本发明提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂及其制备方法,所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂包括:分散稳定剂、阳离子乳化剂、共聚单体、阳离子单体、引发剂、中和碱以及溶剂,本发明的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂不含禁用物质及甲醛,适用于各种纤维面料的硬挺整理,整理后的织物具有硬度高、弹性好、挺括厚实的手感风格。因此解决了现有白乳胶硬挺剂不耐无机盐类增重剂的问题,且与无机盐增重剂同浴使用整理织物时不影响硬挺剂乳液稳定性和硬挺效果。本发明的制备方法工艺步骤简单,工艺可控性高,对设备要求低,适合批量生产。

本发明涉纺织化学品技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
织物硬挺整理是一种重要的风格整理,经硬挺整理后的纺织品可以获得刚性、挺括、弹性、厚实的手感风格,主要应用于窗帘、箱包、工装、及针织面料等织物的后整理加工工艺。市面上常用的硬挺剂主要有:三聚氰胺树脂、尿醛树脂、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚苯-丙乳液、聚醋-丙乳液、白乳胶(聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液)等。
三聚氰胺树脂、尿醛树脂产品本身含有甲醛,织物经整理后甲醛会长期释放,严重危害人体健康。聚丙烯酸酯乳液、聚苯~丙乳液、聚醋~丙乳液这几类硬挺剂,由于使用含有释放甲醛的交联单体,整理后布面也会有少量甲醛残留,不能做到完全意义上的环保;同时由于这几类乳液分子量相对较小,在用量较少的情况下,很难达到理想的硬挺手感,本身为阴离子性,使用具有一定的局限性。白乳胶硬挺剂是一类用聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为分散稳定剂(即保护胶),在乳化剂、引发剂和加热的条件下,醋酸乙烯酯单体和聚乙烯醇接枝聚合,得到的一类乳白色粘稠乳液。白乳胶硬挺剂完全不含有甲醛,由于醋酸乙烯酯在大分子聚乙烯醇的基础上继续接枝聚合,因而形成的乳液分子量更大,少量使用即可得到优良的硬挺效果,同时乳液成本低廉,且可做成各种离子性,适用性广,故此类硬挺剂具有广阔的应用前景。
在染整加工过程中,由于织物被过度加工处理产生克重不足或者有特殊的重量要求,染厂往往会大量使用一些无机盐类(硫酸镁、氯化镁)增重剂,这类无机盐会影响硬挺剂乳液的稳定性,导致乳液破乳,从而失去硬挺效果,同时硬挺剂布面会形成疵点和硬挺斑,造成面料损失。因此,如何提升提高白乳胶硬挺剂的耐盐性就成了印染工作者当前迫切需要解决的关键问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,包括:分散稳定剂,其质量百分比为2~4%;阳离子乳化剂,其质量百分比为1~3%;共聚单体,其质量百分比为39~45%;阳离子单体,其质量百分比为2~6%;引发剂,其质量百分比为0.1~0.3%;中和碱,其质量百分比为0.1~0.2%;以及溶剂,其质量百分比为3.5~52.8%。
进一步地,所述的分散稳定剂的包括聚乙烯醇;所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700~2400,所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88~90%。
进一步地,所述阳离子乳化剂包括十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵及十八烷基三甲基氯化铵。
进一步地,所述的共聚单体包括:醋酸乙烯酯,其质量百分比为79~93%;甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其质量百分比为2~6%;叔碳酸乙烯酯,其质量百分比为4~12%;以及羟乙基丙烯酰胺,其质量百分比为1~3%。

本发明还提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将2~4%分散稳定剂加入溶剂中,升温至90~94℃,并搅拌40~60min直至所述分散稳定剂完全溶解于所述溶剂中形成第一混合溶液;将所述第一混合溶液降温至75~85℃,后加入1~3%的阳离子乳化剂形成第二混合溶液;分别滴加39~45%的共聚单体、2~6%的阳离子单体和0.1~0.3%的引发剂至所述第二混合溶液中进行反应,控制反应温度在75~85℃,持续滴加4h~6h直至滴完后形成第三混合溶液;将所述第三混合溶液升温至88~92℃,并保温40~60min;再将所述第三混合溶液降温至45℃,加入0.1~0.2%的中和碱调节乳液后得到环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,所述中和碱调节乳液的pH值为6~9。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂及其制备方法,环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂不含禁用物质及甲醛,适用于各种纤维面料的硬挺整理,整理后的织物具有硬度高、弹性好、挺括厚实的手感风格。因此解决了现有白乳胶硬挺剂不耐无机盐类增重剂的问题,且与无机盐增重剂同浴使用整理织物时不影响硬挺剂乳液稳定性和硬挺效果。本发明的制备方法工艺步骤简单,工艺可控性高,对设备要求低,适合批量生产。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,包括:分散稳定剂、阳离子乳化剂、共聚单体、阳离子单体、引发剂、中和碱以及溶剂。
所述分散稳定剂的质量百分比为2~4%。
所述的分散稳定剂的包括聚乙烯醇;所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700~2400,所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88~90%。
所述聚乙烯醇包括聚乙烯醇1788、聚乙烯醇2088及聚乙烯醇2488中的一种或多种组合。
所述阳离子乳化剂的质量百分比为1~3%。
所述阳离子乳化剂包括十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵及十八烷基三甲基氯化铵。
所述共聚单体的质量百分比为39~45%。
所述的共聚单体包括:醋酸乙烯酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、叔碳酸乙烯酯以及羟乙基丙烯酰胺。
所述醋酸乙烯酯的质量百分比为79~93%。所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯的质量百分比为2~6%。
所述叔碳酸乙烯酯的质量百分比为4~12%。所述叔碳酸乙烯酯包括新壬酸乙烯酯、新癸酸乙烯酯及新十一酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种组合。
所述羟乙基丙烯酰胺的质量百分比为1~3%;所述阳离子单体的质量百分比为2~6%。
所述阳离子单体包括二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、三甲基烯丙基氯化铵及丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵。
所述引发剂的质量百分比为0.1~0.3%。
所述引发剂包括过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠及过硫酸钾中的一种或多种组合。
所述中和碱的质量百分比为0.1~0.2%。所述的中和碱包括碳酸钠、氢氧化钠及氢氧化钾。
所述溶剂的质量百分比为3.5~52.8%。所述溶剂包括水。
本发明提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂不含禁用物质及甲醛,适用于各种纤维面料的硬挺整理,整理后的织物具有硬度高、弹性好、挺括厚实的手感风格。因此解决了现有白乳胶硬挺剂不耐无机盐类增重剂的问题,且与无机盐增重剂同浴使用整理织物时不影响硬挺剂乳液稳定性和硬挺效果。
(2)制备方法工艺步骤简单,工艺可控性高,对设备要求低,适合批量生产。
为了得到本发明所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,本发明实施例1提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法,实施例1中所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法包括如下步骤S1~S5。
S1、将2%的聚乙烯醇1788加入纯水中,升温至90℃,并搅拌40min直至所述聚乙烯醇1788完全溶解于所述溶剂中形成第一混合溶液。
S2、将所述第一混合溶液降温至75℃,后加入1%的十二烷基三甲基氯化铵形成第二混合溶液;
S3、分别滴加45%的共聚单体、2%的阳离子单体和0.1%的引发剂至所述第二混合溶液中进行反应,控制反应温度在75~78℃,持续滴加4h直至滴完后形成第三混合溶液,该过程是放热反应。
所述共聚单体中各组分的质量百分比为:醋酸乙烯酯93%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2%、叔碳酸乙烯酯4%以及羟乙基丙烯酰胺1%。
所述阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
S4、将所述第三混合溶液升温至88℃,并保温40min。
S5、再将所述第三混合溶液降温至45℃,加入0.1%的中和碱调节乳液(碳酸钠)后得到环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,所述中和碱调节乳液的pH值为6。
本发明实施例2提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法用以得到所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,实施例2中所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法包括如下步骤S101~S105。
S101、将3%的聚乙烯醇2088加入纯水中,升温至92℃,并搅拌50min直至所述聚乙烯醇2088完全溶解于所述纯水中形成第一混合溶液。
S102、将所述第一混合溶液降温至80℃,后加入2%的十六烷基三甲基氯化铵形成第二混合溶液;
S103、分别滴加42%的共聚单体、4%的阳离子单体和0.2%的引发剂至所述第二混合溶液中进行反应,控制反应温度在78~82℃,持续滴加5h直至滴完后形成第三混合溶液,该过程是放热反应。
所述共聚单体中各组分的质量百分比为:醋酸乙烯酯86%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4%、叔碳酸乙烯酯8%以及羟乙基丙烯酰胺2%。
所述阳离子单体为三甲基烯丙基氯化铵,所述引发剂为过硫酸钠。
S104、将所述第三混合溶液升温至90℃,并保温50min。
S105、再将所述第三混合溶液降温至45℃,加入0.15%的中和碱调节乳液(氢氧化钠)后得到环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,所述中和碱调节乳液的pH值为7。
本发明实施例3提供一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法用以得到所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,实施例3中所述环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法包括如下步骤S201~S205。
S201、将4%的聚乙烯醇2488加入纯水中,升温至94℃,并搅拌60min直至所述聚乙烯醇2488完全溶解于所述纯水中形成第一混合溶液。
S202、将所述第一混合溶液降温至85℃,后加入3%的十八烷基三甲基氯化铵形成第二混合溶液;
S203、分别滴加39%的共聚单体、6%的阳离子单体和0.3%的引发剂至所述第二混合溶液中进行反应,控制反应温度在82~85℃,持续滴加6h直至滴完后形成第三混合溶液,该过程是放热反应。
所述共聚单体中各组分的质量百分比为:醋酸乙烯酯79%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6%、叔碳酸乙烯酯12%以及羟乙基丙烯酰胺3%。
所述阳离子单体为丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾。
S204、将所述第三混合溶液升温至92℃,并保温60min。
S205、再将所述第三混合溶液降温至45℃,加入0.2%的中和碱调节乳液(氢氧化钾)后得到环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,所述中和碱调节乳液的pH值为8。

Claims (10)
1.一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,包括:
分散稳定剂,其质量百分比为2~4%;
阳离子乳化剂,其质量百分比为1~3%;
共聚单体,其质量百分比为39~45%;
阳离子单体,其质量百分比为2~6%;
引发剂,其质量百分比为0.1~0.3%;
中和碱,其质量百分比为0.1~0.2%;以及
溶剂,其质量百分比为3.5~52.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述的分散稳定剂的包括聚乙烯醇;
所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700~2400,所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88~90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述阳离子乳化剂包括十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵及十八烷基三甲基氯化铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述的共聚单体包括:
醋酸乙烯酯,其质量百分比为79~93%;
甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其质量百分比为2~6%;
叔碳酸乙烯酯,其质量百分比为4~12%;以及
羟乙基丙烯酰胺,其质量百分比为1~3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述阳离子单体包括二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、三甲基烯丙基氯化铵及丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述引发剂包括过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠及过硫酸钾中的一种或多种组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述的中和碱包括碳酸钠、氢氧化钠及氢氧化钾。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于:
所述聚乙烯醇包括聚乙烯醇1788、聚乙烯醇2088及聚乙烯醇2488中的一种或多种组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,其特征在于,
所述叔碳酸乙烯酯包括新壬酸乙烯酯、新癸酸乙烯酯及新十一酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种组合。
10.一种环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将2~4%分散稳定剂加入溶剂中,升温至90~94℃,并搅拌40~60min直至所述分散稳定剂完全溶解于所述溶剂中形成第一混合溶液;
将所述第一混合溶液降温至75~85℃,后加入1~3%的阳离子乳化剂形成第二混合溶液;
分别滴加39~45%的共聚单体、2~6%的阳离子单体和0.1~0.3%的引发剂至所述第二混合溶液中进行反应,控制反应温度在75~85℃,持续滴加4h~6h直至滴完后形成第三混合溶液;
将所述第三混合溶液升温至88~92℃,并保温40~60min;
再将所述第三混合溶液降温至45℃,加入0.1~0.2%的中和碱调节乳液后得到环保耐盐阳离子白乳胶硬挺剂,所述中和碱调节乳液的pH值为6~9。
