Example two
As shown in fig. 11, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the frame 1 is provided with a material taking mechanism 10 for taking out the material in the covered tray 100 filled with the material at the material loading station 11, and the material taking mechanism 10 is a manipulator. Therefore, the manipulator can be used for grabbing materials, and different materials are compatible for grabbing and feeding.
As described above, the scheme protects an automatic feeding and discharging device for a tray with a cover, and all technical schemes which are the same as or similar to the scheme are shown to fall into the protection scope of the scheme.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic feeding and discharging device for the covered tray comprises a frame and is characterized in that the frame is sequentially provided with a feeding station, a cover closing station and a discharging station from left to right, a feeding mechanism for conveying the covered tray filled with materials to the feeding station, a positioning mechanism for positioning the covered tray conveyed by the feeding mechanism and arranged on the feeding station, a cover plate transferring mechanism for clamping and transferring a cover plate on the upper part of the positioned covered tray to the cover closing station from the feeding station, and a cover plate loosening mechanism for loosening the cover plate before closing the cover plate so as to facilitate closing the cover closing action to be completed and arranged on the cover closing station when the cover is required, and a tray transferring mechanism for transversely transferring the covered tray which is not filled with materials after closing to the lower part of the covered tray to the discharging station.

The automatic feeding and discharging device for the covered tray according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a first Z-axis linear module which is arranged at the left side of the feeding station and extends vertically, and a supporting plate which is driven by the first Z-axis linear module to move up and down, and the supporting plate can convey the covered tray filled with materials upwards to the feeding station.

An automatic loading and unloading device for covered trays as defined in claim 1, wherein a full-material covered tray storage mechanism capable of loading and transversely conveying a plurality of full-material covered trays is arranged at the lower part of the frame, the full-material covered tray storage mechanism comprises a transversely extending conveyor belt and a first motor for driving the conveyor belt to transversely convey the full-material covered trays, and when the loading mechanism is empty, the supporting plate of the loading mechanism can be lowered to be flush with the full-material covered tray storage mechanism.

The automatic feeding and discharging device for the tray with the cover according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises two clamping cylinders which are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the feeding station and are opposite to each other in front and rear, and positioning pins which are driven by the clamping cylinders and can be matched with positioning holes in the tray with the cover when the positioning pins extend out.

The automatic feeding and discharging device for the tray with the cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate transferring mechanism comprises a first X-axis linear module transversely arranged on the front side of the frame and a first movable seat which is driven by the first X-axis linear module and can transversely move, the first movable seat is connected with a second movable seat which can vertically move through the driving of a second Z-axis linear module, the second movable seat is connected with a clamping jaw which can clamp/unclamp the cover plate through the driving of a first cylinder, and a positioning pin which is matched with a positioning hole on the cover plate when the clamping jaw stretches out is arranged on the clamping jaw.

The automatic feeding and discharging device for the tray with the cover according to claim 1, wherein the cover closing mechanism comprises a second cylinder arranged on the frame, a guide vertical shaft arranged on the frame, a first movable mounting plate driven by the second cylinder to move up and down along the guide vertical shaft, an open slot formed on the first movable mounting plate and convenient for clamping the cover plate, two third cylinders respectively arranged on slot walls on the front side and the rear side of the open slot, a first clamping plate driven by one of the third cylinders to move back and forth, and a second clamping plate driven by the other of the third cylinders to move back and forth and arranged in cooperation with the first clamping plate.

The automatic feeding and discharging device for the tray with the cover according to claim 1, wherein the empty tray transferring mechanism comprises a second X-axis linear module which is arranged on the rack and extends transversely, a second movable mounting plate which is driven by the second X-axis linear module and can move transversely, two fourth air cylinders which are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the second movable mounting plate, a third clamping plate which is driven by one fourth air cylinder and can move forwards and backwards, and a fourth clamping plate which is driven by the other fourth air cylinder and can move forwards and backwards and is matched with the third clamping plate.

An automatic loading and unloading device for capped trays according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a stacking mechanism capable of pushing capped trays completed at the loading station one by one upward and completing stacking and a stacking rack for receiving and storing capped trays pushed out by the stacking mechanism are provided on the frame.
