技术领域
本发明属于加料调味茶领域,涉及一种益精茶及其制备方法,尤其是涉及一种具有生精补髓、益气养肾作用的益精茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活、学习和工作节奏的不断加快,越来越多的人不得不日益承受巨大的精神压力、经济压力和生活压力。身体休息和锻炼的时间明显缩短,长此以往,许多人出现气血亏空、肾虚和精力不足的健康问题,表现出腰膝酸痛、眩晕、耳鸣、眼睛发花、恶心呕吐、虚汗不止、心摇脉散、睡眠不足、骨质疏松、气短喘咳、盗汗明显、尿频等症状。
中医“肾虚”、“肾亏”的范畴涵盖了肾脏、肾经推助的气血循环和功能、泌尿和生殖系统、以及与肾相关联的组织器官等出现的病理问题。近年来,“肾虚”、“肾亏”已威胁到了人类的生育质量,也严重影响了婚姻和家庭关系,不孕不育有逐年上升的趋势。其中,男性精子质量异常的少精症、弱精症、死精、畸精症等,以及与之相伴的阳萎、早泄、性欲淡漠、腰膝酸痛等症均属中医肾精不足。
中医认为,肾虚多为长期积累成疾,切不可以用急于求成而用大补之药进补,或者用成份不明的药物补肾壮阳,而应慢慢调理。为此,长期饮用以茶叶和药食同源成分为主体的调味茶和代用茶,将是现代都市人群尤其是男性最为理想的生精养肾之道。
根据中华全国供销总社调味茶行业标准GH/T1247-2019,调味茶是指以茶叶为原料,添加适量其他食品原料和(或)食品添加剂,经加工制成的采用冲泡(浸泡或煮制)方式,供人们饮用的产品。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明公开了一种益精茶及其制备方法。益精茶以茶叶为主要载体,以益智仁、黄精、人参和肉苁蓉等药食同源食材及其提取成分为功能性原料,添加L-精氨酸、牛磺酸和葡萄糖酸锌等食品添加剂制备而成。
技术方案:一种益精茶,以质量份计,包括:
茶叶25~1000份、益智仁1~150份、黄精1~100份、人参1~30份、肉苁蓉1~50份、鹿茸1~50份、牡蛎1~50份、党参1~50份、肉桂1~100份、杜仲叶1~100、桑葚5~100份、枸杞子5~100份,山茱萸1~100份、山药5~100份、当归1~100份、阿胶1~50份、黄芪5~100份、灵芝1~50份、黑木耳5~100份、芡实3~100份、玛咖1~100份、覆盆子3~100份、韭菜子3~100份、龙眼肉1~30份、葛根1~100份、干姜1~50份、大枣5~50份、L-精氨酸0.1~8份、牛磺酸0.1~8份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1~8份。

一种益精茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、制备第一滤液:
(11)、称取配方量的益智仁、人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、牡蛎、党参、肉桂、杜仲叶、桑葚、枸杞子、山茱萸和葛根,经挑拣筛除杂质并清洗干净后,置于提取容器中;
(12)、第一次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入5~25倍体积的15%~85%V/V乙醇水溶液,在15~75℃条件下浸提4~96小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(13)、第二次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入3~20倍体积的15%~85%V/V乙醇水溶液,在15~75℃条件下浸提2~96小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(14)、第三次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入3~20倍体积的15%~85%V/V乙醇水溶液,在15~75℃条件下浸提2~96小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(15)、合并步骤(12)~(14)所得的浸提液,自然冷却至常温后,置于1~10℃环境中静置4~72小时,采集上清液,经0.2~1.0微米孔径的滤材过滤,收集滤液,即得到第一滤液;
(2)、制备第二滤液:
(21)、称取配方量的黄精、山药、当归、黄芪、灵芝、黑木耳、芡实、玛咖、覆盆子、阿胶、韭菜子、龙眼肉、干姜和大枣,经挑拣筛除杂质并清洗干净后,置于提取容器中;
(22)、第一次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入7~30倍体积的水,浸泡0.5~4小时后,加热至沸腾,煎煮0.5~5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(23)、第二次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入5~25倍体积的水,加热至沸腾,煎煮0.5~3.5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(24)、第三次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入5~25倍体积的水,加热至沸腾,煎煮0.5~3.5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(25)、合并步骤(22)~步骤(24)得到的滤液,经20~300目滤网过滤后,300~1200g离心去除细微沉淀,上清液在55℃~95℃、-0.05~-0.1MPa条件下减压浓缩,浓縮成相对密度为1.05~1.25的浓缩液,即得到第二滤液;
(3)、将步骤(2)所得第二滤液在5~65℃条件下,向其中加入1~5倍体积量的75%~90%V/V乙醇水溶液,充分搅匀后,自然冷却至常温后,于1~10℃环境中静置12~96小时,采集上清液,然后将上清液经0.1~1.0微米孔径滤材进行过滤,收集滤液;
(4)、将步骤(1)制备的第一滤液与步骤(3)所得滤液合并,然后按照配方量向其中添加L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌,充分混匀后在55℃~90℃、-0.05~-0.1MPa条件下减压浓缩,回收乙醇,将滤液浓缩至浓缩液体积:原料投料量为1:1~4,得到中药浓缩提取液,其中:
浓缩液体积以毫升计,原料投料量以克计;
(5)、称取配方量的挑拣后的茶叶平铺在烘盘内,铺料厚度为1~8厘米,将铺有茶叶的烘盘置于烘箱内55℃~120℃通风烘烤0.5~8小时;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液的为3~10次喷淋到烘盘内的茶叶上,充分搅拌使药液完全被茶叶吸附,其中:
相邻两次喷淋之间,将茶叶于55℃~120℃连续通风烘焙2~6小时,每隔0.5~2小时均匀翻动一次物料;
(7)、待步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液全部均匀拌入烘盘内的茶叶后,于55℃~120℃继续通风烘焙,每隔0.5~2小时均匀翻动一次物料,直至茶叶入手干燥微有刺感,抓握茶叶有弹性可成团,稍用力触碰茶叶颗粒可散开,即制成益精茶。
进一步地,还包括步骤(8):将步骤(7)得到的益精茶,进一步称量并进行铝塑封装,分装规格为1~5000克/袋,即制成独立包装的益精茶。
进一步地,步骤(5)所述的茶叶为绿茶、白茶、黄茶、乌龙茶、红茶、黑茶中的任意一种或几种复配而成。
配伍:本发明以茶叶为补肾、强体饮品的主体和载体,以益智仁、黄精、人参和肉苁蓉等药食同源食材的提取物为益气、生精、补髓功能成分和调味剂,添加精氨酸、牛磺酸和微量元素锌抗疲劳同时保护生殖功能,制备一种用于生精补髓、益气养肾的加料调味茶,可长期安全地饮用,其中:
茶叶:含有500多种对人体有益的化学成分,如茶多酚、茶多糖、茶色素、蛋白质、氨基酸、碳水化合物和矿物质等对人体都有很好的营养价值和药理作用。茶多酚是强抗氧化剂,对预防氧化应激,调节致癌细胞物质代谢,抑制DNA损伤的作用已被建议作为预防癌症可能作用机制;茶多酚还可调节脂类代谢、调节上皮细胞功能、抗炎、抗增生、鳌合金属离子、调控细胞内信号转导途径,调节蛋白激酶通路等多靶点作用发挥其细胞护作用。茶多糖具有降血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化,降血压、耐缺氧、保护心血管,抗凝血及抗血栓,增强免疫力,防福射,抗疲劳等作用。茶叶中的生物碱如咖啡碱、茶碱等物质,对人体中枢神经系统有明显的兴奋作用,能消除疲劳,振奋精神,提高机体对性刺激的感受能力和反应能力。茶中的芳香油使茶水散发出沁人肺腑的香味,也可以使人精神振奋,身心愉悦。
益智仁:味辛、性温,气味芳香,归脾、肾两经,尤其长于温摄肾气、补肾助阳、固精缩尿,温脾止泻,悦色延年,提高记忆力,而且是“久服轻身”的一味补肾防衰良药。常配伍覆盆子、山茱萸治遗精、滑精,配葛根、肉豆蔻治脾肾虚泄。研究发现益智仁含有萜类、二苯庚烷类、黄酮类、甾体类等化学成分,具有保护心血系统、抗氧化、抗炎、保护肾脏功能、改善胃肠功能、镇静催眠、抗帕金森病、抗阿尔茨海默病等药理作用。益智仁提取物对环磷酰胺致生精障碍小鼠具有治疗作,可提高精子密度、精子活率,降低精子畸形率,改善小鼠睾丸组织病理性损害。益智仁能通过干预血清诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)及早老素相关菱形样蛋白(PARL)mRNA表达治疗氧化应激引起的糖尿病肾病。
黄精:性甘味平,归脾、肺、肾经。具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾的作用。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴等证。研究表明,黄精水提液可使果蝇的平均寿命延长8%~9%,其中雌性果蝇有显著性提高。黄精总皂苷有抗疲劳作用,黄精多糖具有降低血脂、延缓小鼠衰老以及增强小鼠免疫功能等作用。黄精能明显提高小鼠肝脏中SOD的活性,且能明显降低小鼠心肌脂褐质的含量。本配方中黄精与枸杞配伍可补益精气,与党参、淮山药配伍可纠正脾胃虚弱、体倦无力。此外,黄精可提高男性的生育能力,提升精子质量,改善精液液化不良等;也可用于因阴精亏虚引起的性功能障碍如阳痿、早泄的调理。
人参:“主补五脏,开心益智”,具有医治神经衰弱、心脏衰弱,增强血液循环,消除精神疲劳,促进新陈代谢,抑制糖尿病的尿糖,恢复身体健康的作用。人参对神经系统有兴奋作用,特别是高位中枢神经有较特异的作用,能提高大脑分析功能,能够改善睡眠的情绪对精神病患者有明显疗效,经常服用可使智力明显增强。人参能增强机体对各种有害刺激的防御能力,可使降至很低水平的血压稳固回升,延长生物存活时间,甚至促进动物恢复健康。人参能刺激内分泌的分泌效能,并且有降低血糖的作用,对糖尿病有一定的抑制作用。适宜剂量的人参能提高心脏的收缩力和频率,兴奋心脏,使血液循环加快、促进体内的新陈代谢,进而能够调整机体的营养状况及体力衰退现象。人参无性激素样作用,但能兴奋脑垂体分泌促进性腺激素。从人参中提取的单体皂甙也都有这种作用。当男女性腺机能衰退,特别是性机能消失时,用人参治疗具有明显的效果。这主要是独特成分人参皂甙Rg3(ginsenoside Rg3,G-Rg3)在发挥作用。动物实验表明,Rg3能作用于睾丸,增加雄激素分泌,加速血液流向阴茎,从而提高勃起能力。
肉苁蓉:补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便,现代研究表明具有抗氧化、抗辐射、改善记忆等作用,对心、脑、肺、肝、肾及免疫系统等也有保护作用。肉苁蓉总苷能显著改善不同天数模型小鼠的学习、记忆功能,升高脑组织的SOD活性,降低MDA、脂褐素(LF)含量,并对海马CAl区组织结构形态学改变有保护作用,提示肉苁蓉多糖可能是通过抗氧化的机制达到改善脑老化的作用。肉苁蓉总苷对射线照射小鼠造血系统损伤的防护作用,能促进辐射损伤后小鼠外周血白细胞、网织红细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、脾集落数(CFU—s)明显减少等指标的恢复,提高骨髓细胞及脾Se—GSH—Px活性,降低MDA含量。总苷是肉苁蓉中主要活性成分具有壮阳、抗氧化、增强记忆力等多种功能,用肉苁蓉水煎液治疗雄性小鼠后,小鼠精子数量、活率明显增多,精子运行速度增快,而精子畸形率有所下降;组织形态学观察显示,用药组睾丸生精功能增强,附睾管的微环境得到改善,果糖含量增加;组织化学研究表明,琥珀酸脱氧酶SDH)及非特异性脂酶(NSE)反应呈强阳性。证明肉苁蓉确能促进睾丸生精功能,改善附睾的微环境,为肉苁蓉生精补髓、益肾壮阳作用的机理提供了可靠依据。
鹿茸:具有温肾壮阳、益精血、强筋骨、调冲任、托痔毒之功效。现代医学已证实鹿茸含有多种有效活性物质及生理作用。鹿茸中富含肽,能够刺激软骨细胞以及成骨样细胞的增长,在促进其生长的作用突出,并且不存在种属特异性,对于骨折修复及骨和软骨分裂有明显的促进作用。鹿茸可以有效提高人体的细胞免疫和身体内体液的免疫功能,对淋巴细胞的转换有很好的促进作用,起到了免疫促进剂的作用。鹿茸能够强筋健骨的主要表现是对蛋白质代谢以及能量代谢的促进改善作用。鹿茸具性激素样活性作用,鹿茸中雌二醇达到纳克水平,就这为利用鹿茸治疗宫冷和不孕提供了科学依据。鹿茸还可以维持心肌细胞膜和微粒体膜的稳定性,减轻重要组织和细胞的损伤。鹿茸可升高肾阳虚大鼠精子总数、活率、顶体酶活力、附睾系数,改善性激素水平;可通过调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴或直接作用于睾丸间质细胞提高睾酮浓度,进而影响性器官改善肾阳虚生殖机能减退诸症。鹿茸对肾阳虚型骨质疏松具有治疗作用,治疗后临床症状明显改善,骨密度较治疗前提高;可通过增加腰椎骨密度和左股骨密度,升高血清胰岛素样生长因子和睾酮水平,缓解切除卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松症状。
党参:健脾补肺、益气生津。其主要药理作用为增强网状内皮系统功能;增强骨髓的造血功能;扩张周围血管而降低血压,又可抑制肾上腺素的升压作用;抗疲劳作用,补中益气;抗高温作,益气、生津、止渴;增强心肌收缩力,增加心输出量和抗休克的作用;提高机体对有害刺激的抵抗能力,增强机体免疫能力。
肉桂:具有补火助阳,引火归原,散寒止痛,活血通经之功效。研究发现,桂皮醛能增强豚鼠离体心脏的收缩力,增加心率;能扩张动物外周血管,增加冠脉和脑血流量,使血压下降。肉桂水提物和肉桂油能明显改善大鼠心肌血液供应,提高左室舒张压和冠脉压,促进心肌侧枝循环开放。肉桂提取物、桂皮醛在体内外对ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集均有抑制作用。桂皮油对胃黏膜有直接的缓和的刺激作用,能使消化道分泌增加,增强消化机能,有助于消化道积气排出。肉桂能使幼年小鼠胸腺萎缩,使肾上腺中维生素C含量下降,可使阳虚模型小鼠肾上腺中胆固醇含量降低,提示肉桂对肾上腺皮质功能有明显的促进作用。肉桂水煎液具有改善性功能的作用,能提高血浆睾酮水平和降低血浆三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)水平。
牡蛎:富含大量蛋白质和人体所缺的锌,牡蛎水提液表现出较强的还原能力,即牡蛎水提液具有良好的抗氧化特性。牡蛎水提液清除自由基DPPH·的效果强于维生素E,清除自由基·OH的效果与硫脲相当,在邻苯三酚自氧化体系中,牡蛎水提液对自由基·O2-有明显的抑制作用。牡蛎肉中含有大量糖原,可改善机体心脏及血液循环,增进肝脏的功能,且具有保肝作用。实验显示,牡蛎提取液能显著降低小鼠的血尿素氮和血乳酸水平,提高血乳酸恢复速度,同时能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,表明牡蛎营养液具有抗疲劳作用。
杜仲叶:性温,具有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、固精安胎的功效,非常适合于肾虚的患者服用,还能消除疲劳、提高免疫力、延缓衰老。杜仲叶中含有大量木脂素,这些物质具有扩张血管的功效,可以在一定程度上提高血容量,从而使血压值相对下降,缓解由于高血压引起的头晕头痛等症状,对原发性和肾病性高血压都能起到较为显着的疗效。杜仲叶还可起到十分显着的促进消化作用,同时能大大提高肠胃及整个消化系统的功能。杜仲叶中富含钾元素以及桃叶珊瑚甙类成分能够改善患者的肾脏功能,并直接作用于肾小球,这时就能发挥出利尿消肿的作用,所以对慢性肾炎和肾功能衰竭一类疾病有治疗功效。杜仲叶含有能兴奋垂体的有效成分,服用之后能够刺激肾上腺皮质系统的功能,提高肾上腺素和类固醇荷尔蒙激素的分泌,从而起到强效的补肾养肾作用,对于男性能够有效改善性功能,并能用于治疗阳痿早泄等性功能障碍性疾病。
桑葚:性寒、味甘,具有补肝益肾、滋阴补血、生津止渴、乌发明目、美容养颜的功效,桑葚中含有鞣酸、脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能促进脂肪、蛋白质及淀粉的消化,故有健脾胃、助消化之功效,可用于缓解消化不良及习惯性便秘。桑葚含有大量的花青素,花青素可以有益于视力,可以防止白内障,而且可以延缓衰老。桑葚含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素、硒、黄酮等,具有多种活性成分,能调整机体免疫功能,激发淋巴细胞转化,增强人体免疫力。桑葚主入肝肾,有助于补精益肾,而且桑葚中含有较多的锰元素,它能提高酶的活性,增加垂体促性激素和生长激素的分泌,长期食用桑葚有良好的壮阳效果。对于男性肾阳亏虚导致的阳痿、早泄和勃起功能障碍有一定的改善作用。
枸杞子:性味甘平,归肝、肾经,能补肾益精、养肝明目、补血安神、生津止渴,常用于治疗肝肾虚损、精血不足,以及肾阴不足引起的虚劳羸弱、腰腿酸痛、足膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、目昏多泪、虚劳咳嗽、消渴和遗精等。《食疗本草》:坚筋耐老,除风,补益筋骨,能益人,去虚劳。现代药理研究表明,枸杞中所含的枸杞多糖可使睾丸受损伤的大鼠的血清性激素水平升高,也就是说,枸杞子可能对性能力的提升有一定的作用。
山茱萸:味酸涩,气平、微温,无毒。入肾、肝二经。温肝经之血,补肾脏之精,兴阳道以长男茎,暖腰膝而助阳气,经候可调,小便能缩,通水窍,去三虫,强力延年,轻身明目。山茱萸在现在中医学界广泛应用,主要用于肝肾不足,头晕目眩等病症。通常会搭配杜仲叶、枸杞子等中药材一同使用。山茱萸含多种化学成分,主要有挥发性成分、糖苷及苷元、有机酸、鞣质、环烯醚萜类等。山茱萸多糖是山茱萸主要生物活性物质,可以改善半去势大鼠的性功能,机制可能是通过促进与改善下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的功能调节系统而起作用。山茱萸水溶物能使肾阳虚大鼠睾丸脏器系数向正常方向逆转,使睾丸间质细胞内RNA含量增加,提示其有较显著的补益肾阳功效。
山药:《本草经读》“山药,能补肾填精,精足则阴强、目明、耳聪。”唐代食医孟诜曾说:“山药利丈夫,助阴力。”《本草求真》指出山药“能治遗精不禁”。无论是阴虚火旺还是肾气不固而遗精早泄者均可以食用。山药含有大量蛋白酶、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱(choline)、尿囊素(allantoin)等。其中的多糖蛋白粘液质、消化酵素等,可预防心血管脂肪沉积,有助于胃肠的消化吸收。近年来发现,山药中富含脱氢表雄酮(DHEA),在体内DHEA通过生物脢的作用可转化成雄烯乙醇﹑睾酮﹑雌二醇、雌酮等不同性激素,合理补充DHEA有助于维持正常人体内分泌环境,保持正常机体体能和性功能,防止骨质疏松,延长人体的生理和心理寿命,保持青春活力。实验证实,DHEA可降低卵巢功能低下患者血清性激素FSH、FSH/LH水平,升高LH水平,能有效改善卵巢储备功能。
当归:具有补血活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠、生肌健骨的功用。现代药理学研究证明了当归活血化瘀、补血止痛等作用,同时还发现,当归有抗炎、清除氧自由基、保肝利胆、保护肾脏、增强免疫功能等作用。当归中的萃取物阿魏酸钠,以及当归本身所含有的多糖,在进入身体之后对于体内的吞噬细胞系统具有非常明显的刺激作用,很好的调节以及刺激体内的免疫调节功能恢复。当归多糖是当归中促进造血的有效成分之一,能刺激造血多能干细胞、造血祖细胞增殖分化。用小鼠体内扩散法证明当归多糖对小鼠粒、单系祖细胞和晚期红系祖细胞的产率均有明显升高作用。当归精油可剂量依赖性及时间依从性地抑制子宫平滑肌的收缩功能,提示当归挥发油具显著的抗子宫平滑肌痉挛作用和促进子宫增生的作用。实验表明:当归对受辐射损伤小鼠的卵巢,有很好的保护作用,其原因可能是对卵母细胞起保护作用,亦可能是促进了卵泡细胞的增殖和分化,使受辐射损伤的卵巢功能提前进入了恢复期。
阿胶:具有滋阴补肾,安神定魄,强筋健骨,延年益寿的作用。实验表明,阿胶对骨髓造血系统的造血功能有促进和保护作用,对缺血性动物的红细胞、血红蛋白等有显著的促进作用,不同剂量的阿胶均有明显的升白细胞作用。阿胶可对抗衰老模型小鼠胸腺及脾脏的萎缩,使皮质厚度增加,皮质细胞数增加,脾小节增大及淋巴细胞数增加,正向调控免疫机能;可促进脑神经细胞的发育,显著提高小鼠耐寒冷和抗疲劳的能力,提高机体有氧和无氧耐力,促进运动性疲劳的消除。
黄芪:味甘、性温,归肺、脾经,功能益气升阳、固表止汗、利水消肿、托毒生肌。临床上多用于气虚血亏之证,如脾虚泄泻、肺虚咳嗽、气虚脏器下垂等疾患治疗。研究表明,黄芪可促使红细胞SOD活性显著提高,黄芪皂苷、氨基酸、生物碱以及富含的微量元素硒均有增强抵抗力及抗衰老的作用,对于修复生殖系统功能也有一定的作用。黄芪还可以显著促进骨髓造血细胞DNA的形成,促进机体核酸和蛋白质的生物合成和代谢。已有资料表明黄芪确具有延长动情期的药理作用。黄芪多糖可延长小鼠负重力竭游泳时间,降低机体血乳酸的积累,增加肝糖原的储备,起到延缓疲劳发生、提高运动能力的作用;黄芪多糖能提高小鼠肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px抗氧化酶的活性,具有抗氧化损伤作用,能保护运动诱导的氧化应激。
灵芝:味甘,性温,具有益心气、安神、补中气、强筋骨、健胃、活血等功效,可防治多种疾病和延缓衰老。《神农本草经》将灵芝列为上品,认为“主耳聋,利关节,保神,益精气,坚筋骨,好颜色。久服,轻身、不老、延年”。《本草纲目》载灵芝“久食益色,至老不改,令人不饥,大小便少,明目益精”。现代药理研究认为,灵芝主要成分是灵芝多糖,它可以有效调节人体内环境,提高人体免疫功能,促进新陈代谢,净化血液,改善微循环,全面改善身体功能,从而达到增强体质,延缓衰老的功效。灵芝多糖可增强机体的恢复能力,使抗疲劳能力增强;服用黑灵芝多糖能够增强大鼠的抗疲劳功能和抗氧化作用,提高大鼠运动能力,加强运动疲劳后恢复能力。
黑木耳:黑木耳中主要的活性成分—黑木耳多糖是真菌多糖的一种,科学实验表明黑木耳多糖具有调节机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血脂、抗突变、防辐射等生物活性。研究表明,黑木耳多糖对小鼠力竭游泳时间、血乳酸、肝糖原和肌糖原均有显著而积极的影响,能够延缓疲劳的产生和加速疲劳的消除。
芡实:性平,味甘涩,有益肾固涩、补脾止泄的双重功效。《本草经百种录》称之为“脾肾之药也”。《本草从新》亦说它能“补脾固精”。《本草新编》中还说:“芡实补脾益精,且能涩精补肾,与山药并用,各为末,日日米饭调服。”凡肾虚之人遗精、早泄、带下、小便不禁或频多者,宜常食之。
玛咖:化学成分主要含有生物碱、芥子油苷、甾醇类、脂肪和脂肪酸等。研究发现,玛咖脂溶性提取物可增强小鼠的性欲和性能力,增加雄性小鼠的趴跨次数和交配次数,并改善勃起障碍大鼠的勃起功能。同时,可缩短摘除睾丸大鼠的勃起潜伏期,说明玛咖具有显著的提高性功能作用。玛咖粉末的水提物、石油醚提取物和乙醇提取物均可明显缩短雄性小白鼠的交尾潜伏期,并增加交尾次数。
覆盆子:含有生物碱、黄酮及苷、蒽醌及苷、多糖及苷、强心苷、皂苷、内酯、香豆素及苷、酚、水解鞣质、缩合鞣质等多种生理活性物质。覆盆子水提液能降低大鼠下丘脑促黄体激素释放激素(LHRH)、垂体分泌卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)及性腺E2的水平,对性腺轴的调控作用可能是“补肾涩精”的药理基础。
韭菜子:韭菜的干燥成熟种子,味辛、甘,性温,归肾、肝经;主要功效为温补肝肾,壮阳固精;主治阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,遗尿尿频,白浊淫。韭菜叶片和种子均可入药,其化学成份含有皂苷、生物碱、黄酮、含硫化合物等。近年来有研究表明,在补肾助阳的中药中Fe、Mn、Zn含量较高。韭菜中含有丰富的Fe、Mn、Zn及维生素E,维生素E有增加男子精子数和增强精子活力的作用,还能刺激性腺分泌激素,因此,韭菜能起到温肾助阳的作用。韭菜提取液能明显提高小鼠睾酮、NO含量,NO浓度提高,刺激阴茎勃起的能力加强;睾酮浓度增加,促进一氧化氮合成酶(NOs)、精氨酸酶的产生,抑制磷酸二酯酶5(PDE5)产生,对性功能起到改善作用。
龙眼肉:补益心脾,养血安神。用于气血不足,心悸怔忡,健忘失眠,血虚萎黄。研究表明,龙眼肉可以抑制体内的一种黄素蛋白酶脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)的活性,这种酶和机体的衰老有密切的关系,即MAO-B的活性升高可加速机体的老化过程。该提取液在试管内可抑制小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质的生成。龙眼肉提取液可选择性地对脑MAO-B活性有较强的抑制作用。热水法提取的龙眼肉活性物质具有良好的抗氧化活性,对超氧阴离子自由基体系、羟自由基体系均有不同程度的清除作用,可使动物血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力有显著升高。龙眼肉提取物可明显降低雌性大鼠血清中催乳素的含量,明显增加孕酮和促卵胞刺激素的含量,影响大鼠垂体性腺轴的机能。
葛根:其主要有效成分异黄酮在维持血管系统稳定性方面有特效,临床常用于心脑血管疾病的辅助治疗。此外,基于其抗氧化损伤、抗细胞凋亡、改善血脂和血糖代谢等功能,在骨质疏松、酒精中毒及经前期综合征等疾患的治疗中也取得了一定进展。葛根素可抑制缺血缺氧性损伤过程中内皮素-l(endothelin 1,ET-1)的分泌和表达,减少内皮损伤;同时,还能抑制损伤过程中Fas蛋白表达,减少细胞凋亡;能提高NO含量,明显改善海绵体血运,增加内皮细胞活力。葛根素和大豆苷元对脑组织Fas蛋白的表达也有明显抑制效应,能减轻脑皮层和海马神经元凋亡,可用于神经保护和抗痴呆。葛根异黄酮能明显抑制小鼠肝肾组织脂质过氧化物丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的升高,提高超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性,保护肝肾功能。葛根素、葛雌素、大豆苷元等葛根异黄酮均具有不等程度的雌激素样作用,能够改善更年期症状和女性生殖功能。
干姜:干姜提取物有抗缺氧作用,能延长常压缺氧和氰化钾中毒小鼠缺氧的存活时间;也能延长断头小鼠所致急性脑缺血缺氧后呼吸维持时间。姜的多种成分都有中枢抑制、加强镇静催眠和对抗中枢兴奋药的作用。干姜的醚提取物和水提取物均有明显的镇痛作用。干姜能调节男性前列腺的机能,治疗男性前列腺疾病以及性功能障碍。
大枣:红枣味甘性温、脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神,缓和药性的功能。现代药理研究现,红枣能使血中含氧量增强,是一种药效缓和的抗疲劳剂。红枣富含维生素A、维生素C等,赖氨酸、精氨酸等氨基酸,以及钙、铁等36种微量元素。红枣中还含有三萜类化合物,具有抗疲劳作用,能增强耐力。《名医别录》指出,红枣能“坚筋骨,助阴气,令人肥健”。
L-精氨酸:生理功能主要有参与机体代谢(尿素循环等)、改善性欲、免疫调节功能、促进肠道发育、抗肿瘤和抗肥胖等。可促进胶原组织的合成,促进伤口周围的微循环,从而促使伤口早日痊愈。机体中所有组织均利用精氨酸合成细胞浆蛋白和核蛋白,同时精氨酸也是脒的唯一提供者,进而合成肌酸。精氨酸是碱性氨基酸,可广泛参与机体组织代谢,与机体免疫功能、蛋白质代谢、创面愈合等密切相关,它还能促进血氨进入尿素循环,防止氨中毒,其代谢中间产物多胺是重要的胃肠粘膜保护剂,能促进粘膜增殖。精氨酸也是合成一氧化氮唯一底物,可参与免疫和血管张力调节。近年来,一氧化氮对骨骼肌中葡萄糖转运的促进作用和参与免疫调节作用得到学者们的广泛认同。作为一氧化氮的生成前体左旋精氨酸已成为改善运动能力、促进疲劳消除的营养补充剂。
牛磺酸:通过调节神经递质而使中枢神经系统保持良好的应激状态;通过抑制光致脂质过氧化、抑制运动过程中所产生的自由基以及对心肌细胞Ca++的调节,从而对心肌细胞膜以及线粒体膜或脑细胞膜均有保护作用,促进细胞膜结构和功能的恢复,延缓疲劳的出现;通过提高血浆BCAA浓度、降低AAA/BCAA比值,抑制AAA转运入脑,保持中枢兴奋状态,延迟运动性疲劳的出现或减轻疲劳程度;对维持运动能力是必需的,摄取适量的牛磺酸可使运动能力进一步增加。牛磺酸是雌性动物正常妊娠、分娩的重要营养物质,对保证某些雌性动物生殖机能正常具有重要作用。
葡萄糖酸锌:是人体所必须的一种微量元素锌的添加剂。锌是人体内将近百种酶的辅助因子,与男性生殖能力密不可分。研究表明,锌对生殖系统的新陈代谢功能有很大影响,与生殖器官中多种脱氢酶活性更是有着特别密切的关系。男性精液中的锌的浓度高度对不管是对精子的生成,还是对精子的发育、对精子的功能都会有重要的影响。缺锌的话会导致男性性腺在发育上出现不良或内分泌出现功能障碍。锌参与男性精子生成、成熟、激活、获能等过程,锌元素对男性精子活力的提高有促进作用。最新的研究认为,锌元素对精子膜的脂质氧化有延缓的作用,能对膜结构的完整性与稳定性进行维持,以此来促进精子保持活力。

一种益精茶,以质量份计,包括:
茶叶500份、益智仁100份、黄精50份、人参20份、肉苁蓉30份、鹿茸20份、牡蛎30份、党参30份、肉桂50份、杜仲叶50份、桑葚50份、枸杞子50份,山茱萸50份、山药50、当归50份、黄芪50份、灵芝20份、黑木耳50份、芡实50份、玛咖50份、覆盆子50份、阿胶20份、韭菜子50份、龙眼肉20份、葛根50份、干姜30份、大枣30份,可添加L-精氨酸6份、牛磺酸6份、葡萄糖酸锌6份。

一种益精茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、制备第一滤液:
(11)、称取配方量的益智仁、人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、牡蛎、党参、肉桂、杜仲叶、桑葚、枸杞子、山茱萸和葛根,经挑拣筛除杂质并清洗干净后,置于提取容器中;
(12)、第一次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入15倍体积的50%V/V乙醇水溶液,在50℃条件下浸提48小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(13)、第二次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入10倍体积的40%V/V乙醇水溶液,在45℃条件下浸提48小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(14)、第三次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入10倍体积的45%V/V乙醇水溶液,在40℃条件下浸提48小时,滤过,收集浸提液;

(4)、将步骤(1)制备的第一滤液与步骤(3)所得滤液合并,然后按照配方量向其中添加L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌,充分混匀后在75℃、-0.07MPa条件下减压浓缩,回收乙醇,将滤液浓缩至浓缩液体积:原料投料量为1:3,得到中药浓缩提取液,其中:
浓缩液体积以毫升计,原料投料量以克计;
(5)、称取配方量的挑拣后的茶叶平铺在烘盘内,铺料厚度为4厘米,将铺有茶叶的烘盘置于烘箱内80℃通风烘烤4小时;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液的为5次喷淋到烘盘内的茶叶上,充分搅拌使药液完全被茶叶吸附,其中:
相邻两次喷淋之间,将茶叶于55℃连续通风烘焙6小时,每隔2小时均匀翻动一次物料;
(7)、待步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液全部均匀拌入烘盘内的茶叶后,于55℃继续通风烘焙,每隔2小时均匀翻动一次物料,直至茶叶入手干燥微有刺感,抓握茶叶有弹性可成团,稍用力触碰茶叶颗粒可散开,即制成益精茶。

(4)、将步骤(1)制备的第一滤液与步骤(3)所得滤液合并,然后按照配方量向其中添加L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌,充分混匀后在55℃、-0.1MPa条件下减压浓缩,回收乙醇,将滤液浓缩至浓缩液体积:原料投料量为1:1,得到中药浓缩提取液,其中:
浓缩液体积以毫升计,原料投料量以克计;
(5)、称取配方量的挑拣后的茶叶平铺在烘盘内,铺料厚度为1厘米,将铺有茶叶的烘盘置于烘箱内55℃通风烘烤8小时;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液的为3次喷淋到烘盘内的茶叶上,充分搅拌使药液完全被茶叶吸附,其中:
相邻两次喷淋之间,将茶叶于80℃连续通风烘焙4小时,每隔1小时均匀翻动一次物料;
(7)、待步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液全部均匀拌入烘盘内的茶叶后,于75℃继续通风烘焙,每隔1小时均匀翻动一次物料,直至茶叶入手干燥微有刺感,抓握茶叶有弹性可成团,稍用力触碰茶叶颗粒可散开,即制成益精茶。

(15)、合并步骤(12)~(14)所得的浸提液,自然冷却至常温后,置于10℃环境中静置4小时,采集上清液,经1.0微米孔径的滤材过滤,收集滤液,即得到第一滤液;
(2)、制备第二滤液:
(21)、称取配方量的黄精、山药、当归、黄芪、灵芝、黑木耳、芡实、玛咖、覆盆子、阿胶、韭菜子、龙眼肉、干姜和大枣,经挑拣筛除杂质并清洗干净后,置于提取容器中;
(22)、第一次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入30倍体积的水,浸泡4小时后,加热至沸腾,煎煮5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(23)、第二次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入25倍体积的水,加热至沸腾,煎煮3.5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(24)、第三次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入25倍体积的水,加热至沸腾,煎煮3.5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(25)、合并步骤(22)~步骤(24)得到的滤液,经300目滤网过滤后,1200g离心去除细微沉淀,上清液在95℃、-0.05MPa条件下减压浓缩,浓縮成相对密度为1.25的浓缩液,即得到第二滤液;
(3)、将步骤(2)所得第二滤液在65℃条件下,向其中加入5倍体积量的90%V/V乙醇水溶液,充分搅匀后,自然冷却至常温后,于10℃环境中静置12小时,采集上清液,然后将上清液经1.0微米孔径滤材进行过滤,收集滤液;
(4)、将步骤(1)制备的第一滤液与步骤(3)所得滤液合并,然后按照配方量向其中添加L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌,充分混匀后在90℃、-0.05MPa条件下减压浓缩,回收乙醇,将滤液浓缩至浓缩液体积:原料投料量为1:4,得到中药浓缩提取液,其中:
浓缩液体积以毫升计,原料投料量以克计;
(5)、称取配方量的挑拣后的茶叶平铺在烘盘内,铺料厚度为8厘米,将铺有茶叶的烘盘置于烘箱内120℃通风烘烤0.5小时;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液的为10次喷淋到烘盘内的茶叶上,充分搅拌使药液完全被茶叶吸附,其中:
相邻两次喷淋之间,将茶叶于120℃连续通风烘焙2小时,每隔0.5小时均匀翻动一次物料;
(7)、待步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液全部均匀拌入烘盘内的茶叶后,于120℃继续通风烘焙,每隔0.5小时均匀翻动一次物料,直至茶叶入手干燥微有刺感,抓握茶叶有弹性可成团,稍用力触碰茶叶颗粒可散开,即制成益精茶。
进一步地,还包括步骤(8):将步骤(7)得到的益精茶,进一步称量并进行铝塑封装,分装规格为5000克/袋,即制成独立包装的益精茶。
进一步地,步骤(5)所述的茶叶为乌龙茶。

与具体实施例1大致相同,区别仅仅在于茶叶不同:

Claims (6)
1.一种益精茶,其特征在于,以质量份计,包括:
茶叶25~1000份、益智仁1~150份、黄精1~100份、人参1~30份、肉苁蓉1~50份、鹿茸1~50份、牡蛎1~50份、党参1~50份、肉桂1~100份、杜仲叶1~100、桑葚5~100份、枸杞子5~100份,山茱萸1~100份、山药5~100份、当归1~100份、阿胶1~50份、黄芪5~100份、灵芝1~50份、黑木耳5~100份、芡实3~100份、玛咖1~100份、覆盆子3~100份、韭菜子3~100份、龙眼肉1~30份、葛根1~100份、干姜1~50份、大枣5~50份、L-精氨酸0.1~8份、牛磺酸0.1~8份、葡萄糖酸锌0.1~8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种益精茶,其特征在于,包括:茶叶500份、益智仁100份、黄精50份、人参20份、肉苁蓉30份、鹿茸20份、牡蛎30份、党参30份、肉桂50份、杜仲叶50份、桑葚50份、枸杞子50份,山茱萸50份、山药50、当归50份、黄芪50份、灵芝20份、黑木耳50份、芡实50份、玛咖50份、覆盆子50份、阿胶20份、韭菜子50份、龙眼肉20份、葛根50份、干姜30份、大枣30份,可添加L-精氨酸6份、牛磺酸6份、葡萄糖酸锌6份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种益精茶,其特征在于,所述茶叶为绿茶、白茶、黄茶、乌龙茶、红茶、黑茶中的任意一种或几种复配而成。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任意一项所述的益精茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、制备第一滤液:
(11)、称取配方量的益智仁、人参、肉苁蓉、鹿茸、牡蛎、党参、肉桂、杜仲叶、桑葚、枸杞子、山茱萸和葛根,经挑拣筛除杂质并清洗干净后,置于提取容器中;
(12)、第一次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入5~25倍体积的15%~85%V/V乙醇水溶液,在15~75℃条件下浸提4~96小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(13)、第二次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入3~20倍体积的15%~85%V/V乙醇水溶液,在15~75℃条件下浸提2~96小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(14)、第三次浸提:
向所述提取容器加入3~20倍体积的15%~85%V/V乙醇水溶液,在15~75℃条件下浸提2~96小时,滤过,收集浸提液;
(15)、合并步骤(12)~(14)所得的浸提液,自然冷却至常温后,置于1~10℃环境中静置4~72小时,采集上清液,经0.2~1.0微米孔径的滤材过滤,收集滤液,即得到第一滤液;
(2)、制备第二滤液:
(21)、称取配方量的黄精、山药、当归、黄芪、灵芝、黑木耳、芡实、玛咖、覆盆子、阿胶、韭菜子、龙眼肉、干姜和大枣,经挑拣筛除杂质并清洗干净后,置于提取容器中;
(22)、第一次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入7~30倍体积的水,浸泡0.5~4小时后,加热至沸腾,煎煮0.5~5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(23)、第二次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入5~25倍体积的水,加热至沸腾,煎煮0.5~3.5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(24)、第三次煎煮:
向所述提取容器中加入5~25倍体积的水,加热至沸腾,煎煮0.5~3.5小时,滤过,收集滤液;
(25)、合并步骤(22)~步骤(24)得到的滤液,经20~300目滤网过滤后,300~1200g离心去除细微沉淀,上清液在55℃~95℃、-0.05~-0.1MPa条件下减压浓缩,浓縮成相对密度为1.05~1.25的浓缩液,即得到第二滤液;
(3)、将步骤(2)所得第二滤液在5~65℃条件下,向其中加入1~5倍体积量的75%~90%V/V乙醇水溶液,充分搅匀后,自然冷却至常温后,于1~10℃环境中静置12~96小时,采集上清液,然后将上清液经0.1~1.0微米孔径滤材进行过滤,收集滤液;
(4)、将步骤(1)制备的第一滤液与步骤(3)所得滤液合并,然后按照配方量向其中添加L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌,充分混匀后在55℃~90℃、-0.05~-0.1MPa条件下减压浓缩,回收乙醇,将滤液浓缩至浓缩液体积:原料投料量为1:1~4,得到中药浓缩提取液,其中:
浓缩液体积以毫升计,原料投料量以克计;
(5)、称取配方量的挑拣后的茶叶平铺在烘盘内,铺料厚度为1~8厘米,将铺有茶叶的烘盘置于烘箱内55℃~120℃通风烘烤0.5~8小时;
(6)、将步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液的为3~10次喷淋到烘盘内的茶叶上,充分搅拌使药液完全被茶叶吸附,其中:
相邻两次喷淋之间,将茶叶于55℃~120℃连续通风烘焙2~6小时,每隔0.5~2小时均匀翻动一次物料;
(7)、待步骤(4)得到的中药浓缩提取液全部均匀拌入烘盘内的茶叶后,于55℃~120℃继续通风烘焙,每隔0.5~2小时均匀翻动一次物料,直至茶叶入手干燥微有刺感,抓握茶叶有弹性可成团,稍用力触碰茶叶颗粒可散开,即制成益精茶。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种益精茶的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤(8):将步骤(7)得到的益精茶,进一步称量并进行铝塑封装,分装规格为1~5000克/袋,即制成独立包装的益精茶。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种益精茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述的茶叶为绿茶、白茶、黄茶、乌龙茶、红茶、黑茶中的任意一种或几种复配而成。
