技术领域
本发明涉及食品的技术领域,更具体地说是涉及用于补中益气的食品配方的技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,虽然人们的生活越来越便利,但却养成了许多不健康的生活方式,这些不健康的生活方式包括很多方面,其中对身体营养影响较大的主要是一日三餐的时间不正确,三餐中的食物搭配不合理,很多人经常不吃早餐,中餐营养搭配不合理,晚上吃得过饱,饮食过于辛辣油腻,脂肪摄入量过多,部分人有夜宵和过量饮酒的习惯。这样的生活方式所带来的后果就是体内的脂肪过剩,身体发胖,心脏负担重,渐渐出现“三高”,而与此造成反差的是,身体所必须的蛋白质、维生素和微量元素又严重缺乏,同时脾胃运化功能紊乱,慢性消化不良又加重了胃肠对营养吸收的不彻底,身体缺乏必要的营养物质,必然会出现种种健康问题,具体表现为脾胃弱、肾气虚、气血不足、肝气不舒、精神不振等各种亚健康状况,鉴于此,开发一种能够补中益气的营养食品显得十分必要和迫切,“补中”即补脾胃,“益气”即补益肾气。目前,关于补中益气的中药材多为黄芪、党参、白术、陈皮、升麻、柴胡等,虽然药材品种多样,但要做到合理配伍却十分困难,如果药材配伍不合理,药材的药效则不能完全到达身体的各个器官和组织,难以发挥其药效,无法做到整体调理、全面补益的效果,无法从根本上解决脾胃弱、肾气虚、气血不足、肝气不舒、精神不振等各种亚健康状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述之不足而提供一种可达到整体调理,全面补益的效果,从根本上解决脾胃弱、肾气虚、气血不足、肝气不舒、精神不振等各种亚健康状况的能全面补中益气的营养食品。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题而采用的技术解决方案如下:
一种能全面补中益气的营养食品,它由如下重量份的组分构成:第一组分20~30、第二组分26~52和第三组分18~54;
所述第一组分由如下重量份的原料组成:薏苡仁4~6、红豆4~6、糙米4~6、小米4~6和黑豆4~6;
所述第二组分由如下重量份的原料组成:枸杞2~4、茯苓2~4、昆布2~4、山楂2~4、牡蛎2~4、大枣2~4、冬瓜子2~4、麦芽2~4、芡实2~4、山药2~4、佛手2~4、黑米2~4和桔梗2~4;
所述第三组分由如下重量份的原料组成:葛根1~3、青豆1~3、莱菔子1~3、黑芝麻1~3、苦瓜子1~3、魔芋1~3、淡豆豉1~3、白扁豆1~3、苦荞1~3、砂仁1~3、蚕蛹1~3、酸枣仁1~3、覆盆子1~3、桑葚1~3、玉竹1~3、小茴香1~3、莲子1~3和黄精1~3。
优选地,它由如下重量份的组分构成:第一组分25、第二组分39和第三组分36;
所述第一组分由如下重量份的原料组成:薏苡仁5、红豆5、糙米5、小米5和黑豆5;
所述第二组分由如下重量份的原料组成:枸杞3、茯苓3、昆布3、山楂3、牡蛎3、大枣3、冬瓜子3、麦芽3、芡实3、山药3、佛手3、黑米3和桔梗3;
所述第三组分由如下重量份的原料组成:葛根2、青豆2、莱菔子2、黑芝麻2、苦瓜子2、魔芋2、淡豆豉2、白扁豆2、苦荞2、砂仁2、蚕蛹2、酸枣仁2、覆盆子2、桑葚2、玉竹2、小茴香2、莲子2和黄精2。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
人体内有五脏六腑,分别主管不同的生理活动,根据《黄帝内经》中的理论,肝、心、脾、肺、肾等五脏,其五行属性分别为木、火、土、金、水,如果是与地理方位结合起来,则东方属木,对应肝脏;南方属火,对应心脏;中部属土,对应脾脏;西方属金,对应肺脏;北方属水,对应肾脏。在五脏之中,有两个基本的脏器,这就是肾与脾,《易经》中说“天一生水”,在自然界中,可以说没有水就没有生命,五脏之中肾脏属水,因此中医理论认为“肾为先天之本”。肾气的强弱即表示人体元气的强弱,元气的强弱对身体健康的关系十分密切。一个人出生之后,要想很好的生存下去,还要靠五谷杂粮和蔬菜水果来供应人体所必需的各种营养,人体中负责摄入和消化各种食物的器官是脾胃,脾胃在腹腔中居于中央,五行属土,与地理方位中央属土相对应。在自然界,土能生养万物,人体的脾胃具有土的性质,中医理论认为“脾胃为后天之本”,没有健壮的脾胃运化水谷,后天之本虚弱,就不会有健康的身体。人体中的肾和脾必须同时关注,先天与后天缺一不可,不能厚此薄彼,最正确的方法是脾肾同补,既培养后天脾胃的中气,又注重先天之本的肾气,同时还要兼顾到肝、心、肺的气血运行,这才是食疗养生的基本法则。
本营养食品的选料原则是:以中医阴阳五行为总纲,以脏腑归经为导向,结合现代营养学,细胞学、免疫学、中医养生学综合知识,从数以百计的众多食物原料中精选出有代表性的36种食材,科学配比而成。由于本营养食品的原料为纯天然食材,食用时没有体质的限定,没有禁忌症,没有不适人群,食用安全,营养全面。
下面分别介绍本营养食品36种原料的不同功效:
补益肾气的10种原料:黑豆、黑米、牡蛎、黑芝麻、黄精、玉竹、覆盆子、蚕蛹、桑椹、小茴香。按照中医五色走五脏的理论,“黑色入肾”,黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻、桑椹等均为黑色食物,这几个原料进入人体后,不仅能直接到达肾脏补肾益气,而且它们还能将牡蛎、黄精、玉竹、蚕蛹、覆盆子、小茴香等有益肾气的营养成份带到肾脏,共同形成一股强大的补益肾气的力量,让肾气充足。这样既能增强肾脏本身负责的生殖泌尿系统的功能,还能调动肾水和肾气去滋养肝木。另外,本组补肾气的原料中牡蛎、黑芝麻、覆盆子、桑椹、小茴香等几种原料除了补益肾气之外,还同时可以补肝木,更增加了补肝益肾的作用。
补肝木,舒肝气的5种原料:枸杞、冬瓜子、昆布、青豆、酸枣仁。其中枸杞、昆布肝肾同补,冬瓜子清肝火;按中医五色归五脏的理论,青色归肝,青豆是青色,入肝;按照五味入五脏的理论,酸味入肝,酸枣仁味酸,入肝;以上五种原料同用,便可疏通肝气,补益肝木,还可清肝火,补充微量元素和维生素。另外,五行生克理论认为“木生火”,肝木既旺,就能生心火,也就是帮助强心、舒心、增强心脏功能。
补心气,清心火的5种原料:红豆、大枣、苦瓜子、苦荞、莲子。按照中医五色归五脏的理论,红色入心,红豆、大枣为红色,可补心气,温心阳;按照五味入五脏的理论,苦味入心,苦瓜子、苦荞、莲子都有苦味,因此其有效成份归心脏,发挥清心火,养心气,增强心脏功能的作用。在上述5种原料中,除苦瓜子之外,其余4种原料还能进入脾脏,这也体现了“火生土”的五行生克理论。
补脾胃、助消化的11种原料:薏苡仁、小米、葛根、糙米、山楂、芡实、佛手、山药、麦芽、白扁豆、砂仁。按照中医五色归五脏的理论,黄色入脾,在以上11种原料中,以小米为代表的包括薏苡仁、麦芽、芡实、佛手、葛根、砂仁等7种黄色物品均入脾;按照五味入五脏的理论,甘味入脾,中医所说的甘味不仅指甜味,而且包括没有明显味道的米、面、清水等都称为“甘味”,甘味入脾胃,只有山楂是酸味,除助消化之外,因酸味入肝,山楂也入肝,而且还兼有行气散瘀的作用。
补肺气的5种原料:桔梗、茯苓、莱菔子、淡豆豉、魔芋。在补肺气的5种原料中,桔梗益肺祛痰,茯苓健脾补水,莱菔子降气化痰,淡豆豉除烦解郁,魔芋补充多种维生素和微量元素,味辛而入肺,而且还有抗癌的作用。
中医将人类看作一个整体,五脏既有各自的功能,却又密不可分,为遵循这一原则,本营养食品的36种原料之中,包括了好几种能作用于几个脏腑之间的多功能原料,以下略举几例加以说明:
薏苡仁可通行于肝、脾、胃、肺、大肠5个脏腑,玉竹能进入心、肺、脾、胃4个脏腑,酸枣仁能进入肝、胆、心3个脏腑,黑芝麻可进入肝、脾、胃3个脏腑,黄精能进入脾、肺、肾3个脏腑,莲子、茯苓均可进入心、脾、肾3个脏腑,莱菔子能进入脾、胃、肺3个脏腑,桑葚能进入肝、心、肾3个脏腑,枸杞能进入肝、肺、肾3个脏腑,大枣能进入心、脾、胃3个脏腑,昆布能进入肝、胃、肾3个脏腑,佛手能进入肝、脾、肺3个脏腑,山楂能进入肝、脾、胃3个脏腑。
这样一来,36种功能各异的原料在这些能进入多个脏腑的原料的带领下,便能通畅无阻地到达身体的各个器官和组织,共同发挥,补脾胃,益肾气,整体调理,全面补益,达到五脏和谐,六腑通畅,气血充足,面面俱到的最佳效果。

实施例1:一种能全面补中益气的营养食品,它由如下重量份的组分构成:第一组分20千克、第二组分26千克和第三组分54千克;所述第一组分由如下重量份的原料组成:薏苡仁4千克、红豆4千克、糙米4千克、小米4千克和黑豆4千克;所述第二组分由如下重量份的原料组成:枸杞2千克、茯苓2千克、昆布2千克、山楂2千克、牡蛎2千克、大枣2千克、冬瓜子2千克、麦芽2千克、芡实2千克、山药2千克、佛手2千克、黑米2千克和桔梗2千克;所述第三组分由如下重量份的原料组成:葛根3千克、青豆3千克、莱菔子3千克、黑芝麻3千克、苦瓜子3千克、魔芋3千克、淡豆豉3千克、白扁豆3千克、苦荞3千克、砂仁3千克、蚕蛹3千克、酸枣仁3千克、覆盆子3千克、桑葚3千克、玉竹3千克、小茴香3千克、莲子3千克和黄精3千克。

制作方法:先按照食品的常规加工方法将上述各成份分别进行清洗、烘干和粉碎,接着按照上述比例均匀混合在一起,然后再进行烘干、制粒和包装即可。
