本发明属于服装面料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种环保防水透气防绒面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
轻薄羽绒服已流行多年,单一的轻薄羽绒服满足不了消费者多样化的需求,随着生活水平的提升,和环保意识的不断增强,人们对环保材料的认可度和需求量也越来越高。
原有的羽绒服面料,如轻薄压光防绒面料,防绒性不稳定,且很难达到国标GB/T14272-2011一等品和优等品的要求(国标防绒合格品是小于50根,一等品是小于15根,优等品是小于5根)。而原有深加工涂层或贴膜工艺可以有效改善防绒指标,也有可能达到防绒标准GB/T14272-2011的优等品标准,但手感偏硬,舒适性较差,且由于不透气,会导致羽绒霉变发臭的现象发生。
因此,对羽绒服面料进行研发改进,具有广阔的市场前景,是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种环保防水透气防绒面料及其制作方法,制得的面料手感柔软舒适,且具有较好的透气防绒效果。
本发明提供一种环保防水透气防绒面料的制作方法,步骤如下:
步骤一,织物设计、整经、并经、穿综打筘、织布、配布;
步骤二,冷堆:
退浆液的配制:以水量计,加入片碱55-65g/L、退浆剂15-25g/L、精练乳化剂15-25g/L和渗透剂3-8g/L,配制退浆液;
将退浆液升温至55-65℃,将退卷好的胚布平整的从退浆液料槽经过,再经轧车充分润湿打卷,堆置;
步骤三,退浆:
将冷堆好的布,直接进染缸退浆;
步骤四,溢流染色:
将步骤三得到的布料置于染缸,按一定的升温曲线进行染色,降温后,直接排液,进冷水洗布,染好色后取样对色,对色;再经还原洗,洗去织物表面的浮色,赋予织物良好的色牢度。
步骤五,脱水:将染色后的布料进行脱水;
步骤六,柔软定型:按照水量计,将亲水柔软剂5-15g/L、渗透剂4-6g/L和无氟防水剂18-22g/L,加入水中,混合均匀置于料槽;将布料从料槽经过润湿后再经轧车充分挤压,然后进入烘箱,烘箱出布后,经冷却辊冷却后检查布面效果;
步骤七,中检;
步骤八:在布料表面涂覆环保水性胶,烘干后,即得所述环保防水透气防绒面料。
更进一步地,步骤二所述堆置具体为:室温24小时,转速10圈/min。
更进一步地,步骤三所述退浆时的具体工艺参数为温度95℃,车速30M/min,轧车压力2kg,退浆液包括按照水量计的如下组分:片碱35-45g/L、退浆剂10-15g/L、精练乳化剂8-12g/L、稳定剂3-7g/L。
更进一步地,步骤四溢流染色时,所述染液包括以下组分:按照织物重量计的:0.2-0.4%分散红(染料力份100%)、1.4-1.6%分散黄(染料力份100%)、0.7-0.9%分散兰(染料力份100%)、1.4-1.6%分散匀染剂,按照水量计的:冰醋酸1.8-2.2g/L,染色时浴比1:10。
更进一步地,步骤四溢流染色时,升温曲线为以2℃/min升温速率升至80℃,保温10分钟,1℃/min升温速率升至130℃,保温50min;降温时具体为:以2℃/min速率降至70℃。
更进一步地,步骤四所述还原洗具体为:按照水量计,加入保险粉1.5-2.5g/L、片碱0.5-1.5g/L,以2℃/min升温速率升温至80℃,保温20min进行还原洗。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种环保防水透气防绒面料的制作方法,步骤如下:
步骤一,织物设计:先用P75D/36F SD T800原料设计出该面料的工艺条件,首先算出盘头的总条数110×196÷2.54≈8490条(计算公式经纱密度×全幅÷2.54),然后计算上机纬密是72×(1-3%)≈70条(胚布纬密×(1-织缩)),上机幅宽按210.2CM,那么筘号是8490÷210÷2≈20.2羽,胚布工艺条件如下表1所示:

步骤二:整经,按1000米胚布计算,计算出所需要的纱个数和用纱量,则需整经长度1000×(1+10%(损耗))=1100米,每个需要整经的个数8490÷10(按10个盘头并经)=849个,经纱用纱量:如胚布工艺上经纱每米需要纱量是70.75g,经纱甲纱总用纱量70.75g×1100米=77825g=77.83kg。胚布工艺上纬纱每米需要纱量是49.65g,纬纱甲纱总用纱量49.65g×1100米=54615g=54.62kg。按每个盘头849根整完10个盘头。
步骤三,并经:使用并经机将10个盘头并成一个盘头(注意经纱的张力要均匀)。
步骤四,穿综打筘:如工艺穿综按1.2.3.4顺穿,打筘按2根每筘8490÷2=4245筘。

其中,片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供,退浆剂TF-127、精练乳化剂120C、渗透剂TF-JFC均为传化集团提供。
S82,将退浆液升温至60℃,将退卷好的胚布平整的从料槽经过,再经轧车充分润湿然后打成一卷,室温堆置24小时,转速10圈/min。
步骤九,退浆:
将冷堆好的布,直接进染缸退浆,温度95℃*30M/min,轧车压力2kg,退浆液(片碱40g/L、退浆剂TF-127 12g/L、精练乳化剂120C 10g/L、稳定剂TF-500 5g/L),注意布面不可折痕,松紧边。
其中片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供,退浆剂TF-127、精练乳化剂120C、稳定剂TF-500均为浙江传化集团提供。
退浆完测试退浆效果:按照织物重量计,用质量浓度为3%的阳离子翠蓝XF(染料力份100%)染液浸泡退浆后的布,5min取出来看布面染色效果是否均匀。其中,阳离子翠蓝XF为浙江龙盛集团提供。
步骤十,溢流染色:按照织物重量计,调配染液:0.3%分散红S5BL(染料力份100%)、1.5%分散黄E-GL(染料力份100%)、0.8%分散兰S-3BL(染料力份100%),分散匀染剂TF-212T:1.5%,再加入冰醋酸2g/L(按照水量计),充分搅匀,浴比1:10,把布进到染缸常温进料,按设定好的升温曲线(2℃/min升至80℃,保温10分钟,1℃/min升至130℃*保温50min)进行染色,保温结束后再按2℃/min降至70℃,直接排液,进冷水洗布,染好色后取样对色,对色完再用保险粉2g/L,片碱1g/L,按2℃/min升至80℃,保温20min进行还原洗,洗去织物表面的浮色,赋予织物良好的色牢度。
其中,分散红S5BL、分散黄E-GL、分散兰S-3BL,均为浙江龙盛集团提供,分散匀染剂TF-212T为浙江传化集团提供,冰醋酸为福州德润化工有限公司提供。
步骤十一,脱水:将染好的布放进脱水机进行脱水。
步骤十二,柔软定型:
S121:以水量计,按亲水柔软剂HD-MU 10g/L,渗透剂HD-JFC 5g/L,无氟防水剂KW-708 20g/L,将3种助剂稀释混合均匀配100L放置料槽。
其中,亲水柔软剂HD-MU、渗透剂HD-JFC、无氟防水剂KW-708,均为珠海华大化工有限公司提供。
S122:布从料槽经过润湿后再经轧车充分挤压(轧车压力2.5kg),然后进入烘箱,工艺参数170℃*40M/min*600cfm/min*4%(温度*速度*风量*超喂),其中cfm为气体流量单位。
S123:烘箱出布,经冷却辊冷却后检查布面效果,比较手感;
步骤十三,中检:检验布面品质,按美标四分制检验,并测试半成品的色牢度。
步骤十四,上水性微多孔胶:
首先更换涂层刀(刀口厚度0.5mm,关系到涂胶的厚薄),后涂层机上接上引头布,同要作业的布料缝接在一起,将环保水性胶水FS-8191(环保水性胶为辽宁丹东恒星化工有限公司提供)倒入涂层机刀口,后经过6节烘箱,温度180℃,后落布在盒车(或打大卷),即得成品面料。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:
步骤八,冷堆:
S81,退浆液的配制:以水量计,按片碱55g/L、退浆剂TF-127 15g/L、精练乳化剂120C 15g/L、渗透剂TF-JFC 3g/L,配制300L放置料槽。
其中,片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供,退浆剂TF-127,精练乳化剂120C,渗透剂TF-JFC均为浙江传化集团提供。
S82,将退浆液升温至55℃,将退卷好的胚布平整的从料槽经过,再经轧车充分润湿然后打成一卷,室温堆置24小时,转速10圈/min。
步骤九,退浆:
将冷堆好的布,直接进染缸退浆,温度95℃*30M/min,轧车压力2kg,退浆液(片碱35g/L、退浆剂TF-127 10g/L、精练乳化剂120C 8g/L、稳定剂TF-500 3g/L),注意布面不可折痕,松紧边。
其中,片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供,退浆剂TF-127,精练乳化剂120C,稳定剂TF-500,均为为浙江传化集团提供。
步骤十,溢流染色:按照织物重量计,调配染液:0.2%分散红S5BL(染料力份100%)、1.4%分散黄E-GL(染料力份100%)、0.7%分散兰S-3BL(染料力份100%),分散匀染剂TF-212T1.4%,再加入冰醋酸1.8g/L(按照水量计),充分搅匀,浴比1:10,把布进到染缸常温进料,按设定好的升温曲线(2℃/min升至80℃,保温10分钟,1℃/min升至130℃*保温50min)进行染色,保温结束后再按2℃/min降至70℃,直接排液,进冷水洗布,染好色后取样对色,对色完再用保险粉1.5g/L,片碱0.5g/L,按2℃/min升温至80℃,保温20min进行还原洗,洗去织物表面的浮色,赋予织物良好的色牢度。
其中,分散红S5BL、分散黄E-GL、分散兰S-3BL,均为浙江龙盛集团提供,分散匀染剂TF-212T为浙江传化集团提供,冰醋酸为福州德润化工有限公司提供,片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供)
步骤十二,柔软定型:
S121:以水量计,按亲水柔软剂HD-MU 5g/L,渗透剂HD-JFC 4g/L,无氟防水剂KW-708 18g/L,将3种助剂稀释混合均匀配100L放置料槽。
其中,亲水柔软剂HD-MU、渗透剂HD-JFC、无氟防水剂KW-708,均为珠海华大化工有限公司提供。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:
步骤八,冷堆:
S81,退浆液的配制:以水量计,按片碱65g/L、退浆剂TF-127 25g/L、精练乳化剂120C 25g/L、渗透剂TF-JFC 8g/L,配制300L放置料槽。
其中,片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供,退浆剂TF-127、精练乳化剂120C、渗透剂TF-JFC均为浙江传化集团提供。
S82,将退浆液升温至65℃,将退卷好的胚布平整的从料槽经过,再经轧车充分润湿然后打成一卷,室温堆置24小时,转速10圈/min。
步骤九,退浆:
将冷堆好的布,直接进染缸退浆,温度95℃*30M/min,轧车压力2kg,退浆液(片碱45g/L、退浆剂TF-127 15g/L、精练乳化剂120C 12g/L、稳定剂TF-500 7g/L),注意布面不可折痕,松紧边。
其中,片碱为河北沧州源禄化工有限公司提供,退浆剂TF-127、精练乳化剂120C、稳定剂TF-500均为浙江传化集团提供。
步骤十,溢流染色:按照织物重量计,调配染液:0.4%分散红S5BL(染料力份100%)、1.6%分散黄E-GL(染料力份100%)、0.9%分散兰S-3BL(染料力份100%),分散匀染剂TF-212T1.6%,再加入冰醋酸2.2g/L(按照水量计),充分搅匀,浴比1:10,把布进到染缸常温进料,按设定好的升温曲线(2℃/min升至80℃,保温10分钟,1℃/min升至130℃*保温50min)进行染色,保温结束后再按2℃/min降至70℃,直接排液,进冷水洗布,染好色后取样对色,对色完再用保险粉2.5g/L,片碱1.5g/L,按2℃/min升温至80℃,保温20min进行还原洗,洗去织物表面的浮色,赋予织物良好的色牢度。
其中,分散红S5BL、分散黄E-GL、分散兰S-3BL,均为浙江龙盛集团提供,分散匀染剂TF-212T为浙江传化集团提供,冰醋酸为福州德润化工有限公司提供。
步骤十二,柔软定型:
S121:以水量计,按亲水柔软剂HD-MU 15g/L,渗透剂HD-JFC 6g/L,无氟防水剂KW-708 22g/L,将3种助剂稀释混合均匀配100L放置料槽。
其中,亲水柔软剂HD-MU、渗透剂HD-JFC、无氟防水剂KW-708,均为珠海华大化工有限公司提供。
对本发明实施例1制得的面料进行性能测试,样品尺寸100cm*150cm,结果如下表2所示:

由上表可见,本发明制得的面料具有优异的防钻绒性、防水性及透气透湿性能,同时,本发明制得的面料手感柔然,具有较好的舒适性。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (3)

1.环保防水透气防绒面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
步骤一,织物设计、整经、并经、穿综打筘、织布、配布,其中控制上机纬密70条/IN;
步骤二,冷堆:
退浆液的配制:以水量计,加入片碱55-65g/L、退浆剂15-25g/L、精练乳化剂15-25g/L和渗透剂3-8g/L,配制退浆液;
将退浆液升温至55-65℃,将退卷好的胚布平整的从退浆液料槽经过,再经轧车充分润湿打卷,室温堆置24小时,转速10圈/min;
步骤三,退浆:
将冷堆好的布,直接进染缸退浆,温度95℃,车速30M/min,轧车压力2kg,退浆液包括按照水量计的如下组分:片碱35-45g/L、退浆剂10-15g/L、精练乳化剂8-12g/L、稳定剂3-7g/L;
步骤四,溢流染色:
将步骤三得到的布料置于染缸,按一定的升温曲线进行染色,降温后,直接排液,进冷水洗布,染好色后取样对色;再按照水量计,加入保险粉1.5-2.5g/L、片碱0.5-1.5g/L,以2℃/min升温速率升温至80℃,保温20min进行还原洗;
步骤五,脱水:将染色后的布料进行脱水;
步骤六,柔软定型:按照水量计,将亲水柔软剂HD-MU5-15g/L、渗透剂HD-JFC4-6g/L和无氟防水剂KW-708 18-22g/L,加入水中,混合均匀置于料槽;将布料从料槽经过润湿后再经轧车充分挤压,轧车的压力为2.5kg,然后进入烘箱,温度170℃,速度40M/min,超喂4%,烘箱出布后,经冷却辊冷却后检查布面效果;
步骤七,中检;
步骤八:在布料表面涂覆环保水性胶FS-8191,涂覆厚度为0.25-0.3mm,烘干后,即得所述环保防水透气防绒面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保防水透气防绒面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤四溢流染色时,染液包括以下组分:按照织物重量计的: 0.2-0.4%分散红、1.4-1.6%分散黄、0.7-0.9%分散兰、1.4-1.6%分散匀染剂,按照水量计的:冰醋酸1.8-2.2g/L,染色时浴比1:10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保防水透气防绒面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤四溢流染色时,升温曲线为以2℃/min升温速率升至80℃,保温10分钟,1℃/min升温速率升至130℃,保温50min;降温时具体为:以2℃/min速率降至70℃。
