本公开涉及储存袋,更具体地,涉及冷冻保存袋。
背景技术
一次性柔性容器用于运输或储存材料诸如生物制品。这种容器是柔性的袋,通常由塑料膜制成。所述袋可用于储存,特别是在冷冻保存应用中。所述袋通常是一次性的,并旨在降低交叉污染的风险和卫生标准的需要。
在冷冻保存应用中,生物原料药物质在储存袋中储存和运输冷冻。这保持蛋白质在储存期间的稳定性。现有的袋具有某些缺点,包括在冷冻温度(可以低至-80℃)下以及袋的预热和使用期间的耐久性。现有储存袋中还存在塑料可提取物与药物物质相互作用的风险。此外,现有的袋趋于具有泄漏问题,特别是在袋的端部和转角处。
因此,期望具有改进的耐久性、低可提取物、减少泄漏的特别用于低温应用的储存袋。
发明概述

现在将结合附图描述本公开的优选实施方式。在图1中,示出了示例性储存袋10。储存袋10由具有端部14a和14b以及前侧70和后侧71的复合物管11形成。本实施方式中的端部14a是手柄端。本实施方式中的端部14b是端口端。端口端14b具有夹具3和在其上形成的端口2。端口2可以通过穿刺端口端14b形成。具体地,在形成复合物管11之前,在其中刺破孔,然后将具有端口2的模制件附接到复合物管11的外部。然后如本文所述进行用于形成袋的后续步骤。在优选实施方式中,在复合物管11形成后,提供具有端口2的模制件并将其附接到袋上。本实施方式中的手柄14a具有形成在其中的手柄4。

从所述袋的第一端部纵向延伸至所述袋的第二端部的主体,所述主体限定出内表面和外表面,
其中所述内表面包含较高熔点聚合物,所述外表面包含较低熔点聚合物,
所述内表面的一部分与所述外表面的一部分重叠以形成第一搭接缝;
其中所述第一搭接缝从所述第一端部纵向延伸至所述第二端部,所述第一搭接缝位于所述袋的相对侧边之间,以将所述袋分成第一侧和第二侧;
在所述第一端部的接合部;和
第一和第二复合片,

4.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较高熔点聚合物是不可熔融加工的聚合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较高熔点聚合物是含氟聚合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较高熔点聚合物是聚四氟乙烯。
7.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较高熔点聚合物是聚酰亚胺。
8.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较低熔点聚合物是可熔融加工的聚合物。
9.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较低熔点聚合物是含氟聚合物。
10.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述较低熔点聚合物是FEP。
11.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述主体是复合物管,其中所述复合物管的至少一端包括延伸部,所述延伸部为所述复合物管的一半,所述延伸部分为三个区段,所述三个区段中的每一个被折叠以与所述复合物管的另一半接合以形成接合部。
12.如权利要求1所述的储存袋,其特征在于,所述主体包括整体地连接在所述侧边的第一面和第二面,所述主体是复合物管的形式,其中所述复合物管的至少一端包括延伸部,所述延伸部为所述复合物管的一半,其中所述复合物管的所述至少一端包括在所述复合物管的另一半的转角处的部分延伸部,其中所述延伸部被折叠以与所述复合物管的另一半接合,所述部分延伸部被反折以与所述复合物管的另一半接合,所述折叠形成接合部。
13.一种储存袋,所述储存袋包括:
从所述袋的第一端部纵向延伸至所述袋的第二端部的主体,所述主体限定出内表面和外表面,
其中所述内表面包含较高熔点聚合物,所述外表面包含较低熔点聚合物,
所述内表面的一部分与所述外表面的一部分重叠以形成第一搭接缝;
其中所述第一搭接缝从所述第一端部纵向延伸至所述第二端部,所述第一搭接缝位于所述袋的相对侧边之间,以将所述袋分成第一侧和第二侧;
在所述第一端部的接合部;和
至少一个复合片,
其中所述至少一个复合片包括由较高熔点聚合物形成第一侧和由较低熔点聚合物形成的第二侧,
所述至少一个复合片在所述接合部处折叠,所述至少一个复合片的第二侧与所述接合部接合以在所述接合部处形成至少第二搭接缝。
