Abstract
本发明公开一种具有祛湿减脂功效的组合物及其制备方法和应用,以重量计,该组合物包括:茯苓1‑20份,薏苡仁1‑20份,黄精0.5‑15份,莲子0.5‑15份,山楂0.5‑15份,荷叶0.01‑10份,陈皮0.01‑5份。本发明的组合物通过促进肠道蠕动给湿气的排出提供通路,以排出体内湿气,同时利于脂肪的代谢,达到减脂的功效。

本发明涉及食品、保健食品和药品技术领域,具体地,涉及到一种具有祛湿减脂的组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
现代人是生活在一个冬有暖气夏有空调的环境中,对四季的感觉越来越不分明。夏天该出汗的时候,因为用空调导致汗液挥发不出来淤积体内;冬天烧暖气,阳气外越,藏不住精气(冬不藏精,春必病温)。人体在这种环境的状态下,皮肤开合的功能下降,抵御病邪的能力越来越差,极容易导致体内湿邪堆积。
另外,随着生活水平和饮食结构的改变,肥胖已成为全球性健康问题,并与多种慢性疾病密切相关,严重危害人类健康。其中肥胖病人患有高脂血症的病人比例较高,血脂异常作为动脉粥样硬化的主要致病因素,易导致冠心病及其他动脉粥样硬化性疾病。
湿邪是中医学中重要的致病因素,人之脏腑、经络、气血、津液无不可为之所伤,故无论外感内伤均易诱发各类疾病的产生。经常有患者自述感觉身体繁重或自觉湿气太重,而常规的医院检查,没有湿气检测项。故和湿气、湿邪相关的病症需要借助中医中药进行治疗。很多人借助西医的方法,即通过服用加速脂肪消耗以减肥的左旋肉碱等化学合成药物,并结合运动来达到协同减肥降脂作用,但多数人无法坚持,且不良反应较多。而中医在治疗湿邪相关的疾病和肥胖类人群,所用的辩证论治原则是相通的,且所用原料大多较为安全,毒副作用少,疗效好。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种具有祛湿减脂功效的组合物。具体来说,本发明提供了一种具有祛湿减脂的组合物,以重量计,包括:茯苓1-20份,薏苡仁1-20份,黄精0.5-15份,莲子0.5-15份,山楂0.5-15份,荷叶0.01-10份,陈皮0.01-5份。
优选地,该组合物,以重量计,包括:茯苓2-15份,薏苡仁2-15份,黄精1-10份,莲子1-10份,山楂1-10份,荷叶0.1-7份,陈皮0.02-3份。
优选地,该组合物,以重量计,包括:茯苓4-12份,薏苡仁4-12份,黄精2-8份,莲子2-8份,山楂2-8份,荷叶0.5-5份,陈皮0.1-2份。
优选地,该组合物,以重量计,包括:茯苓6-10份,薏苡仁6-10份,黄精3-6份,莲子3-6份,山楂3-6份,荷叶1-4份,陈皮0.2-1.5份。
本发明还提供了一种上述具有祛湿减脂功效组合物的制备方法,包括:
(1)取药材,除杂,清洗干净。
(2)将薏苡仁浸泡,晾晒,焙炒;其他六味药材分别烘干。
(3)粉碎,过筛。
进一步地,所述制备方法包括:
(1)剔除茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精(酒制)、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮中的杂质,除黄精外,其余原料净水冲洗至冲洗水清澈;
(2)将洗净的茯苓、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮及拣杂过的黄精分别置于65-70℃烘箱中,烘干至含水量5%以下;洗净的薏苡仁于清水中浸泡1-2h,室温下晾至表面微干,于140-160℃焙炒15-30min,炒至表面裂口发黄,口感酥脆,有焦香味为止;
(3)将烘干的茯苓、山楂、荷叶、陈皮、黄精、莲子及炒制的薏苡仁分别粉碎,过筛,收集细粉,即得组合物。
本发明对混合的方式没有特殊要求,本领域技术人员公知的混合方式均可;本发明对混合时各组分的形态亦没有特殊要求,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对各组分进行处理得到预期的形状,如组分混合后先粉碎成粗粉,再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉。
本发明还提供了前述任一项组合物在祛湿减脂的食品、保健食品或药品中的应用。
本发明还提供一种前述任一所述组合物与药学上可接受的辅料或添加剂制成的食品、保健食品或药品。
进一步地,所述食品、保健食品或药品可添加的辅料或添加剂包括微晶纤维素、麦芽糊精、羧甲基淀粉钠、木糖醇、硬脂酸镁、山梨糖醇、果粉等,但不限于上述辅料或者添加剂。
进一步地,所述辅料或添加剂包括甜味剂、稀释剂、矫味剂、润滑剂;其中,所述甜味剂选自白砂糖、木糖醇、山梨糖醇、阿斯巴甜的一种或者几种,优选为山梨糖醇;所述稀释剂选自麦芽糊精、乳糖、微晶纤维素、淀粉的一种或几种,优选为微晶纤维素;所述矫味剂选自柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、奶粉、草莓果粉的一种或几种,优选为草莓果粉;所述润滑剂选自滑石粉、微粉硅胶、硬脂酸镁的一种或几种,优选为硬脂酸镁。
本发明还提供一种如上述食品、保健食品或药品的制备方法,包括:
(1)取药材,除杂,除黄精之外的其余药材清洗干净。
(2)将薏苡仁于清水中浸泡1-2h,室温下晾至表面微干,于140-160℃焙炒15-30min;将其他六味药材分别置于65-70℃烘箱中,烘干至含水量5%以下。
(3)加入甜味剂,粉碎,过筛。
(4)加入稀释剂和/矫味剂,混合。
(5)加入80%-95%乙醇,制成软材,过筛。
(6)干燥至含水量4%以下,冷却,过筛,加润滑剂。
进一步地,所述食品、保健食品或药品可选自汤剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、口服液、丸剂、酊剂、糖浆剂、栓剂、凝胶剂、喷雾剂、注射剂。

(1)原料预处理:剔除茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精(酒制)、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮中的杂质,除黄精外,其余原料入塑料筐中,净水冲洗至冲洗水清澈;

(4)配料、混合:按配方称取经粉碎的上述各物料与草莓果粉、微晶纤维素物料,经多功能料理机混合3-5分钟;
(5)制粒:混匀的物料加入95%乙醇,边加边不停搅拌,制成适宜软材(软材的软硬度一般以手握成团,推之即散为好),制备好的软材过20目筛网制粒;
(6)干燥、整粒:湿颗粒平铺在烘盘上,置于烘箱中,于70±5℃干燥约30-40min,至水分控制3.0%左右,取出自然冷却至室温,以20目筛整粒;
(7)压片:整粒后的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀,压片。
(8)包装:将上述片剂按定量进行包装,即得成品。
有益效果
本发明中所述组合物中,茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮均为国家卫生部规定的药食同源类物品,食用安全可靠,无毒副作用。且产品配方配伍均遵循中医理论指导,符合中医祛湿、减脂的治疗原则,同时制备工艺简单,口感良好,非常适用于体内湿气重,肥胖类人群。
在本发明的组合物中,茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精载于《神农本草经》,被列为上品。茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心的功效。薏苡仁具有利水渗湿,健脾,止泻等功效。黄精具有补气益阴、健脾、润肺、益肾之功效。莲子和荷叶属于莲的不同药用部位,具有同源异效之功,莲子性甘平,可以健脾益肾,为甘淡清补之品,可助运水谷,恢复正气;荷叶性苦,平,有清暑利湿、升发清阳、清心去热、凉血止血利水等功效。山楂性温,味酸、甘,是消积化食的传统中药,能消一切饮食积滞,尤善消化油腻肉积。《本草纲目》中对陈皮的描述为:其治百病总是取其理气燥湿之功,同补药则补,同泻药则泻,同升药则升,同降药则降。
本发明组合物中7味药食同源物品配伍使用,陈皮能够起到理气健脾,祛上焦之湿邪,促中州运化,通上下气机;山楂通过消积化滞,促进胃肠蠕动,可化解滞留于脾胃中焦的湿浊;茯苓、薏苡仁相须配伍可以利湿渗水、健脾利湿,通调下焦水道,让滞留下焦的湿滞可以顺利排解;莲子、黄精配伍起到补气健脾的功效,诸药配伍,可和解枢机,通利腑气,使滞留上焦的湿邪得以宣发、气机畅通,从而使水谷精微正常疏布,将阻滞中焦的湿邪化解,滞留下焦的水湿从下而利,将上中下三焦湿邪尽祛。而肥胖之人多为肥甘厚味过多,损伤脾胃阳气,导致脾胃运化功能减弱,湿气内生,留于孔窍、肌肤,阻滞中焦脾胃运化。而本发明组合物的7味中药通过促进肠道蠕动给湿气的排出提供通路,以排出体内湿气,同时利于脂肪的代谢,达到减脂的功效。
具体实施方式
如前所述,本发明旨在提供一种具有祛湿减脂功效的组合物及其制备方法和应用。以下将结合实验例的内容进行具体描述。
本发明实施例中如未注明具体条件者,均按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行,所用原料药或辅料,以及所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品,且所用原料均符合中国药典一部中各药材的检查项的规定,辅料符合中国药典四部或者GB 2760中食品添加剂使用标准的要求。
除非另有说明,否则所有的百分数、比率、比例或%数均按重量计。
实施例1
一种祛湿减脂组合物,该组合物的剂型为压片糖果,组成为:茯苓8份,薏苡仁8份,黄精4份,莲子4份,山楂4份,荷叶2份,陈皮0.5份,山梨糖醇51.5份,微晶纤维素10份,草莓果粉8份,硬脂酸镁1份。
祛湿减脂组合物压片糖果制备方法如下:
(1)原料预处理:剔除茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精(酒制)、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮中的杂质,除黄精外,其余原料入塑料筐中,净水冲洗至冲洗水清澈;
(2)原料烘干或炒制:将洗净的茯苓、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮及挑拣过的黄精分别置于65℃烘箱中,烘干至水分5%以下;洗净的薏苡仁于清水中浸泡2h,室温下晾至表面微干,于140℃焙炒30min,炒至表面裂口发黄,口感酥脆,有焦香味为止;
(3)原料粉碎:将山梨糖醇、烘干的茯苓、山楂、荷叶、陈皮、黄精、莲子及炒制的薏苡仁分别用高速多功能粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛;
(4)配料、混合:按配方称取经粉碎的上述各物料与草莓果粉、微晶纤维素物料,经多功能料理机混合3分钟;
(5)制粒:混匀的物料加入95%乙醇,边加边不停搅拌,制成适宜软材(软材的软硬度一般以手握成团,推之即散为好),制备好的软材过20目筛网制粒;
(6)干燥、整粒:湿颗粒平铺在烘盘上,置于烘箱中,于70±5℃干燥30min,至水分控制3.0%左右,取出自然冷却至室温,以20目筛整粒;
(7)压片:整粒后的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀,经圆形冲模(直径9mm)压成0.25g/片的圆形片。
(8)包装:将上述片剂按定量进行包装,即得成品。
实施例2
一种祛湿减脂组合物,该组合物的剂型为冲调粉,组成为:茯苓6份,薏苡仁6份,黄精3份,莲子3份,山楂3份,荷叶1份,陈皮0.2份,木糖醇7份,全脂奶粉3份,
祛湿减脂组合物冲调粉制备方法如下:
(1)原料预处理:剔除茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精(酒制)、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮中的杂质,除黄精外,其余原料入塑料筐中,净水冲洗至冲洗水清澈;
(2)原料烘干或炒制:将洗净的茯苓、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮及挑拣过的黄精分别置于70℃烘箱中,烘干至水分5%以下;洗净的薏苡仁于清水中浸泡1h,室温下晾至表面微干,于160℃焙炒15min,炒至表面裂口发黄,口感酥脆,有焦香味为止;
(3)原料粉碎:将烘干的茯苓、山楂、荷叶、陈皮、黄精、莲子及炒制的薏苡仁分别用高速多功能粉碎机粉碎,过200目筛;
(4)配料、混合:按配方称取的原料与辅料充分混匀;
(5)包装、灭菌:将所得冲调粉装袋后灭菌,即得成品。
实施例3
一种祛湿减脂组合物,该组合物的剂型为代用茶,组成为:茯苓10份,薏苡仁10份,黄精6份,莲子6份,山楂6份,荷叶4份,陈皮1.5份。
祛湿减脂组合物代用茶制备方法如下:
(1)原料预处理:剔除茯苓、薏苡仁、黄精(酒制)、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮中的杂质,除黄精外,其余原料入塑料筐中,净水冲洗至冲洗水清澈;
(2)原料烘干或炒制:将洗净的茯苓、莲子、山楂、荷叶、陈皮及挑拣过的黄精分别置于70℃烘箱中,烘干至水分5%以下;洗净的薏苡仁于清水中浸泡1.5h,室温下晾至表面微干,于150℃焙炒20min,炒至表面裂口发黄,口感酥脆,有焦香味为止;
(3)原料粉碎:将烘干的茯苓、山楂、荷叶、陈皮、黄精、莲子及炒制的薏苡仁分别用粉碎成直径6mm;
(4)灭菌、包装:将所用粉碎后的原料混合,并过筛、干燥杀菌,干燥杀菌温度160℃,时间为4h,灭菌后物料装袋,即为所述代用茶。
对比例1
一种祛湿减肥的组合物,该组合物的剂型为片剂,组成为:薏苡仁20克,赤小豆20克,山楂10克,大枣12克,陈皮8克,枸杞20克,丁香3克,荷叶15克,代代花10克,淀粉30g。
祛湿减肥组合物片剂制备方法如下:
(1)原料预处理:将大枣进行切片;
(2)中间体制备:将上述重量配比的中药原料混合,放入容器中,加水1.5升,浸泡1小时,大火煮沸,文火煎煮30分钟,水煎煮两次,合并滤液,过滤滤液,浓缩,干燥。
(3)压片:上述(2)得到干膏粉,加入加辅料淀粉,制粒压片,即的祛湿减肥组合物片剂。
对比例2
一种祛湿减脂组合物,该组合物的剂型为压片糖果,组成为:茯苓8份,薏苡仁8份,莲子4份,山楂4份,荷叶2份,陈皮0.5份,山梨糖醇53份,微晶纤维素16份,草莓果粉8份,硬脂酸镁1.5份。

(6)干燥、整粒:湿颗粒平铺在烘盘上,置于烘箱中,于70±5℃干燥30min,至水分控制3.0%左右,取出自然冷却至室温,以20目筛整粒;
(7)压片:整粒后的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀,经圆形冲模(直径9mm)压成圆形片。
(8)包装:将上述片剂按定量进行包装,即得成品。
实施例4祛湿减脂效果的评价
本研究通过高脂饲料喂养+高湿因素造模法,制备大鼠湿阻肥胖症模型,经过本发明组合物和对比例组合物干预后,观察各实施例组、对比例组大鼠祛湿评价指标形体、被毛、活动等情况,以及减脂评价指标大鼠的体重及脂体比的数值,来验证本发明组合物具有祛湿减脂的功效。
1、受试物:实施例1到实施例3以及对比例1、对比例2制备得到的组合物。
2、动物分组:将70只大鼠适应性喂养1周后,采用随机数字法随机分为7组,每组10只:正常对照组、模型对照组、实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、对比例1、对比例2。
3、实验方案:正常对照组:大鼠箱内温度为25-30℃,湿度为50%-60%;模型对照组、实施例组、对比例组:大鼠箱内温度25-30℃,湿度为90%-100%,除正常对照组给普通饲料外,其他各组均给予高脂饲料喂养12天。之后各实施例组、对比例组给予大鼠相对应的组合物(大鼠食用量按照人体推荐食用量进行折算),连续喂养28天,正常对照组、模型对照组灌胃给予同体积的去离水。
4、观察指标:(1)一般状态:每周观察并记录造模中各组大鼠的毛发色泽、行为状态、体质量、大便等外观行为方面的变化;(2)体重:实验开始前和实验结束各称量大鼠体重一次;(3)脂体比:试验结束前禁食16h,剖腹取体内脂肪(睾丸及肾周围脂肪垫)称重,并计算体脂/终体重比。
5、结果
(1)一般状态:造模后大鼠形体肥胖、被毛油腻、毛萎黄不泽、大便溏泄、活动迟缓、倦怠蜷卧、活动明显减少。给予实施例组合物和对比例组合物后,大鼠上述症状消失,活动次数增加。
(2)体重变化见表1。
注:与正常对照组比较##P<0.01;与模型对照组比较**P<0.01,*P<0.05。
由表1结果可以,正常对照组、模型对照组、3个实施例组、2个对比例组动物的初始体重经方差分析,数据无显著性差异,表明各组动物的初始体重是均衡的。模型对照组动物的终体重、总增重与正常对照组比较,数据有高度显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实施例1组的终体重、总增重与模型对照组相比,数据有高度显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.01);实施例2组、实施例3组的终体重与模型对照组比较,数据有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),总增重与模型对照组比较,数据有高度显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对比例1组终体重与模型对照组相比,数据无显著差异,无统计学意义,总增重与模型对照组比较,数据有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比例2的终体重、总增重与模型对照组相比,数据有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
(3)体脂比
注:与正常对照组比较#P<0.05;与模型对照组比较**P<0.01,*P<0.05。
由表2结果可以,模型对照组动物的体内脂肪重及脂体比与正常对照组比较,数据有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明模型建立成功。3个实施例组的体内脂肪重与模型对照组比较,数据有显著性差异(P<0.05);实施例1的脂体比与模型对照组相比,数据有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);实施例2组、实施例3组的脂体比与模型对照组相比,数据有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对比例1、对比例2与模型对照组动物的体内脂肪重及脂体比,均无显著性差异。
6、结论
综上所述,本发明所述的组合物与对比例相比较,能够明显降低湿阻肥胖症大鼠的体重,并且也能降低湿阻肥胖症大鼠的内脂肪重以及脂体比,具有很好的祛湿减脂的功效。
以上实施例仅用以进一步解释本发明的技术方案,有助于理解本发明的核心思想,而非对其限制。同时,虽然本发明对前述实施例对进行了详细的说明,但对于本领域的技术研究人员来说,在不脱离本发明的原理前提下,依然可以对前述各实施例进行修饰或者改进,而这些修饰或改进,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围,也应纳入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有祛湿减脂功效的组合物,其特征在于,以重量计,包括:茯苓1-20份,薏苡仁1-20份,黄精0.5-15份,莲子0.5-15份,山楂0.5-15份,荷叶0.01-10份,陈皮0.01-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,以重量计,包括:茯苓2-15份,薏苡仁2-15份,黄精1-10份,莲子1-10份,山楂1-10份,荷叶0.1-7份,陈皮0.02-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,以重量计,包括:茯苓4-12份,薏苡仁4-12份,黄精2-8份,莲子2-8份,山楂2-8份,荷叶0.5-5份,陈皮0.1-2份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,以重量计,包括:茯苓6-10份,薏苡仁6-10份,黄精3-6份,莲子3-6份,山楂3-6份,荷叶1-4份,陈皮0.2-1.5份。
5.一种如权利要求书1-4任一所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)取药材,除杂,除黄精之外的其余药材清洗干净;
(2)将薏苡仁浸泡,晾晒,焙炒;其他六味药材分别烘干;
(3)粉碎,过筛。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,薏苡仁于清水中浸泡1-2h,室温下晾至表面微干,于140-160℃焙炒15-30min;将其他六味药材分别置于65-70℃烘箱中,烘干至含水量5%以下。
7.权利要求1-4任一所述的组合物在制备祛湿减脂的食品、保健食品或药品中的应用。
8.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的组合物与药学上可接受的辅料或添加剂制成的食品、保健食品或药品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的药物或保健食品,其特征在于,所述辅料或添加剂包括甜味剂、稀释剂、矫味剂、润滑剂;其中,
所述甜味剂选自白砂糖、木糖醇、山梨糖醇、阿斯巴甜的一种或者几种;
所述稀释剂选自麦芽糊精、乳糖、微晶纤维素、淀粉的一种或几种;
所述矫味剂选自柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、奶粉、草莓果粉的一种或几种;
所述润滑剂选自滑石粉、微粉硅胶、硬脂酸镁的一种或几种。
10.一种如权利要求8或9所述的食品、保健食品或药品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述食品、保健食品或药品选自压片糖果,包括:
(1)取药材,除杂,除黄精之外的其余药材清洗干净;
(2)将薏苡仁于清水中浸泡1-2h,室温下晾至表面微干,于140-160℃焙炒15-30min;将其他六味药材分别置于65-70℃烘箱中,烘干至含水量5%以下;
(3)加入甜味剂,粉碎,过筛;
(4)加入稀释剂和/矫味剂,混合;
(5)加入80%-95%乙醇,制成软材,过筛;
(6)干燥至含水量4%以下,冷却,过筛,加润滑剂。
