背景技术
近年来,随着经济的快速发展、社会的竞争激烈,人们的工作压力与日俱增,在快节奏的工作环境下,人们越来越喜欢在疲劳的下午喝一杯营养饮料;另外由于工作节奏加快,社会竞争日益激烈,人们的饮食越来越依赖于快速便捷性食物,然而快餐型食物缺乏营养,无法提供人们所需的必需氨基酸和多种维生素等营养成分,增加肠胃负担。人们长时间面对电脑、手机等办公设备,大部分人已经处于亚健康状态,电脑、手机等辐射性设备造成了普遍的身体疲劳与视力损伤,具有增强抵抗力和其他保健养生的饮料成为了人们更加青睐的饮品选择。
“药食同源”的物质既是食物又是药物,其具有药物的增益体魄的作用,又能日常食用。但由于其本身的药性,药食同源的食物往往味道较为刺激,或者有酸涩味,一般很难在饮料中使用,而大多是在用药时添加,采用这种原料的饮品因不被消费者所接受而限制了其经济价值的发挥。另外其口感很难保证,很多商家为了掩蔽药用原料的刺激性味道和苦涩味,而使用大量的香精或调味剂等食品添加剂,而这类添加剂的大量使用会对人体健康造成其他方面的损害。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提供口感良好、成分天然、具备丰富的营养、养生保健功效,增强和调节人体免疫功能,消除疲劳的营养养生饮料。

为了解决上述问题,本发明第一方面提供一种天然养生饮料,所述天然养生饮料包含A组分、B组分和C组分,所述A组分为如下物质的提取物:黄芪、芡实、杜仲、锁阳、红枣、当归、党参、麦冬、鲜山楂、酸枣、桂圆、甘草、黄精、桑椹;所述B组分为如下物质的提取物:淫羊藿、枸杞子、天麻、沙参;所述C组分为水。
在一种实施方式中,所述A组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:黄芪15-25份、芡实10-20份、杜仲20-40份、锁阳20-50份、红枣70-120份、当归5-20份、党参10-20份、麦冬10-30份、鲜山楂5-15份、酸枣10-25份、桂圆10-20份、甘草5-10份、黄精10-30份、桑椹30-50份;所述B组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:淫羊藿30-50份、枸杞子20-40份、天麻20-45份、沙参10-25份。

在一种实施方式中,所述A组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:黄芪20份、芡实15份、杜仲30份、锁阳30份、红枣100份、当归10份、党参15份、麦冬20份、鲜山楂8份、酸枣15份、桂圆15份、甘草6份、黄精20份、桑椹40份;所述B组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:淫羊藿40份、枸杞子30份、天麻30份、沙参15份。
在一种实施方式中,所述A组分的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称量好的黄芪、芡实、杜仲、锁阳、红枣、当归、党参、麦冬、鲜山楂、酸枣、桂圆、甘草、黄精、桑椹分别洗涤干净和干燥,然后分别粉碎成350-500目超微粉;
(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,加入去离子水,用醋酸调节pH值至5.0-6.5,升温至60℃,加入纤维素酶溶液,酶解0.5-1h,进行渣液分离得第一滤液;
(3)药渣加入去离子水,浸提,用碳酸氢钠调pH值至8.0-8.5;加热,60℃保温浸提,进行渣液分离得第二滤液;
(4)合并第一滤液和第二滤液经真空低温干燥得提取物粗品,然后进行精制,得所述A组分。
在一种实施方式中,所述B组分的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称量好的淫羊藿、枸杞子、天麻、沙参分别洗涤干净和干燥,然后分别粉碎成350-500目超微粉;
(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,用超临界二氧化碳萃取,得到所述B组分。
在一种实施方式中,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取温度为30-35℃,萃取压力为18-25MPa,解析温度为42-50℃,解析压力为5-8MPa。
在一种实施方式中,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取时间为2-5h。
在一种实施方式中,按重量份计算,每10000份成品饮料中含有:
A组分 230-475份
B组分 80-160份
C组分 余量。
本发明另一方面提供一种天然养生饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组分、B组分、C组分混合后加热溶解;
(2)冷却至室温,过滤、灭菌、灌装,即得所述天然养生饮料。

淫羊藿
别名:三枝九叶草、仙灵脾、牛角花、三叉风、羊角风、三角莲、刚前、仙灵毗、放杖草、弃杖草、千两金、干鸡筋、黄连祖、铜丝草、铁打杵、三叉骨、肺经草、铁菱角、桂鱼风、铁铧口、铁耙头、鲫鱼风、羊藿叶、乏力草、鸡爪莲。
性味归经:辛、甘,温。归肝、肾经。
功效:补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精,筋骨痿软,风湿痹痛,麻木拘挛,更年期高血压。
化学成分:含有淫羊藿苷、木兰碱、淫羊藿素、术脂素和维生素E等。具有增强内分泌系统的分泌功能、激素样作用、促进蛋白质合成、调节细胞代谢、增强免疫功能、抗衰老、抗心肌缺氧、降压、抗血小板聚集、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、袪痰、镇咳、降糖及性激素样作用等药理作用。可以抑制血管运动中枢,扩张周围血管,使血压下降,并能镇咳、祛痰、平喘,对脊髓灰质炎病毒、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等也有显著的抑制作用。
枸杞子
枸杞子以植物干燥成熟果实入药,味甘;性平养肝;滋肾;润肺。
化学成分:含有甜菜碱、多糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2及钙、磷、铁、锌、锰、亚油酸等营养成分,对造血功能有促进作用,还能抗衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗脂肪肝及降血糖等作用。
功效:滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
含有胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,还可降血压、降血糖、血脂。枸杞子亦为扶正固本,生精补髓、滋阴补肾、益气安神、强身健体、延缓衰老之良药,对慢性肝炎、中心性视网膜炎、视神经萎缩等疗效显著;对糖尿病、肺结核等也有较好疗效;对抗肿瘤、保肝、降压、降血糖以及老年人器官衰退的老化疾病都有很强的改善作用。
1、对免疫功能的影响:有增强非特异性免疫作用,小鼠灌服枸杞子水提取物或肌注醇提取物和枸杞多糖,均有提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,增强血清溶菌酶的作用,提高血清中抗绵羊红细胞抗体的效价,还能增加鼠脾脏中抗绵羊红细胞的抗体形成细胞的数量。
2、延缓衰老作用:枸杞提取液0.5mg/kg小鼠灌胃,共20日可明显抑制肝LPo生成,并使血中谷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力提高;人体试验显示可明显抑制血清LPo生成,使血中GSH-Px活力增高,但红细胞SOD活力未见升高,提示枸杞提取液具有延缓衰老作用。
3、抗肝损伤:甜菜碱盐酸盐能使大鼠血清和肝内的磷脂明显增加,对长期给予四氯化碳所致的大鼠磷脂下降及胆固醇升高具有明显的保护作用,水溶性提取物亦有类似作用,但稍弱。
4、降血糖:枸杞提取物可显著而持久降低大鼠血糖,增加糖耐量,且毒性较小。
黄芪
别名:棉芪,绵芪,绵黄芪,棉黄芪,黄蓍,黄耆,箭芪,箭黄芪,内蒙古黄芪,王孙,戴芪,戴糁,戴椹,独椹,蜀脂,百本,百药棉,百药绵,土山爆张根,独根,大抽,二人抬,大有芪,蒙芪,元芪,红蓝芪,白皮芪,黑皮芪,膜荚黄芪,东北黄芪,内蒙黄芪,冲正芪,武川芪,炮台芪,浑源芪。
化学成分:黄芪含有蔗糖、葡萄糖醛酸、黄芪多糖A、B、C、D,黏液质,多种氨基酸、苦味素、黄芪皂苷、胆碱、叶酸、黄烷化合物及含有硒、硅、锌、钴、铜、钼等多种微量元素。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
性味:甘,微温。归经:归肺、脾、肝、肾经。
功效:黄芪有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效。用于治疗气虚乏力,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚萎黄,内热消渴,慢性肾炎,蛋白尿,糖尿病等。炙黄芪益气补中,生用固表托疮。
芡实
别名:鸡头米、鸡头、卵菱、鸡瘫、鸡头实、雁喙实、雁头、乌头、艻子、鸿头、水流黄、水鸡头、肇实、刺莲藕、刀芡实、鸡头果、苏黄、黄实、鸡咀莲、鸡头苞、刺莲蓬实、鸡癕、蔿子。
性味:甘、平、涩,无毒。
芡实于品每百克含蛋白质11.8克,脂肪0.2克,碳水化合物75.4克,钙21毫克,磷264毫克,铁9.6毫克,还含有少量维生素。
功效:
1、补中益气,为滋养强壮性食物,和莲子有些相似,但芡实的收敛固精作用比莲子强,适用于慢性泄泻和小便频数,梦遗滑精,妇女带多腰酸等。
2、遗精滑精,虚弱小儿遗尿,老年人小便频数;
3、慢性泄泻,包括慢性肠结核,五更泄泻等;
4、芡实性味甘涩平,具有固肾涩精、补脾止泄的功效。
5、芡实在我国自古作为永葆青春活力、防止未老先衰之良物。
天麻
别名:赤箭、木浦、明天麻、定风草根、白龙皮、鬼督邮、水洋芋、冬彭、离母、神草、独摇芝、赤箭脂、定风草、合离草、独摇、自动草。
天麻含香荚兰醇、香荚兰醛、维生素A类物质、苷、结晶性中性物质、微量生物碱、黏液质等。天麻素是天麻的主要有效成分,其含量约为0.025%。
天麻润而不燥,主入肝经,长于平肝息风,凡肝风内动、头目眩晕之症,不论虚实,均为要药。
1、平肝息风。天麻质润多液,能养血息风,可治疗血虚肝风内动的头痛、眩晕,亦可用于小儿惊风、癫痫、破伤风。
2、祛风止痛。用于风痰引起的眩晕、偏正头痛、肢体麻木、半身不遂。
天麻适合用于内风所致的头晕。内风引起头痛的三种类型:一、肝阳上亢型,表现症状:头痛头晕同时出现;二、痰浊中阻,表现症状:经常感觉头偏沉;三、肾虚病人,表现症状:头痛头晕同时伴有记忆力减退的症状。天麻对感冒引起的头痛头晕不合适。
天麻有镇静、镇痛、抗惊厥作用;能增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,轻度收缩脑血管,增加冠状血管流量;能降低血压,减慢心率,对心肌缺血有保护作用;天麻多糖有免疫活性。
杜仲
别名:扯丝皮、思仲、丝棉皮、玉丝皮、思仙、木绵、檰、石思仙、丝连皮、丝楝树皮。
来源:为杜仲科植物杜仲Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.的树皮。
树皮含杜仲胶6~10%,根皮约含10~12%,树叶含杜仲胶2%~4%。此外,还含糖甙0.142毫克、生物碱0.066毫克、果胶6.5毫克、脂肪2.9毫克、树脂1.76毫克、有机酸0.25毫克、酮糖(水解前2.15毫克、水解后3.5毫克)、维生素C20.7毫克。另外,含有维生素E,维生素B及β-胡萝卜素等,还含有很多人体必须的微量元素,醛糖、绿原酸。
功效:补肝肾,强筋骨,安胎。治腰脊酸疼,足膝痿弱,小便余沥,阴下湿痒,胎漏欲堕,胎动不安,高血压。
锁阳
别名:锈铁锤、地毛球、锁燕、琐阳、不老药、锈铁棒、黄骨狼、锁严子、羊锁不拉、耶尔买他格、乌兰-告亚。
归经:肝经、肾经;
功效:1、对免疫功能的影响;2、清除自由基;3、抗血小板聚集;4、具有糖类皮质激素样作用。临床用锁阳主治:阳痿早泄、阴衰血竭;气弱阴虚,大便燥结、小便频数,血尿,淋漓不尽;腰膝酸软、疲乏无力;畏寒俱冷,四肢疼痛;月经不调,宫冷带下;女子不孕,男子不育;失眠健忘,脱发早白,胃酸溃疡等等。最新医学研究发现:锁阳能够促进人体细胞再生和新陈代谢,增强免疫调节能力,具有明显的防癌、抗病毒和延缓衰老作用。
红枣
枣味甘、性平,入脾、胃经;有补益脾胃,滋养阴血,养心安神,缓和药性的功效;用于治疗脾气虚所致的食少、泄泻,阴血虚所致的妇女脏燥证,病后体虚的人食用大枣也有良好的滋补作用。
功效:
1、枣能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质;
2、经常食用鲜枣的人很少患胆结石,这是因为鲜枣中丰富的维生素C,使体内多余的胆固醇转变为胆汁酸,胆固醇少了,结石形成的概率也就随之减少;

当归
别名:干归、马尾当归、秦哪、马尾归、云归、西当归、岷当归。
性状:近圆柱形,下部有多条支根,长15~35cm。表面黄棕色至棕竭色,具纵皱纹及横长皮孔。根头直径1.5~4cm,具环纹,有紫色或黄绿色茎、叶残基,主根表面凹凸不平;支根直径0.3~lcm,上粗下细,多扭曲。质柔韧,断面黄白色或淡黄棕色,皮部厚,有裂隙及棕色油点。气特异,味甘、辛、微苦。
化学成分:含基本内酯(ligusiilide)、正丁烯酰内酯(n-butylidenephthalide)、阿魏酸、烟酸、蔗糖和多种氨基酸,以及倍半萜类化合物等。
当归的水溶性成分中,含有阿魏酸、丁二酸、烟酸、尿嘧啶、腺嘌呤等,及氨基酸、Vit B2、Vit E、β谷固醇、亚油酸等。并含锰、镍、铜、锌等微量元素。此外,尚含多糖、蔗糖、挥发油等。挥发油中含藁本内酯、正丁烯基酜内酯、当归酮、香荆芥酚等40余种成分。
性味归经:性温,昧甘、辛。归肝、心、脾经。
功效:补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
党参
别名:东党、台党、潞党、口党、上党人参、黄参、狮头参、中灵草、防风党参、防党参、上党参。
党参含三萜类化合物无羁萜(friedelin)、蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯、α-菠甾醇及其葡萄糖甙、7-豆甾烯醇及其葡萄糖甙、菠甾酮(spinesterone)。另含苍术内酯Ⅲ(atractylenolideⅢ),苍术内酯Ⅱ(atractylenolideⅡ),丁香醛(syringaldehyde),丁香甙(syringin),香草酸(vanillic acid),5-羟基-2-吡啶甲醇(5-hydroxy-2-pyridinemethanol)、α-呋喃羧酸(α-furancarboxylic acid)、正己基-葡萄糖甙(n-hexyl-β-D-glucopyranoside)、乙基-α-D-呋喃果糖甙(ethyl-α-D-fructofuranoside),以及烟酸、4种杂多糖及单糖等。尚含党参甙Ⅰ、党参内酯和党参酸。含少量挥发油,油中鉴定出32种成分,其中酸性成分11个,约占挥发油总量的50%,并以棕榈酸为主;另含微量生物碱、维生素B2和大量菊糖。
性味归经:性平,味甘、微酸。归脾、肺经。
功效:补中益气,健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴。
功效:
1、脾肺气虚证。性味甘平,主归脾肺二经,以补脾肺之气为主要作用。用于中气不足的体虚倦怠,食少便溏等症;对肺气亏虚的咳嗽气促,语声低弱等症,可与黄芪、蛤蚧等品同用,以补益肺气,止咳定喘。
2、气血两虚证。既能补气,又能补血,常用于气虚不能生血,或血虚无以化气,而见面色苍白或萎黄,乏力,头晕
3、气津两伤证。对热伤气津之气短口渴,亦有补气生津作用,适用于气津两伤的轻证。
沙参
别名:南沙参、泡参、泡沙参、知母、白沙参、苦心、识美、虎须、白参、志取、文虎、文希、羊婆奶、铃儿参、桔参、山沙参、沙獭子。
化学成份:
1、四叶沙参的根含三萜类皂甙为沙参皂甙(C30H58O4)。
2、杏叶沙参的根含呋喃香豆精类:花椒毒素(xanthotoxin或ammoidin,为8-甲氧基补骨脂素)。
性味:甘,凉。
功效:清热养阴,润肺止咳。主治气管炎,百日咳,肺热咳嗽,咯痰黄稠。
麦冬
别名:麦门冬、沿阶草。
性状:呈纺锤形,两端略尖,长1.5~3cm,直径0.3~0.6cm。表面黄白色或淡黄白,有细纵纹。质柔韧,断面黄白色,半透明,中柱细小。气微香,味甘、微苦。
化学成分:含β-谷甾醇、氨基酸、多量葡萄糖及葡萄糖甙。
性味与归经:甘、微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。
功效:养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,虚痨咳嗽,津伤口渴,心烦失眠,内热消渴,肠燥便秘,咽白喉。能提高免疫功能;对多种细菌有抑制作用;能增强垂体肾上腺皮质系统功能,提高机体适应能力;有抗心律失常和扩张外周血管的作用;能提高耐缺氧能力;有降血糖作用。
鲜山楂
别名:朹、粱梅、朹子、鼠查、羊梂、赤爪实、棠梂子、赤枣子、山里红果、酸枣、鼻涕团、柿楂子、山里果子、茅楂、猴楂、映山红果、海红、酸梅子、山梨、酸查、檕梅、柿樝子、茅樝、猴樝、野山楂;又名:小叶山楂、山果子、红果子、棠棣子。
功效:开胃消食、化滞消积、活血散瘀、化痰行气。用于肉食滞积、症瘕积聚、腹胀痞满、瘀阻腹痛、痰饮、泄泻、肠风下血等。
含绿原酸(chlorogenic acid)、咖啡酸、山楂酸(crataegolic acid)、齐菊果酸、槲皮素、熊果酸、齐墩果酸、金丝桃甙(hyperin)、表儿茶精(epicatechin)等。主要成分是黄酮类物质,对心血管系统有明显的药理作用。目前,从山楂中分离的黄酮成分有30余种,主要有含碳键的黄酮苷类、黄酮醇及其苷类、双氧黄酮苷类、聚合黄酮类。另一类较为重要的成分是三萜类物质,有强心、增加冠脉血流、改善血流循环等重要作用。
酸枣
化学成分:含有钾、钠、铁、锌、磷、硒等多种微量元素;新鲜的酸枣中含有大量的维生素C。
功效:酸枣仁(炒枣仁)含有脂肪油及蛋白质、植物甾醇及皂甙,有镇静、催眠作用,前人有“熟用治不眠,生用治好眠”,经临床实践,生用炒用都有催眠功效;酸枣仁还有持续降低血压的作用。
桂圆
别名:龙眼、益智、羊眼(云南方言)。
果肉(干)含水分,可溶性部分79.77%、不溶性物质19.39%,灰分3.36%。可溶性物质中,有葡萄糖24.91%、蔗糖0.22%、酸类(以酒石酸计〕1.26%、含氮物(其中含腺嘌呤和胆碱)6.309%等。其他尚含有蛋白质5.6%和脂肪0.5%等。假种皮含葡萄糖26.91%,酒石酸1.26%及少量蔗糖;另含维生素B1、B2、P、C。
功效:壮阳益气、补益心脾、养血安神、润肤美容等多种功效,可治疗贫血、心悸、失眠、健忘、神经衰弱及病后、产后身体虚弱等症。
甘草
别名:甜草根、红甘草、粉甘草、粉草、美草、蜜甘、蜜草、蕗草、国老、灵通、甜草、甜根子、棒草。
归经:胃经、肺经、脾经。
化学成分:甘草含有很多化学成分,但以甘草甜素(Glycyrrhizin),甘草次酸(glycyrrhertinic acid)为主。
功效:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
甘草气和性缓,可升可降;有补益心脾,润肺止咳,清热解毒,调和诸药的作用。甘草也有明显的降脂作用,和柴胡公用为甘柴合计,有明显的抗肝损伤作用,并加速修复。甘草根茎和根均含有甘草甜素,是甘草的甜味主要成分。此外尚有多种甘草甙、香豆素、伞花内酯等。研究发现,甘草有以下显著作用:1、甘草有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用。2、甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用,祛痰作用也较显著。3、抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜。甘草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。4、甘草常用来治疗随更年期而来的症状,因为甘草里含有甘草素,是一种类似激素的化合物,它有助于平衡女性体内的激素含量。甘草所含的次酸还能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用。
黄精
别名:老虎姜、龙衔、太阳草、白及、兔竹、垂珠、鸡格、鹿竹、重楼、萎蕤、苟格、马箭、笔菜、黄芝、笔管菜、生姜、野生姜、野仙姜、山生姜、玉竹黄精、白芨黄精、阳雀蕻、土灵芝、山捣臼、鸡头参、黄鸡菜、山姜、米脯、菟竹、救穷、戊已芝、仙人余粮、气精、米餔、白及黄精、阳誉蕻、赖姜。
性味归经:甘,平。归肺,脾,肾经。
化学成分:含天门冬氨酸、毛地黄糖甙、蒽醌类化合物、粘液质、糖类、烟酸、锌、铜、铁。
功效:有抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗衰老作用;能增强免疫功能,增强新陈代谢;有降血糖和强心作用。用于阴虚肺燥,干咳痰少;消渴多饮;脾胃虚弱,脾气虚或脾阴不足;肾虚精亏,腰膝酸软,须发早白。
桑椹
别名:桑实、葚、乌椹、文武实、黑椹、桑枣、桑葚子、桑粒、桑果。
归经:肝经、肾经。
化学成分:含葡萄糖、鞣质、丁二酸、矢车菊素、钙质、无机盐、维生素(A、B、C)、苹果酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、色素等。
功效:久病体虚,肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,目暗耳鸣,关节不利,肠燥便秘,津亏血少,潮热遗精,糖尿病等。
在一种实施方式中,所述A组分的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称量好的黄芪、芡实、杜仲、锁阳、红枣、当归、党参、麦冬、鲜山楂、酸枣、桂圆、甘草、黄精、桑椹分别洗涤干净和干燥,然后分别粉碎成350-500目超微粉;
(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,加入去离子水,用醋酸调节pH值至5.0-6.5,升温至60℃,加入纤维素酶溶液,酶解1h,进行渣液分离得第一滤液;
(3)药渣加入去离子水,浸提,用碳酸氢钠调pH值至8.0-8.5;加热,60℃保温浸提,进行渣液分离得第二滤液;
(4)合并第一滤液和第二滤液经真空低温干燥得提取物粗品,然后进行精制,得所述A组分。
本发明中所述纤维素酶溶液的制备方法如下:
将纤维素酶溶于去离子水中,搅拌溶解,4℃保存,所述纤维素酶与所述去离子水的重量比为1:15。
在一种实施方式中,所述步骤(2)中各组分超微粉与所述去离子水的重量比为1:5;所述纤维素酶用量为12U/g。
在一种实施方式中,所述步骤(3)中所述药渣与所述去离子水的重量比为1:2。
所述步骤(4)中精制步骤如下:
向反应器中加入得到的提取物粗品、95%乙醇,搅拌溶解,搅拌0.5h,减压浓缩至干,得到A组分;所述提取物粗品与所述95%乙醇的重量比为1:10。
在一种实施方式中,所述B组分的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称量好的淫羊藿、枸杞子、天麻、沙参分别洗涤干净和干燥,然后分别粉碎成350-500目超微粉;
(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,用超临界二氧化碳萃取,得到所述B组分。
在一种实施方式中,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取温度为30-35℃,萃取压力为18-25MPa,解析温度为42-50℃,解析压力为5-8MPa。
超临界二氧化碳萃取法(SFE-CO2)具有提取温度低、提取率高、溶剂用量少且无三废等优点,是一种环境友好的提取方法。
本发明中将淫羊藿、枸杞子、天麻、沙参超微粉在萃取温度为30-35℃,萃取压力为18-25MPa的条件下萃取2-5h,解析温度设为42-50℃,解析压力为5-7MPa,合并萃取物,混合均匀,即得B组分。
在一种实施方式中,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取时间为2-5h;优选地,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取时间为3h。
在一种实施方式中,按重量份计算,每10000份成品饮料中含有:

本发明另一方面提供一种天然养生饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组分、B组分、C组分混合后加热溶解;
(2)冷却至室温,过滤、灭菌、灌装,即得所述天然养生饮料。
本发明中所述天然养生饮料的制备方法中所述过滤使用120目筛,过滤后的产品中还含有少量天然产物沉淀。所述杀菌选用高温短时(HTST)杀菌方法,参数为在95℃时保持30s。所述灌装选用真空灌装机灌装,灌装真空度为600-720毫米汞柱。

(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,加入去离子水,用醋酸调节pH值至5.0-5.5,升温至60℃,加入纤维素酶溶液,酶解1h,进行渣液分离得第一滤液;所述步骤(2)中各组分超微粉与所述去离子水的重量比为1:5;所述纤维素酶用量为12U/g;
(3)药渣加入去离子水,浸提,用碳酸氢钠调pH值至8.0-8.5;加热,60℃保温浸提,进行渣液分离得第二滤液;所述步骤(3)中所述药渣与所述去离子水的重量比为1:2;

(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,加入去离子水,用醋酸调节pH值至5.0-5.5,升温至60℃,加入纤维素酶溶液,酶解1h,进行渣液分离得第一滤液;所述步骤(2)中各组分超微粉与所述去离子水的重量比为1:5;所述纤维素酶用量为12U/g;
(3)第一滤液经真空低温干燥得提取物粗品,向反应器中加入得到的提取物粗品、95%乙醇,搅拌溶解,搅拌0.5h,减压浓缩至干,得到A组分;所述提取物粗品与所述95%乙醇的重量比为1:10。

(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,加入去离子水,用醋酸调节pH值至5.0-5.5,升温至60℃,加入纤维素酶溶液,酶解1h,进行渣液分离得第一滤液;所述步骤(2)中各组分超微粉与所述去离子水的重量比为1:5;所述纤维素酶用量为12U/g;
(3)药渣加入去离子水,浸提,用碳酸氢钠调pH值至8.0-8.5;加热,60℃保温浸提,进行渣液分离得第二滤液;所述步骤(3)中所述药渣与所述去离子水的重量比为1:2;
(4)合并第一滤液和第二滤液经真空低温干燥得提取物粗品,向反应器中加入得到的提取物粗品、95%乙醇,搅拌溶解,搅拌0.5h,减压浓缩至干,得到A组分;所述提取物粗品与所述95%乙醇的重量比为1:10。
性能测试:
1、以下是2015年4月-2018年4月的三年间800人服用本实施例和对比例结果统计。
大多数都有困倦思卧、头昏头疼、注意力不集中、记忆力下降、体虚盗汗、心理压力大、健忘、头晕、失眠、精力差、腹泻痢疾、长期感冒不愈、免疫力底下等症状。
2、外观
将养生饮料于40℃条件静置60天,观察制备的养生饮料外观;
好:澄清,透明,无沉淀物;
一般:澄清,透明,有一点絮状物;
差:不澄清,不透明,有沉淀物。
3、口感
好:无异味,爽口,有清香;
一般:无异味,适口,有清香;
差:有一些异味,不适口,无清香。
表1性能测试结果
从上述数据可以看出,本发明提供的天然养生饮料,其具有口感良好、成分天然、具备丰富的营养、养生保健功效,增强和调节人体免疫功能,消除疲劳效果。

1.一种天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述天然养生饮料包含A组分、B组分和C组分,所述A组分为如下物质的提取物:黄芪、芡实、杜仲、锁阳、红枣、当归、党参、麦冬、鲜山楂、酸枣、桂圆、甘草、黄精、桑椹;所述B组分为如下物质的提取物:淫羊藿、枸杞子、天麻、沙参;所述C组分为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述A组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:黄芪15-25份、芡实10-20份、杜仲20-40份、锁阳20-50份、红枣70-120份、当归5-20份、党参10-20份、麦冬10-30份、鲜山楂5-15份、酸枣10-25份、桂圆10-20份、甘草5-10份、黄精10-30份、桑椹30-50份;所述B组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:淫羊藿30-50份、枸杞子20-40份、天麻20-45份、沙参10-25份。
3.根据权利要求2所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述A组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:黄芪17-23份、芡实12-18份、杜仲25-35份、锁阳25-40份、红枣80-110份、当归7-15份、党参12-16份、麦冬12-25份、鲜山楂7-10份、酸枣12-20份、桂圆12-16份、甘草5-8份、黄精15-24份、桑椹35-45份;所述B组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:淫羊藿35-48份、枸杞子24-36份、天麻25-40份、沙参12-20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述A组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:黄芪20份、芡实15份、杜仲30份、锁阳30份、红枣100份、当归10份、党参15份、麦冬20份、鲜山楂8份、酸枣15份、桂圆15份、甘草6份、黄精20份、桑椹40份;所述B组分中各物质的提取物在该组方中的重量份数为:淫羊藿40份、枸杞子30份、天麻30份、沙参15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述A组分的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称量好的黄芪、芡实、杜仲、锁阳、红枣、当归、党参、麦冬、鲜山楂、酸枣、桂圆、甘草、黄精、桑椹分别洗涤干净和干燥,然后分别粉碎成350-500目超微粉;
(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,加入去离子水,用醋酸调节pH值至5.0-6.5,升温至60℃,加入纤维素酶溶液,酶解0.5-1h,进行渣液分离得第一滤液;
(3)药渣加入去离子水,浸提,用碳酸氢钠调pH值至8.0-8.5;加热,60℃保温浸提,进行渣液分离得第二滤液;
(4)合并第一滤液和第二滤液经真空低温干燥得提取物粗品,然后进行精制,得所述A组分。
6.根据权利要求1所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述B组分的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称量好的淫羊藿、枸杞子、天麻、沙参分别洗涤干净和干燥,然后分别粉碎成350-500目超微粉;
(2)将步骤(1)中各组分超微粉混合,用超临界二氧化碳萃取,得到所述B组分。
7.根据权利要求6所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取温度为30-35℃,萃取压力为18-25MPa,解析温度为42-50℃,解析压力为5-8MPa。
8.根据权利要求7所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,所述B组分的制备方法步骤(2)中萃取时间为2-5h。
9.根据权利要求1所述天然养生饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计算,每10000份成品饮料中含有:
A组分 230-475份
B组分 80-160份
C组分 余量。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述天然养生饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A组分、B组分、C组分混合后加热溶解;
(2)冷却至室温,过滤、灭菌、灌装,即得所述天然养生饮料。
