括组分和重量份如下:20份的蛋白核小球藻、5份的低聚果糖、5份的乳酸菌、5份的枸杞、3份的山楂、5份的桂圆、3份的复合矿物质、4份的牛磺酸、琼脂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品,其特征在于,包括组分和重量份如下:25份的蛋白核小球藻、8份的低聚果糖、7份的乳酸菌、6份的枸杞、4份的山楂、7份的桂圆、4份的复合矿物质、5份的牛磺酸、琼脂8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品,其特征在于,包括组分和重量份如下:30份的蛋白核小球藻、10份的低聚果糖、10份的乳酸菌、10份的枸杞、4份的山楂、10份的桂圆、5份的复合矿物质、5份的牛磺酸、琼脂10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质的组分和配比为:1份钙、1份钾、2份硒。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、将琼脂加入温水中,搅拌均匀,形成琼脂溶液;
S2、将蛋白核小球藻、低聚果糖、乳酸菌、枸杞、山楂、桂圆、复合矿物质、牛磺酸各种组分的粉料按照配比加入步骤S1中琼脂溶液中,搅拌均匀,形成糊状料;
S3、将上述搅拌均匀的糊状料送入球形模具中加热干燥,形成球形颗粒状的所述特医食品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,温水的温度为30至40摄氏度;所述琼脂和温水的质量比为1:2。
8.根据权利要求6所述的基于蛋白核小球藻的特医食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,加热温度为50至60摄氏度;加热时间为30至40min。
