背景技术
[0002] 经前期综合征(Premenstrual Syndrome,PMS)是指妇女在月经周期的后期(黄体 期D14-D28)表现出的一系列生理和情感方面的不适症状,症状与精神和内科疾病无关,并 在卵泡期缓解,在月经来潮后自行恢复到没有任何症状状态。经前期综合征是一种生理和 社会心理等综合因素导致的一种妇女疾病。治疗目标主要是缓解或消除躯体、心理症状,减 少对个人日常生活、人际交往、生活质量的影响,并使治疗的副反应尽可能最小。经前期综 合征其主要表现有烦躁易怒、失眠、紧张、压抑以及头痛、乳房胀痛、颜面浮肿等一系列的症 状,严重者可影响妇女的正常生活。从经前期综合征的临床症状看,该病是育龄妇女发病率 较高的疾病之一。同时,经前期综合征是一种生理和社会心理等综合因素导致的一种妇女 疾病。
[0003] 经前期综合征虽然不会引起生命危险,但是因为每月周期性发病,严重影响到患 者的生活质量,因而近年来倍受医学界的关注。中医认为经前期综合征起源于肾、发病与 肝,累及心脾,肝气郁滞则肝郁化火、阴虚阳亢,需要疏肝理气,养阴清热,凉血平肝。心脾两 虚则气血不足,因而面色萎黄,心悸神疲,需要补益心脾,利湿健脾。若是肾阳虚者,则阳虚 外冷、肢冷纳差,虚补肾健脾、温肾扶阳。
[0004] 目前西医认为此病可能与雌孕激素比例失调有关,,具体原因比较复杂,目前尚无 确切的治疗方式,临床上常给予镇静、利尿、激素等药物治疗,但是只能起到暂时缓解的作 用,不能从根本上治愈,这种周期性的反复,给患者带来了极大的痛苦。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是提供一种中药组合物,该中药组合物对于治疗经前期综合征具有 疗效确切,副作用小,服用方便,价格低廉的特点。本发明的另一目的是提供该中药组合物 的制备方法。
[0006] 本发明选择醋柴胡、郁金、白蒺藜、半夏、白术、天麻、枸杞子、菊花、生地黄、山茱 萸、山药、泽泻、牡丹皮、茯苓、钩藤、白苟、石决明、黄芩、竹節、制何首乌、川楝子、川考、香 附、玫瑰花进行组合,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,使之具有疏肝解郁、 行气化瘀、活血祛风、养阴生津的功效,从而能够有效治疗经前期综合征。

[0009] 醋柴胡:为伞形科多年生草本植物柴胡Bupleurum chinense DC.(北柴胡)或狭叶 柴胡Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.(南柴胡)的根或全草。醋柴胡是取柴胡片,用醋 拌匀,置锅内用文火炒至醋吸尽并微干,取出,晒干。性味:苦、辛、微寒。归肝、胆经。功效:和 解退热、疏肝解郁、升阳举陷。《药品化义》:柴胡,性轻清,主升散,味微苦,主疏肝。《本草经 解》:柴胡,其主心腹肠胃中结气者,心腹肠胃,五藏六府也,藏府共十二经,凡十一藏皆取决 于胆,柴胡轻清,升达胆气,胆气条达,则十一藏从之宣化,故心腹肠胃中,凡有结气,皆能散 之也。其主饮食积聚者,盖饮食入胃,散精于肝,肝之疏散,又借少阳胆为生发之主也,柴胡 升达胆气,则肝能散精,而饮食积聚自下矣。少阳经行半表半里,少阳受邪,邪并于阴则寒, 邪并于阳则热,柴胡和解少阳,故主寒热之邪气也。柴胡具有良好的疏肝解郁的作用,为治 疗肝气郁滞的要药。

Liang或蓬莪 术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val ·的干燥块根。性味:辛、苦,寒。归肝、心、肺经。功效:行气化 瘀,清心解郁,利胆退黄,凉血破瘀。主治:胸腹胁肋诸痛,失心癫狂,热病神昏,吐血,衄血, 尿血,血淋,妇女倒经,黄疸。本品辛散苦泄,性寒清热,能清心解郁开窍。郁金辛开苦降,芳 香宣达,性寒又能清热。既入气分以行气解郁,又入血分以凉血祛瘀,为血中之气药,用于治 疗气血郁滞的胸痛。

[0012] 半夏:为在南星科植物半夏(Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit.)的块莖。性味: 辛,温,有毒。入脾、胃经。功效:燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结。该品辛散温燥有毒,主入脾 胃兼入肺,能行水湿,降逆气,而善祛脾胃湿痰。水湿去则脾健而痰涎自消,逆气降则胃和而 痞满呕吐自止,故为燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结之良药。既主治脾湿痰壅之痰多咳喘气 逆,又治湿痰上犯之眩晕心悸失眠。
[0013] 白术:为菊科植物白术Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz .的干燥根莖。性味: 苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。功效:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎,白术既能补气健脾,又能燥湿 利水,为健脾燥湿的要药。白术抗菌作用明显:水浸液在试管内对絮状表皮癣菌、星形奴卡 氏菌有抑制作用。煎剂对脑膜炎球菌亦有抑制作用。白术还具有促进造血的功能。
[00M] 天麻:为兰科植物天麻Gastrodia elata Blume.的干燥块莖。性味:甘,平。归肝 经。功效:平肝息风止痉。用于头痛眩晕,肢体麻木,小儿惊风,癫痫抽搐,破伤风。药理学研 究表明,天麻具有明显的镇静和抗惊厥作用。天麻甘平,专入肝经,功能息风止痉,且甘润不 烈,作用平和,为之内风之圣药,可用于治疗各种病因所致的肝风内动,惊痫抽搐,不论寒热 虚实,均可配伍应用。

Jacks.、大叶钩藤 Uncaria macrophyI la Wal 1 ·、毛钩藤Uncaria hirsuta Havil .、华钩藤Uncaria sinensis (Oliv.)Havil.或无柄果钩藤Uncaria sessilifructus Roxb.的干燥带钩莖 枝。性味:甘,凉。归肝、心包经。功效:清热平肝,息风定惊。用于头痛眩晕,感冒夹惊,惊痫抽 搐,妊娠子痫;高血压。《本草汇言》:钩藤,祛风化痰,定惊癎,安客忤,攻痘瘩之药也。钱仲阳 先生曰:钧藤,温、平、无毒,婴科珍之。其性捷利,祛风痰,开气闭,安惊癎于仓忙顷刻之际, 同麻、桂发内伏之寒,同芩、连解酷烈之暑,同前、葛祛在表之邪,同查、朴消久滞之食,同鼠 粘、桔梗、羌、防、紫草茸发痘瘩之隐约不现也,祛风邪而不燥,至中至和之品。但久煎便无 力,俟他药煎熟十余沸,投入即起,颇得力也。去梗纯用嫩钩,功力十倍。

[0028] 制何首乌:为寥科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.的干燥块根。性味: 苦、甘、涩、微温。归肝、心、肾经。功效:补血生精,解毒消痈,润肠通便。制何首乌味甘主补, 长于补肝血,益肾精,强筋骨。发为血之余,肾之所荣,精血得充,则善乌须发。制何首乌,肾 主冲任,肝司学海,补肝益肾,扶正固本。《本草纲目》:何首乌,白者入气分,赤者入血分。肾 主闭藏,肝主疏泄,此物气温味苦涩,苦补肾,温补肝,能收敛精气,所以能养血益肝,固精益 肾,健筋骨,乌发,为滋补良药,不寒不燥,功在地黄、天门冬诸药之上。气血太和,则风虚、痈 月中、瘰疬诸疾可知(除)矣。药理学研究表明:何首乌提取物对小鼠皮肤脂质过氧化物的生成 具有非常明显的抑制作用,说明何首乌具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。肝肾不足,精血亏虚,腰 膝酸软,头晕耳鸣,须发早白,遗精滑精者,可与当归、枸杞子、菟丝子等配伍。

[0033] 本发明的方解是:方中醋柴胡疏肝解郁、升阳举陷,郁金行气化瘀、清心解郁,白蒺 藜平肝解郁、活血祛风,半夏燥湿化痰,白术健脾益气、燥湿利水,以上几味共为君药,以疏 肝解郁、行气化瘀功效为主,主要缓解经前期综合征引起的抑郁、焦虑、烦躁不安等症状,另 有活血化瘀、燥湿化痰的功效,可以治疗患者全身浮肿以及乳房胀痛的症状,从疾病的症状 上入手,从而达到治疗经前期综合征的目的。天麻平肝熄风,枸杞子滋补肝肾、益精明目,菊 花散风清热,生地黄清热凉血、养阴生津,山茱萸补益肝肾、涩精固脱,山药补养脾胃、生津 益肺,泽泻清热利尿,以上七味共为臣药,增加君药疏肝解郁、活血行气功效的同时,还具有 益精明目、养阴生津的功效,不仅可以治疗患者经前期综合征所引起的头晕、失眠、眼晕等 症状,还可以从根本上儒养身体,扶正固本,从而对患者的身体进行调理,达到彻底根治的 目的。牡丹皮清热凉血、活血散瘀,茯苓利水渗湿、健脾宁心,钩藤清热平肝,白芍补血柔肝、 平肝止痛,石决明平肝潜阳,黄芩清热燥湿,竹茹清热止呕、涤痰开郁,制何首乌补血生精, 川楝子疏肝行气,川芎活血行气、祛风止痛,香附、玫瑰花行气解郁、调经止痛,以上诸味共 为佐药,增加药效的同时,还具有健脾宁心,补血生津的功效,减轻患者经前不适,加快患者 的好转。方中诸药配伍、君臣协力、佐使共辅,使之具有疏肝解郁、行气化瘀、活血祛风、养阴 生津的功效,能够有效治疗妇女经前期综合征。

[0040] 步骤三:按本发明重量配比,将石决明适当破碎,放于砂锅中加步骤一中浸泡后剩 余冷水,超过药面4〜6厘米,用武火煎沸后,再用文火煎20〜30分钟,过滤,得滤液,在剩余 药渣中加入4里面左右的水,然后加入醋柴胡、郁金、白术、生地黄、用纱布包好的山药、牡丹 皮、白芍、黄芩、川楝子、川芎、香附煎煮约40分钟,之后加入半夏、天麻、泽泻、钩藤、竹茹以 及步骤一种的药包煎煮约20分钟,最后加入菊花、玫瑰花继续煎煮10分钟,过滤,弃渣,得滤 液,合并两次滤液,备用;
[0041] 步骤四:将步骤二中所得细粉加入到步骤三中的药汤中,并将药汤浓缩至80°C左 右时,加入75%乙醇,放置沉淀,过滤,弃沉淀,滤液回收乙醇,在60 °C环境下相对密度1.13〜 1.20的稠膏,将稠膏干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入适量糖粉作为稀释剂,乙醇作为润湿剂以及微 晶纤维素作为崩解剂,采用干法制粒,制成颗粒剂。
