本发明公开了一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,包括:(1)将山药、茯苓切片;(2)将山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子清洗干净并分别干燥;(3)将莲子烘炙2.5h,取出放凉;(4)将芡实烘炙3h,取出放凉;(5)将山药烘炙3~4h,取出放凉;(6)将白扁豆烘炙3h,取出放凉;(7)将薏苡仁烘炙2h,取出放凉;(8)对熟制好的物料进行灭菌;(9)将茯苓粉碎成极细粉;(10)将熟制的山药、白扁豆、莲子、芡实、薏苡仁混合、粉碎成细粉;(11)将细粉进一步粉碎成极细粉;(12)将茯苓极细粉与熟制混合粉混合均匀,即得保健粉。本发明较为充分地发挥了“四神”的作用,提升了补肾健脾、祛湿的效果,非常适合大规模推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法。
背景技术
正所谓:千寒易除,一湿难去,湿性黏浊,如油入面。现代人大都缺乏运动,出汗少,导致体内湿气排不出来,最终引发各种各样的疾病,例如脂肪肝、哮喘、高血压、心脑血管等。针对此种现状,目前市面上也出现了许多药食同源保健品,例如专门针对糖尿病人进行调理的保健品、专门针对高血压进行调理的保健品、专门用于补肾健脾祛湿的保健品等等。
以补肾健脾祛湿保健品为例,四神汤是中医著名的健脾食方,其中“四神”是指茯苓,淮山,莲子和芡实(或薏仁),汇集在一起后互相补遗,制成的汤水对人体具有健脾、养颜、降燥等诸多益处,几乎发挥出了“无敌”的功效,四神之名当之无愧。
然而,现有市面上众多的四神汤产品,由于制备工艺不合理,其制得的成品,在人体服用后,吸收率较低,需要服用大剂量才能达到预期的营养效果,而大量服用会增加身体负荷。因此,“四神”虽好,但如果没有适合的制作方式,其营养价值和效果将无法得到充分的释放。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,目的在于提升补肾健脾和祛湿的效果,充分释放四神汤营养价值。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将山药、茯苓切片;
(2)分别将1~3份山药、1~3份茯苓、1.5~5份薏苡仁、1~3份白扁豆、0.5~2份芡实、1~3份莲子用流动饮用水清洗干净;
(3)清洗后,对山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子分别干燥;
(4)将莲子在120℃以上进行烘炙,待莲子表面微黄,取出,放凉待用;
(5)将芡实在130℃以上进行烘炙,待千石白色表皮变为微黄色,且带有焦香味,取出,放凉待用;
(6)将山药在130℃以上进行烘炙,待山腰表面全面开始变为黄色时,取出,放凉;
(7)将白扁豆在145℃以上进行烘炙,待大量白扁豆表皮出现焦斑时,取出,放凉;
(8)将薏苡仁在160℃以上进行烘炙,待薏苡仁变为极脆时,取出,放凉;
(9)对熟制好的物料进行灭菌;
(10)将灭菌好的茯苓粉碎成极细粉,其D50在18~22μm;
(11)将熟制的山药、白扁豆、莲子、芡实、薏苡仁混合,并粉碎成220~250μm粒径的细粉;
(12)将细粉进一步粉碎成D50为18~22μm的极细粉;
(13)将茯苓极细粉与熟制混合粉混合均匀,然后分装即得保健粉。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中,将山药、茯苓切制成2~4mm的厚片。
具体地,所述步骤(3)中,于80℃以上条件对山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子分别干燥;山药、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子需分别干燥至水分低于13%,茯苓需干燥至水分低于9%。
作为优选,所述步骤(9)中,将熟制好的物料放置于微波干燥箱中进行灭菌,其中,设置的温度为80℃,微波功率为24KW,作用时间为12min。
作为优选,所述步骤(11)中,利用胶体磨粉碎机粉碎成250μm粒径的细粉。
作为优选,所述步骤(12)中,将细粉用超微粉碎机在0~4℃环境下粉碎成D50为20μm的极细粉,其中,进料频率为2Hz,粉碎时间为3小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明在“四神汤”配方基础上,通过熟制山药、薏苡仁、莲子、茯苓,并加入熟白扁豆、熟芡实两味能补肾健脾除湿的中药,不仅增强了四神汤补肾健脾的功效,而且相较以往的配方,本发明配方中成分性温和,对寒湿和湿热均有作用,通过食疗能达到自然去除体内湿气的目的,实现了全面祛湿的效果。
(2)本发明配方成分均来自于药食同源物质名单,是能长期服用并具有药效作用的物质,不仅含有人体所需的各种营养成分,符合人体膳食结构,而且无任何添加剂,天然健康。
(3)本发明设计了合理的配方、比例已经制备工艺,其具有如下特点:a、含有大量蛋白质和淀粉,食用后具有极强的饱腹感,有利于锻炼后服用,从而促进肌肉的增长;b、对所有原料均进行了熟制处理,并对所有原料进行了破壁破膜处理,从而加大了细胞内含物的溶出,如此也更符合人体对营养吸收的习惯,并大大提高了人体吸收率;c、加大了对人体有益成分(甘油三油酸酯、茯苓多糖)的溶出,加大了生物利用率,实现了服用少剂量即能达到预期的营养效果,避免了大量服用造成身体负荷过重的问题。
(4)本发明工艺流程设计合理,制得的产品食用效果好,较为充分地发挥了“四神”的作用,提升了补肾健脾、祛湿的效果,非常适合大规模推广应用。

本发明提供了一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其主要以“四神汤”配方为基础,通过熟制山药、薏苡仁、莲子、茯苓,并加入熟白扁豆、熟芡实两味能补肾健脾除湿的中药,从而增强四神汤祛湿、补肾健脾的功效。本发明的制备流程如下:
(1)先将山药、茯苓切制成厚片(2~4mm);
(2)分别将1~3份山药、1~3份茯苓、1.5~5份薏苡仁、1~3份白扁豆、0.5~2份芡实、1~3份莲子用流动饮用水清洗干净;
(3)于80℃以上的条件将山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子分别干燥至水分低于13%(避免后续熟制不均匀);
(4)进一步将茯苓在80℃干燥4h,确保水分低于9%;
(5)将莲子在120℃烘炙2.5h左右,待莲子表面微黄,得到熟制品,则取出,放凉待用;
(6)将芡实在130℃烘炙3h左右,待芡实白色表皮变为微黄色,得到熟制品,此时芡实略带焦香,取出,放凉待用;
(7)去山药在130℃烘箱中,烘炙3~4小时,待山药表面全面开始变为黄色时,取出,放凉;
(8)将白扁豆在145℃烘箱中,烘炙3小时,待大量白扁豆表皮出现焦斑时,取出,放凉;
(9)将薏苡仁在160℃烘箱中,烘炙2小时,待薏苡仁变为极脆时,取出,放凉;本步骤中,用烘箱烘炙物料达到熟制的目的,较以往的炒制,烘炙能使物料熟制效果更均匀,避免出现未熟和焦糊的现象;
(10)将熟制好的物料放置于微波干燥箱中,设置温度为80℃,微波功率为24KW,作用时间12min,进行灭菌;本步骤中,用湿热灭菌,会导致物料变色,使最终产品失去类白色的外观;使用辐射灭菌,不安全;
(11)先将灭菌好的茯苓粉碎成极细粉,其D50在20μm左右(茯苓未进行熟制,粉碎时间和效果不同于熟制物料);
(12)将熟制完成的山药、白扁豆、莲子、芡实、薏苡仁混合,经胶体磨粉碎机粉碎成250μm粒径的细粉。
(13)将细粉用超微粉碎机在0~4℃环境下,粉碎成D50为20μm的极细粉(部分破壁,用开水冲泡形成胶质状,服用体验更佳);其中,进料频率为2Hz,粉碎时间为3小时;
(14)将茯苓极细粉,熟制混合粉,用三维混合机混合30min。混合均匀,最后分装即得保健粉。
下面以几个案例对本发明的使用效果进行说明。
案例1
江某,女,35岁,常年体内湿气较重,表现为手掌、脚底易出汗而身体不易出汗,且具有轻度便秘。以本发明制备的保健粉作为食疗品,日服2次,每次冲泡10 g,一个月后排便基本通畅,手掌、脚底出汗量显著减少。
案例2
李某,男,40岁,自述工作压力较大,最近容易感到疲倦无力,且痰多、嗓子不清爽。判断为体内湿气较重,以本发明制备的保健粉作为食疗品,日服2次,每次冲泡10g,且要求加强锻炼。一个半月后,精神状态有所好转,且痰量明显减少。
案例3
张某,男,36岁,自述两个月前开始夜尿增多,有盗汗现象,且偶尔感到头昏耳鸣。判断有轻度肾虚,以本发明制备的保健粉作为食疗品,日服2次,每次冲泡15g,且要求加强锻炼。两个月后,基本没有夜尿,且不再感到头昏耳鸣。
案例4
刘某,女,29岁,自述近半年时间饮食不规律,两个月前开始经常感觉食欲不振、厌食、肚子胀。判断有胃积食,以本发明制备的保健粉作为食疗品,日服2次,每次冲泡10g,且要求尽可能饮食规律、少食多餐。一个月后胃积食显著好转,胃口提升。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施方式之一,不应当用于限制本发明的保护范围,但凡在本发明的主体设计思想和精神上作出的毫无实质意义的改动或润色,其所解决的技术问题仍然与本发明一致的,均应当包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将山药、茯苓切片;
(2)分别将1~3份山药、1~3份茯苓、1.5~5份薏苡仁、1~3份白扁豆、0.5~2份芡实、1~3份莲子用流动饮用水清洗干净;
(3)清洗后,对山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子分别干燥;
(4)将莲子在120℃以上进行烘炙,待莲子表面微黄,取出,放凉待用;
(5)将芡实在130℃以上进行烘炙,待千石白色表皮变为微黄色,且带有焦香味,取出,放凉待用;
(6)将山药在130℃以上进行烘炙,待山腰表面全面开始变为黄色时,取出,放凉;
(7)将白扁豆在145℃以上进行烘炙,待大量白扁豆表皮出现焦斑时,取出,放凉;
(8)将薏苡仁在160℃以上进行烘炙,待薏苡仁变为极脆时,取出,放凉;
(9)对熟制好的物料进行灭菌;
(10)将灭菌好的茯苓粉碎成极细粉,其D50在18~22μm;
(11)将熟制的山药、白扁豆、莲子、芡实、薏苡仁混合,并粉碎成220~250μm粒径的细粉;
(12)将细粉进一步粉碎成D50为18~22μm的极细粉;
(13)将茯苓极细粉与熟制混合粉混合均匀,然后分装即得保健粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,将山药、茯苓切制成2~4mm的厚片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,于80℃以上条件对山药、茯苓、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子分别干燥;山药、薏苡仁、白扁豆、芡实、莲子需分别干燥至水分低于13%,茯苓需干燥至水分低于9%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(9)中,将熟制好的物料放置于微波干燥箱中进行灭菌,其中,设置的温度为80℃,微波功率为24KW,作用时间为12min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(11)中,利用胶体磨粉碎机粉碎成250μm粒径的细粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种补肾健脾除湿的药食同源保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(12)中,将细粉用超微粉碎机在0~4℃环境下粉碎成D50为20μm的极细粉,其中,进料频率为2Hz,粉碎时间为3小时。
