Abstract
本发明公开了一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,按质量百分比计,数码印花糊料的组成包括增稠剂2~4.5%、甘油3~5%、尿素6~12%、硫酸铵2~3.5%、AR还原剂1~3.5%、渗透剂0.2~1%,还包括质量百分比不大于1%的C4~C8氯化季铵盐,数码印花糊料的pH值为7.2~7.8。该羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料中C4~C8氯化季铵盐具有良好的吸湿作用,能快速吸附染料分子,特别是带负电荷的活性染料,季铵盐基团的位阻效应促使染料相对集中于打印处,改善汽蒸时的渗化;在合适的浓度范围内,甘油、尿素等组分加速染料分子在羊毛精纺面料纤维上吸附与扩散,有助于提高羊毛精纺面料的得色率。本发明还公开了一种基于糊料的羊毛精纺面料的数码印花方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及羊毛精纺面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料及数码印花方法。
背景技术
目前,数码印花越来越多的应用于棉、丝绸、涤纶等织物上,但在羊毛纺织品上应用较为少见,主要是因为羊毛纤维表面包覆有鳞片层,会阻碍染料的上染。
现有技术中的数码印花糊料如CN106894244A、CN107287943A中所述的,其主要组成为尿素、硫酸铵、AR还原剂(亨斯曼)、AP消泡剂(亨斯曼)、UNI(亨斯曼)、增稠剂和水,优选的增稠剂为瓜尔豆胶。上述技术方案中,尿素作为羊毛纤维的膨化剂,硫酸铵可以增强预处理液的电解质作用,还原剂有助于将羊毛纤维鳞片层的双硫键还原成巯基,促进染料与巯基的反应,最终提高上染率和固色率。
评价印花糊料主要的指标包括得色率和防渗化性能,前者决定了染料利用率以及印花的鲜艳度,后者决定了印花花纹的精细程度。CN106894244A、CN107287943A中所述的糊料满足羊毛织物的数码印花要求,但在得色率和印花花纹轮廓清晰度方面还有待改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,糊料配方有助于改善数码印花羊毛精纺面料的得色率和花纹精细程度。
为了实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,按质量百分比计,所述数码印花糊料的组成包括增稠剂2~4.5%、甘油3~5%、尿素6~12%、硫酸铵2~3.5%、AR还原剂(亨斯曼)1~3.5%、渗透剂0.2~1%,还包括质量百分比不大于1%的C4~C8氯化季铵盐,所述数码印花糊料的pH值为7.2~7.8。
碱性条件利于数码印花糊料的还原剂与羊毛鳞片层二硫键的反应,并且在弱碱性和汽蒸温度条件下,C4~C8氯化季铵盐、甘油、尿素同时作用,能促进染料和助剂充分进入羊毛的上染通道,促使染料与羊毛纤维的快速结合。数码印花糊料的pH值大于8,则上述协同促进作用效果不明显,并且经过汽蒸和数码染色的羊毛织物强力下降幅度增加。
优选的技术方案为,所述增稠剂由瓜尔豆胶和海藻酸钠组合而成,所述数码印花糊料中海藻酸钠的质量百分比为1.5~2.5%,所述瓜尔豆胶的质量百分比为0.5~1.5%。
优选的技术方案为,所述数码印花糊料为活性染料数码印花糊料。
优选的技术方案为,所述C4~C8氯化季铵盐为选自双(2-羟乙基)二甲基氯化铵和/或2-羟乙基三甲基氯化铵。氯化季铵盐支链的羟基能与海藻酸钠的羧基反应,进一步阻止汽蒸状态下糊料中的染料的流动,有助于进一步改善花纹的精细程度。
优选的技术方案为,数码印花糊料中所述C4~C8氯化季铵盐的质量百分比为0.3~0.6%。糊料中氯化季铵盐的加入量过大反而会导致得色率降低。
优选的技术方案为,数码印花糊料中还包括选自消泡剂、防沾色剂中的一种或两种。消泡剂可选择已知的消泡剂AP,也可选用其他已知的用于数码印花糊料中的消泡剂;防沾色剂通常选择为山德飘DK。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的数码印花浆料浸轧羊毛精纺面料,烘干;
S2:向S1所得羊毛精纺面料表面喷墨印花,导入汽蒸机中汽蒸20~40min;
S3:水洗皂洗,得到数码印花的羊毛精纺面料。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料中C4~C8氯化季铵盐具有良好的吸湿作用,能快速吸附染料分子,特别是带负电荷的活性染料,季铵盐基团的位阻效应促使染料相对集中于打印处,改善汽蒸时的渗化;
在合适的浓度范围内,甘油、尿素等组分加速染料分子在羊毛精纺面料纤维上吸附与扩散,有助于提高羊毛精纺面料的得色率。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
对羊毛精纺面料进行数码印花染色,羊毛精纺面料纤维组成:100%全羊毛精纺面料,面料来源:江苏阳光集团。
实施例
按照以下组分及组分的质量百分比配置羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料:
实施例1
海藻酸钠4%、甘油3%、尿素6%、硫酸铵2%、AR还原剂1%、渗透剂JFC0.2%、四甲基氯化铵0.1%,用醋酸钠调节pH值为7.2,数码印花糊料的余量为水。
实施例2
海藻酸钠2%、瓜尔豆胶0.5%、甘油5%、尿素12%、硫酸铵3.5%、AR还原剂3.5%、渗透剂JFC0.5%,四乙基氯化铵1%,用醋酸钠调节pH值为7.8,数码印花糊料的余量为水。
实施例3
海藻酸钠2%、瓜尔豆胶0.5%、甘油4%、尿素10%、硫酸铵3%、AR还原剂3%、渗透剂JFC0.5%,乙基三甲基氯化铵0.6%,用醋酸钠调节pH值为7.6,数码印花糊料的余量为水。
实施例4
实施例4基于实施例2,区别在于,采用双(2-羟乙基)二甲基氯化铵替代四乙基氯化铵。
实施例5
实施例5基于实施例2,区别在于,采用2-羟乙基三甲基氯化铵替代四乙基氯化铵0.3%。
对比例
对比例1羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料基于实施例2,区别在于,糊料中不包含四乙基氯化铵。
对比例2羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料基于实施例5,区别在于,糊料中不包含2-羟乙基三甲基氯化铵。
将上述实施例糊料试样应用于羊毛精纺面料数码印花,数码印花方法包括以下步骤:
S1:数码印花浆料一浸一轧羊毛精纺面料,压力30N,带液率80%烘干;
S2:按100%喷墨量在S1所得羊毛精纺面料表面印制直径为1cm的CMYK圆点,导入汽蒸机中102±2℃汽蒸20~40min;四色染料分别为青色活性墨水、红色活性墨水、黄色活性墨水和黑色活性墨水;
S3:水洗皂洗,得到数码印花的羊毛精纺面料。
实施例和对比例试样进行如下性能检测:
1、表观色深K/S值:采用DATACOLOR SF600型电脑测色配色仪在D65光源和10°观察角下对印花织物四色色块进行测试,在织物上选取5个同一颜色不同位置进行测试并取平均值得K/S值,四色K/S值总和计为总K/S值;
2、渗化率:用扫描仪将汽蒸水汽皂洗干燥的面料扫描成数字化图片,在通过图像处理软件测出所印制原点的面积,织物渗化率计算公式为:(水洗后织物圆点的总面积-设计圆点的总面积)/设计圆点的总面积*100%。
实施例1-5和对比例1-2所得试样的总K/S值依次为:46.52、53.38、55.27、64.84、65.35、48.65、47.79,其中黄色和黑色的K/S值较高。与实施例2相比,实施例1中渗透剂的用量小,C4~C8氯化季铵盐的加入量小,均不利于得色率的增加。
实施例1-5和对比例1-2所得试样的渗化率分别为10.31%、12.75%、12.36%、10.82%、10.97%、14.35%、15.17%。
实施例2的渗化表现优于实施例1,主要原因在于实施例1的渗透剂加入量小于实施例2。由实施例2和对比例1的渗化率对比可知,加入C4~C8氯化季铵盐,有助于优化羊毛精纺面料对于活性染料的得色率和防渗化率,并且,支链包含一个或者两个羟乙基的季铵盐有助于防渗化率的进一步提高。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,所述数码印花糊料的组成包括增稠剂2~4.5%、甘油3~5%、尿素6~12%、硫酸铵2~3.5%、AR还原剂1~3.5%、渗透剂0.2~1%,还包括质量百分比不大于1%的C4~C8氯化季铵盐,所述数码印花糊料的pH值为7.2~7.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂由瓜尔豆胶和海藻酸钠组合而成,所述数码印花糊料中海藻酸钠的质量百分比为1.5~2.5%,所述瓜尔豆胶的质量百分比为0.5~1.5%。
3.根据权利要去1所述的羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,其特征在于,所述数码印花糊料为活性染料数码印花糊料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,其特征在于,所述C4~C8氯化季铵盐为选自双(2-羟乙基)二甲基氯化铵和/或2-羟乙基三甲基氯化铵。
5.根据权利要求4所述的羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,其特征在于,数码印花糊料中所述C4~C8氯化季铵盐的质量百分比为0.3~0.6%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛精纺面料的数码印花糊料,其特征在于,数码印花糊料中还包括选自消泡剂、防沾色剂中的一种或两种。
7.一种羊毛精纺面料的数码印花方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的数码印花浆料浸轧羊毛精纺面料,烘干;
S2:向S1所得羊毛精纺面料表面喷墨印花,导入汽蒸机中汽蒸20~40min;
S3:水洗皂洗,得到数码印花的羊毛精纺面料。
