本发明优选的技术方案:一种心肌肽压片糖果,含有心肌肽粉1份,D-核糖1-1.5份,大豆肽粉1-3份,纳豆0.4-0.8份,酵素0.3-0.7份,维生素C 0.1-0.3份,、麦芽糊精1-2份,低聚异麦芽糖1-2份。
本发明优选的技术方案:一种心肌肽压片糖果,每1000片中,含有心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖100-150g,大豆肽粉100-300g,纳豆40-80g,酵素30-70g,维生素C 10-30g,麦芽糊精100-200g,低聚异麦芽糖100-200g。
本发明优选的技术方案:一种心肌肽压片糖果,每1000片中,含有心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖120g,大豆肽粉200g,纳豆60g,酵素50g,维生素C 20g,麦芽糊精150g,低聚异麦芽糖150g。
本发明心肌肽压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、心肌肽粉、D-核糖、大豆肽粉、纳豆、酵素、维生素C、麦芽糊精、低聚异麦芽糖分别过100目筛。
步骤2、称取配方量的第一步过筛的心肌肽粉、D-核糖、大豆肽粉、纳豆、酵素、维生素C、麦芽糊精、低聚异麦芽糖,混匀。
步骤3、压片,铝塑、包装。
心肌肽粉:含有营养心肌的必须的各种营养,可以有效的营养心肌,防治各种心脏疾病及心肌缺血的发生。
D-核糖(D-ribose),是重要的五碳单糖,是核糖核酸(RNA)、ATP的重要组成物质,是生命代谢最基本的能量来源之一,在心脏和骨骼肌代谢中起关键作用。
大豆肽粉是一种由2-6个氨基酸组成的、分子量在200-800Dalton的混合肽产品。与原蛋白相比,大豆肽粉具有很好的水溶性,能在pH2-10的任何酸碱条件下完全溶解。
与原蛋白和同组成的氨基酸制剂相比,大豆肽粉更易被人体吸收,它可不经胃肠消化,直接进入小肠被吸收,而且不受身体状况所影响。豆肽粉含有多种生物活性肽,具有多种生理活性,包括抗氧化、降血压、降低胆固醇、降血脂、抗疲劳、增强免疫等。作为一种新型多功能营养配料,大豆肽粉可广泛地用于保健食品、婴幼儿食品、运动食品、发酵制品及临床营养制剂等。

麦芽糊精广泛应用于饮料、冷冻食品、糖果、麦片、乳制品、保健品等行业,还可应用于纺织、日化、医药生产中。麦芽糊精易被人体吸收,可用于运动员、病人、婴幼儿等功能奶粉,如无蔗糖奶粉、运动饮料中。使产品体积膨胀、不易结块、速溶、冲调性好,提高营养比价。

实施例1、心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖100g,大豆肽粉300g,纳豆40g,酵素70g,维生素C10g,麦芽糊精200g,低聚异麦芽糖100g,按技术方案所述制备方法制备1000片。
实施例2、心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖150g,大豆肽粉100,纳豆80g,酵素30g,维生素C30g,麦芽糊精100g,低聚异麦芽糖200g,按技术方案所述制备方法制备1000片。
实施例3、心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖120g,大豆肽粉200g,纳豆60g,酵素50g,维生素C20g,麦芽糊精150g,低聚异麦芽糖150g,按技术方案所述制备方法制备1000片。
试验例1、写字楼办公人员,原来均不同程度的患有便秘、腹胀、脸上长痘人员90人,随机分为3组,分别食用本发明实施例1-3的产品,每日3次,每次1片,服用第20天,所有人员的便秘、腹胀症状消失,且脸上的豆豆也消失了,共同感觉身体轻松愉快,面容有光泽。
试验例2、门诊确诊心肌炎、心肌缺血人员80人,随机分为4组,实验组在服用原药品的基础上分别食用本发明实施例1-3的产品,对照组仅服用原药品,每日4次,每次1片,1个月后复检,实验组较对照组恢复的快且好,心肌炎患者全部恢复,心肌缺血患者全部好转。而对照组心肌缺血患者维持病情没有发展。

1.一种心肌肽压片糖果,其特征在于,含有心肌肽粉、D-核糖、大豆肽粉、纳豆、酵素、维生素C、麦芽糊精、低聚异麦芽糖。
2.按照权利要求1所述心肌肽压片糖果,其特征在于,含有心肌肽粉1份,D-核糖1-1.5份,大豆肽粉1-3份,纳豆0.4-0.8份,酵素0.3-0.7份,维生素C 0.1-0.3份,、麦芽糊精1-2份,低聚异麦芽糖1-2份。
3.按照权利要求1所述心肌肽压片糖果,其特征在于,每1000片中,含有心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖100-150g,大豆肽粉100-300g,纳豆40-80g,酵素30-70g,维生素C 10-30g,麦芽糊精100-200g,低聚异麦芽糖100-200g。
4.按照权利要求1所述心肌肽压片糖果,其特征在于,每1000片中,含有心肌肽粉100g,D-核糖120g,大豆肽粉200g,纳豆60g,酵素50g,维生素C 20g,麦芽糊精150g,低聚异麦芽糖150g。
5.权利要求1所述心肌肽压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、心肌肽粉、D-核糖、大豆肽粉、纳豆、酵素、维生素C、麦芽糊精、低聚异麦芽糖分别过100目筛;
步骤2、称取配方量的第一步过筛的心肌肽粉、D-核糖、大豆肽粉、纳豆、酵素、维生素C、麦芽糊精、低聚异麦芽糖,混匀;
步骤3、压片,铝塑、包装。
