高尿酸血症(HUA)是指在正常嘌呤饮食状态下,非同日两次空腹血尿酸水平,男性高于420μmol/L,女性高于360μmol/L,即称为高尿酸血症。尿酸是人类嘌呤化合物的终末代谢产物,嘌呤代谢紊乱导致高尿酸血症,本病患病率受到多种因素的影响,与遗传、性别、年龄、生活方式、饮食习惯、药物治疗和经济发展程度等有关。根据近年各地高尿酸血症患病率的报道,目前我国约有高尿酸血症者1.2亿,约占总人口的10%,高发年龄为中老年男性和绝经后女性,但近年来有年轻化趋势。
中医认为,高尿酸血症可分为痰湿瘀阻型、肝肾阴虚型、风寒湿痹型,风湿热痹型等几个证型,而其中又以痰湿瘀阻型尤为常见,多发于形体肥胖者,大凡肥胖者脾虚,后天过食肥甘厚味,伤及脾胃,致水湿运化失常,湿浊之邪重浊腻滞,留滞脏腑,阻滞气机,导致气机升降失调,尿浊排泄不利,代谢产物蓄积,留注四肢关节,气血运行不畅,而生湿、成瘀。反之,血行受阻,凝湿不行又加重了痰、湿、瘀的产生,痰湿瘀阻滞经脉关键所在。
公开号为CN106492073A的中国专利申请公开了一种具有降尿酸功效的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用。该中药组合物由土茯苓、元胡、平卧菊三七和大麦苗制成。该发明经科学组方,将土茯苓、元胡、平卧菊三七和大麦苗组合使用后,具有显著的降尿酸功效,其降尿酸功效好于土茯苓、平卧菊三七或大麦苗单独使用的功效,可用于治疗痛风。但是,该专利中药组合物中元胡有一定的毒副作用,长期服用可损害心脏、肾脏,而且该中药组合物没有明显的健脾中药,不利于高尿酸血症的治疗。
公开号为CN106421559A的中国专利申请公开了一种治疗高尿酸血症的中药制剂,是由党参、白术、茯苓、法半夏、三七、绵萆薢、土茯苓等原料药制成粉剂、颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂。其制备方法:备料原料药;三七粉碎;其余原料药加水浸泡;将浸泡过的药物加热提取,滤液浓缩,干燥,粉碎,与三七粉混合,得原料药粉;将原料药粉按常规方法制成粉剂、颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂。该发明能更快更有效地降低血尿酸,且具有加强健脾益气、固本治疗,降尿酸疗效维持时间长久的优点。该发明原料易得,成本较低,疗效显著,剂型多样,使用方便、安全可靠,无毒副作用,可长期使用。但是,该专利中药制剂中法半夏有一定的毒性,不适宜长期服用,而且该中药制剂组方过于追求健脾固本,治标之药偏少,见效较慢。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种降尿酸代用茶及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗50~100份、茯苓45~80份、菊花30~50份、白茅根25~43份、枳椇子30~50份、当归12~28份和桔梗10~20份。
优选地,所述的降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗65~80份、茯苓50~70份、菊花32~45份、白茅根25~40份、枳椇子35~45份、当归15~25份和桔梗15~20份。
优选地,所述的降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗75份、茯苓70份、菊花40份、白茅根36份、枳椇子40份、当归20份和桔梗15份。
一种上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、干燥、粉碎,过50~120目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,即得。
优选地,所述的干燥为微波干燥,干燥温度为60~85℃。
本发明降尿酸代用茶的服用方法:每日2~4次,每次1袋,每袋6g,两个月为一个疗程。
本发明的积极有益效果:
1. 大麦苗:禾本科植物大麦的幼苗,大麦苗粉是碱性食品之王,含有大量的维生素C、β-胡萝卜素和抗氧化酵素,长期食用可改善酸性体质,净化血液、促进新陈代谢,具有增强肌体抗感染、抗菌、镇痛等作用,长期食用可碱化血液及尿液,增加尿酸排泄,从而有效地降低痛风发作。
茯苓:味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经;具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心功效。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠等症。
菊花:味苦、甘,性微寒,归肺、肝经;具有散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒功效。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花,疮痈肿毒。现代研究表明菊花可通过抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶XOD的活性而发挥降尿酸的作用。
白茅根:味甘,性寒,归肺、胃、膀胱经;具有凉血止血,清热利尿功效。用于血热吐血,衄血,尿血,热病烦渴,湿热黄疸,水肿尿少,热淋涩痛。现代研究表明白茅根含有丰富的钾盐,是一种优质的碱性植物,可以碱化尿液,增加尿酸在小便中的溶解度,并可利用肌体保钾排钠的特性,减少钠离子与尿酸的结合,从而减少尿酸钠结晶的含量。
枳椇子:味甘,性平;归胃经;具有解酒毒,止渴除烦,止呕,利大小便功效。主治醉酒,烦渴,呕吐,二便不利等症。
当归:味甘,辛,性温,归肝、心、脾经;补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便,用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。现代研究表明当归对痛风引起的瘀血肿胀有很好活血消肿作用。
桔梗:味苦、辛,性平,归肺经;具有宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓功效。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛音哑,肺痈吐脓,疮疡脓成不溃等。
本发明中大麦苗利湿行气,茯苓利湿健脾,二者共用,利湿行气健脾,标本兼顾,共祛尿酸,共为君药;菊花清热解毒,可祛尿酸,并可协助君药增强祛除热毒之力,缓解高尿酸引起的红肿之症,为臣药;白茅根、枳椇子凉血利尿,滋养肝肾阴亏,亦可祛尿酸,并可协助君药通过利尿排泄尿酸之功,为臣药;当归活血,可协助君药高尿酸引起的局部瘀血之症,亦为臣药;桔梗祛痰排脓,协助君药、臣药增强祛邪之功,为佐药。本发明降尿酸代用茶配伍严谨,标本兼顾,体现了“健脾”、“祛痰”、“利尿”、“活血”的治则,诸药合用,使水湿无所聚、瘀热无由生、诸邪无所藏,共同各种原料协同作用,旨在增加尿酸排泄,降低血尿酸浓度,防止各种并发症的发生,有效治疗痰湿瘀阻型高尿酸血症。
2. 本发明原料均为药食同源品种,无毒副作用,原料种类少,成本低廉、服用方便,可长期服用,降尿酸代用茶制备过程采用了微波干燥方式,干燥温度为60~85℃,避免了高温烘干可能致使药物损失有效成分。

下面结合一些具体实施方式,对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗50份、茯苓45份、菊花50份、白茅根30份、枳椇子30份、当归12份和桔梗10份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、60℃微波干燥、粉碎,过50目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例2
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗60份、茯苓50份、菊花30份、白茅根35份、枳椇子40份、当归20份和桔梗20份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、65℃微波干燥、粉碎,过65目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例3
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗65份、茯苓50份、菊花32份、白茅根25份、枳椇子35份、当归15份和桔梗15份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、65℃微波干燥、粉碎,过120目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例4
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗70份、茯苓70份、菊花45份、白茅根32份、枳椇子45份、当归18份和桔梗20份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、80℃微波干燥、粉碎,过100目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例5
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗75份、茯苓70份、菊花40份、白茅根36份、枳椇子40份、当归20份和桔梗15份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、85℃微波干燥、粉碎,过100目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例6
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗80份、茯苓65份、菊花40份、白茅根40份、枳椇子42份、当归25份和桔梗20份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、85℃微波干燥、粉碎,过120目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例7
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗90份、茯苓80份、菊花45份、白茅根43份、枳椇子47份、当归25份和桔梗18份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、70℃微波干燥、粉碎,过120目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
实施例8
一种降尿酸代用茶,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗100份、茯苓80份、菊花50份、白茅根43份、枳椇子50份、当归28份和桔梗20份。
上述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、60℃微波干燥、粉碎,过80目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,每袋6g,即得。
临床试验
资料与方法:2013年至今,收集102例高尿酸症患者,其中男64例,女38例,患者年龄30-60岁,将患者随机分为对照组和实验组。
服用方法:实验组服用本发明实施例5降尿酸代用茶,每日3次,每次1袋,每袋6g;对照组服用别嘌醇片,初始剂量一次50mg(半片),一日2次,每周可递增50mg(半片),每2周测尿酸水平,如已达正常水平,则不再增量,如仍高可再递增,但一日最大量不得大于600mg(6片);实验组和对照组均服用2个月,测定尿酸值UA。治疗结果见表1。

注: *代表同组1月后与治疗前、2月后与1月后同性别之间比较P<0.05。
由表1可知,与治疗前同性别之间比较,患者使用本发明降尿酸代用茶治疗1月后尿酸水平显著下降(P<0.05),治疗2月后痊愈;治疗1月后和治疗2月后,本发明降尿酸代用茶分别与对照组别嘌醇片同性别比较,本发明降尿酸代用茶与别嘌醇片无显著性差异,治疗效果相当。因此,本发明降尿酸代用茶可以作为目前市场上降尿酸药物的替代药。
典型病例
1. 孙某,男,42岁,平顶山市叶县人,2013年7月来发明人处求治,口述已有3年痛风病史,检查显示尿酸560μmol/L,右脚踝红肿,偶有痛感,乏力,曾多方医治,病情时好时坏,效果很不理想,后坚持服用本发明实施例4降尿酸代用茶,每日4次,每次1袋,四个月后病情减轻,服用半年后症状完全消失,又按每日2次,每次1袋,继续服用两个月彻底痊愈,随访至今无复发。
2. 严某,男,47岁,南阳市桐柏县人,2013年8月来发明人处求治,口述已有2年痛风病史,检查显示尿酸520μmol/L,左脚大拇趾红肿,有痛感,小便灼热,体胖虚浮。坚持服用本发明实施例5降尿酸代用茶,每日3次,每次1袋,三个月后病情减轻,继续服用两个月彻底痊愈,随访至今无复发。
3. 胡某,女,42岁,南阳市内乡县人,2014年5月闻讯前来求治,自述已有2年痛风病史,检查显示尿酸480μmol/L,右脚大拇趾红肿,有痛感,排尿不畅,精神萎靡,个人怀疑肾衰,夜不能寐,伴有便溏,后服用本发明实施例3降尿酸代用茶,一日3次,每次1袋,服用四个月后彻底痊愈,随访至今无反复。
4. 刘某,男,54岁,驻马店市泌阳县人,2014年6月来发明人处求治,口述已有5年痛风病史,检查显示尿酸580μmol/L,左脚大拇趾级脚踝红肿,痛感严重,舌苔白而厚腻,齿痕明显,神倦纳少,坚持服用本发明实施例6降尿酸代用茶,每日4次,每次1袋,四个月后病情减轻,服用一年后症状完全消失,又按每日2次,每次1袋,继续服用三个月彻底痊愈,随访至今无复发。
5. 黄某,男,40岁,南阳市宛城区人,2014年7月闻讯前来求治,自述已有2年痛风病史,检查显示尿酸495μmol/L,左脚踝略红肿,偶有痛感,舌苔白腻,面色晄白,精神萎靡,夜不能寐,伴有便溏。服用本发明实施例4降尿酸代用茶,每日3次,每次1袋,服用三个月后彻底痊愈,随访无反复。
6. 齐某,女,52岁,南阳市新野县人,2014年10月丈夫陪同到发明人处就治,自述已有1年痛风病史,检查显示尿酸465μmol/L,右脚趾略红肿,偶有痛感,体型虚胖,舌苔白腻有齿痕,嘱其服用本发明实施例5降尿代用酸茶,一日3次,每次1袋,三个月后病情减轻,服用半年后尿酸恢复正常,又按每日2次,每次1袋,继续服用三个月彻底痊愈,随访至今无复发。

1.一种降尿酸代用茶,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗50~100份、茯苓45~80份、菊花30~50份、白茅根25~43份、枳椇子30~50份、当归12~28份和桔梗10~20份;
所述的降尿酸代用茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将各种原料净选、干燥、粉碎,过50~120目筛,混和均匀,分装成袋泡茶,即得;
所述的干燥为微波干燥,干燥温度为60~85℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降尿酸代用茶,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大麦苗65~80份、茯苓50~70份、菊花32~45份、白茅根25~40份、枳椇子35~45份、当归15~25份和桔梗15~20份。
