本发明公开了一种气动活塞泵,包括进气口,所述的进气口与气腔相连,气腔的侧面设有出气口,气腔的上部设有第一活塞,气腔的下方设有与气腔相连通的泵腔,泵腔内设有第二活塞,第一活塞与第二活塞通过连杆相连,连杆上设有压缩弹簧,泵腔的侧面设有进液口和出液口,进液口和出液口内设有逆止阀。本发明设计巧妙,采用气动的方式作为活塞往复运动的动力,形式新颖,节约能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气动活塞泵。
背景技术
活塞泵靠活塞往复运动,使得泵腔工作容积周期变化,实现吸入和排出液体。由泵缸、活塞、进出水阀门、进出水管、连杆和传动装置组成。靠动力带动活塞在泵缸内作往复运动。当活塞向上运动时,进水阀开启,水进入泵缸,同时活塞上的水阀关闭,活塞上部的水随活塞向上提升;当活塞向下运动时,进水阀关闭,活塞上的阀门开启,同时使泵缸下腔的水压入上腔,并升入出水管,如此反复进水和提升,使水不断从出水管排出。现有的活塞泵大多采用电动的形式,是对电力能源的一种浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种连接方便的一种气动活塞泵。
一种气动活塞泵,包括进气口,所述的进气口与气腔相连,气腔的侧面设有出气口,气腔的上部设有第一活塞,气腔的下方设有与气腔相连通的泵腔,泵腔内设有第二活塞,第一活塞与第二活塞通过连杆相连,连杆上设有压缩弹簧,泵腔的侧面设有进液口和出液口,进液口和出液口内设有逆止阀。
作为进一步改进,所述的泵腔与气腔之间设有若干个支撑柱。
作为进一步改进,所述的支撑柱的数量为3~5个。
作为进一步改进,所述的进气口的材料为金属或者塑料。
作为进一步改进,所述的进气口与气腔的连接方式为螺纹连接或焊接。
作为进一步改进,所述的出气口与气腔的连接方式为螺纹连接或焊接。

本发明设计巧妙,采用气动的方式作为活塞往复运动的动力,形式新颖,节约能源。

如图1~2所示,一种气动活塞泵,包括进气口1、出气口2、出液口3、进液口4、气腔5、第一活塞6、压缩弹簧7、连杆8、第二活塞9和泵腔10。
一种气动活塞泵,包括进气口1,进气口1的材料为金属或者塑料,所述的进气口1与气腔5相连,气腔5的侧面设有出气口2,进气口1和出气口2与气腔5的连接方式为螺纹连接或焊接,气腔5的上部设有第一活塞6,气腔5的下方设有与气腔5相连通的泵腔10,泵腔10与气腔5之间设有3~5个支撑柱,泵腔10内设有第二活塞9,第一活塞6与第二活塞9通过连杆8相连,连杆8上设有压缩弹簧7,泵腔10的侧面设有进液口4和出液口3,进液口4和出液口3内设有逆止阀。
使用时,压缩弹簧7给第一活塞6一个向上的作用力,带动泵腔10内的第二活塞9向上运动,同时进液口4的逆止阀打开,油液被吸入泵腔10内,然后气体由进气口1进入气腔5内,推动第一活塞6向下运动,同时出液口3的逆止阀打开,油液被第二活塞9压出泵腔10。

1.一种气动活塞泵,其特征在于,包括进气口,所述的进气口与气腔相连,气腔的侧面设有出气口,气腔的上部设有第一活塞,气腔的下方设有与气腔相连通的泵腔,泵腔内设有第二活塞,第一活塞与第二活塞通过连杆相连,连杆上设有压缩弹簧,泵腔的侧面设有进液口和出液口,进液口和出液口内设有逆止阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述的泵腔与气腔之间设有若干个支撑柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种气动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述的支撑柱的数量为3~5个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述的进气口的材料为金属或者塑料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述的进气口与气腔的连接方式为螺纹连接或焊接。
