技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺。
背景技术
纺织品具有隐藏病毒和细菌的理想表面,病毒和细菌在纺织品上会通过与其他表面的接触再次传播,经过抗病毒处理的面料能有效抑制病毒和细菌,最大程度地减少病原体在纺织品上的传播。
目前市场上抗病毒面料存在水印严重,放置黄变的问题,大大降低了面料的品质及美观性,达不到消费者对优质抗病毒面料的要求,如何实现抗病毒面料在具有抗病毒功能的同时不会产生水印且不会产生放置黄变的问题,是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,生产方式具有连续性,能够实现大货的连续化生产,且面料品质更高,手感、布面风格俱佳。特漂-复漂双漂中复配料液能够增加织物的底白,为制作高白度增白面料提供基础,后处理过程中加入自交联型聚醚聚氨酯与纤维发生反应,减少面料内部水分子泳移,避免水印的形成且减轻面料的放置黄变。
本发明所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:前处理→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩。
所述的前处理工序:织物坯布经烧毛→退煮→特漂→复漂→丝光后得到半成品面料。
所述的特漂工序:采用的特漂液为:亚氯酸钠30-40g/L,醋酸2-5g/L,酒精3-6g/L,余量为水,特漂液的pH值:3-4,车速:50-70m/min,蒸箱上部温度:90-95℃,蒸箱下部温度:85-95℃,蒸箱在使用过程中通入酒精,酒精泵:30mL/min,CL8泵:30mL/min,堆布时间:20-30min。
所述的复漂工序:采用的复漂液为:H2O2:15-25g/L,NaOH:2-5g/L,螯合剂:8-12g/L,稳定剂:6-10g/L,渗透剂:8-12g/L,蒸箱温度:95-105℃,堆布时间:15-25min。
所述的增白洗工序:将增白剂加入轧槽内浸轧织物,织物带液率55-75%,然后升温到98-100℃,在充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸50-70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗60-80秒,中和槽中和20-30秒,pH值控制3.5-4.5,50℃清水水洗8-15秒,90-120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制在6-7.5。
所述的增白洗工序中的轧槽体积为30-50L。
所述的增白洗工序采用二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂CF-200(南京鱼氏纺织科技有限公司),浓度为8-12g/L。
所述的柔软工序:采用含银晶体和脂质囊泡技术相结合的抗病毒整理剂NPJ03(瑞士海屹科材料有限公司),浓度为80-100g/L;柔软剂为硅油类柔软剂TF-4911(传化智联股份有限公司)与有机硅类柔软剂DT-8500T(石家庄市联邦科特化工有限公司)复配混合物,浓度为40-60g/L;交联型聚氨酯FUN6220(传化智联股份有限公司),浓度为20-60g/L。
所述的柔软工序:车速:50-70m/min,风量:40%,两浸两轧,轧余率:65-75%,烘箱温度:130-160℃。
烧毛、退煮、丝光、液氨以及预缩均是采用本领域常规工艺及条件。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下技术效果:
1、本发明生产方式具有连续性,能够实现大货的连续化生产,且面料品质更高,手感、布面风格俱佳。特漂-复漂双漂中复配料液能够增加织物的底白,为制作高白度增白面料提供基础,后处理过程中加入自交联型聚醚聚氨酯与纤维发生反应,减少面料内部水分子泳移,避免水印的形成且减轻面料的放置黄变,面料抗病毒性能更加优异。
2、本发明的高效增白整理方法,使织物具有高底白特点,结合增白剂的充分发色有效提高面料的白度,使面料具有高白度、耐洗涤、耐日晒的特点,具有优良的服用性能。经后处理整理的面料具有抗病毒的性能且面料手感柔软滑爽不存在水印及放置黄变的问题,提高面料内在品质和外观质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
织物:CM100/2*CM100/2*160*90*57/58组织2/1Z。
采用本发明的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺进行整理,面料经过烧毛→退煮→特漂→复漂→丝光→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩后得到高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料,步骤如下:
1.面料经过烧毛、退煮后,进行漂白。
1)特漂:特漂液为:亚氯酸钠38g/L,醋酸3g/L,酒精5g/L,余量为水,车速:60m/min,料槽pH值:3.5,蒸箱上部温度:92℃,蒸箱下部温度:90℃,酒精泵:30mL/min,CL8泵:30mL/min,堆布时间:25min。
2)复漂工艺:H2O2:20g/L,NaOH:4g/L,螯合剂:10g/L,稳定剂:8g/L,渗透剂:10g/L,蒸箱温度:100℃,堆布时间:20min。
2.进行丝光工艺处理。
3.液氨工艺:车速:50m/min,水洗张力:3N,处理室温度:65℃,汽蒸室温度:115℃,水洗温度:50℃。
4.增白洗工艺:增白剂CF-200:12g/L,将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为50L的轧槽内,织物带液率65%,然后升温到98℃,充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗70秒,中和槽中和30秒,pH值控制在4.5,50℃清水水洗15秒,120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制在7.5。
5.柔软工艺:抗病毒整理剂NPJ03:100g/L,柔软剂TF-4911:20g/L复配DT-8500T:40g/L,交联型聚氨酯FUN 6220:50g/L,车速:70m/min,风量:40%,两浸两轧,轧余率:65%,烘箱温度:130℃。
6.进行预缩工艺处理后得到成品。
使用上述工艺处理后,成品后面料抗病毒活性率可达到99.99%,白度可以达到158-0.25,水印可达到4级,放置黄变可达到3.5级。
对比例1
采用传统加工方法对实施例1中的面料进行抗病毒加工处理,步骤如下:
烧毛→退煮→特漂→丝光→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩。传统后整理柔软工艺为:抗病毒整理剂NPJ03:100g/L,柔软剂TF-4911:20g/L,车速:70m/min,两浸两轧,烘箱温度130℃。
使用传统工艺处理后,成品后面料抗病毒活性率为99%,白度为145-0.16,水印1.5级,放置黄变1级。
通过实施例1与对比例1对比可得:较传统工艺,本发明有更优异的抗病毒活性率,白度高13个,水印级别高2.5级,放置黄变高2.5级。因此,本发明在抗病毒活性率、白度、水印、放置黄变上优于传统工艺。
实施例2
织物:CM50*CM40*200*90*57/58组织4/1缎纹。
采用本发明的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺进行整理,面料经过烧毛→退煮→特漂→复漂→丝光→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩后得到高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料,步骤如下:
1.面料经过烧毛、退煮后,进行漂白。
1)特漂:特漂液为:亚氯酸钠38g/L,醋酸3g/L,酒精5g/L,余量为水,车速:60m/min,料槽pH值:3.5,蒸箱上部温度:92℃,蒸箱下部温度:90℃,酒精泵:30mL/min,CL8泵:30mL/min,堆布时间:25min。
2)复漂工艺:H2O2:20g/L,NaOH:4g/L,螯合剂:10g/L,稳定剂:8g/L,渗透剂:10g/L,蒸箱温度:100℃,堆布时间:20min。
2.进行丝光工艺处理。
3.液氨工艺:车速:55m/min,水洗张力:3N,处理室温度:65℃,汽蒸室温度:115℃,水洗温度:50℃。
4.增白洗工艺:增白剂CF-200:10g/L,将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为50L的轧槽内,织物带液率65%,然后升温到98℃,充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗70秒,中和槽中和30秒,pH值控制在4.5,50℃清水水洗15秒,120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制在7.5。
5.柔软工艺:抗病毒整理剂NPJ03:80g/L,柔软剂TF-4911:30g/L复配DT-8500T:30g/L,交联型聚氨酯FUN 6220:50g/L,车速:70m/min,风量:40%,两浸两轧,轧余率:65%,烘箱温度:130℃。
6.进行预缩工艺处理后得到成品。
使用上述工艺处理后,成品后面料抗病毒活性率可达到99.99%,白度可以达到152-0.11,水印可达到4级,放置黄变可达到4级。

烧毛→退煮→特漂→丝光→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩。传统后整理柔软工艺为:抗病毒整理剂NPJ03:100g/L,柔软剂DT-8500T:30g/L,车速:70m/min,两浸两轧,烘箱温度130℃。
使用传统工艺处理后,成品后面料抗病毒活性率为99%,白度为141-0.22,水印2级,放置黄变1.5级。
通过实施例2与对比例2对比可得:较传统工艺,本发明减少抗病毒整理剂用量的情况下仍有更优异的抗病毒活性率,白度高11个,水印级别高2级,放置黄变高2.5级。因此,本发明在抗病毒活性率、白度、水印、放置黄变上优于传统工艺。
实施例3
织物:CM80/2*CM80/2*160*90*57/58组织3/1Z。
采用本发明的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺进行整理,面料经过烧毛→退煮→特漂→复漂→丝光→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩后得到高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料,步骤如下:
1.面料经过烧毛、退煮后,进行漂白。
1)特漂:特漂液为:亚氯酸钠38g/L,醋酸3g/L,酒精5g/L,余量为水,车速:60m/min,料槽pH值:3.5,蒸箱上部温度:92℃,蒸箱下部温度:90℃,酒精泵:30mL/min,CL8泵:30mL/min,堆布时间:25min。
2)复漂工艺:H2O2:20g/L,NaOH:4g/L,螯合剂:10g/L,稳定剂:8g/L,渗透剂:10g/L,蒸箱温度:100℃,堆布时间:20min。
2.进行丝光工艺处理。
3.液氨工艺:车速:50m/min,水洗张力:5N,处理室温度:65℃,汽蒸室温度:115℃,水洗温度:50℃。
4.增白洗工艺:增白剂CF-200:12g/L,将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为50L的轧槽内,织物带液率65%,然后升温到98℃,充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗70秒,中和槽中和30秒,pH值控制在5.0,50℃清水水洗15秒,120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制在7.5。
5.柔软工艺:抗病毒整理剂NPJ03:80g/L,柔软剂TF-4911:20g/L复配DT-8500T:40g/L,交联型聚氨酯FUN 6220:50g/L,车速:70m/min,风量:40%,两浸两轧,轧余率:65%,烘箱温度:130℃。
6.进行预缩工艺处理后得到成品。
使用上述工艺处理后,成品后面料抗病毒活性率可达到99.99%,白度可以达到156-0.21,水印可达到4级,放置黄变可达到3.5级。
对比例3
采用传统加工方法对实施例3中的面料进行抗病毒加工处理,步骤如下:
烧毛→退煮→特漂→丝光→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩。传统后整理柔软工艺为:抗病毒整理剂NPJ03:100g/L,柔软剂DT-8500T:30g/L,车速:70m/min,两浸两轧,烘箱温度130℃。
使用传统工艺处理后,成品后面料抗病毒活性率为99.5%,白度为144-0.32,水印1级,放置黄变1.5级。
通过实施例3与对比例3对比可得:较传统工艺,本发明减少抗病毒整理剂用量的情况下仍有更优异的抗病毒活性率,白度高12个,水印级别高3级,放置黄变高2级。因此,本发明在抗病毒活性率、白度、水印、放置黄变上优于传统工艺。
当然,上述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定对本发明的实施例范围。本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的均等变化与改进等,均应归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:采用如下加工流程:前处理→液氨→增白洗→柔软→预缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的前处理工序:织物坯布经烧毛→退煮→特漂→复漂→丝光后得到半成品面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的特漂工序:采用的特漂液为:亚氯酸钠30-40g/L,醋酸2-5g/L,酒精3-6g/L,余量为水,特漂液的pH值:3-4,车速:50-70m/min,蒸箱上部温度:90-95℃,蒸箱下部温度:85-95℃,酒精泵:30mL/min,CL8泵:30mL/min,堆布时间:20-30min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的复漂工序:采用的复漂液为:H2O2:15-25g/L,NaOH:2-5g/L,螯合剂:8-12g/L,稳定剂:6-10g/L,渗透剂:8-12g/L,蒸箱温度:95-105℃,堆布时间:15-25min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的增白洗工序:将增白剂加入轧槽内浸轧织物,织物带液率55-75%,然后升温到98-100℃,在充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸50-70秒,再依次经过50℃水洗60-80秒,中和槽中和20-30秒,pH值控制3.5-4.5,50℃清水水洗8-15秒,90-120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制在6-7.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的增白洗工序采用二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂CF-200,浓度为8-12g/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的柔软工序:采用抗病毒整理剂NPJ03,浓度为80-100g/L;柔软剂为硅油类柔软剂TF-4911与有机硅类柔软剂DT-8500T复配混合物,浓度为40-60g/L;交联型聚氨酯FUN6220,浓度为20-60g/L。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高白度无水印优质手感抗病毒面料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的柔软工序:车速:50-70m/min,风量:40%,两浸两轧,轧余率:65-75%,烘箱温度:130-160℃。
