Description

Clown fish culture method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of culture, in particular to a clown fish culture method.
Background
Clown fish is a common name for fishes of the subfamily actinia pisciformis of the family bromhididae, and is a tropical marine fish. Although the clown fishes are inedible fishes, the ornamental utilization value is high, the clown fishes are lovely elys in coral reefs, the color is beautiful, the temperament is mild, the clown fishes are vigorous and easy to raise, and the clown fishes are the preferred variety for raising seawater ornamental fishes. With the rise of the seawater ornamental fish industry, the artificial culture of clown fish is gradually valued by people, but because the price of wild caught clown fish is low, the impact on the clown fish breeding industry is large, and therefore, how to reduce the cost and quickly culture the clown fish is a problem that an industry worker needs to face.
At present, clown fishes need to be cultured for up to three months from juvenile fishes to commercial fishes with the full length of 3 cm. The breeding mode is as follows:
1) the conditions of the culture pond are as follows: a land-based cement pool, a glass fiber reinforced plastic barrel or an aquarium with the volume of 100-;
2) stocking specification and density: hatching fertilized eggs of clown fishes into larval fishes, breeding the larval fishes in a seedling box, wherein the size of the larval fishes is generally 0.8-1.0cm, the larval fishes are basically transferred to a breeding pond for breeding after the larval fishes are bred to 1.5cm in full length in the seedling box in the prior art, and the stocking density is controlled to be 0.5-2 tails/L;
3) feeding baits: most of the fishes are fed with the artificial compound feed after 30 days of age, namely 15-20 days after entering the juvenile fishes and 1.5cm in body length; feeding 3-4 times per day. Before this, live baits such as rotifers, copepods, artemia and the like are fed.
4) Water quality management: residual bait and excrement are sucked after 1 hour of ingestion every time to keep good water quality; the cultivation is carried out by adopting a circulating water or flowing water mode, the circulating water cultivation refers to the daily management of the seawater aquarium fish aquarium, the flowing water cultivation is carried out twice every day, 1 time is carried out in the morning and evening respectively, the fresh water quality is taken as the standard, and the natural illumination condition is adopted.
In a longer culture process, the excrement and residual bait in the current culture mode is easy to deposit on a culture pond and the bottom of the culture pond to deteriorate the substrate and the water quality, and the culture survival rate is lower because the cultured fishes are attacked by diseases caused by water quality deterioration or other reasons.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of the culture survival rate and the culture period of the clown fish in the conventional clown fish culture mode, the invention shortens the culture period and reduces the culture risk by improving the conventional clown fish culture mode.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the invention provides a clown fish culture method, which is characterized in that feed is domesticated when clown fish is 15-20 days old and the total length is 0.8-1.0; taking artemia as a main material, and maintaining the bait density of 1ind./mL in the water body 2 hours after feeding; the daily feeding amount of the feed is 0.1-1% of the mass of the fish body;
when the fish is 20-25 days old, the daily feeding amount of the feed is 1-2% of the mass of the fish; 5g of artemia per hundred clown fish per day;
after 30 days of age, feeding the feed for 8 times a day, wherein the daily feeding amount of the feed is 1-3% of the mass of the fish body; after the compound feed is fed every 2 days, 5g of artemia per hundred tails are fed in a supplementary mode;
the water level during the bait feeding period and at night is higher than the water level during the non-bait feeding period in the day.
In some embodiments of the invention, the feeding is in particular: feeding for 1 time every 1 hour for 4 times from 8 am to 12 am, and feeding for 1 time every 1 hour for 4 times from 2 pm to 5 pm;
in some embodiments of the invention, the difference in water levels during feeding and during night time and daytime periods when no bait is being fed is greater than 25 cm.
In some embodiments of the invention, the difference in water levels during feeding and during night time and daytime periods when no bait is being fed is greater than 30 cm.
In some embodiments of the invention, the difference between the water levels during feeding and during night and day off-feeding is 35 cm.
In some embodiments of the invention, the difference between the water levels during feeding and during night and day off-feeding is 40 cm.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water level during the bait feeding period and at night is 40-50 cm, and the water level during the non-bait feeding period during the day is 10-15 cm.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water level during bait feeding and at night is 50cm and during daytime when no bait is fed is 15 cm.
In some embodiments of the invention, circulation/running water cultivation is used, with low water level circulation/running water times being set from the completion of each feeding to the start of the next feeding during the day, and low water level circulation/running water for 1 hour after the last feeding in the afternoon. The water level difference between the low water level and the high water level is more than 25 cm; preferably, the low water level is 10-15 cm, and the high water level is 40-50 cm.
The novel breeding mode provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. feeding strategy: 1) the "weaning period" is advanced. The larval fish of the clown fish is fed with live baits such as rotifer, artemia and the like, and the time when the larval fish is converted into the artificial compound feed becomes the weaning period. The 'weaning period' of the existing culture method is generally 30 days old, but the 'weaning period' is advanced, and the domestication of the compound feed is started when the total length is 0.8-1.0 of 15-20 days old. The phenomenon that the young clown fishes are excessively eaten or are eaten by artemia cysts and are deadened when live baits are thrown into the process of culturing the young clown fishes, so that the young fishes can adapt to the artificial mixed feed with balanced nutrition earlier by throwing the proper artificial mixed feed as soon as possible, and the culture speed and the survival rate are improved. 2) And increasing the feeding times from 3-4 times to 4 times from 8 am to 12 am, and from 2 pm to 5 pm, wherein the feeding times are 4 times, and the feeding times are 8 times in a day. Because the young clown fish is small, the food intake is limited each time, and the emptying of intestines and stomach is short, the increase of the feeding times can provide sufficient nutrition guarantee for the growth of the clown fish.
2. Water quality management: the water level of the culture pond in a common culture mode is constant, while the culture pond has different culture water levels in different time periods. The adoption of the high-low water level change culture method can effectively avoid excessive deposition of residual bait and excrement at the bottom of the pond and keep good substrate and water quality. Different from the water inlet of a common culture pond on the upper part of a water tank, the water inlet of the invention is arranged at the bottom of the culture pond, the water outlet pipe is inserted into the water outlet hole at the bottom of the pond to control the water level and realize surface layer water outlet, the water outlet pipe is formed by directly connecting two water pipes with the same diameter by water pipes, and the water pipes can be plugged without water pipe glue. The two sections of pipes are inserted into the controllable culture pond at the same time, so that the water level of the culture pond is high, the water flow is slow, the bait can be suspended in the water for a long time, the fish swims slowly, and a good rest can be obtained. The upper section of the drain pipe is pulled out, so that the water level of the culture pond can be controlled to be at a low water level, the low water level enables the water flow of the culture pond to be turbulent, and therefore excrement, residual bait and the like at the bottom of the culture pond can be taken away along with the water flow, deposition at the bottom of the pond is avoided, good substrate and water quality are kept, and the morbidity is reduced; secondly, the clown fish can be forced to swim passively due to the urgent flowing water, so that the exercise amount of the fish is increased, the physical fitness is enhanced, and the growth speed is accelerated.
Detailed Description
The invention discloses a clown fish culture method, which can be realized by appropriately improving process parameters by referring to the content in the text by a person skilled in the art. It is expressly intended that all such similar substitutes and modifications which would be obvious to one skilled in the art are deemed to be included in the invention. While the methods and applications of this invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that variations and modifications in the methods and applications described herein, as well as other suitable variations and combinations, may be made to implement and use the techniques of this invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
The technical scheme of the invention comprises the following steps:
1. stocking specification: transferring the 15-day-old fish to a culture pond with the total length of 0.8-1.0cm for culture until the product specification reaches 3.0-3.5 cm.
2. Feeding strategy: 1) the weaning period is set at 15-20 days old, namely the full length reaches 0.8-1.0, the compound feed is domesticated, namely a small amount of compound feed (Dingwang brand grouper compound feed No. 0 feed produced by Quanxing aquatic feed limited company in Shundzone of Fushan city) is fed before artemia are fed each time. The daily feeding amount is 0.1-1% of the body mass), the artemia are mainly used (the goal of maintaining the bait density of 1ind./mL in a water body for 2 hours after feeding is taken as the standard), the dosage of the compound feed is gradually increased along with the increase of the culture day age, the dosage of the artemia is reduced, the mixed feed is mainly used for feeding when the fish is 20-25 days old (the daily feeding amount is 1-2% of the mass of the fish body, the feeding is stopped by taking the fact that the young fish does not find the colony for feeding as a signal during each feeding), and the artemia is used as an auxiliary material (5 g per hundred of fish per day). After 30 days of age, basically all artificial mixed feed is fed (the daily feeding amount is 1-3% of the fish body mass, the feeding is adjusted according to the ingestion condition, the feeding is stopped by taking the unclustered foraging of juvenile fish as a signal for feeding every time), and after the mixed feed is fed every 2 days, the artemia are fed for one time (5 g for each hundred of fish every time). 2) The feeding times are 8 times per day, the feeding is carried out for 4 times every other hour from 8 am to 11 am, and the feeding is carried out for 4 times every other hour from 2 pm to 5 pm.
3. Water quality management: and (4) running water or circulating water culture. Adjusting the culture water level according to the requirement, namely adopting a high-low water level change culture method. The time quantum that needs the rest at bait and night fish of throwing something and feeding adopts high water level (40 ~50cm, from breeding jar top 10~15 cm), and high water level can make the breed pond rivers slow, can avoid washing away bait, still can provide comparatively comfortable rest rivers for the fish. After feeding is finished every time in the daytime, breeding is carried out by adopting a low water level (10-15 cm).
The high-low water level change culture method can be realized by simply modifying the water inlet and outlet of the culture pond. The water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the culture pond, a water drainage pipe is arranged to be inserted into the water drainage hole at the bottom of the culture pond so as to control the water level and realize surface layer drainage, the water drainage pipe is formed by directly connecting two water pipes with the same diameter by using a water pipe, and the water pipes can be plugged without using water pipe glue. The two sections of pipes are inserted into the controllable culture pond at the same time, so that the water level of the culture pond is high, the water flow is slow, the bait can be suspended in the water for a long time, the fish swims slowly, and a good rest can be obtained. One section above the drain pipe is pulled out (the height of the lower section is 15cm from the bottom of the pond), the water level of the culture pond can be controlled to be at a low water level, the low water level enables the water flow of the culture pond to be turbulent, so that excrement, residual bait and the like at the bottom of the culture pond can be taken away along with the water flow, the sediment at the bottom of the pond is avoided, good substrate and water quality are kept, and the morbidity is reduced; secondly, the clown fish can be forced to swim passively due to the urgent flowing water, so that the exercise amount of the fish is increased, the physical fitness is enhanced, and the growth speed is accelerated.
The raw materials and reagents used in the breeding method provided by the invention can be purchased from the market.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples:
example 1
The culture experiment is carried out in a pharbitis fish culture farm of Wanning in Hainan province in 2019 for 3-6 months. The cultivation pond is a rectangular cement pond with the specification of 60 (length) × 40 (width) × 60cm (height), one end of the rectangle is provided with a water inlet, and the bottom of the other end is provided with a water outlet. Simply transforming water inlet and outlet pipes for 10 of the ponds, wherein the original water inlet is water inlet from the upper part, and a section of water pipe is additionally arranged to ensure that the water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the culture pond; the water level is controlled and the surface layer drainage is realized by arranging the drain hole, the drain pipe is inserted into the bottom of the pool, the height of the original drain pipe is 50cm, namely the culture water level is constant at 50cm, the modified drain pipe is two water pipes with the same diameter and is directly connected with the water pipes, the water pipes are not needed to be connected with glue water, the water pipes can be plugged and pulled out, the height of the two connected water pipes is still 50cm, after one water pipe above the water pipes is pulled out, the height of the drain pipe is 15cm, and the water level is controlled to be 15 cm.
When the clown fish is incubated and cultured to 15 days old (all become juvenile fish, the total length is 0.8-1.0 cm), the clown fish is transferred to a culture pond for culture until the clown fish reaches the commodity specification of 3.0-3.5 cm. The method is characterized in that after the method is transferred to a culture pond to adapt for 1-2 days, domestication of compound feed is started, namely before artemia are fed each time, the compound feed is fed, the artemia are mainly used, the dosage of the compound feed is gradually increased along with the increase of the culture day age, the dosage of the artemia is reduced, the compound feed is mainly fed when the artemia are 20-25 days old (the daily feeding amount is 1-2% of the mass of a fish body, the feeding is stopped by taking the non-cluster foraging of juvenile fishes as a signal during each feeding), and the artemia are used as an auxiliary feed (5 g per hundred of fish per day). After 30 days of age, basically all artificial compound feed (the daily feeding amount is 1-3% of the fish body mass, and feeding is stopped by taking the non-colonial foraging of juvenile fish as a signal for each feeding), and after the compound feed is fed every 2 days, artemia are fed in a supplementing manner once. The feeding times are 8 times per day, the feeding is carried out for 4 times every other hour from 8 am to 11 am, and the feeding is carried out for 4 times every other hour from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Adopts running water cultivation. The running water time is set in the day before the feeding of each time is finished and the feeding of the next time is started, and the running water runs for 1 hour after the last feeding in the afternoon. One section of the upper part of the drain pipe is pulled out during the period of no feeding bait in the daytime of running water, and low-water-level cultivation is adopted, namely the cultivation water level is 15cm during the period of no feeding bait in the daytime. The low water level makes the water flow of the culture pond turbulent, so that excrement, residual bait and the like at the bottom of the culture pond can be taken away along with the water flow, the sediment at the bottom of the pond is avoided, good substrate and water quality are kept, and the morbidity is reduced; secondly, the clown fish can be forced to swim passively due to the urgent flowing water, so that the exercise amount of the fish is increased, the physical fitness is enhanced, and the growth speed is accelerated. The rest time does not change water, and keeps high water level, adopts high water level at the time quantum that feeds bait and night fish need the rest promptly, and high water level can make the breed pond rivers slow, and bait can suspend for a long time in aqueous, can avoid washing away bait, still can obtain better rest for fish provides comparatively comfortable rest rivers.
After 60 days of culture in the culture pond, the average specification reaches 3.1cm in total length, and the juvenile fish of the same batch only reaches 2.3cm in total length within the same time period of culture in a control group (no water level change culture is adopted, the juvenile fish of the same batch is transferred to the culture pond after 1.5cm in total length and begins to feed the compound feed and the feeding times are 4 times), and the juvenile fish reaches the commodity specification (3.0cm) after 30 days of culture.
COMPARATIVE EXAMPLE 1 (Normal mode)
1) The culture conditions are as follows: the cultivation pond is a rectangular cement pond with the specification of 60 (length) × 40 (width) × 60cm (height), one end of the rectangle is provided with a water inlet for water inlet from the upper part, and the bottom of the other end is used for water drainage. The height of the culture water level is 50 cm. The total number of the culture ponds is 10.
2) Cultivation management: when the clown fish is incubated and cultured to 25 days old (all become juvenile fish, the total length is 1.0-1.5 cm), the clown fish is transferred to a culture pond for culture until the clown fish reaches the commodity specification of 3.0-3.5 cm. The method is characterized in that after the method is transferred to a culture pond to adapt for 1-2 days, the method begins to domesticate compound feed, namely before artemia are fed each time, compound feed is fed, the artemia are mainly used, the dosage of the compound feed is gradually increased along with the increase of the culture day age, the dosage of the artemia is reduced, the compound feed is mainly fed when the artemia are 30 days old (the daily feeding amount is 1-2% of the mass of a fish body, and the feeding is stopped by taking the non-cluster foraging of juvenile fishes as a signal during each feeding), and the artemia are used as an assistant. After 40 days of age, basically all artificial compound feed (the daily feeding amount is 1-3% of the mass of the fish body, and feeding is stopped by taking the non-colonial foraging of juvenile fish as a signal for each feeding), and after the compound feed is fed every 2 days, artemia are fed in a supplementing manner once. The feeding times are 4 times per day, the feeding is performed for 2 times every 2 hours from 8 am to 11 am, and the feeding is performed for 2 times every 2 hours from 2 pm to 5 pm for 1 time. Adopts running water cultivation. The running water time is set from the completion of each feeding in the daytime to the beginning of the next feeding, and the running water runs for 1 hour after the last feeding in the afternoon.
COMPARATIVE EXAMPLE 2 (high feeding frequency mode)
The culture conditions were consistent with those of comparative example 1, the feeding frequency was 8 times per day from 40-day-old (4 times per control group 1), and the other management modes were consistent with those of comparative example 1.
Examples of effects
Group setting:
the invention comprises the following steps: example 1;
control group 1: comparative example 1;
control group 2: comparative example 2.
The results are shown below:
TABLE 1 cultivation time and Specifications (mean. + -. SD)
Figure BDA0002706861280000071
The same column numbers with different letters indicate significant difference between groups (P <0.05)
TABLE 2 survival Rate
Figure BDA0002706861280000072
The same column numbers with different letters indicate significant difference between groups (P <0.05)
After 75 days of culture, the average total length of the control group 1 is 2.32 +/-0.09 cm, the average total length of the control group 2 is 2.78 +/-0.13 cm, the average total length of the new mode group provided by the invention is 3.06 +/-0.12 cm, and the difference between groups is obvious (P is less than 0.05). The total culture time reaching the commercial fish specification (3cm) is 104.6 +/-5.4 days for the control group 1, 92.8 +/-4.2 days for the control group 2, 75.2 +/-4.1 days for the new model group provided by the invention, and the difference between the groups is obvious (P < 0.05). The control group 2 is different from the control group 1in that the feeding frequency is increased, so that the increase of the feeding frequency can improve the growth rate of the clown fish juvenile fish, and the growth rate of the new mode group is obviously higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2, so that the new mode provided by the invention can promote the growth rate of the clown fish by 'weaning' in advance and utilizing a mode of different water level rotation at different heights except the increase of the feeding frequency.
The statistical bait consumption shows that the consumption of the novel mode compound feed is 480 +/-35 g, the consumption of the control group 1 is 201 +/-24 g, the consumption of the control group 2 is 330 +/-21 g, and the difference between the groups is obvious (P is less than 0.05) when the consumption is 75 days. The increase of the control group 2 by 64.2% compared with the control group 1 is mainly caused by the increase of the feeding times of the control group, and therefore, the increase of the feeding times can increase the food intake of clown fish, thereby accelerating the growth rate. The observation shows that the feeding amount of each time is not obviously reduced because the feeding times per day are increased during feeding, and reflects that the emptying rate of the intestines and the stomach of the clown fish juvenile fish is higher, so that the feeding frequency is increased, the nutritional requirement of the juvenile fish is more sufficient, and the juvenile fish can grow faster. The consumption of the mixed feed of the new model group is increased by 45.5 percent compared with that of the control group 2, and the main reason is that when the new model group is cultured at a low water level, the water flow is more rapid, the passive swimming consumption of the juvenile fish is forced to be larger, the total food intake is increased, and the food intake difference is larger and larger along with the accelerated growth of the new model group.
The average survival rate of 75d is 54.4 +/-3.5% in the control group 1, 55.1 +/-3.2% in the control group 2 and 60.1 +/-4.4% in the new mode group. The new model group of the invention is higher than the two control groups, and has obvious difference (P <0.05) and no obvious difference (P >0.05) between the two control groups. The survival rate of 3cm is 40.2 +/-7.8% in the control group 1, 48.5 +/-5.2% in the control group 2 and 60.1 +/-4.4% in the new mode group, and the difference between the groups is obvious (P is less than 0.05). Therefore, the survival rate of the new model group cultured to the specification of commercial fish (3cm) is obviously higher than that of the two control groups (P is less than 0.05), and the method has obvious advantages. The experiment time is a low risk period of clown fish diseases, and all experimental groups do not have diseases when cultured in a culture pond to 75 days old. However, the survival rate at 75 days of age of the new model group is higher than that of the two control groups, the reason is probably that the survival rate of the new model group is improved in advance in the weaning period, in the experiment, the death of individual larval fish is often caused when the artemia are fed, the undigested artemia in the intestinal tract is discovered by dissection, and artemia egg shells are discovered, and the excessive ingestion or the death due to the ingestion of the artemia egg shells are presumed. The control group 1 had 2 ponds which were bred to 92 days old and 95 days old, respectively, and the overall survival rate was more reduced, and the control group 2 had 2 ponds which were bred to 80 days old. According to past experience, clown fishes are easy to attack in two high-risk stages, namely a seedling raising stage and a third month of culture. The control group 2 has advanced disease onset date because the feeding times are increased, so that more waste accumulated in the water body is not effectively removed. The new mode of the invention effectively removes the accumulation of residual bait and excrement at the bottom, reduces the incidence of diseases, and shortens the time for culturing the commercial fish to meet the specification, thereby avoiding the second risk period.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
