Abstract
本发明属于中医药技术领域,具体涉及一种养肝护肝中药配方及其制备方法与应用。该中药配方由以下重量份数的中药配比而成:白术6‑16份,白芍10‑20份,山药5‑15份,墨旱莲5‑15份,茯苓10‑20份,赤芍5‑15份,薄荷6‑16份,太子参5‑15份,西洋参5‑15份,石斛10‑20份,甘草3‑13份。本发明涉及的中药配方选用不同工艺可以制备成茶、膏、冲剂、口服液和饮料,具有清热解毒、活血散瘀、利尿消肿、利胆退黄、养肝护肝、保肝降酶、防病治病等多重功效,且使用方便,可用于醉酒、脂肪肝、肝硬化和肝癌等肝病的防治。

技术领域
本发明属于中医药技术领域,具体涉及一种养肝护肝中药配方及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
肝病是指发生在肝脏的病变,包括病毒性肝炎(甲/乙/丙/丁/戊肝)、脂肪肝、酒精肝、肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌等多种肝脏疾病。
目前常见的肝病主要以肝炎、脂肪肝、肝硬化和肝癌为主。肝炎又多以慢性肝炎为主,包括慢性病毒性肝炎、药物毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎、遗传性疾病以及其它原因不明性肝炎。其中,慢性病毒性肝炎常见于乙型肝炎病毒肝炎,该病毒是一种全球范围内广泛传播的传染性病原体,全球携带乙型肝炎病毒的人数保守估计超过2.8亿,其中,中国是乙型肝炎病毒泛滥的重灾区,目前约有慢性乙型肝炎病毒肝炎患者3000多万人,每年死于乙肝相关肝硬化人数更是高达40万人。除了上面所述的病毒性肝炎外,随着人们生活方式的转变和生活、工作压力的持续增加,出现了越来越多的不良生活方式,包括酗酒、熬夜、久坐不动、暴饮暴食等多种损害肝脏的行为方式,导致越来越多的脂肪肝、酒精肝和肝癌等肝病患者,不仅损害了人们的生活质量,昂贵的医疗费用更是造成多少家庭一贫如洗,社会经济负担不断加重。
目前,肝病仍然以西药治疗为主,但是西药普遍具有副作用大,长期服用依赖性强、敏感性降低等诸多缺点,而我国传统中医的“扶正祛邪”理论则正确地指出了肝病的治疗策略,已经有研究表明,某些中药具有抑制病原体和/或调节机体免疫功能的功效,能够达到有效防治疾病的作用。
发明内容
鉴于西医治疗肝病存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种养肝护肝的中药配方及其茶、膏、冲剂、口服液和饮料的制备方法,让人们通过日常使用该中药配方所制成的茶、膏、冲剂、口服液和饮料,起到养肝护肝的保健作用,既防病于未然,又能对肝脏的损伤起到保肝降酶的功效,从而造福深受醉酒、脂肪肝、肝硬化和肝癌等肝病困扰的人们。
本发明的实现方式如下所示:
一种养肝护肝中药配方,该中药配方由以下重量份数的中药配比而成:白术6 -16份,白芍10 - 20份,山药5 - 15份,墨旱莲5 - 15份,茯苓10 - 20份,赤芍5 - 15份,薄荷6 - 16份,太子参5 - 15份,西洋参5 - 15份,石斛10 - 20份,甘草3 - 13份。
进一步的,该中药配方由以下重量份数的中药配比而成:白术6份,白芍10份,山药5份,墨旱莲5份,茯苓10份,赤芍5份,薄荷6份,太子参5份,西洋参5份,石斛10份,甘草3份。

本发明还提供一种养肝护肝茶的制备方法:
将养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干净鲜品放入烤箱,在45 - 55℃温度下烘烤1 - 1.5小时后取出,取出后用无菌水喷雾于其上,润湿即可。在45 - 55℃温度下继续烘干,取出摊开并降温至室温后进一步粉碎制得干品,或养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干品直接粉碎,再过10 - 30目筛,充分搅拌混匀,放入磨茶机磨成条状,再用烤箱于65 - 85℃温度下烤干,然后放置8 - 12小时,最后包装获得茶剂成品,包括但不限于散茶、茶砖、茶包。
进一步的,将养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干净鲜品放入烤箱,在55℃温度下烘烤1小时后取出,取出后用无菌水喷雾于其上,润湿即可。在55℃温度下继续烘干,取出摊开并降温至室温后进一步粉碎制得干品,或养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干品直接粉碎,再过10 - 30目筛,充分搅拌混匀,放入磨茶机磨成条状,再用烤箱于85℃温度下烤干,然后放置12小时,最后包装获得茶剂成品。
本发明还提供一种养肝护肝膏的制备方法:
按照养肝护肝中药配方比例称取上述中草药干品,粉碎至粗粉,以5 - 10目大小为宜,而后将中草药粗粉投放至提取罐,加入中草药粗粉量的2 - 4倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮1 - 1.5小时,出药液1。再加入中草药粗粉量的1 - 3倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮0.5 - 1小时,出药液2。合并药液1和药液2,冷却后加入1 - 3倍量的90%乙醇搅拌混匀,静置沉淀8 - 12小时,致使杂质沉淀。沉淀结束后取上清液,再用少量 50 - 60%乙醇洗净沉淀,合并洗液和上清液。减压回收乙醇进行浓缩,待浓缩至一定浓度时放置冷处,静置8- 12小时,使沉淀完全。沉淀结束后过滤,滤出液再用低温蒸发制成稠膏,稠膏比重热测(80- 90℃)值一般控制在1. 3- 1.4。
进一步的,按照养肝护肝中药配方比例称取上述中草药干品,粉碎至粗粉,以5 -10目大小为宜,而后将中草药粗粉投放至提取罐,加入中草药粗粉量的3倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮1 小时,出药液1。再加入中草药粗粉量的2倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮0.5小时,出药液2。合并药液1和药液2,冷却后加入2倍量的90%乙醇搅拌混匀,静置沉淀12小时,致使杂质沉淀。沉淀结束后取上清液,再用少量 50%乙醇洗净沉淀,合并洗液和上清液。减压回收乙醇进行浓缩,待浓缩至一定浓度时放置冷处,静置12小时,使沉淀完全。沉淀结束后过滤,滤出液再用低温蒸发制成稠膏,稠膏比重热测(80 - 90℃)值一般控制在1.35。
本发明还提供一种养肝护肝冲剂的制备方法:
1. 稠膏提取工艺与上述稠膏制备工艺相同;
2. 糖粉制备:先将将蔗糖磨成细粉,过80 - 100目筛;
3. 取养肝护肝稠膏、糖粉和糊精,按照1 - 2:3 - 5:1 - 2的比例加入,并添加适量的50%乙醇,搅拌混匀,得养肝护肝冲剂。
进一步的,取养肝护肝稠膏、糖粉和糊精,按照1:3:1的比例加入,并添加适量的50%乙醇,搅拌混匀,得养肝护肝冲剂。
本发明还提供一种养肝护肝口服液的制备方法:
1. 稠膏提取工艺与上述稠膏制备工艺相同;
2. 将所得养肝护肝稠膏用适量的蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量10- 30%,加入适量的单糖浆和食品级苯甲酸钠防腐剂,封装于10 mL安瓿瓶或西林瓶中,在100℃温度下灭菌30 - 45分钟,制得口服液成品。
进一步,将所得养肝护肝稠膏用适量的蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量20%,加入适量的单糖浆和食品级苯甲酸钠防腐剂,封装于10 mL安瓿瓶中,在100℃温度下灭菌30分钟,制得口服液成品。
本发明还提供一种养肝护肝饮料的制备方法:
1. 稠膏提取工艺与上述稠膏制备工艺相同;
2. 将所得养肝护肝稠膏用蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量5 - 10%,加入适量的蜂蜜、白糖和食品级防腐剂,灌装,制得饮料成品。
上述养肝护肝中药配方及其制备所得的茶、膏、冲剂、口服液和饮料的有益效果:
现有保肝护肝中药组合物多采用白术、白芍、山药、墨旱莲、茯苓、赤芍、薄荷、甘草等主治肝病的中草药为主要成分,本发明针对现有中草药药理,并按照君臣佐使和药物配伍协同作用制得新的养肝护肝中药配方,其主要成分虽与常见保肝护肝配方有较大差异,但在保肝降酶方面更具优势。
本发明结合上述多种中草药的药理及药性,获得的养肝护肝中药配方及其制备所得的茶、膏、冲剂、口服液和饮料,具有清热解毒、活血散瘀、利尿消肿、利胆退黄、养肝护肝、保肝降酶、防病治病等多重功效,且使用方便,可用于醉酒、脂肪肝、肝硬化和肝癌等肝病的防治。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,本发明的优点和特点将会随着描述更为清楚。以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
以下实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为本领域的常规实验方法。以下实施例中所使用的实验材料,若无特殊说明,均为常规实验材料,由医院和/或销售公司购买所得。
一种养肝护肝中药配方,该中药配方由以下重量份数的中药配比而成:白术6 -16份,白芍10 - 20份,山药5 - 15份,墨旱莲5 - 15份,茯苓10 - 20份,赤芍5 - 15份,薄荷6 - 16份,太子参5 - 15份,西洋参5 - 15份,石斛10 - 20份,甘草3 - 13份。
本发明提供的制备上述一种养肝护肝茶,包括如下步骤:
将养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干净鲜品放入烤箱,在45 - 55℃温度下烘烤1 - 1.5小时后取出,取出后用无菌水喷雾于其上,润湿即可。在45 - 55℃温度下继续烘干,取出摊开并降温至室温后进一步粉碎制得干品,或养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干品直接粉碎,再过10 - 30目筛,充分搅拌混匀,放入磨茶机磨成条状,再用烤箱于65 - 85℃温度下烤干,然后放置8 - 12小时,最后包装获得茶剂成品,包括但不限于散茶、茶砖、茶包。
在本实施例中,将养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干净鲜品放入烤箱,在55℃温度下烘烤1小时后取出,取出后用无菌水喷雾于其上,润湿即可。在55℃温度下继续烘干,取出摊开并降温至室温后进一步粉碎制得干品,或养肝护肝中药配方涉及的干品直接粉碎,再过10- 30目筛,充分搅拌混匀,放入磨茶机磨成条状,再用烤箱于85℃温度下烤干,然后放置12小时,最后包装获得茶剂成品。
本发明提供的制备上述一种养肝护肝膏,包括如下步骤:
按照养肝护肝中药配方比例称取上述中草药干品,粉碎至粗粉,以5 - 10目大小为宜,而后将中草药粗粉投放至提取罐,加入中草药粗粉量的2 - 4倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮1 - 1.5小时,出药液1。再加入中草药粗粉量的1 - 3倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮0.5 - 1小时,出药液2。合并药液1和药液2,冷却后加入1 - 3倍量的90%乙醇搅拌混匀,静置沉淀8 - 12小时,致使杂质沉淀。沉淀结束后取上清液,再用少量 50 - 60%乙醇洗净沉淀,合并洗液和上清液。减压回收乙醇进行浓缩,待浓缩至一定浓度时放置冷处,静置8- 12小时,使沉淀完全。沉淀结束后过滤,滤出液再用低温蒸发制成稠膏,稠膏比重热测(80- 90℃)值一般控制在1. 3- 1.4。
在本实施例中,按照养肝护肝中药配方比例称取上述中草药干品,粉碎至粗粉,以5 - 10目大小为宜,而后将中草药粗粉投放至提取罐,加入中草药粗粉量的3倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮1 小时,出药液1。再加入中草药粗粉量的2倍量的水煮沸,而后再用文火煮0.5小时,出药液2。合并药液1和药液2,冷却后加入2倍量的90%乙醇搅拌混匀,静置沉淀12小时,致使杂质沉淀。沉淀结束后取上清液,再用少量 50%乙醇洗净沉淀,合并洗液和上清液。减压回收乙醇进行浓缩,待浓缩至一定浓度时放置冷处,静置12小时,使沉淀完全。沉淀结束后过滤,滤出液再用低温蒸发制成稠膏,稠膏比重热测(80 - 90℃)值一般控制在1. 35。
本发明提供的制备上述一种养肝护肝冲剂,包括如下步骤:
1. 稠膏提取工艺与上述稠膏制备工艺相同;
2. 糖粉制备:先将将蔗糖磨成细粉,过80 - 100目筛;
3. 取养肝护肝稠膏、糖粉和糊精,按照1 - 2:3 - 5:1 - 2的比例加入,并添加适量的50%乙醇,搅拌混匀,得养肝护肝冲剂。
在本实施例中,取养肝护肝稠膏、糖粉和糊精,按照1:3:1的比例加入,并添加适量的50%乙醇,搅拌混匀,得养肝护肝冲剂。
本发明提供的制备上述一种养肝护肝口服液,包括如下步骤:
1. 稠膏提取工艺与上述稠膏制备工艺相同;
2. 将所得养肝护肝稠膏用适量的蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量10- 30%,加入适量的单糖浆和食品级苯甲酸钠防腐剂,封装于10 mL安瓿瓶或西林瓶中,在100℃温度下灭菌30 - 45分钟,制得口服液成品。
在本实施例中,将所得养肝护肝稠膏用适量的蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量20%,加入适量的单糖浆和食品级苯甲酸钠防腐剂,封装于10 mL安瓿瓶中,在100℃温度下灭菌30分钟,制得口服液成品。
本发明提供的制备上述一种养肝护肝饮料,包括如下步骤:
1. 稠膏提取工艺与上述稠膏制备工艺相同;
2. 将所得养肝护肝稠膏用蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量5 - 10%,加入适量的蜂蜜、白糖和食品级防腐剂,灌装,制得饮料成品。
在本实施例中,将所得养肝护肝稠膏用蒸馏水进一步稀释,过滤,使得稀释液含药量5 %,加入适量的蜂蜜、白糖和食品级防腐剂,灌装,制得饮料成品。
以下详述本发明提供的中药配方中各个原料药的中草药药理作用:
白术。学名:Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz。性能:苦、甘,温。健脾益气,燥湿利水,化浊止痛。主治:肝炎、肝硬化腹水、肝癌等肝病。
白芍。学名:Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid。性能:甘、辛,温。补气健脾,燥湿利水,固表止汗。主治:肝炎、脂肪肝、胆囊炎等肝胆子疾病。
山药。学名:Dioscorea polystachya Turczaninow。性能:甘,温、平,无毒。健脾和胃、生津养肺、补肾固精。主治:肝炎,肝硬化,脂肪肝,肝癌,酒精肝等肝病。
墨旱莲。学名:Yerbadetajo Herb。性能:味甘酸,平,无毒。凉血止血,补肾益阴,清热解毒。主治:慢性肝炎,肝硬化,脂肪肝,肝癌,酒精肝等肝病。
茯苓。学名:Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf。性能:味甘、淡,性平。利水渗湿,健脾宁心,清热解毒。主治:肝炎,脂肪肝,肝硬化等肝病。
赤芍。学名:Paeoniae Radix Rubra。性能:性微寒,味苦。归肝经。清热凉血,散瘀止痛。主治:肝炎,脂肪肝,肝硬化等肝病。
薄荷。学名:Mentha canadensis Linnaeus。性能:味辛,性凉。归肺、肝经。疏散风热,清利头目,利咽,透疹,疏肝行气。主治:肝炎,肝损伤,脂肪肝,肝硬化等肝病。
太子参。学名:Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) Pax。性能:味甘,微苦,性平。益气健脾,补气生津,具备抗氧化、抗应激、降糖、降脂和利尿消肿的功效。主治:改善心、脑肾等重要脏器的微循环,调节脂质代谢,促进胰岛分泌胰岛素,常用于降低血糖,改善胰岛素敏感性,增强机体免疫力。主治:脾虚体倦,食欲不振,气阴不足,自汗口渴等虚证。
西洋参。学名:Panax quiquefolium L.。性能:味苦,微甘,性凉。归心、肺、肾经。功效:具有滋阴补气,生津止渴,除烦躁,清虚火,扶正气,抗疲劳,提高免疫力的功效。主治:气阴两虚证,肺肾阴虚,津液亏虚等虚证。
石斛。学名:Dendrobium nobile Lindl。性能:味甘,淡微咸,性寒。归胃、肾,肺经。具有益胃生津,滋阴清热,补气血,降血压,降脂,降糖,增强免疫力的功效。主治:热病伤津,口干烦渴,病后虚热,阴伤目暗等气阴不足证。
甘草。学名:Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.。性能:性平,味甘,归十二经。补脾益气,滋咳润肺,清热解毒,调和百药。主治:慢性肝炎,脂肪肝,肝硬化,肝癌等肝病。
以下为本实施例提供的养肝护肝中药配方的具体制备例:
实施例1
将白术6份,白芍10份,山药5份,墨旱莲5份,茯苓10份,赤芍5份,薄荷6份,太子参5份,西洋参5份,石斛10份,甘草3份的干品(干品可经鲜品烘烤制得或直接购得)直接粉碎,再过10 - 30目筛,充分搅拌混匀,放入磨茶机磨成条状,再用烤箱于85℃温度下烤干,然后放置12小时,最后包装获得茶剂成品。

病例1,廖某,男,30岁,身高178厘米,体重70公斤。由于日常熬夜较多,经常暴饮暴食,且睡眠长期不足,体检检查结果显示谷丙转氨酶(148 U/L)和谷草转氨酶(70 U/L)双高,服用本发明实施例1产品1周后,脂肪肝和转氨酶水平得到明显改善,转氨酶均降至正常水平值(0 - 40 U/L),且身体和精神状态均有很大好转。
病例2,刘某,男,45岁,身高170厘米,体重100公斤。由于经常应酬饮酒过量、吸烟成瘾,脂肪肝多年,肝损伤严重,肝功能减弱,免疫力低下。体检检查结果显示肝脏有轻度损伤,谷丙转氨酶(250 U/L)和谷草转氨酶(150 U/L)双高,使用本发明实施例12产品1个月后,肝功能明显改善,转氨酶均降至正常水平值,且睡眠质量和精神状态均有所提高。
病例3,陈某,女,38岁,因长期喜食高脂肪、高蛋白、高糖类食物,导致身体严重超重而引发脂肪肝和“三高”,食用本发明实施例23产品半个月后,肝部不适则有明显缓解,坚持使用本发明产品2个月后,脂肪肝已经完全消除,患者“三高”亦得到明显改善。
病例4,黄某,男,50岁,长期患脂肪肝,且脂肪肝已进展到重度,肝功能减弱,免疫机能差,体检结果显示肝部有中度损伤,使用本发明实施例24产品3个月后,肝功能得到明显改善,重度脂肪肝已经转为轻度脂肪肝,且睡眠质量和精神状态均有明显改善。
实施例27
实验分组:分为西药治疗组与养肝护肝茶施用组,随机筛选20个不同年龄、性别的人群,且都为体检检查显示转氨酶异常。按照配对原则,将20人等比例分配至西药治疗组与养肝护肝茶施用组。西药治疗组一日三次服用保肝降酶药,包括复方甘草酸苷胶囊和双环醇片。养肝护肝茶施用组一日两次饮用本发明实施例1产品。患者均在使用一周后复测谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶对效果进行评估。
结果:
治疗一周后,比较两组的转氨酶变化情况。如图1统计结果所示,虽然服用西药和本发明实施例1养肝护肝茶一周后的转氨酶均有显著下降,但是西药治疗组一周后的谷丙转氨酶的正常阴转率(低于40 U/L)为0%,本发明实施例1养肝护肝茶的谷丙转氨酶的正常阴转率高达80%;西药治疗组一周后的谷草转氨酶的正常阴转率(低于40 U/L)为20%,本发明实施例1养肝护肝茶的谷草转氨酶的正常阴转率仍然高达80%。因此,本发明的养肝护肝中药配方及其制备的养肝护肝茶具有更优秀的保肝降酶效果。
实施例27
实验分组:分为传统保肝降酶茶对照治疗组与本发明的养肝护肝茶施用组,随机筛选16个不同年龄、性别,且都为体检检查显示转氨酶异常的人群。按照配对原则,将16人等比例分配至保肝降酶茶对照治疗组与养肝护肝茶施用组。养肝护肝茶施用组为一日两次,分早晚饮用本发明实施例1产品,而保肝降酶茶对照治疗组则为一日两次,分早晚饮用本发明实施例1中药配方减去太子参、西洋参和石斛制备的茶剂。患者均在使用一周后复测谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶对保肝降酶效果进行评估。
结果:
治疗一周后,比较两组的转氨酶变化情况。如图2统计结果所示,虽然服用传统保肝降酶茶和本发明实施例1养肝护肝茶一周后的转氨酶均有显著下降,但是传统保肝降酶茶对照治疗组一周后的谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的正常阴转率均约为50%,本发明实施例1养肝护肝茶的谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的正常阴转率均高达87.5%。因此,本发明的养肝护肝中药配方及其制备的养肝护肝茶相较于现有技术的保肝降酶中药配方具有更优秀的保肝降酶效果。
实施例28
实验分组:分为养肝护肝茶施用组一,养肝护肝茶施用组二,养肝护肝茶施用组三,养肝护肝茶施用组四,养肝护肝茶施用组五和养肝护肝茶施用组六,随机筛选30个不同年龄、性别,且都为体检检查显示转氨酶异常的人群。按照配对原则,将30人等比例分配至上述养肝护肝茶施用组一 直六,每组5人。养肝护肝茶施用组二至五的患者一日两次,分早晚饮用本发明实施例1、5、8、11制备的茶剂产品。养肝护肝茶施用组一服用的茶剂产品是由实施例1配方所有成分均减去一份重量份数制备所得,养肝护肝茶施用组六服用的茶剂产品是由实施例11配方所有成分均增加一份重量份数制备所得,患者一日两次,分早晚饮用相应的养肝护肝茶。患者具体分组和施用的养肝护肝茶配方如表1所示。

结果:
治疗一周后,比较六组的转氨酶变化情况。如图3统计结果所示,虽然服用本发明养肝护肝茶的患者一周后的转氨酶均有显著下降,但是本发明所述养肝护肝中药配方配比范围内的养肝护肝茶剂的保肝降酶效果优于配比范围外的茶剂,谷丙转氨酶(图3A)和谷草转氨酶(图3B)正常阴转率高达80%,而配比范围外的(低限和高限外)的转氨酶正常阴转率仅为60%。因此,本发明提供的养肝护肝中药配方具有最优的保肝降酶效果。

1.一种养肝护肝中药配方,其特征在于,中药配方由以下重量份数的中药配比而成:白术6 - 16份,白芍10 - 20份,山药5 - 15份,墨旱莲5 - 15份,茯苓10 - 20份,赤芍5 - 15份,薄荷6 - 16份,太子参5 - 15份,西洋参5 - 15份,石斛10 - 20份,甘草3 - 13份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药配方制成的养肝护肝茶,其特征在于茶剂的制备,将权利要求1所述的中药配方的鲜品放入烤箱,在45 - 55℃温度下烘烤1 - 1.5小时,取出后用无菌水喷润湿,在45 - 55℃温度下再烘干,取出降温至室温后粉碎,或将权利要求1所述的中药配方的干品直接粉碎,再过10 - 30目筛,充分混匀,放入磨茶机磨成条状,再在65 - 85℃温度下烤干,然后放置8 - 12小时,最后包装获得茶剂成品,成品形式包括但不限于散茶、茶砖、茶包。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药配方制成的养肝护肝膏,其特征在于膏剂的制备,按照权利要求1所述中药配方称取干品,粉碎至粗粉,加入2 - 4倍量的水煮1 - 1.5小时,出药液1,再加入1 - 3倍量的水煮0.5 - 1小时,出药液2,合并药液1和药液2,冷却后加入1 - 3倍量的乙醇混匀,静置沉淀8 - 12小时,取上清液浓缩,静置,过滤,蒸发得膏剂成品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中药配方制成的养肝护肝冲剂,其特征在于,按照权利要求3所述方法制得膏剂,将膏剂:糖粉:糊精以1 - 2:3 - 5:1 - 2的比例混匀得冲剂成品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的中药配方制成的养肝护肝口服液,其特征在于,按照权利要求3所述方法制得膏剂,继续加入蒸馏水稀释,稀释液含药量10 - 30%,继续加入适量糖浆和食品级苯甲酸钠,封装、灭菌,制得口服液成品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的中药配方制成的养肝护肝饮料,其特征在于,按照权利要求3所述方法制得膏剂,继续加入蒸馏水稀释,稀释液含药量5 – 10%,再加入白糖、蜂蜜和食品级防腐剂,灌装,制得饮料成品。
7.根据权利要求1所述的中药配方获得的茶、膏、冲剂、口服液和饮料,在醉酒、脂肪肝、肝硬化和肝癌肝病的防治应用。
