本发明涉及布料生产技术领域,具体公开了一种抗菌布料的生产工艺,包括以下几个步骤:S1:抗菌纤维的获取,S2:抗菌纤维的缠绕处理,S3:通过S2获得复合纱线,复合纱线高温定型,S4:编织布料:将复合纱线分为经纱、纬纱和固定纱,固定纱从布料的对角处编织,纬纱向上倾斜编织且与固定纱垂直,经纱向左倾斜编织且与固定纱垂直,S5:对S4中的编织布料依次进行漂白、开幅、轧水、烘干和丝光,得到出处理后的布料,S6:对处理后的布料进行染色、晾干和刺绣,得到成品布,本发明的生产方法能够有效提高布料的抗菌能力。

技术领域
本申请涉及布料生产技术领域,具体公开了一种抗菌布料的生产工艺。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料,包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料;
现有的中国发明专利公开号CN111945419A,公开了一种抗菌人棉面料的生产工艺,涉及面料生产的技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:对经纱和纬纱进行前处理,前处理过程如下:步骤a:采用第一抗菌助剂对经纱进行处理;步骤b:采用第二抗菌助剂对纬纱进行处理;S2:对前处理后的经纱和纬纱进行织造,得到坯布;S3:对坯布依次进行烧毛、退浆、精炼、漂白、开幅、轧水、烘干和丝光,得到前处理后的坯布;S4:对前处理后的坯布进行染色,得到染色布;S5:对染色布进行后处理;通过上述5个步骤后,得到抗菌人棉面料;
上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:布料强度低,进而导致使用寿命低,使得抗菌效果下降严重;传统的编织手段强度低且严重影响抗菌效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决了传统的布料抗菌效果差的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供以下基础方案:
一种抗菌布料的生产工艺,包括以下几个步骤:
S1:抗菌纤维的获取,获取过程如下:
步骤a:将高分子物质制作成纺丝溶体,经过滤、计量和除杂由喷丝头挤出,凝固成纤维;
步骤b:对步骤a中的凝固的纤维进行拉伸;
步骤c:将拉伸完毕后的纤维均匀分成三类:纤维a、纤维b和纤维c,
步骤d:热定型纤维a和纤维b,采用抗菌溶剂浸泡纤维a,浸泡10min-20min,自然晾干,采用抗螨溶剂浸泡纤维b,浸泡5min,自然晾干,对纤维c实施二次拉伸后再热定型;
S2:抗菌纤维的缠绕处理:缠绕过程如下:
纤维a和纤维b位于两侧,纤维c位于纤维a和纤维b之间,纤维a、纤维b和纤维c竖向垂直,且同时顺时针旋转,纤维a和纤维b将纤维c包裹在内部;
S3:通过S2获得复合纱线,复合纱线高温定型;
S4:编织布料:将复合纱线分为经纱、纬纱和固定纱,固定纱依照对角线编织,纬纱向上倾斜编织且与固定纱垂直,经纱向左倾斜编织且与固定纱垂直;
编织步骤如下:先编制固定纱,固定纱编制好后,在固定纱基础上编织纬纱,纬纱编织好后再编织经纱;
S5:对S4中的编织布料依次进行漂白、开幅、轧水、烘干和丝光,得到出处理后的布料。
S6:对处理后的布料进行染色、晾干和刺绣,得到成品布;
通过上述6个步骤后,得到抗菌布料。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.抗菌效果更好,布料强度更高。
2.采用了三线缠绕的方式,将纤维a、纤维b和纤维c竖向垂直,纤维a和纤维b将纤维c包裹在内部,纤维a、纤维b实现抗菌功能和抗螨功能,纤维c提高整体强度,进而提高整体寿命,最终实现抗菌效果可持续长久化。
3.相比于传统的互相垂直的经纱和纬纱,本生产工艺采用叠加编制工艺,固定纱从布料的对角处编织,纬纱向上倾斜编织且与固定纱垂直,经纱向左倾斜编织且与固定纱垂直,先编制固定纱,固定纱编制好后,在固定纱基础上编织纬纱,纬纱编织好后再编织经纱,这种编制方式在外观上与传统方式没有任何差异,但是在强度上,强度更高,层次更加分明,再增加强度的同时,维持了抗菌效果长久化。
进一步,所述抗菌溶剂为高锰酸钾溶剂。
进一步,所述拉伸方向朝向纤维分子的分散方向。
进一步,所述抗螨溶剂由防尘螨剂、尿素、巨氨基甲酸酯乳剂、氯化镁混合而成。
进一步,所述纤维c实施二次拉伸的总牵引倍数为7.001倍,牵引温度为98°。
进一步,所述纬纱向上倾斜45°,经纱向左倾斜45°。

1.一种抗菌布料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤:
S1:抗菌纤维的获取,获取过程如下:
步骤a:将高分子物质制作成纺丝溶体,经过滤、计量和除杂由喷丝头挤出,凝固成纤维;
步骤b:对步骤a中的凝固的纤维进行拉伸;
步骤c:将拉伸完毕后的纤维均匀分成三类:纤维a、纤维b和纤维c,
步骤d:热定型纤维a和纤维b,采用抗菌溶剂浸泡纤维a,浸泡10min-20min,自然晾干,采用抗螨溶剂浸泡纤维b,浸泡5min,自然晾干,对纤维c实施二次拉伸后再热定型;
S2:抗菌纤维的缠绕处理:缠绕过程如下:

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌布料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述抗螨溶剂由防尘螨剂、尿素、巨氨基甲酸酯乳剂、氯化镁混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌布料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述纤维c实施二次拉伸的总牵引倍数为7.001倍,牵引温度为98°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌布料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述纬纱向上倾斜45°,经纱向左倾斜45°。
