Abstract
本发明涉及保健饮料制备技术领域,一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料,包括黄芪党参饮料的配方组分及重量份数比为:黄芪8‑10份、党参2‑3份、大枣0.1‑0.5份、当归0.1‑0.2份、金银花0.1‑0.2份、山楂0.2‑0.5份、砂仁0.1‑0.2份、罗汉果0.2‑0.3份、甘草0.2‑0.5份、赤藓糖醇2‑4份、甜菊糖苷0.02‑0.04份、柠檬酸0.08‑0.15份、食品用香精0.06‑0.1份。本发明中黄芪和党参具有补气固表、补中益气的作用,另外配伍大枣、当归、金银花、山楂、砂仁、罗汉果、甘草,不仅可改善饮品整体口感,而且汇聚各个成分的功能,提高饮品整体的滋补效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
黄芪入药,历史悠久;中国最早的《神农本草经》把黄芪列为“上品”。《名医别录》、《本草纲目》等古药书均认为它有益气补虚的作用。药理研究发现,黄芪含有胆碱、豆香素、叶酸、氨基酸、甜菜碱、皂甙、糖类、蛋白质、核黄素、黄烷化合物、铁、钙、磷及硒、锌、铜、锰等多种微量无素。味甘,性微温,具补气固表、利尿、强心、降压、抗菌、治表虚自汗、气虚内伤、对肝脏有保护作用,并能促进人体血液中白细胞的增加,最主要的仍是补中益气,利水消肿,对虚胖虚肿症最为适宜。但是传统黄芪药饮药味重,药效单一,适口感差,因此市售的黄芪主要以保健品和药剂为主,比较单一,黄芪饮料少之又少;而随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对保健品的信任程度不断增加,保健饮料已全面进入千家万户,成为人们日常饮用的食品,人们在品尝可口饮料的同时,还能对身体起到保健作用;但是目前市面上的黄芪保健饮料为了改善其口感,其内部通常添加一定的糖分,这对于糖尿病人来说无疑是一种顾虑。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料及其制备方法,所得黄芪党参饮料改善了传统黄芪药饮药味重,药效单一,适口感差的问题,使其口感醇和,风味独特。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料,包括黄芪党参饮料的配方组分及重量份数比为:黄芪8-10份、党参2-3份、大枣0.1-0.5份、当归0.1-0.2份、金银花0.1-0.2份、山楂0.2-0.5份、砂仁0.1-0.2份、罗汉果0.2-0.3份、甘草0.2-0.5份、赤藓糖醇2-4份、甜菊糖苷0.02-0.04份、柠檬酸0.08-0.15份、食品用香精0.06-0.1份。

一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄芪、党参、大枣、当归、金银花、山楂、砂仁、罗汉果、甘草洗净,除去表面灰尘,然后加30份冷水浸泡50分钟,有利于有效成份的充分溶出,再加入纤维素酶,进行酶解;
S2.取洗净的黄芪、党参、砂仁、当归、甘草并加入上述浸泡的料液,进行煎煮,将浮在水面上的药用筷子上下翻动,使药物完全浸泡于水中,用大火煎煮,煎煮30分钟后,加入大枣、金银花、山楂、罗汉果,待煮沸后2-3分钟,转为小火,再慢煎50分钟;
S3.将S2中药液煎煮2-3次,煎煮后的药液合并在一起,用滤网过滤进行除渣分离,将除渣后的药液回流35分钟,并浓缩成10份浓缩液;
S4.按照重量份数称取赤藓糖醇、甜菊糖苷,加入60℃的热水30-40份,快速搅拌溶解;
S5.将2份S2所得浓缩液加入S3所得溶液中混合,加入食品用香精,快速搅拌溶解,调酸定容,搅拌均匀,采用超高温瞬时杀菌技术杀菌,灌装即得。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述S1中酶解温度为45-55℃,酶解时间为30分钟。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述所述S4中搅拌溶解时间为15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明中黄芪和党参具有补气固表、补中益气的作用,另外配伍大枣、当归、金银花、山楂、砂仁、罗汉果、甘草,不仅可改善饮品整体口感,而且汇聚各个成分的功能,提高饮品整体的滋补效果。
2、另外,本发明中采用赤藓糖醇、甜菊糖苷和柠檬酸搭配调节饮品的甜度,赤藓糖醇是零热量的甜味剂,对血糖的影响小;而甜菊苷与柠檬酸并用,可提高饮品甜度,改善口味,并且甜菊苷摄入人体后不被吸收,不产生热能,可以减除糖尿病人的顾虑,扩大了该饮品的消费群体。
3、本发明中通过纤维素酶酶解,打破了植物细胞壁,提高了对药物有效物质的提取率,增强了其补气固表,祛湿保肝等功效,使药物的营养价值能被人体更充分的吸收和利用。

一种具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料,该黄芪党参饮料的组成成分包括如下重量份数原料:黄芪10份、党参3份、大枣0.5份、当归0.2份、金银花0.2份、山楂0.5份、砂仁0.2份、罗汉果0.3份、甘草0.5份、赤藓糖醇4份、甜菊糖苷0.04份、柠檬酸0.15份、食品用香精0.1份。
一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄芪、党参、大枣、当归、金银花、山楂、砂仁、罗汉果、甘草洗净,除去表面灰尘,然后加30份冷水浸泡50分钟,再加入纤维素酶,进行酶解;
S2.取洗净的黄芪、党参、砂仁、当归、甘草并加入上述浸泡的料液,进行煎煮,将浮在水面上的药用筷子上下翻动,使药物完全浸泡于水中,用大火煎煮,煎煮30分钟后,加入大枣、金银花、山楂、罗汉果,待煮沸后2-3分钟,转为小火,再慢煎50分钟;

一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将黄芪、党参、大枣、当归、金银花、山楂、砂仁、罗汉果、甘草洗净,除去表面灰尘,然后加30份冷水浸泡50分钟,再加入纤维素酶,进行酶解;
S2.取洗净的黄芪、党参、砂仁、当归、甘草并加入上述浸泡的料液,进行煎煮,将浮在水面上的药用筷子上下翻动,使药物完全浸泡于水中,用大火煎煮,煎煮30分钟后,加入大枣、金银花、山楂、罗汉果,待煮沸后2-3分钟,转为小火,再慢煎50分钟;
S3.将S2中药液煎煮2-3次,煎煮后的药液合并在一起,用滤网过滤进行除渣分离,将除渣后的药液回流35分钟,并浓缩成10份浓缩液;

本发明以黄芪、党参为主要物质,其中黄芪能够增强机体免疫功能,并且具有保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用;并能促进人体血液中白细胞的增加,最主要的仍是补中益气,利水消肿;
党参有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津的功能;黄芪和党参二者同归脾、肺二经,一起食用可补气提神,益气养血,提高免疫力等,尤其适用于气血虚、食欲不振、体弱的人群;
同时配伍大枣、当归、金银花、山楂、砂仁、罗汉果、甘草,
其中当归为补血要药,可补血活血,改善气虚;
金银花具有清热解毒,抗毒抗炎,降血脂之功效;能够促进炎性细胞吞噬功能,对肉瘤S180和艾式腹水癌有明显的细胞毒作用;
砂仁有化湿开胃,温脾止泻理气安胎的功效;
山楂具有助消化、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、强心、抗氧化、降压抑菌的功能;
大枣含有环磷酸腺苷,具有抗癌、抗过敏作用,且能够润肺止咳,保肝护肝,健胃补脑,养血安神;能够增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管系统疾病有良好的作用;
罗汉果具有清热润肺,利咽开音,滑肠通便的功效;
甘草具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,并且甘草的加入能够调和诸药;
通过配伍药材,改良了饮品的整体口感,增加了人体耐受度,既能提高滋补效果,还不会有多饮上火或其他的不良反应。
除此之外,本发明中加入赤藓糖醇、甜菊糖苷和柠檬酸,其中赤藓糖醇是零热量的甜味剂,甜度低,只有蔗糖的60%-70%,口味纯正,其稳定性高,不会发生美拉德反应而发生变色,并且溶解热高,入口具有清凉味;
甜菊糖苷是最接近砂糖的天然甜味剂,甜菊苷与柠檬酸并用,可提高其甜度,改善口味,并且甜菊苷摄入人体后不被吸收,不产生热能,故为糖尿病、肥胖病患者良好的天然甜味剂。
试验例
为表明本发明中的饮品可以被糖尿病人,特选取本发明中实施例1-3的饮品以及现有黄芪党参饮料,对其进行糖度测量并对照:

通过上表可知本发明中的饮品糖度远远低于现有黄芪党参饮料,并且本发明中采用天然甜味剂,对人体血糖影响小,适合糖尿病人饮用;而且口感相较于现有黄芪党参饮料更加清爽。
为表明本发明中的饮品具有补气固表,益气补身的作用,特选取60例气血不足,面色萎黄的人进行观察实验,将参与实验的人群分为两组,每组30人,实验组采用本发明实施例1制成的饮品长期饮用,每日1000毫升;对照组采用康师傅瓶装绿茶饮料作为对照饮品长期饮用,每日1000ml,试验结果如下表所示:

由上表可知,使用本发明中的饮品3个月后,70%的参试者面色好转,畏寒肢冷有减轻迹象,入睡时间缩短。6个月后,80%的参试者面色红润,畏寒肢冷趋于好转,入睡时间基本正常。9个月后,90%的参试者气血充足,皮肤粉嫩有光泽,手脚温暖,入睡快、睡眠沉,呼吸均匀,一觉睡到自然醒,各项指标基本达到正常标准,而其余患者也正在恢复中。而采用康师傅瓶装绿茶饮料的对照组,症状无明显好转。因此可知,本品补充气血,益气补身方面具有明显的效果。

1.一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料,其特征在于:包括黄芪党参饮料的配方组分及重量份数比为:黄芪8-10份、党参2-3份、大枣0.1-0.5份、当归0.1-0.2份、金银花0.1-0.2份、山楂0.2-0.5份、砂仁0.1-0.2份、罗汉果0.2-0.3份、甘草0.2-0.5份、赤藓糖醇2-4份、甜菊糖苷0.02-0.04份、柠檬酸0.08-0.15份、食品用香精0.06-0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料,其特征在于:包括黄芪党参饮料的配方组分及重量份数比为:黄芪8份、党参2份、大枣0.1份、当归0.1份、金银花0.1份、山楂0.2份、砂仁0.1份、罗汉果0.2份、甘草0.2份、赤藓糖醇4份、甜菊糖苷0.02份、柠檬酸0.08份、食品用香精0.1份。
3.一种无蔗糖具有益气补身的黄芪党参饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
