本发明提供了一种麦冬食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将麦冬放置清水中浸泡和清洗后放置容器中进行蒸制,并蒸透;将蒸透的麦冬放置阴凉处,自然冷却,置于冷库中速冻;将速冻后的麦冬,放入蜂蜜拌匀,并放置冷冻干燥机中降温;将真空冷冻的麦冬再进行真空减压干燥,得到麦冬食品。具有滋阴润燥的功效,而且制作工艺简单,易操作,由本发明的方法制备的麦冬食品,不仅携带方便,而且开袋即食,口感甘甜,营养易吸收。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种麦冬食品的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
麦冬(学名:Ophiopogon japonicus(Linn.f.)Ker-Gawl.)百合科沿阶草属多年生常绿草本植物,根较粗,中间或近末端常膨大成椭圆形或纺锤形的小块根,茎很短,叶基生成丛,禾叶状,苞片披针形,先端渐尖,种子球形,花期5-8月,果期8-9月。麦冬原产中国,日本、越南、印度也有分布。中国南方等地均有栽培。生于海拔2000米以下的山坡阴湿处、林下或溪旁。麦冬的小块根是中药,有生津解渴、润肺止咳之效。当今市场销售各种麦冬补药,但是这种补药均为将麦冬进行深加工制成食用补品,破坏了麦冬中有些营养成分,而且携带不方便。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们迫切需要一种像糖果一样包装的麦冬产品,开袋即食,吃一口就能补充人体一天所需能量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种开袋即食,便于携带且有滋阴润燥等功效的麦冬食品。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种麦冬食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将麦冬放置清水中浸泡和清洗后放置容器中进行蒸制,并蒸透;
S3:将蒸透的麦冬放置阴凉处,自然冷却,置于冷库中速冻;
S4:将速冻后的麦冬,放入蜂蜜拌匀,并放置冷冻干燥机中降温;
S5:将真空冷冻的麦冬再进行真空减压干燥,得到麦冬食品。
优选地,本发明中所述蒸制麦冬的温度为60-100℃,蒸制时间为20-40分钟。
优选地,本发明中所述冷冻干燥机为真空冷冻干燥机,冷却的温度为零下15-30℃。
采用本发明方法制备得到的麦冬食品可以直接口服。
采用本发明方法制备得到的麦冬食品具有滋阴润燥、清热生津或润肺止咳的用途。
本发明的技术方案的有益效果:
通过本发明方法制备的麦冬食品,不仅具有滋阴润燥的功效,而且制作工艺简单,易操作,由本发明的方法制备的麦冬食品,不仅携带方便,而且开袋即食,口感甘甜,营养易吸收。

实施例1
将人麦冬放置清水中浸泡和清洗后放置容器中进行蒸制,蒸制的温度为70℃,蒸制30分钟,蒸透,将蒸透的麦冬放置阴凉处,自然冷却,置于零下20℃的冷库中速冻,将速冻后的麦冬加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀,放入冷冻干燥机中,在零下25℃降温,将真空冷冻的麦冬再进行真空减压干燥,得到麦冬食品。
实施例2
将麦冬放置清水中浸泡和清洗后放置容器中进行蒸制,蒸制的温度为90℃,蒸制25分钟,蒸透,将蒸透的麦冬放置阴凉处,自然冷却,置于零下30℃的冷库中速冻,将速冻后的麦冬加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀,放入冷冻干燥机中,在零下15℃降温,将真空冷冻的麦冬再进行真空减压干燥,得到麦冬食品。

1.一种麦冬食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将麦冬放置清水中浸泡和清洗后放置容器中进行蒸制,并蒸透;
S3:将蒸透的麦冬放置阴凉处,自然冷却,置于冷库中速冻;
S4:将速冻后的麦冬,放入蜂蜜拌匀,并放置冷冻干燥机中降温;
S5:将真空冷冻的麦冬再进行真空减压干燥,得到麦冬食品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蒸制麦冬的温度为60-100℃,蒸制时间为20-40分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷冻干燥机为真空冷冻干燥机,冷却的温度为零下15-30℃。
4.根据权利要求1制备得到的麦冬食品可以直接口服。
5.根据权利要求1制备得到的麦冬食品具有滋阴润燥、清热生津或润肺止咳的用途。
