The experiments show that the moisturizing liquid prepared in the embodiment of the invention has good moisturizing performance and long-acting moisturizing performance, the moisturizing rates of 6h and 12h are respectively as high as 80% and more than 70%, especially the moisturizing liquids prepared in the embodiments 1-4 have the moisturizing rates of 6h and 12h of more than 90% and more than 80%. The moisturizing rate and the moisturizing stability of the moisturizing liquids prepared in the comparative examples 1-4 are not ideal, and the results show that the compounded hyaluronic acid and the fruit acid in the moisturizing liquid are matched with each other, so that the moisturizing liquid has a synergistic effect, has an excellent moisturizing effect, can fundamentally relieve the problems of skin dryness and water loss, further improves the skin firmness and elasticity, and can rapidly promote the repair of skin redness and swelling.
Verification example 4 skin redness and swelling repair test
1. Skin red swelling mouse model
60 healthy mice are taken, half of the mice are female and half of the mice are depilated on the back of each group of mice, the depilated area is about 2cm x 2cm, the skin after depilation is cleaned by clean water, the mice are placed under an ultraviolet lamp (5 UVA lamp tubes of 40W and 1 UVB lamp tube of 36W) after 24 hours and are irradiated at the distance of 35cm from the mice, the irradiation time is 30min, and the continuous irradiation is carried out for 1 week.
2. Administration and assay
The mice are randomly divided into 12 groups, and under the environment with the same humidity and temperature, the mask moisturizing liquids prepared in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-4 are respectively and uniformly smeared on the red and swollen parts, and are smeared once every 4 hours for 7 days continuously. The days of disappearance of the red swelling were observed and recorded, and the results of the experiment are shown in Table 7.

The moisturizing liquid prepared by the embodiment of the invention is compounded by hyaluronic acid and tartaric acid with different molecular weights, so that the penetration and absorption of components such as ectoin in the moisturizing liquid can be increased, the fading of red and swollen skin is accelerated, and the moisturizing liquid is favorable for quickly relieving the red and swollen skin. In the comparative example, the ratio of each component was not properly selected, and the red swelling subsided more slowly, and no red swelling subsided during the observation period.
Verification example 5 human wear test
65 volunteers, male and female halves, no skin problems such as allergy and pox on the face, were collected and divided into 13 groups of 5 persons each. In 12 groups of experimental groups, the mask moisturizing cotton strips prepared in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-4 are directly adhered to the inner side surface of a non-woven fabric mask, the non-woven fabric mask is worn for 8 hours every day and is continuously worn for 7 days, and a control group wears the non-woven fabric mask.
1. Skin moisture determination
Under the environment with the same humidity and temperature, the skin moisture content of the tested part of the test subject before wearing and the tested part of the test subject wearing the No. 7d are tested by a skin moisture tester, and the average value is obtained by repeating the measurement for 3 times. The results are shown in Table 8.
2. Determination of amount of moisture loss through skin
Transdermal water loss (TEWL) is closely related to the barrier function of skin and is also an important index for evaluating the barrier function of skin. The unit of measurement is g/m 2 h, i.e., how many grams of water are lost per square meter area per hour. The transdermal water loss test reflects the water permeability barrier of the skin by measuring the water vapor pressure gradient at the skin surface, indicating the loss of water. When the barrier function is damaged, the TEWL value is increased; conversely, TEWL decreases, suggesting barrier repair.
The amount of percutaneous water loss at the test site was measured before wearing and after wearing a 7d skin water loss meter Tewameter TM300 (Courage + Khazaka Co., germany) under a ring mirror of the same humidity and temperature, and the measurement was repeated 3 times to obtain an average value. The results of this experiment are shown in table 8.
After the test is finished, the skin feeling of the wearer is investigated, and the skin indentation condition of the nose and wing parts of the wearer is observed, and the result is shown in table 8.
