The first X-axis moving assembly 43 is fixedly connected with the first Z-axis moving assembly 44, and the first Z-axis moving assembly 44 drives the first X-axis moving assembly 43 to vertically move along the Z-axis. The first Y-axis moving assembly 45 is fixedly connected with the first Z-axis moving assembly 44, and the first Y-axis moving assembly drives the first X-axis moving assembly 43 and the first Z-axis moving assembly 44 to move horizontally along the Y-axis. The first X-axis moving assembly 43 includes an X cylinder 430 and a first cylinder supporting plate 431, the X cylinder 430 is fixed to the first cylinder supporting plate 431, a lead screw of the X cylinder 430 is fixedly connected to the first material taking baffle 41, and the X cylinder 430 drives the first material taking baffle 41 to horizontally move along the X axis. The first Z-axis moving assembly 44 includes a Z cylinder 440, a second cylinder support plate 441, and a cylinder rod 442, the Z cylinder 440 is fixed to the second cylinder support plate 441, a lead screw of the Z cylinder 440 is fixedly connected to the first cylinder support plate 431, and the Z cylinder 440 drives the first X-axis moving assembly 43 to move vertically, i.e., along the Z axis. One end of the cylinder rod 442 is fixed to the second cylinder support plate 441, and the other end is movably connected to the first cylinder support plate 431. The sliding belt 452 is fitted over the first moving gear 453 and the second moving gear 454, and drives the first moving gear 453 and the second moving gear 454 to rotate. The Y-axis slide includes a first Y-axis slide 457 and a second Y-axis slide 458, the first Y-axis slide 457 and the second Y-axis slide 458 being disposed on both sides of the slide belt 452. The sliding fastener includes a first sliding fastener 459 and a second sliding fastener 460, and the first sliding fastener 459 is fixedly connected to the sliding belt 452 and the second cylinder support plate 441, respectively, and is driven by the sliding belt 452 to move horizontally along the Y-axis. The second sliding fastener 460 is fixed to the second cylinder support plate 441 and is slidably disposed on the Y-axis slide, and the second sliding fastener 460 horizontally moves along the Y-axis on the Y-axis slide.
The first material taking module 4a moves as follows when the material taking mechanism 4 takes materials: first Y-axis motion assembly 45 drives first clamping jaw 40 in the Y-axis direction closer to transport mechanism 3, when the first clamping jaw 40 reaches the material taking position, the first Z-axis movement assembly 44 drives the first clamping jaw 40 to move vertically and downwards, so that the first clamping jaw 40 and the paint spraying jig 7 are on the same level, then the first X-axis moving assembly 43 drives the first clamping jaw 40 to approach the paint spraying jig 7 along the X-axis, and the paint spraying jig 7 is placed in the first clamping jaw 40, after the first clamping jaw 40 fixes the paint spraying jig 7, the first Z-axis moving assembly 44 drives the first clamping jaw 40 to move vertically upwards, the first Y-axis moving assembly 45 drives the first clamping jaw 40 to move close to the positioning mechanism 5 along the Y-axis direction, when the painting jig 7 is carried over the positioning mechanism 5, the first Z-axis moving assembly 44 drives the first holding jaw 40 to move vertically downward to place the painting jig 7 in the positioning mechanism 7. The second take-out module 4b moves synchronously with the first take-out module 4 a.
As shown in fig. 12, the positioning mechanism 5 is provided below the disassembling mechanism 6, and is configured to fix the paint spraying jig 7 conveyed by the material taking mechanism 4. The positioning mechanism 5 includes a positioning plate 50 and a support rod 54, the positioning plate 50 is fixed to the cover plate 15 by a positioning bracket 55, and the positioning plate 50 is disposed above the first square hole 17 and the second square hole 18. As shown in fig. 13, the disassembling mechanism 6 is used for disassembling the paint spraying jig 7 placed on the positioning mechanism 5, the disassembling mechanism 6 includes a pressing module 60 and a disassembling module 61, the disassembling module 61 is fixed on the pressing module 60, the pressing module 60 drives the disassembling module 61 to move vertically, and the disassembling module 61 is used for disassembling the paint spraying jig 7. The pressing module 60 includes a pressing bracket 601, a pressing cylinder 600 and a pressing plate 604, the pressing bracket 601 is used for supporting the pressing cylinder 600, the pressing bracket 601 is fixed to the second frame 19 and includes a supporting column 603 and a pressing support plate 602, the supporting column 603 is fixed to the cover plate 15, the pressing support plate 602 is fixed to the top end of the supporting column 603, and the pressing support plate 602 is provided with a rod hole. The pressing cylinder 600 is fixed on the pressing support plate 602, and a lead screw of the pressing cylinder 600 passes through a rod hole to be connected with the pressing plate 604 and drives the pressing plate 604 to move vertically. The pressing module 60 further comprises a sliding rod 605, one end of the sliding rod 605 is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 604, the other end of the sliding rod 605 is slidably connected with the pressing support plate 602, and the upper end of the sliding rod 605 is provided with an anti-falling piece 606. Optionally, the drop guard 606 is a bolt.
The disassembling module 61 includes a connecting plate 614, a lifting device 610 and a disassembling plate 611. The connecting plate 614 includes a horizontal plate 613 and a vertical plate 612, the horizontal plate 613 and the vertical plate 612 are connected at a right angle, the horizontal plate 613 is fixed to the lower pressure plate 604 and moves vertically along with the lower pressure plate 604, and the vertical plate 612 is fixedly connected to the lifting device 610 and drives the lifting device 610 to move vertically. The number of the clamping jaws, the positioning mechanisms 5 and the disassembling mechanisms 6 can be correspondingly increased as required, so that the plurality of paint spraying jigs 7 can be automatically conveyed, positioned and disassembled conveniently.
The automatic disassembling machine further comprises a control system which is electrically connected with the storage disc separating mechanism 2, the conveying mechanism 3, the material taking mechanism 4 and the disassembling mechanism 5 respectively.
