Abstract
本发明公开了一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,分别由常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维混纺的经纱和纬纱织造而成;还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃。本发明具有生产出手感良好且透气的高支高密的防钻羽绒的平纹织物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,防羽绒面料的防钻绒方法主要是在如何提高织物紧度和在后整理轧光、施以涂层的技术上做改进,但提高紧度必然要提高密度和增粗纱支,因此在生产过程中造成织造效率下降断头多、在后整理轧光会出现面料发亮手感不柔软、施以涂层会出现透气性差的问题,提高了织造的技术难度。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,让含有聚乳酸纤维的纱线在面料的染色和后整理时有一定的收缩,使其不需要轧光和涂层的处理就可以增加纱线的线密度、增加经密和纬密及经纬密加工系数,也就是增加面料的紧度,通过此织造方法生产出的高支高密的防钻羽绒面料,解决了一般面料手感差、不透气的问题,聚乳酸纤维还有环保、抗菌性以及面料光泽好的优点。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,分别由常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维混纺的经纱和纬纱织造而成。
优选的是,所述经纱和所述纬纱中常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维的比例分别为70~80:20~30。
优选的是,所述常用纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝中的一种或多种。
还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,包括清花、梳棉、混并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、前处理、染色、后整理,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
含有聚乳酸纤维的纱线在面料的染色和后整理时有一定的收缩,增加了纱线的线密度、增加了经密和纬密及经纬密加工系数,也就增加面料的紧度;
通过此方法可以生产高支高密的防羽绒面料,解决了一般面料手感差、不透气的问题,聚乳酸纤维还有环保、抗菌性以及面料光泽好等优点。
本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
需要说明的是,下述实施方案中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所述试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
本发明提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,分别由常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维混纺的经纱和纬纱织造而成,所述经纱和所述纬纱中常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维的比例为70~80:20~30,所述常用纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝中的一种或多种。
还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,包括清花、梳棉、混并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、前处理、染色、后整理,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃,在前处理的预缩及拉幅定型时保持小张力,防止拉破布幅,预缩值要大,保证水洗缩率为-4~2%。

一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,分别由常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维混纺的经纱和纬纱织造而成,所述经纱和所述纬纱中常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维的比例为70:30,所述经纱和所述纬纱的纱支为80支,所述常用纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝,所述平纹织物的经密为150根/英寸、纬密为140根/英寸,所述平纹织物克重为125克/平方米。
还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,包括清花、梳棉、混并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、前处理、染色、后整理,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃,在前处理的预缩及拉幅定型时保持小张力,防止拉破布幅,预缩值要大,保证水洗缩率为-4~2%。

一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,分别由常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维混纺的经纱和纬纱织造而成,所述经纱和所述纬纱中常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维的比例为80:20,所述经纱和所述纬纱的纱支为80支,所述常用纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝,所述平纹织物的经密为150根/英寸、纬密为140根/英寸,所述平纹织物克重为125克/平方米。
还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,包括清花、梳棉、混并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、前处理、染色、后整理,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃,在前处理的预缩及拉幅定型时保持小张力,防止拉破布幅,预缩值要大,保证水洗缩率为-4~2%。

还提供一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,包括清花、梳棉、混并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、前处理、染色、后整理,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃,在前处理的预缩及拉幅定型时保持小张力,防止拉破布幅,预缩值要大,保证水洗缩率为-4~2%。
实施例1~3中的平纹织物的经向紧度为59%、纬向紧度为55%,织布断头率低,成品平纹织物的经向紧度为71.0%、纬向紧度为66.3%,经向紧度和纬向紧度大于一般紧密织物的57.8%的要求。
<对比例1>
80支的棉作为经纱,80支的棉作为纬纱,经密为157根/英寸,纬密为147根/英寸,幅宽63英寸,采用平纹织造工序织出平纹防羽绒坯布,其经向紧度为61.7%、纬向紧度为57.8%,成品的经向紧度为65.4%、纬向紧度为56.6%,比一般紧密织物57.8%还小,需后整理轧光或涂层处理。
<效果分析>
实施例1~3中纱线的经/纬向紧度分别为59%/55%,低于对比例1中坯布紧度,便于更顺利的织造,织布断头率低,实施例1~3中成品平纹织布的经/纬向紧度分别为71.0%/66.3%,经/纬向紧度大于一般紧密织物的57.8%要求,分别是一般紧密织物的1.22/1.15倍,实施例1~3中的成品在后整理不需要做轧光或涂层处理,就能得到手感好、透气的防钻羽绒的平纹织布。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。
Claims (4)
1.一种混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,其特征在于,分别由常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维混纺的经纱和纬纱织造而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,其特征在于,所述经纱和所述纬纱中常用纤维与聚乳酸纤维的比例分别为70~80:20~30。
3.如权利要求1所述的混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物,其特征在于,所述常用纤维包括棉纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的混纺纱的防钻羽绒平纹织物的生产方法,包括清花、梳棉、混并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、前处理、染色、后整理,其特征在于,织布在浆纱时无PVA上浆,浆纱温度控制在70~110℃;前处理采用低温酶退浆,退浆工序温度控制在70~110℃。
