Abstract
本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于补气补血的中药发酵饮品及其使用方法和制备方法,原料包括净化水、胡萝卜汁、茯苓提取物、荷叶提取物、橘皮提取物、白扁豆提取物、人参提取物、甘草提取物、干姜提取物、冬枣提取物、菊花提取物、玫瑰花提取物、枸杞提取物、黄精提取物、L‑阿拉伯糖、蜂蜜、抗性糊精、百香果汁、红枣汁、木糖醇和食用香精;使用方法为将中药发酵饮品稀释10~50倍后饮用;制备方法包括将上述原料混合后,依次使用好氧益生菌和厌氧益生菌发酵,并对最终发酵液进行破壁。该中药发酵饮品具备补气健脾、升清降浊、提供免疫力、增强体质的功效,同时更易被人体所吸收。

本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于补气补血的中药发酵饮品及其使用方法和制备方法。
背景技术
现代社会压力大,导致大多数的人处于“亚健康”,容易气虚、血虚,从而精力体力都跟不上。从西医角度来看,由于该现象没有具体的疾病症状,因此没有有效的治疗方法。中医药学整体观念认为,人体的生命活动是机体在内外环境的作用下,由多种因素相互作用而维持的一种动态的相对平衡过程。而健康则是人体阴阳维持相对平衡的状态,即“阴平阳秘”。平衡失调,就会导致器质性和功能性的疾病状态。中医学不是机械地孤立地看待人患的“病”,而是把“病人”看作是一个整体,把“病”作为人体在一定内外因素作用下,在一定时间的失衡状态。治疗上,既要怯邪、又要扶正,强调机体正气的作用,通过调整机体功能状态达到治疗疾病的目的。
目前市场上补气补血类产品有传统的四君子汤、十全大补丸等经典中药配方,但存在效果缓慢的不足。
发明内容
针对现有补气补血类产品见效慢的技术问题,本发明提供一种用于补血补气的中药发酵饮品及其使用方法和制备方法,该中药发酵饮品由益生菌发酵多种具有补血补气功效的中草药制得,益生菌可促进中草药的吸收利用,中草药所含有化学成分又能为益生菌的增殖扫除障碍,中药发酵饮品具备补气健脾、升清降浊、提供免疫力、增强体质的功效,同时更易被人体所吸收。
第一方面,本发明提供一种用于补血补气的中药发酵饮品,所述中药发酵饮品包括如下重量份数的原料:
净化水60~80份、胡萝卜汁5~10份、茯苓提取物1~3份、荷叶提取物1~3份、橘皮提取物0.5~1份、白扁豆提取物0.1~1份、人参提取物0.1~0.5份、甘草提取物0.1~0.5份、干姜提取物0.5~1份、冬枣提取物1~2份、菊花提取物1~2份、玫瑰花提取物2~4份、枸杞提取物2~4份、黄精提取物0.1~0.5份、L~阿拉伯糖2~3份、蜂蜜2~3份、抗性糊精1~5份、百香果汁1~5份、红枣汁1~5份、木糖醇1~2份和食用香精0.1~0.3份;
所述中药发酵饮品的制备方法包括将上述原料混合后,依次使用好氧益生菌和厌氧益生菌发酵,并对最终发酵液进行破壁。
进一步的,所述胡萝卜汁为胡萝卜经榨汁机榨得的液体,以此类推,百香果汁、红枣汁分别为百香果、红枣经榨汁机榨得的液体;
所述茯苓提取物为茯苓粉碎后加入高于茯苓粉碎物1~3cm的水蒸煮得到的液体,以此类推,荷叶提取物、橘皮提取物、白扁豆提取物、人参提取物、甘草提取物、干姜提取物、冬枣提取物、菊花提取物、玫瑰花提取物、枸杞提取物、黄精提取物分别为荷叶、橘皮、白扁豆、人参、甘草、干姜、冬枣、菊花、玫瑰花、枸杞、黄精粉碎后,加入高于粉碎物1~3cm的水蒸煮得到的液体。

1)按照上述重量份数称量原料、混合、高压蒸汽灭菌,灭菌温度120℃,灭菌时间30min,然后冷却至30~40℃,得到混合液;
2)将含有好氧益生菌的发酵剂接种到混合液中进行好氧发酵,接种量为500万~1000万cfu/mL,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为24h,得到一次发酵液;
3)向一次发酵液中接种含有厌氧益生菌的发酵剂,进行厌氧发酵,接种量为500万~1000万cfu/mL,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为72h,得到二次发酵液;
4)对二次发酵液进行低温高压破壁处理,破壁温度为25~35℃,破壁压力为20~60Mpa,得到破壁处理液;
5)对破壁处理液进行巴氏灭菌,灭菌温度为75~90℃,灭菌时间为15~16s,得到中药发酵饮品。
进一步的,所述含有好氧益生菌的发酵剂的总活菌数高于100亿cfu/克,所述含有厌氧益生菌的发酵剂的总活菌数高于100亿cfu/克,发酵剂中除益生菌外还可以包含益生菌载体,如麦芽糊精等。
进一步的,所述好氧益生菌为酿酒酵母菌,所述厌氧酵母菌为植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌中的3~5种。
第二方面,本发明提供一种上述中药发酵饮品的使用方法,所述使用方法为将中药发酵饮品稀释10~50倍后饮用。
第三方面,本发明提供一种用于补血补气的中药发酵饮品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照净化水60~80份、胡萝卜汁5~10份、茯苓提取物1~3份、荷叶提取物1~3份、橘皮提取物0.5~1份、白扁豆提取物0.1~1份、人参提取物0.1~0.5份、甘草提取物0.1~0.5份、干姜提取物0.5~1份、冬枣提取物1~2份、菊花提取物1~2份、玫瑰花提取物2~4份、枸杞提取物2~4份、黄精提取物0.1~0.5份、L~阿拉伯糖2~3份、蜂蜜2~3份、抗性糊精1~5份、百香果汁1~5份、红枣汁1~5份、木糖醇1~2份和食用香精0.1~0.3份称量原料,混合后进行高压蒸汽灭菌,灭菌温度120℃,灭菌时间30min,然后冷却至30~40℃,得到混合液;

干姜:味辛,性热,温中散寒,回阳通脉,温肺化饮;
冬枣:健脾养胃、益血壮神、解毒保肝、防治心血管;
菊花:味苦、甘,性微寒,散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒;
玫瑰花:味甘、微苦,性温,行气解郁,和血散瘀;
枸杞:味甘,性平,养肝,滋肾,润肺;
黄精:味甘,性平,补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾;
百香果:味甘、酸,性平,清肺润燥,安神止痛,和血止痢;
红枣:健胃,健脾,益血,滋补,强身。
本发明选取药食同源的中草药作为原料,均为已经过大量临床试验验证可以长期服用的物质,本发明按照“升清降浊”理念进行配伍,解决脾胃的运化问题,提升五脏之气,补气补血,提高机体免疫力;
本发明原料经过好氧益生菌、厌氧益生菌发酵,好氧发酵菌产生的酶比较多,可将中药进行快速的降解,释放其中的功效因子,同时好氧发酵还能够为后续的厌氧发酵提供“无氧”条件;
本发明采用低温高压破壁技术处理二次发酵液,完全利用物理方式把细胞炸裂,有效保存了细胞基因序列,并且释放出的有效物质只有微生物细胞的千分之一到三千分之一,更易被人体吸收;
本发明中药发酵饮品中无毒害成分且富含多种益生菌和代谢产物,能有效调节人体肠道微生态,促进中药功能成分吸收;
综上所述,本发明中药发酵饮品具有补气补血、升清降浊、提高免疫力,增强体质的作用。

2)将含有酿酒酵母菌的发酵剂(总活菌数高于100亿cfu/克)接种到混合液中进行好氧发酵,接种量为1000万cfu/mL,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为24h,得到一次发酵液;
3)向一次发酵液中接种含有重量比1:1:1:1的植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌的发酵剂(总活菌数高于100亿cfu/克),进行厌氧发酵,接种量为500万cfu/mL,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为72h,得到二次发酵液;
4)使用高压喷雾破壁机(浙江英拓机械科技有限公司JJ1/600)对二次发酵液进行低温高压破壁处理,破壁温度为28℃,破壁压力为20Mpa,得到破壁处理液;
5)对破壁处理液进行巴氏灭菌,灭菌温度为80℃,灭菌时间为15s,得到中药发酵饮品。
尽管通过优选实施例的方式对本发明进行了详细描述,但本发明并不限于此。在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的前提下,本领域普通技术人员可以对本发明的实施例进行各种等效的修改或替换,而这些修改或替换都应在本发明的涵盖范围内/任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于补血补气的中药发酵饮品,其特征在于,所述中药发酵饮品包括如下重量份数的原料:
净化水60~80份、胡萝卜汁5~10份、茯苓提取物1~3份、荷叶提取物1~3份、橘皮提取物0.5~1份、白扁豆提取物0.1~1份、人参提取物0.1~0.5份、甘草提取物0.1~0.5份、干姜提取物0.5~1份、冬枣提取物1~2份、菊花提取物1~2份、玫瑰花提取物2~4份、枸杞提取物2~4份、黄精提取物0.1~0.5份、L~阿拉伯糖2~3份、蜂蜜2~3份、抗性糊精1~5份、百香果汁1~5份、红枣汁1~5份、木糖醇1~2份和食用香精0.1~0.3份;
所述中药发酵饮品的制备方法包括将上述原料混合后,依次使用好氧益生菌和厌氧益生菌发酵,并对最终发酵液进行破壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药发酵饮品,其特征在于,所述胡萝卜汁为胡萝卜经榨汁机榨得的液体,以此类推,百香果汁、红枣汁分别为百香果、红枣经榨汁机榨得的液体;
所述茯苓提取物为茯苓粉碎后加入高于茯苓粉碎物1~3cm的水蒸煮得到的液体,以此类推,荷叶提取物、橘皮提取物、白扁豆提取物、人参提取物、甘草提取物、干姜提取物、冬枣提取物、菊花提取物、玫瑰花提取物、枸杞提取物、黄精提取物分别为荷叶、橘皮、白扁豆、人参、甘草、干姜、冬枣、菊花、玫瑰花、枸杞、黄精粉碎后,加入高于粉碎物1~3cm的水蒸煮得到的液体。
3.如权利要求1所述的中药发酵饮品,其特征在于,所述中药发酵饮品包括如下重量份数的原料:
净化水60份、胡萝卜汁6份、茯苓提取物2份、荷叶提取物2份、橘皮提取物0.5份、白扁豆提取物0.5份、人参提取物0.3份、甘草提取物0.3份、干姜提取物0.8份、冬枣提取物1份、菊花提取物1份、玫瑰花提取物2份、枸杞提取物2份、黄精提取物0.1份、L-阿拉伯糖2份、蜂蜜2份、抗性糊精5份、百香果汁5份、红枣汁5份、木糖醇2份和食用香精0.3份。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的中药发酵饮品的使用方法,其特征在于,所述使用方法为将中药发酵饮品稀释10~50倍后饮用。
5.一种用于补血补气的中药发酵饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照净化水60~80份、胡萝卜汁5~10份、茯苓提取物1~3份、荷叶提取物1~3份、橘皮提取物0.5~1份、白扁豆提取物0.1~1份、人参提取物0.1~0.5份、甘草提取物0.1~0.5份、干姜提取物0.5~1份、冬枣提取物1~2份、菊花提取物1~2份、玫瑰花提取物2~4份、枸杞提取物2~4份、黄精提取物0.1~0.5份、L~阿拉伯糖2~3份、蜂蜜2~3份、抗性糊精1~5份、百香果汁1~5份、红枣汁1~5份、木糖醇1~2份和食用香精0.1~0.3份称量原料,混合后进行高压蒸汽灭菌,灭菌温度120℃,灭菌时间30min,然后冷却至30~40℃,得到混合液;
2)将含有好氧益生菌的发酵剂接种到混合液中进行好氧发酵,接种量为500万~1000万cfu/mL,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为24h,得到一次发酵液;
3)向一次发酵液中接种含有厌氧益生菌的发酵剂,进行厌氧发酵,接种量为500万~1000万cfu/mL,发酵温度为37℃,发酵时间为72h,得到二次发酵液;
4)对二次发酵液进行低温高压破壁处理,破壁温度为25~35℃,破壁压力为20~60Mpa,得到破壁处理液;
5)对破壁处理液进行巴氏灭菌,灭菌温度为75~90℃,灭菌时间为15~16s,得到中药发酵饮品。
6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)为按照净化水60份、胡萝卜汁6份、茯苓提取物2份、荷叶提取物2份、橘皮提取物0.5份、白扁豆提取物0.5份、人参提取物0.3份、甘草提取物0.3份、干姜提取物0.8份、冬枣提取物1份、菊花提取物1份、玫瑰花提取物2份、枸杞提取物2份、黄精提取物0.1份、L-阿拉伯糖2份、蜂蜜2份、抗性糊精5份、百香果汁5份、红枣汁5份、木糖醇2份和食用香精0.3份称量原料,混合后进行高压蒸汽灭菌,灭菌温度120℃,灭菌时间30min,然后冷却至30~40℃,得到混合液。
7.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述含有好氧益生菌的发酵剂的总活菌数高于100亿cfu/克,所述含有厌氧益生菌的发酵剂的总活菌数高于100亿cfu/克。
8.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述好氧益生菌为酿酒酵母菌。
9.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述厌氧酵母菌为植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌中的至少2种。
