共轭亚油酸是一系列在碳9,11或10,12位具有双键的亚油酸的位置异构体和空间异构体的总称。研究表明,9c,11t和10t,12c共轭亚油酸具有降低生物体脂,抑制肿瘤,抗动脉粥样硬化等生理功能。《新资源食品管理办法》规定,人们每天所需补充的共轭亚油酸量为每天小于6克。
共轭亚油酸甘油酯有共轭亚油酸甘油单脂、共轭亚油酸二脂和共轭亚油酸甘油三脂3种。其中,共轭亚油酸甘油2脂的营养价值最高,是安全的食品成分。多种研究表明,共轭亚油酸具有减少内脏脂肪,抑制体重增加、减低血脂、抗癌、抗氧化作用。
共轭脂肪酸影响脂肪代谢的作用是多方面的。脂肪功能缺失实验证明,PPARr是体内和体外脂肪生成所必须的。共轭脂肪酸也是PPARr的配体,结合后激活PPARr,通过抑制PPARrmRNA表达,抑制脂肪形成和前脂肪细胞分化。
实验证明,LPL在脂肪的合成中也起重要作用。它可使脂肪酸进入细胞合成脂质。LPL的减少或活性降低都可减少脂肪的的合成。共轭脂肪酸中的10t,12c特殊结构对LPL的活性有重大的抑制作用,从而显著降低LPL的活性,降低体脂的形成。
如何采用共轭亚油酸甘油酯制备一种减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法及组合物是目前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供包括减脂塑身、润肠通便及其辅助治疗功效等功能的食品组合物生产方法及组合物。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,包括以下步骤:
将2-4份共轭亚油酸甘油酯、0.4-0.6燕麦燕β-葡聚糖、1-2份低聚半乳糖、1-2份抗性糊精过40目筛并充分混合;
充分混合后,加入辅料后混合20-40分钟,经处理后得到组合物。
优选地,所述组合物的形式为压片糖果、片剂、胶囊粉、颗粒剂、冲剂、固体饮料和口服液中的一种。
优选地,辅料进一步包括:纯水8-10份和水溶性膳食纤维1-2份。
优选地,所述共轭亚油酸甘油酯通过下述步骤得到:以红花油为原料,以丙三醇为溶剂,KHO为催化剂,将亚油酸甘油酯转化成亚油酸钾。在氮气保护下升温至210摄氏度反应4h,保温2h,加水搅拌0.5h,水解后,加入浓盐酸洗至ph=1,除去酸及甘油,水洗至ph=7为止。减压,通入水蒸气蒸馏,喷粉得到成品,成品含共轭脂肪酸甘油酯≥94%。
优选地,所述混合通过混料机进行,转速为20-30转/分钟。
一种减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物,组合物通过上述任何一项所述方法制备得到。
优选地,所述组合物进一步包括食品学上可接受的辅料。
优选地,所述组合物包括用于制备润肠通便、辅助治疗的产品和用于制备减肥减脂的产品。

本发明提供共轭亚油酸甘油酯的应用,包括所述组合物在具有减脂塑身通便润肠产品及其辅助治疗;减肥功效保健食品;降血脂;减肥、体重和/或血脂管理作用中的用途。
本发明通过共轭亚油酸甘油酯、燕麦β葡聚糖、低聚半乳糖、抗性糊精的组合物经科学配比,对体重超标者有减脂塑身的作用,具有缓解便秘的功能作用;且口感好,安全无副作用。

参阅图1所示,本发明提供一种减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,包括以下步骤:
实施例一
将2份共轭亚油酸甘油酯、0.4份燕麦燕β-葡聚糖、1份低聚半乳糖、1份抗性糊精过40目筛并充分混合;充分混合后,加入纯水8份和水溶性膳食纤维1份后通过混料机进行20分钟,转速为20-转/分钟经处理后得到组合物,组合物的形式为压片糖果、片剂、胶囊粉、颗粒剂、冲剂、固体饮料和口服液中的一种。
本实施例中,共轭亚油酸甘油酯通过下述步骤得到:以红花油为原料,以丙三醇为溶剂,KHO为催化剂,将亚油酸甘油酯转化成亚油酸钾。在氮气保护下升温至210摄氏度反应4h,保温2h,加水搅拌0.5h,水解后,加入浓盐酸洗至ph=1,除去酸及甘油,水洗至ph=7为止。减压,通入水蒸气蒸馏,喷粉得到成品,成品含共轭脂肪酸甘油酯≥94%。
实施例二
将3份共轭亚油酸甘油酯、0.5份燕麦燕β-葡聚糖、1.5份低聚半乳糖、1.5份抗性糊精过40目筛并充分混合;充分混合后,加入纯水9份和水溶性膳食纤维1.5份后通过混料机进行30分钟,转速为25转/分钟经处理后得到组合物,组合物的形式为压片糖果、片剂、胶囊粉、颗粒剂、冲剂、固体饮料和口服液中的一种。
本实施例中,共轭亚油酸甘油酯通过下述步骤得到:以红花油为原料,以丙三醇为溶剂,KHO为催化剂,将亚油酸甘油酯转化成亚油酸钾。在氮气保护下升温至210摄氏度反应4h,保温2h,加水搅拌0.5h,水解后,加入浓盐酸洗至ph=1,除去酸及甘油,水洗至ph=7为止。减压,通入水蒸气蒸馏,喷粉得到成品,成品含共轭脂肪酸甘油酯≥94%。
实施例三
将4份共轭亚油酸甘油酯、1份燕麦燕β-葡聚糖、2份低聚半乳糖、2份抗性糊精过40目筛并充分混合;充分混合后,加入纯水10份和水溶性膳食纤维2份后通过混料机进行40分钟,转速为30转/分钟经处理后得到组合物,组合物的形式为压片糖果、片剂、胶囊粉、颗粒剂、冲剂、固体饮料和口服液中的一种。
本实施例中,共轭亚油酸甘油酯通过下述步骤得到:以红花油为原料,以丙三醇为溶剂,KHO为催化剂,将亚油酸甘油酯转化成亚油酸钾。在氮气保护下升温至210摄氏度反应4h,保温2h,加水搅拌0.5h,水解后,加入浓盐酸洗至ph=1,除去酸及甘油,水洗至ph=7为止。减压,通入水蒸气蒸馏,喷粉得到成品,成品含共轭脂肪酸甘油酯≥94%。
上述的抗性糊精由淀粉加工而成,是将焙烤糊精的难消化成分用工业技术提取处理并精炼而成的一种低热量葡聚糖,属于低分子水溶性膳食纤维。作为一种低热量可溶性食品原料,在功能食品、尤其是与血糖和体重管理相关的食品中应用广泛,已被卫生部批准作为新资源食品,普通食品中添加。抗性糊精为白色到淡黄色粉末,略有甜味,无其他异味,水溶性好,10%水溶液为透明或淡黄色,pH值为4 .0~6 .0,抗性糊精热量低、耐热、耐酸、耐冷冻。抗性糊精作为水溶性膳食纤维能在胃肠中能形成一种粘膜,减缓食物营养素的消化吸收过程,推迟可消化性糖类如淀粉等的消化吸收,延缓葡萄糖的吸收,
与低聚果糖及低聚异麦芽糖比较,在三种低聚糖中,低聚半乳糖是唯一都能够被人体肠内8大有益菌所利用的,低聚半乳糖是人体肠道中双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌等有益菌极好的营养源和有效的增殖因子,可以改善人体肠道的消化吸收功能。低聚半乳糖能被双歧杆菌选择性的酵解利用,并以倍递增的速度增殖人体肠道内的双歧杆菌等有益菌,抑制有害菌的产生,调节肠道微生态平衡,产生有利于宿主的保健功效。能促进合成族维生素、提高蛋白质的吸收利用率、促进矿物质吸收增强人体肠道的定植抗力和免疫力。相对于其他益生元,低聚半乳糖产气量最少。

本发明中燕麦β葡聚糖可有效抑制肠道内碳水化合物的吸收,同时具有改善肠道、降低血脂、降低血糖、美容等功效。
一种减脂塑身通便润肠组合物通过上述任何一项方法制备得到。
组合物进一步包括食品学上可接受的辅料。
组合物包括用于制备润肠通便、辅助治疗的产品和用于制备减肥减脂的产品。
虽然结合附图描述了本发明的实施方式,但是专利所有者可以在所附权利要求的范围之内做出各种变形或修改,只要不超过本发明的权利要求所描述的保护范围,都应当在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将2-4份共轭亚油酸甘油酯、0.4-0.6燕麦燕β-葡聚糖、1-2份低聚半乳糖、1-2份抗性糊精过40目筛并充分混合;
充分混合后,加入辅料后混合20-40分钟,经处理后得到组合物。
2.根据权利1要求所述的减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,其特征在于:所述组合物的形式为压片糖果、片剂、胶囊粉、颗粒剂、冲剂、固体饮料和口服液中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,其特征在于,辅料进一步包括:纯水8-10份和水溶性膳食纤维1-2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,其特征在于,所述共轭亚油酸甘油酯通过下述步骤得到:以红花油为原料,以丙三醇为溶剂,KHO为催化剂,将亚油酸甘油酯转化成亚油酸钾;在氮气保护下升温至210摄氏度反应4h,保温2h,加水搅拌0.5h,水解后,加入浓盐酸洗至ph=1,除去酸及甘油,水洗至ph=7为止;减压,通入水蒸气蒸馏,喷粉得到成品,成品含共轭脂肪酸甘油酯≥94%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物生产方法,其特征在于,所述混合通过混料机进行,转速为20-30转/分钟。
6.一种减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物,其特征在于:组合物通过权利要求1-5任何一项所述方法制备得到。
7.根据权利要求6所述的减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物进一步包括食品学上可接受的辅料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的减脂塑身通便润肠的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物包括用于制备润肠通便、辅助治疗的产品和用于制备减肥减脂的产品。
