一种提高免疫力海参短肽组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参短肽、阿胶、沙棘、茯苓多糖、红枣粉、枸杞粉进入三维混合机混合,得到均匀基粉;
(2)将菊粉、木糖醇、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌,加入三维混合机中混合,得到均匀混合粉;
(3)将基粉与混合粉混合均匀,投入到三维混合机中混合,搅拌均匀取出备用;

(5)将软材用不锈钢盘装入热风循环烘箱中,温度控制在60-70摄氏度,干燥时间控制在2-3小时,干燥后物料水分控制在3.5%以下;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行分装和包装入盒制成成品,即得。

海参短肽具有修复受损细胞、增强免疫力、抗疲劳抗衰老的作用和功效。海参肽是海参的一种提取物,可以调节人体的机能、修复受损的细胞,同时可以增强人体的免疫力、抗疲劳、缓解衰老。
阿胶是采用驴皮制作而成的胶状物,里面含有大量的胶原蛋白、蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素等营养物质,对身体可以起到明显的补血、养颜、安神等功效。
沙棘含有极为丰富的维生素,氨基酸,矿物质和不饱和脂肪酸等营养成分,有明显的增强机体免疫力,能够提高身体在低温环境下的耐寒能力和耐缺氧能力。
茯苓多糖茯苓多糖是茯苓的主要有效成分,茯苓具有提高人体免疫力的功效。茯苓多糖可促进外周血免疫球蛋白的生物合成,且随着茯苓多糖浓度的增加而效应增强。茯苓多糖对肠道黏膜免疫系统具有调节作用,且强于对外周免疫系统的作用,通过这种作用提高人体免疫力。
红枣粉含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份,能提高人体免疫力,并有补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等功效,有助于睡眠。
枸杞粉富含甜菜碱,阿托品,天仙子胺,具有增强免疫功能、抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗辐射、调血脂、降血糖、降血压、抗肿瘤、提高视力、保护肝脏等作用。

本发明是把海参短肽、阿胶、沙棘、茯苓多糖、红枣粉、枸杞粉按照最佳比例相混合能够明显的增强人体对短肽的吸收能力,强化对机体的补充和利用,以菊粉、木糖醇、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌等益生元和益生菌相配比组合,有助于抑制有害病菌繁殖、恢复肠道pH值,物质能够改善人体肠道的有益菌菌群,加强了蛋白质和复合短肽物质的吸收,能够达到降增强免疫等效果。

实施例1
(1)将海参短肽45份、阿胶18份、沙棘6份、茯苓多糖7份、红枣粉3份、枸杞粉3份进入三维混合机转速控制在每分钟7转,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀基粉;
(2)将菊粉0.5份、木糖醇0.1份、两歧双歧杆菌0.1份、乳双歧杆菌0.1份,加入三维混合机中,转速控制在每分钟10转,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀混合粉;
(3)将基粉与混合粉混合均匀,投入到三维混合机转速控制在每分钟8转,搅拌35分钟,搅拌均匀取出备用;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物加入到湿法制粒机中,加入95%乙醇配置成粘结剂,匀速加入制粒机中,常温制粒15分钟得到软材;
(5)将软材用不锈钢盘装入热风循环烘箱中,温度控制在60摄氏度,干燥时间控制在2小时,干燥后物料水分控制在3.5%以下;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行分装和包装入盒制成成品,即得。
实施例2
(1)将海参短肽50份、阿胶25份、沙棘10份、茯苓多糖15份、红枣粉5份、枸杞粉8份进入三维混合机转速控制在每分钟7转,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀基粉;
(2)将菊粉1.5份、木糖醇1.5份、两歧双歧杆菌2份、乳双歧杆菌0.5份,加入三维混合机中,转速控制在每分钟10转,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀混合粉;
(3)将基粉与混合粉混合均匀,投入到三维混合机转速控制在每分钟8转,搅拌35分钟,搅拌均匀取出备用;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物加入到湿法制粒机中,加入95%乙醇配置成粘结剂,匀速加入制粒机中,常温制粒15分钟得到软材;
(5)将软材用不锈钢盘装入热风循环烘箱中,温度控制在65摄氏度,干燥时间控制在3小时,干燥后物料水分控制在3.5%以下;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行分装和包装入盒制成成品,即得。
实施例3
(1)将海参短肽65份、阿胶30份、沙棘12份、茯苓多糖18份、红枣粉7份、枸杞粉13份进入三维混合机转速控制在每分钟7转,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀基粉;
(2)将菊粉3份、木糖醇0.5份、两歧双歧杆菌3份、乳双歧杆菌1份,加入三维混合机中,转速控制在每分钟10转,搅拌40分钟,得到均匀混合粉;
(3)将基粉与混合粉混合均匀,投入到三维混合机转速控制在每分钟8转,搅拌35分钟,搅拌均匀取出备用;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物加入到湿法制粒机中,加入95%乙醇配置成粘结剂,匀速加入制粒机中,常温制粒15分钟得到软材;
(5)将软材用不锈钢盘装入热风循环烘箱中,温度控制在70摄氏度,干燥时间控制在3小时,干燥后物料水分控制在3.5%以下;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行分装和包装入盒制成成品,即得。

1.一种提高免疫力海参短肽组合物,其特征在于:原料包括海参短肽、阿胶、沙棘、茯苓多糖、红枣粉、枸杞粉、菊粉、木糖醇、两歧双歧杆菌和乳双歧杆菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高免疫力海参短肽组合物,其特征在于:原料按重量份数计包括:海参短肽45~65份、阿胶18~30份、沙棘6~12份、茯苓多糖7~18份、红枣粉3~7份、枸杞粉3~13份、菊粉0.5~3份、木糖醇0.1~0.5份、两歧双歧杆菌0.1~3份、乳双歧杆菌0.1~1份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种提高免疫力海参短肽组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参短肽、阿胶、沙棘、茯苓多糖、红枣粉、枸杞粉进入三维混合机中混合,得到均匀基粉;
(2)将菊粉、木糖醇、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌,加入三维混合机中混合,得到均匀混合粉;
(3)将基粉与混合粉混合均匀,投入到三维混合机中混合,搅拌均匀取出备用;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合物加入到湿法制粒机中,加入95%乙醇配置成粘结剂,匀速加入制粒机中,常温制粒15分钟得到软材;
(5)将软材用不锈钢盘装入热风循环烘箱中,温度控制在60-70摄氏度,干燥时间控制在2-3小时,干燥后物料水分控制在3.5%以下;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行分装和包装入盒制成成品,即得。
