本发明涉及一种凉茶冰棍及其加工工艺,包括原浆药材和冰棍配料,所述原浆药材由下列重量份的原料制成:夏菇草1份、仙人草1份、金银花1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、鸡蛋花1份、甘草1份、薄荷1份、乌梅1份;所述冰棍配料由下列重量份原料制成:白砂糖1份、果葡糖浆1份、麦芽糖浆1份、葡萄糖粉1份、葡萄干5‑20份、黄桃果干5‑20份、红杏果干5‑20份;所述原浆药材和冰棍配料比为1:5‑10,余量为纯净水。本发明的有益效果是:将凉茶通过冷冻饮品冰棍的生产工艺完成,把饮料与冰棍完美融合在一起,夏天消暑的首先产品,既有凉茶的味道,又能消暑降温,口感清爽,大量果肉,食物感强,严格做到无香精、无色素、无代糖的健康产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷饮食品技术领域,具体的说是一种凉茶冰棍及其加工工艺。
背景技术
民间常用复方或单味土产草药煎熬而成的饮料,将药性寒凉和能消解内热的中草药煎水作饮料喝,以消除夏季人体内的暑气,或冬日干燥引起的喉咙疼痛等疾患。凉茶是人们根据当地的气候、水土特征,在长期预防疾病与保健的过程中,以中医养生理论为指导,以中草药为原料,食用、总结出的一种具有清热解毒、生津止渴、祛火除湿等功效的饮料。但目前的凉茶是采用传统的饮料工艺制作出来的液体饮料,产品具有单一性和局限性。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术不足,本发明提供一种凉茶冰棍及其加工工艺。
本发明提供的一种凉茶冰棍及其加工工艺是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种凉茶冰棍,包括原浆药材和冰棍配料,所述原浆药材由下列重量份的原料制成:夏菇草1份、仙人草1份、金银花1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、鸡蛋花1份、甘草1份、薄荷1份、乌梅1份;所述冰棍配料由下列重量份原料制成:白砂糖1份、果葡糖浆1份、麦芽糖浆1份、葡萄糖粉1份、葡萄干5-20份、黄桃果干5-20份、红杏果干5-20份;所述原浆药材和冰棍配料比为1:5-10,余量为纯净水。
优选的,一种凉茶冰棍,包括原浆药材和冰棍配料,所述原浆药材由下列重量份的原料制成:夏菇草1份、仙人草1份、金银花1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、鸡蛋花1份、甘草1份、薄荷1份、乌梅1份;所述冰棍配料由下列重量份原料制成:白砂糖1份、果葡糖浆1份、麦芽糖浆1份、葡萄糖粉1份、葡萄干10份、黄桃果干10份、红杏果干10份;所述原浆药材:冰棍配料为1:10,余量为纯净水。
一种凉茶冰棍加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将原浆药材所需配料按照上述比例混合,进行萃取,然后与水混合形成凉茶;
b、将凉茶冷却成型为冰棍的冰壳;
c、将冰棍配料加工成软芯,放入冰壳内,然后用凉茶进行冰壳封尾并冻结,形成冰棍;
d、将冰棍包装、检验、入库。
本发明的有益效果是:将凉茶通过冷冻饮品冰棍的生产工艺完成,把饮料与冰棍完美融合在一起,夏天消暑的首先产品,既有凉茶的味道,又能消暑降温,口感清爽,大量果肉,食物感强,严格做到无香精、无色素、无代糖的健康产品。

实施例1
一种凉茶冰棍,包括原浆药材和冰棍配料,所述原浆药材由下列重量份的原料制成:夏菇草1份、仙人草1份、金银花1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、鸡蛋花1份、甘草1份、薄荷1份、乌梅1份;所述冰棍配料由下列重量份原料制成:白砂糖1份、果葡糖浆1份、麦芽糖浆1份、葡萄糖粉1份、葡萄干10份、黄桃果干10份、红杏果干10份;所述原浆药材:冰棍配料:纯净水为1:3:20。
一种凉茶冰棍加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将原浆药材所需配料按照上述比例混合,进行萃取,然后与水混合形成凉茶;
b、将凉茶冷却成型为冰棍的冰壳;
c、将冰棍配料加工成软芯,放入冰壳内,然后用凉茶进行冰壳封尾并冻结,形成冰棍;
d、将冰棍包装、检验、入库。
本产品将凉茶通过冷冻饮品冰棍的生产工艺完成,把饮料与冰棍完美融合在一起,夏天消暑的首先产品,既有凉茶的味道,又能消暑降温,口感清爽,大量果肉,食物感强,严格做到无香精、无色素、无代糖的健康产品。
本产品加工工艺的特殊性:1、采用上乘的植物草本药材,特殊的工艺萃取原浆。2、采用冰棍的生产工艺全自动配料系统,CIP清洗消毒系统,全密封、全原浆配料。3、采用全自动的冰棍生产线,特殊的工艺结构,添加大量的果干果肉,口感舒适,清爽降暑。

1.一种凉茶冰棍,其特征在于:包括原浆药材和冰棍配料,所述原浆药材由下列重量份的原料制成:夏菇草1份、仙人草1份、金银花1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、鸡蛋花1份、甘草1份、薄荷1份、乌梅1份;所述冰棍配料由下列重量份原料制成:白砂糖1份、果葡糖浆1份、麦芽糖浆1份、葡萄糖粉1份、葡萄干5-20份、黄桃果干5-20份、红杏果干5-20份;所述原浆药材和冰棍配料比为1:5-10,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉茶冰棍,其特征在于:包括原浆药材和冰棍配料,所述原浆药材由下列重量份的原料制成:夏菇草1份、仙人草1份、金银花1份、菊花1份、桑叶1份、鸡蛋花1份、甘草1份、薄荷1份、乌梅1份;所述冰棍配料由下列重量份原料制成:白砂糖1份、果葡糖浆1份、麦芽糖浆1份、葡萄糖粉1份、葡萄干10份、黄桃果干10份、红杏果干10份;所述原浆药材:冰棍配料为1:10,余量为纯净水。
3.一种凉茶冰棍加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
