背景技术
松茸是一种珍贵的天然食用菌类,含丰富的维生素和氨基酸,具有高蛋白、低脂肪的特点,口味鲜香,营养丰富,具有很高的营养价值和保健作用。松茸抗癌活性较高具有很高的药用价值,用于抗癌药物,具有十分诱人的前景。松茸的保鲜期很短,只有15天左右,为了长期保存,人们多采用冷冻技术。这种方法没有对松茸进行深加工,产品附加值低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种深加工的松茸保健饮品。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种松茸保健饮品,每1000L松茸保健饮品的成品中含有如下组分:松茸浸提液4~6kg、茶叶浸提液5~7kg、 果葡糖浆45~55kg、一水柠檬酸1.8~2.2kg、维生素C 0.18~0.22kg、 D异抗坏血酸钠0.09~0.11kg、六偏磷酸钠0.18~0.22kg、三氯蔗糖0.008~0.012kg、安赛蜜0.08~0.12kg、阿斯巴甜0.08~0.12kg、果胶0.08~0.12kg和食用香精0.9~1.1kg;
松茸浸提液的制备:松茸粉碎,加入至10倍重量的水中, 在45~55℃温度下水煮,然后对固形物压榨取汁,并与原液混合,真空浓缩至原液重量的一半;
茶叶浸提液制备:茶叶粉碎,加入至20倍重量的水中,水浴锅中浸提,过滤。
还包括以下成分的浸提液:党参0.8~1kg、阿胶0.4~0.6kg、巴戟天0.3~0.5kg、山楂0.6~0.8kg、山药0.4~0.6kg、熟地0.2~0.6kg、麦门冬0.4~8kg、五味子0.2~0.6kg、决明子0.2~0.4kg、枸杞子0.6~1kg、车前子0.4~0.8kg;以上组份浸提液的制备均是加入至10倍重量的水中,水浴锅中浸提,过滤制得。
本发明的技术效果是:本发明为低糖低热饮料,热量大大低于市场上的冰红茶,通过添加低粘度小分子果胶消除代糖的不适感,糖尿病、肥胖症和高血脂患者可酌量饮用,产品稳定性好,保持期内无明显的沉淀出现。本发明可以使松茸得到充分利用,加工出高品质、高附加值的松茸精制产品,为松茸的加工利用开辟新的途径,使松茸创造出更大的经济价值。将松茸与传统茶饮品相结合,充分利用松茸的保健功能,具有松茸的口味和传统茶饮料的优良口感,增加了茶饭粒的保健作用。长期饮用可强身健体、延年益寿。
本发明克服了新鲜松茸产品易于发霉变质、难于贮存的问题,制成易于贮存饰品,保质期可长达1年以上,有效地解决了新鲜松茸难于储存的问题,本发明还可利用松茸的边角料进行加工,可有效降低生产成本,提高生产效益。
具体实施方式
一种松茸保健饮品,每1000L松茸保健饮品的成品中含有如下组分:松茸浸提液5kg、茶叶浸提液6kg、 果葡糖浆50kg、一水柠檬酸2kg、维生素C 0.2kg、 D异抗坏血酸钠0.1kg、六偏磷酸钠0.2kg、三氯蔗糖0.01kg、安赛蜜0.1kg、阿斯巴甜0.1kg、果胶0.1kg和食用香精1kg;
松茸浸提液的制备:鲜松茸筛选,去除杂质,用清水洗净,然后切粹加入10倍松茸重量的水中,在45~55℃温度下水煮1小时,压榨取汁再将提取的汁液与原液混合过滤,真空浓缩至原液重量的一半,冷藏备用。
茶叶浸提液制备:将红茶或绿茶原料粉碎,加入至20倍重量的水中,放入水浴锅中,65℃浸提后取出,过滤,滤液室温静置,然后于离心机中离心后,取上清液备用。
还包括以下成分的浸提液:党参0.9kg、阿胶0.5kg、巴戟天0.4kg、山楂0.7kg、山药0.5kg、熟地0.4kg、麦门冬0.6kg、五味子0.4kg、决明子0.3kg、枸杞子0.8kg、车前子0.6kg;以上组份浸提液的制备均是加入至10倍重量的水中,水浴锅中浸提,过滤后获得。这些组分加入后,本饮品还具有滋阴补肾、祛痰清心、生津止渴、消食化积、明目、清火、利尿等保健作用,成为一种保健佳品。
本品对50位成年自愿者进行实验并对每个人进行追踪调查,自愿者每天早晚在固定时间段对加入保健成分的本品进行适量饮用,连续两个月,得到数据如下:
1、体质明显改善者21人,之前身体乏力、常期有疲劳感得以改善或基本消失。
2、之前有口干、口苦者9人,症状都有改观或消失。
3、经常恶心、打嗝、体虚多汗症状1人,服用本品后,恶心打嗝症状消失,食欲增强,体质逐渐变好,多汗症状消失。
4、50位自愿者服用过程均未有不良反应。

1.一种松茸保健饮品,其特征在于,每1000L松茸保健饮品的成品中含有如下组分:松茸浸提液4~6kg、茶叶浸提液5~7kg、 果葡糖浆45~55kg、一水柠檬酸1.8~2.2kg、维生素C 0.18~0.22kg、 D异抗坏血酸钠0.09~0.11kg、六偏磷酸钠0.18~0.22kg、三氯蔗糖0.008~0.012kg、安赛蜜0.08~0.12kg、阿斯巴甜0.08~0.12kg、果胶0.08~0.12kg和食用香精0.9~1.1kg;
松茸浸提液的制备:松茸粉碎,加入至10倍重量的水中, 在45~55℃温度下水煮,然后对固形物压榨取汁,并与原液混合过滤,真空浓缩至原液重量的一半;
茶叶浸提液制备:茶叶粉碎,加入至20倍重量的水中,水浴锅中浸提,过滤。
