Abstract
一种护肝养胃的饮料及其制备方法,由中药浸膏、白糖、蜂蜜、纯净水按照一定工艺步骤制备而成;中药浸膏由以下植物原料配伍而成:枳椇子,葛根,黄精,甘草份,桑椹,佛手,砂仁,陈皮,茯苓,甘草,乌梅,生姜,绿豆,山楂,小米,枸杞,红豆,猴头菇,菊花,薄荷,金银花,白扁豆,代代花,决明子,肉桂,鱼腥草;本发明采用清心导热、凉肝泻火之法来消除酒热,养肝护胃,采用导赤和芳化渗利之品,起到清心凉血、导热下行之功效,对胃有很强的杀菌作用和护理作用。而且,本发明产品是一种饮料产品,携带方便,饮用方便,口感好,特别适合公司白领、上夜班、应酬多的商务人士,能够在日常生活和工作中不知不觉中完成护肝养胃,非常方便。

本发明涉及一种植物保健饮料,具体的说是一种护肝养胃的饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会背景下,人们工作压力大,生活节奏快,应酬也比较频繁。一旦应酬都要喝酒以助兴。少许适量饮酒有益于身体,但饮酒过量会对人体造成危害,会伤肝伤胃。工作上经常熬夜也会大大伤害到肝脏,饮食不规律,会伤害到胃。饮酒、熬夜对肝脏和胃都会造成一定的伤害,长期大量饮酒、长时间熬夜对肝脏和胃会造成较为严重的损害。而在现实生活中,饮酒或熬夜之后,尤其是上夜班的工作人员,即使明知饮酒、熬夜伤肝伤胃,但因为工作原因,只能忽视肝脏和胃健康,只有到了肝脏或胃出了严重的症状时再会去医院寻求治疗。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种护肝养胃的饮料,其特征在于由中药浸膏0.1-0.5份、白糖0.1-0.8份、蜂蜜0.1-0.3份、纯净水制备而成;
所述中药浸膏由以下重量份数的植物原料配制而成:枳椇子3-7份,葛根1-3份,黄精0.1-0.5份,甘草0.5-1.5份,桑椹2-4份,杏仁0.5-1.5份,佛手0.5-1.5份,砂仁0.5-1.5份,陈皮1-3份,茯苓1-3份,甘草0.5-1.5份,乌梅2-4份,生姜0.5-1.5份,绿豆0.5-1.5份,山楂1-3份,小米0.5-1份,枸杞0.5-1份,红豆1-1.5份,猴头菇1-3份,菊花0.5-1.5份,薄荷0.5-1份,金银花0.5-1份,白扁豆0.5-1份,代代花1-1.5份,决明子0.5-1份,肉桂1-2份,鱼腥草0.5-1份;
所述中药浸膏由以下制备方法制得:
a.取处方量的枳椇子3-7份、葛根1-3份、黄精0-0.5份、甘草0.5-1.5份、桑椹2-4份、杏仁0.5-1.5份、佛手0.5-1.5份、砂仁0.5-1.5份、陈皮1-3份、茯苓1-3份、甘草0.5-1.5份、乌梅2-4份、生姜0.5-1.5份、绿豆0.5-1.5份、山楂1-3份、小米0.5-1份、枸杞0.5-1份、红豆1-1.5份、猴头菇1-3份、菊花0.5-1.5份、薄荷0.5-1份、金银花0.5-1份、白扁豆0.5-1份、代代花1-1.5份、决明子0.5-1份、肉桂1-2份、鱼腥草0.5-1份加入到真空萃取罐中;
b.加入药材质量5-8倍的纯净水,升温至90-100摄氏度,溶剂在沸腾的情况下,萃取得率越高,萃取1.5-2小时,将溶液从萃取罐泵到预处理罐;
c.再次加入质量4-7倍的纯净水,升温至90-100摄氏度,溶剂在沸腾的情况下,萃取得率越高,萃取1-1.5小时,将溶液从萃取罐泵到预处理罐;
d.最后一次加入质量3-5倍的纯净水,升温至90-100摄氏度,溶剂在沸腾的情况下,萃取得率越高,萃取0.5-1小时,将溶液从萃取罐泵到预处理罐;
e.预处理罐搅拌10-20分钟后,静置4-6小时;
f. 静置后将溶液第一道150-250目滤网过滤,第二道0.5μm膜过滤,第三道5000-15000r/min离心机过滤;
g.将滤液泵到浓缩罐,浓缩真空度-0.05~-0.08MPa,浓缩加热蒸汽压力 0.02MPa,浓缩温度60-75摄氏度,浸膏比重达到1.20-1.22开始收膏,中药浸膏制备完成。
中药浸膏具有有效成分含量高,体积小,不含浸出溶媒,可久贮,有效成分较为稳定的优点。
制备本发明护肝养胃的饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将0.1-0.5份的中药浸膏、0.1-0.8份的白糖、0.1-0.3份的蜂蜜、余量纯净水泵入调配缸中,搅拌20分钟;
b.半成品打入UHT灭菌机,灭菌温度为115-135摄氏度,高温灭菌时间3-6秒,UHT灭菌的好处是,能完全破坏饮料中的可生长微生物和芽孢,由于是灭菌时间短,同时避免了对饮料营养成分造成破坏;
c.罐装,护肝养胃的饮料制备完成。

本发明植物原料药理如下:
枳椇子:别称拐枣,含有大量的葡萄糖、苹果酸钙,有较强的利尿作用,能促进乙醇的分解和排出,显著降低乙醇在血液中的浓度,并能消除乙醇在体内产生的自由基,阻止过氧化酯质的形成,从而减轻乙醇对肝组织的损伤,避免酒精中毒导致各种代谢异常,诱发各种疾病。中医认为,枳椇性昧甘、平,入脾、胃经,有解酒止渴之功,历代医家一直用为解酒止渴要药,适用于饮酒过量,酒醉不醒,口干烦渴,以及消渴等。《本草纲目》言其“甘平无毒,主治头风,小腹拘急”。《唐本草》言其“止渴除烦,润五脏,利大小便,去膈上热,功用如蜜”。《滇南本草》言其“治一切左瘫右痪,风湿麻木,能解酒毒”。煮粥服食,对饮酒过量,口干烦渴及消渴甚宜,正如《老老恒言》言“枳椇粥,除烦清热,尤解酒毒,醉后次早,空腹食此粥,颇宜”。
葛根:葛根内含 12% 的黄酮类化合物,促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤。具有良好的抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、解热、解酒和增强免疫力等功能。葛根被用作于传统解酒药物,在中医临床实践中被广泛应用近千年。
黄精:具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
甘草:益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药的作用。
桑椹:桑葚有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老。桑葚是中老年人健体美颜、抗衰老的佳果与良药。常食桑椹可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。桑葚具有免疫促进作用。桑葚对脾脏有增重作用,对溶血性反应有增强作用,可防止人体动脉硬化、骨骼关节硬化,促进新陈代谢。它可以促进血红细胞的生长,防止白细胞减少,并对治疗糖尿病、贫血、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、神经衰弱等病症具有辅助功效。桑椹具有生津止渴、促进消化、帮助排便等作用,适量食用能促进胃液分泌,刺激肠蠕动及解除燥热。祖国医学认为,桑葚性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润肠、乌发明目等功效。
杏仁:杏仁含有丰富的黄酮类化合物(简称类黄酮),因其分子量小,易被人体吸收,能通过血脑屏障,进入脂肪组织,所以它对人体的健康具有广泛的作用,如抗炎症、抗过敏、抑制细菌、抑制病毒、防治肝病、降血压、降血脂、防止血栓形成、降低血管脆性、增强免疫、改善心脑血管血液循环、抗肿瘤等。
佛手:根、茎、叶、花、果均可入药,辛、苦、甘、温、无毒;入肝、脾、胃三经,有理气化痰、止呕消胀、舒肝健脾、和胃更多种药用功能。对老年人的气管炎、哮喘病有明显的缓解作用;对一般人的消化不良、胸腹胀闷,有更为显著的疗效。佛手可制成多种中药材,久服有保健益寿的作用。
砂仁:砂仁性温,味辛,具有温暖脾肾、下气止痛、宽胸膈、疏气滞、除呕逆、增食欲、止冷泻、开胃、化滞、消食的功效,可有效治疗腹痛胀满、肠鸣泄泻、宿食不化、呕吐清水、舌苔厚腻等症状。
陈皮:陈皮味苦、辛、温。归肺,脾经。陈皮含有挥发油、橙皮甙、维生素B、C等成分,它含有的挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠管内积气,增加食欲。具有通气的健脾、燥湿化痰、解腻留香、降逆止呕的功效。
茯苓:味甘,性平。有益脾和胃,宁心安神之功效。现代医学研究表明,其主要化学成分为茯苓多糖和茯苓三贴类物质,能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的甘草:益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药的作用。

乌梅:味酸,性平。敛肺止咳,涩肠止泻。内含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、无机盐、维生素C、钙、磷、铁、钾等,还富含苹果酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、枸缘酸等成分,营养价值较高,有显著的抗菌作用,对痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、结核杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有抑制作用。
生姜:味辛,性温。具有解表散寒,温中止咳,行水解毒,化痰止咳的功效。所含姜辣素对口腔和胃黏膜有刺激作用,能促进消化液分泌,增进食欲。此外生姜对呼吸和血管运动中区有兴奋作用,能促进血液循环。研究表明,生姜对伤寒杆菌、霍乱弧菌有明显的抑制作用。
绿豆:性凉味甘,有清热解毒、止渴消暑、利尿润肤的功效。

小米:具有防止反胃呕吐的效果,清热解渴、健胃除湿、和胃安眠的功效。
枸杞:补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精等症状。
红豆:性平偏凉,味甘,含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素B族、钾、铁、磷等。红豆能促进心脏血管的活化,利尿;有怕冷、低血压、容易疲倦等现象的人,常吃红豆可改善这些不适的现象。另外,红豆还有健胃生津、祛湿益气的作用。
猴头菇:猴头菇主治食少便溏、胃及十二指肠溃疡、神经衰弱、食道癌、胃癌、眩晕、阳痿等病症。年老体弱者食用猴头菇,有滋补强身的作用。
菊花:清热解毒;疏风平肝。主疔疮;痈疽;丹毒;湿疹;皮炎;风热感冒;咽喉肿痛;高血压病。用于疔疮痈肿,目赤肿痛,头痛眩晕。
薄荷:薄荷是中华常用中药之一。它是辛凉性发汗解热药,治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。平常以薄荷代茶,清心明目。
金银花:金银花自古以来就以它的药用价值广泛而著名。其功效主要是清热解毒,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。现代研究证明,金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对溶血性链球菌、金黄葡萄球菌等多种致病菌及上呼吸道感染致病病毒等有较强的抑制力,另外还可增强免疫力、抗早孕、护肝、抗肿瘤、消炎、解热、止血(凝血)、抑制肠道吸收胆固醇等,其临床用途非常广泛,可与其它药物配伍用于治疗呼吸道感染、菌痢、急性泌尿系统感染、高血压等40余种病症。金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。其对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效。
白扁豆:健脾化湿,利尿消肿,清肝明目。
代代花:行气宽中,消食,化痰。用于胸腹闷胀痛、食积不化、痰饮、脱肛、疏肝,和胃,理气。治胸中痞闷,脘腹胀痛,呕吐、少食。
决明子:味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目,治疗便秘及高血脂,高血压。清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂。
肉桂:补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉。治命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。
鱼腥草:鱼腥草味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。

临床试验一:
1、受试对象:选10例身体健康成人作为受试对象,男女各半。
2、试验方法:
将受试对象在实验前检查肝功能主要指标(谷丙转氨酶);
10例受试对象连续15天晚上20:00-5:00夜班作业,白天休息,15天以后检查肝功能;
休息15天,继续夜班作业15天,每天晚上饮用本发明产品200ML,15天以后检查肝功能。
结果如下表1(谷丙转氨酶正常参考值0-40U/L)

由表1、表2可以看出,熬夜和饮酒会对人的肝脏造成很大的损伤(谷丙转氨酶升高),长期熬夜饮酒甚至会发展成酒精肝乙型肝炎。饮用本发明以后,从临床检测数据我们可以看出,谷丙转氨酶变化基本不明显,由此说明本发明产品对肝脏有很强的保护作用。
临床试验二
A.受试对象:选10例有半年胃病史的病人。
B.试验方法:将受试对象在实验前检查胃功能主要指标(幽门螺杆菌c14)。
受试对象每天睡前饮用本发明产品200ML,2个月后再次检查幽门螺杆菌指标。
结果如下表3(幽门螺杆菌正常值HP小于等于100dpm/mmolCOM2)

由表3可以看出,阶段性饮用本发明以后,从临床检测数据我们可以看出,本发明对胃有很强的杀菌作用和护理作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种护肝养胃的饮料,其特征在于由中药浸膏0.1-0.5份、白糖0.1-0.8份、蜂蜜0.1-0.3份、纯净水制备而成;
所述中药浸膏由以下重量份数的植物原料配制而成:枳椇子3-7份,葛根1-3份,黄精0.1-0.5份,甘草0.5-1.5份,桑椹2-4份,杏仁0.5-1.5份,佛手0.5-1.5份,砂仁0.5-1.5份,陈皮1-3份,茯苓1-3份,甘草0.5-1.5份,乌梅2-4份,生姜0.5-1.5份,绿豆0.5-1.5份,山楂1-3份,小米0.5-1份,枸杞0.5-1份,红豆1-1.5份,猴头菇1-3份,菊花0.5-1.5份,薄荷0.5-1份,金银花0.5-1份,白扁豆0.5-1份,代代花1-1.5份,决明子0.5-1份,肉桂1-2份,鱼腥草0.5-1份;
所述中药浸膏由以下制备方法制得:
a.取处方量的枳椇子3-7份、葛根1-3份、黄精0-0.5份、甘草0.5-1.5份、桑椹2-4份、杏仁0.5-1.5份、佛手0.5-1.5份、砂仁0.5-1.5份、陈皮1-3份、茯苓1-3份、甘草0.5-1.5份、乌梅2-4份、生姜0.5-1.5份、绿豆0.5-1.5份、山楂1-3份、小米0.5-1份、枸杞0.5-1份、红豆1-1.5份、猴头菇1-3份、菊花0.5-1.5份、薄荷0.5-1份、金银花0.5-1份、白扁豆0.5-1份、代代花1-1.5份、决明子0.5-1份、肉桂1-2份、鱼腥草0.5-1份加入到真空萃取罐中;
b.加入药材质量5-8倍的纯净水,升温至90-100摄氏度,溶剂在沸腾的情况下,萃取得率越高,萃取1.5-2小时,将溶液从萃取罐泵到预处理罐;
c.再次加入质量4-7倍的纯净水,升温至90-100摄氏度,溶剂在沸腾的情况下,萃取得率越高,萃取1-1.5小时,将溶液从萃取罐泵到预处理罐;
d.最后一次加入质量3-5倍的纯净水,升温至90-100摄氏度,溶剂在沸腾的情况下,萃取得率越高,萃取0.5-1小时,将溶液从萃取罐泵到预处理罐。
e.预处理罐搅拌10-20分钟后,静置4-6小时;
f. 静置后将溶液第一道150-250目滤网过滤,第二道0.5μm膜过滤,第三道5000-15000r/min离心机过滤;
g.将滤液泵到浓缩罐,浓缩真空度-0.05~-0.08MPa,浓缩加热蒸汽压力 0.02MPa,浓缩温度60-75摄氏度,浸膏比重达到1.20-1.22开始收膏,中药浸膏制备完成。
中药浸膏具有有效成分含量高,体积小,不含浸出溶媒,可久贮,有效成分较为稳定的优点。
制备本发明护肝养胃的饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将0.1-0.5份的中药浸膏、0.1-0.8份的白糖、0.1-0.3份的蜂蜜、余量纯净水泵入调配缸中,搅拌20分钟;
b.半成品打入UHT灭菌机,灭菌温度为115-135摄氏度,高温灭菌时间3-6秒,UHT灭菌的好处是,能完全破坏饮料中的可生长微生物和芽孢,由于是灭菌时间短,同时避免了对饮料营养成分造成破坏;
c.罐装,护肝养胃的饮料制备完成。
所述饮料为罐装、瓶装、袋装或盒装。
实施例2:一种护肝养胃的饮料,其特征在于由中药浸膏0.1-0.5份、白糖0.1-0.8份、蜂蜜0.1-0.3份、纯净水制备而成;
所述中药浸膏由以下重量份数的植物原料配制而成:枳椇子7份,葛根3份,黄精0.5份,甘草1.5份,桑椹4份,杏仁1.5份,佛手1.5份,砂仁1.5份,陈皮3份,茯苓3份,甘草1.5份,乌梅4份,生姜1.5份,绿豆1.5份,山楂3份,小米1份,枸杞1份,红豆1.5份,猴头菇3份,菊花1.5份,薄荷1份,金银花1份,白扁豆1份,代代花1.5份,决明子1份,肉桂2份,鱼腥草1份;

e.预处理罐搅拌10-20分钟后,静置5小时;
f. 静置后将溶液第一道200目滤网过滤,第二道0.5μm膜过滤,第三道10000r/min离心机过滤;
g.将滤液泵到浓缩罐,浓缩真空度-0.05~-0.08MPa,浓缩加热蒸汽压力 0.02MPa,浓缩温度60-75摄氏度,浸膏比重达到1.20-1.22开始收膏,中药浸膏制备完成。

本实施例与实施例1、2、3的不同点在于所述中药浸膏的植物原料配比:

1.一种护肝养胃的饮料,其特征在于由中药浸膏0.1-0.5份、白糖0.1-0.8份、蜂蜜0.1-0.3份、纯净水制备而成;
所述中药浸膏由以下重量份数的植物原料配制而成:枳椇子3-7份,葛根1-3份,黄精0.1-0.5份,甘草0.5-1.5份,桑椹2-4份,杏仁0.5-1.5份,佛手0.5-1.5份,砂仁0.5-1.5份,陈皮1-3份,茯苓1-3份,甘草0.5-1.5份,乌梅2-4份,生姜0.5-1.5份,绿豆0.5-1.5份,山楂1-3份,小米0.5-1份,枸杞0.5-1份,红豆1-1.5份,猴头菇1-3份,菊花0.5-1.5份,薄荷0.5-1份,金银花0.5-1份,白扁豆0.5-1份,代代花1-1.5份,决明子0.5-1份,肉桂1-2份,鱼腥草0.5-1份;

3.一种权利要求1或2所述护肝养胃的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.将0.1-0.5份的中药浸膏、0.1-0.8份的白糖、0.1-0.3份的蜂蜜、余量纯净水泵入调配缸中,搅拌20分钟;
b.半成品打入UHT灭菌机,灭菌温度为115-135摄氏度,高温灭菌时间3-6秒;
c.罐装,护肝养胃的饮料制备完成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的护肝养胃的饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料为罐装、瓶装、袋装或盒装。
