技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体是指一种辅助调节胃肠道的复配食品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着中国经济的不断发展和居民生活水平的提升,现代生活节奏加快,工作压力大及过度疲劳,以及久坐、饮食结构不合理、重口味饮食等,造成年轻的上班族,胃肠道受损严重,导致消化功能低下、胃肠道炎症、便秘、腹泻等症状发生。同时随着年龄的增长,中老年人的胃肠道问题也逐步显现。因此胃肠道问题普遍存在。胃肠道问题除了引起胃肠道不适之外,长期的胃肠道问题,还会导致脾胃功能减弱、营养不足、免疫力低下、内分泌失调等身体障碍。因此胃肠道健康是身体健康的基础,应该受到广泛的关注和高度的重视。
市场上的胃肠道健康产品,主要分为几类:益生菌类、益生元类、膳食纤维类、中草药类。
益生菌产品通过直接补充肠道有益菌,来调节肠道菌群的平衡,使肠道有益菌增多,抑制有害菌的生长,从而达到维持或改善肠道功能的效果。但是人体肠道内存在着上千种细菌,且每个人由于饮食、生活习惯等差异,肠道内的细菌组成都不一样,而益生菌产品是补充几种固定的细菌,但不是每个人缺乏的都是这几种,并不能普遍适用。且每个人肠道环境不一样,补充进去的益生菌也不一定都能定植和存活,所以效果有差异。益生菌产品还存在保存过程中菌种死亡的问题,容易导致产品效果不佳。同时,长期使用益生菌,会产生耐受性和依赖性,使人体失去自我调节的功能,且益生菌产品还存在基因修饰、杂菌污染等风险。
益生元类产品的作用机理,是通过间接的方式来补充肠道有益菌。益生元是肠道有益菌的“食物”,补充益生元后,有益菌会大量增殖,有害菌的生长就受到了抑制。
膳食纤维分为可溶性膳食纤维和不溶性膳食纤维。可溶性膳食纤维起到益生元的作用。不溶性膳食纤维,是通过纤维进入肠道后,吸水膨胀,增加大便的含水量,增大大便的体积,促进肠道的蠕动,促进大便的排出,主要解决便秘、大便干燥的问题。
中草药类的产品,几乎都是解决便秘问题,且作用方式比较刺激,很多产品中含有让人泄泻的成分,只是让人暂时解决排便困难问题,并不是真正的调节胃肠道功能,甚至会带来损伤作用。
综上,现有产品都能解决一部分的胃肠道问题,但是益生元和益生菌是改善肠道菌群失调引起的肠道问题,膳食纤维是通过促进肠道蠕动来改善便秘的问题,中草药类大部分是通过泄泻来达到治疗便秘的问题。然而大部分人的胃肠道问题是一个复杂且多种诱因导致的问题,无法单独用某一种方式就能够解决问题,且针对某些胃肠道的炎症,目前的方式都无法解决。

鉴于此,本发明以益生元、膳食纤维、药食同源植物、植物肽、植物酵素及其它调节风味的成分为原料,通过合理的组合,使本产品最终具有改善胃肠道功能的作用的一种辅助调节胃肠道的复配食品组合物及其制备方法,具体包括以下原料:

步骤四:全自动包装机(设备厂家及型号)分装,包装规格20g/袋。
进一步的,所述调节风味辅助原料包括香精0.01份,柠檬酸0.5份,柠檬酸钠0.05份。
进一步的,所述辅助调节胃肠道的复配食品组合物的原料中包含水1-100份。
进一步的,所述原料称取后用DSGL系列袋式过滤器进行过滤,调配液罐装于50毫升玻璃瓶中,高压灭菌锅内121℃杀菌30分钟后冷却至室温进行包装。
进一步的,所述原料可以为固态也可以为液态,最终的产品可以是固体饮料、压片糖果、饮料、饼干、膏滋或营养棒。
