本发明涉及梭织布生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种梭织布染料配方及其印染工艺。
背景技术
梭织布:是将纱线由经纬两个方向相互垂直交织而成的布,纵向的纱线叫经纱,横向的纱线叫纬纱。
但是现有的梭织布容易出现掉色的问题,其跟采用的原料息息相关,并且影响染色效果的因素有很多,主要有染液温度、浓度、时间等。其中,温度是影响染色效果的最重要因素之一,一般来说,温度高,染料的动能增加,同时因纤维膨胀,其内部空隙增大,便于吸附扩散,从而使上染加快,但是温度过高时,由于纤维空隙过大,染料粒子动能过大,反而会使染上纤维的部分重新溶入染液中,影响染色效果。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种梭织布染料配方及其印染工艺。
本发明提出的一种梭织布染料配方,包括以下质量份数的原料:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-5份、着色剂5-8份、匀染剂8-10份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、丙烯酰胺2-6份、海藻酸3-7份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯10-15份、环氟化活性染料30-40份、无水亚硫酸钾5-9份、甲基硅油1-4份、去离子水8-16份、无水亚硫酸钾3-8份、天然染料20-30份。
优选地,所述匀染剂由2-4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,3-8份亚甲基双萘磺酸盐,5-10份十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠组成。
优选地,所述天然染料为靛蓝、茜草、紫草、红花、桑、茶中的一种。

S1,放缝:采用延长需要缝合的净缝线,与另一毛缝线相交,过交点作缝线延长线的垂直线,即可按缝份画出四边形进行缝制;
S2,烧毛:加热金属辊至700-800℃,将梭织布在放卷辊与收卷辊的作用下,快速的经过金属辊,除去织物表面上的绒毛,并尽可能不引起织物的损伤;
S3,煮练:将布料经过煮练炉,加入50-80ml的煮练剂烧碱以及20-50ml的煮练助剂,杂质通过溶解、降解、乳化作用,部分直接溶解在煮练液中,部分从织物上脱落下来,部分通过表面活性剂的乳化作用从织物上剥离下来;
S4,定型丝光:将布料通过定型机定型,再用浓的烧碱液处理,使布料任意收缩,最后洗去烧碱;
S5,热熔搅拌:将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-5份、着色剂5-8份、匀染剂8-10份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、丙烯酰胺2-6份、海藻酸3-7份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯10-15份、环氟化活性染料30-40份、无水亚硫酸钾5-9份、甲基硅油1-4份、去离子水8-16份、无水亚硫酸钾3-8份、天然染料20-30份加热至200-300℃,搅拌40-60min得到染料;
S6,浸染:将布料先用清水浸泡10-20min,再经过S5制得的染料中浸泡30-40min,浸染过程中,先对染料进行预加热至100-300℃,使用温度计实时监控染缸内的温度,在染缸的侧壁安装多个加热器,及时对温度进行调控,浸染结束使用清水冲去多余染料,最后使用烘干机烘干即可;
S7,拉幅:将S6得到的布料经过布铗拉幅机拉幅处理,可将植物拉至需要的宽度,同时进行热成型,最终得到梭织布。

S2,烧毛:加热金属辊至750℃,将梭织布在放卷辊与收卷辊的作用下,快速的经过金属辊,除去织物表面上的绒毛,并尽可能不引起织物的损伤;
S3,煮练:将布料经过煮练炉,加入70ml的煮练剂烧碱以及30ml的煮练助剂,杂质通过溶解、降解、乳化作用,部分直接溶解在煮练液中,部分从织物上脱落下来,部分通过表面活性剂的乳化作用从织物上剥离下来;
S4,定型丝光:将布料通过定型机定型,再用浓的烧碱液处理,使布料任意收缩,最后洗去烧碱;
S5,热熔搅拌:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份、着色剂6份、匀染剂9份、聚乙烯醇8份、丙烯酰胺4份、海藻酸5份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯12份、环氟化活性染料35份、无水亚硫酸钾7份、甲基硅油3份、去离子水10份、无水亚硫酸钾7份、天然染料25份加热至250℃,搅拌50min得到染料;
S6,浸染:将布料先用清水浸泡15min,再经过S5制得的染料中浸泡35min,浸染过程中,先对染料进行预加热至200℃,使用温度计实时监控染缸内的温度,在染缸的侧壁安装多个加热器,及时对温度进行调控,浸染结束使用清水冲去多余染料,最后使用烘干机烘干即可;
S7,拉幅:将S6得到的布料经过布铗拉幅机拉幅处理,可将植物拉至需要的宽度,同时进行热成型,最终得到梭织布。
具体的,在S5中,所述搅拌的转速控制在30r/s。
具体的,所述热熔搅拌过程中,原料的放入顺序为:先放入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酰胺、海藻酸、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯、无水亚硫酸钾、甲基硅油、去离子水、无水亚硫酸钾、天然染料,再注入环氟化活性染料,最终再注入着色剂与匀染剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种梭织布染料配方,包括以下质量份数的原料:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、着色剂8份、匀染剂10份、聚乙烯醇10份、丙烯酰胺6份、海藻酸7份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯15份、环氟化活性染料40份、无水亚硫酸钾9份、甲基硅油4份、去离子水16份、无水亚硫酸钾8份、天然染料30份。
具体的,所述匀染剂由4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,8份亚甲基双萘磺酸盐,10份十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠组成。
具体的,所述天然染料为靛蓝、茜草、紫草、红花、桑、茶中的一种。
本发明还公开了一种梭织布印染工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,放缝:采用延长需要缝合的净缝线,与另一毛缝线相交,过交点作缝线延长线的垂直线,即可按缝份画出四边形进行缝制;
S2,烧毛:加热金属辊至800℃,将梭织布在放卷辊与收卷辊的作用下,快速的经过金属辊,除去织物表面上的绒毛,并尽可能不引起织物的损伤;
S3,煮练:将布料经过煮练炉,加入80ml的煮练剂烧碱以及50ml的煮练助剂,杂质通过溶解、降解、乳化作用,部分直接溶解在煮练液中,部分从织物上脱落下来,部分通过表面活性剂的乳化作用从织物上剥离下来;
S4,定型丝光:将布料通过定型机定型,再用浓的烧碱液处理,使布料任意收缩,最后洗去烧碱;
S5,热熔搅拌:将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、着色剂8份、匀染剂10份、聚乙烯醇10份、丙烯酰胺6份、海藻酸7份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯15份、环氟化活性染料40份、无水亚硫酸钾9份、甲基硅油4份、去离子水16份、无水亚硫酸钾8份、天然染料30份加热至300℃,搅拌60min得到染料;
S6,浸染:将布料先用清水浸泡20min,再经过S5制得的染料中浸泡40min,浸染过程中,先对染料进行预加热至300℃,使用温度计实时监控染缸内的温度,在染缸的侧壁安装多个加热器,及时对温度进行调控,浸染结束使用清水冲去多余染料,最后使用烘干机烘干即可;
S7,拉幅:将S6得到的布料经过布铗拉幅机拉幅处理,可将植物拉至需要的宽度,同时进行热成型,最终得到梭织布。

本发明中,原料采用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酰胺、海藻酸、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯、无水亚硫酸钾、甲基硅油、去离子水、无水亚硫酸钾、天然染料、环氟化活性染料、着色剂与匀染剂,能够大大减少梭织布的掉色问题;将布料先用清水浸泡10-20min,再经过S5制得的染料中浸泡30-40min,浸染过程中,先对染料进行预加热至100-300℃,使用温度计实时监控染缸内的温度,在染缸的侧壁安装多个加热器,及时对温度进行调控,能够精确的控制侵染的温度,从而提高印染效果。

1.一种梭织布染料配方,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的原料:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-5份、着色剂5-8份、匀染剂8-10份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、丙烯酰胺2-6份、海藻酸3-7份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯10-15份、环氟化活性染料30-40份、无水亚硫酸钾5-9份、甲基硅油1-4份、去离子水8-16份、无水亚硫酸钾3-8份、天然染料20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种梭织布染料配方,其特征在于,所述匀染剂由2-4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,3-8份亚甲基双萘磺酸盐,5-10份十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种梭织布染料配方,其特征在于,所述天然染料为靛蓝、茜草、紫草、红花、桑、茶中的一种。
4.一种梭织布印染工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

S4,定型丝光:将布料通过定型机定型,再用浓的烧碱液处理,使布料任意收缩,最后洗去烧碱;
S5,热熔搅拌:将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-5份、着色剂5-8份、匀染剂8-10份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、丙烯酰胺2-6份、海藻酸3-7份、过氧化苯甲酸六丁酯10-15份、环氟化活性染料30-40份、无水亚硫酸钾5-9份、甲基硅油1-4份、去离子水8-16份、无水亚硫酸钾3-8份、天然染料20-30份加热至200-300℃,搅拌40-60min得到染料;
S6,浸染:将布料先用清水浸泡10-20min,再经过S5制得的染料中浸泡30-40min,浸染过程中,先对染料进行预加热至100-300℃,使用温度计实时监控染缸内的温度,在染缸的侧壁安装多个加热器,及时对温度进行调控,浸染结束使用清水冲去多余染料,最后使用烘干机烘干即可;
S7,拉幅:将S6得到的布料经过布铗拉幅机拉幅处理,可将植物拉至需要的宽度,同时进行热成型,最终得到梭织布。
