Abstract

本发明通过减少小齿轮齿数,使启动装置的输出轴轴径缩小成为可能,从而达到其小型轻量化的目的。在前轴承16的内周嵌装有沿轴向较长的圆筒形限动器21,固定该限动器的环槽23b设置在前轴承16的前方。

Description

启动装置
本发明涉及一种启动装置的限动器装配结构。
图4是特开平1-190967号所公开的以前的启动装置剖面图。图5是其中的限动器周围的放大剖面图。
图中附图标记1是启动装置,2是电枢,3是电枢转轴,3a是输出轴,4是超速离合器,5是前托架,6是开关线圈,7是可动铁心,8是滑动接点,9是固定接点,10是复位弹簧,11是控制杆,12是小齿轮,13是内齿轮,14是限动器,15是安装在设于转轴3前端输出轴3a的槽3b部的限动器固定环,16是前轴承,17是轴承盖,18是垫片。
下面说明其动作。当开关线圈6中有电流流动时,则可动铁心7被吸引,通过控制杆11将超速离合器4推向前方,使小齿轮12和内齿轮13相啮合。与此同时,滑动接点8和固定接点9闭合,大电流流入电动机部分,产生转矩,以启动发动机。这时,由于小齿轮12和限动器14接触,限制了超速离合器4的移动。
接着开关线圈的电流被切断,则由于复位弹簧10的动作使可动铁心7复位,通过控制杆11使离合器复位,整个动作完成。
然而,这种以前的装置,用于限制超速离合器4移动的限动器14、用于固定该限动器14的圆环15及嵌入圆环的环槽3b均设置在前轴承16的后方,因此,小齿轮12和内齿轮13啮合时的冲击力集中于环槽3b,所以,从强度上考虑,输出轴直径受到尺寸限制,小齿轮的最小齿数当模数为2.54时(DP10),齿数是8;模数为2.117时(DP12),齿数是9。
在这种结构中,压入前轴承16后方的垫片18接触输出轴的阶梯部3c,承受轴向载荷。并且在前托架5的前端安装了用于防尘的轴承盖17。
一般电动机部分的大小与发动机的内齿轮与小齿轮的齿数比成反比,因此,以电动机部分的小型化为目的时,小齿轮齿数应尽量减少,如模数为2.54,齿数取7,模数为2.117,齿数取8。但在以前的结构中,为了保证环槽的强度,轴径不能过小,这样,小齿轮齿根厚度变薄,不能保证小齿轮的强度。因此,在以前的结构中,存在着小齿轮齿数不能再减少的问题。
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺点,目的是得到当小齿轮的模数为2.54时,齿数能取7,当模数为2.117时,齿数能取8,使发动机内齿轮与小齿轮的齿数比增大,从而实现电动机部分的小型轻量化。
本发明的启动装置把因内齿轮与小齿轮的啮合冲击而产生应力集中的输出轴的固定限动器用的环槽部设置在不承受应力的前轴承前方部位,同时把限动器作成筒形,并用前轴承支承其外周。
本发明的启动装置中,将筒形限动器嵌装在前轴承的内周,同时在前轴承的前方设置输出轴的固定限动器用的环槽,因此在轴承后方的小齿轮周围就没有切口环槽,使轴径可以缩小。

附图附记3是电枢转轴,3a是输出轴,4是超速离合器,5是前托架,12是小齿轮,16是前轴承,21是限动器,22是圆环,23a是环槽,24是垫片,25是花键。
实施例1
下面结合附图说明本发明的一个实施例。图1是本发明的启动装置的剖面图,图2是表示其中的限动器周围结构的放大剖面图。
图中,附图标记4是超速离合器,5是前托架,12是小齿轮,16是前轴承,这些,包括电动机和电磁开关等都与以前的装置一样。附图标记21是嵌装在前轴承16内周的圆筒形限动器,将该限动器21固定在前端部的圆环22处的固定用槽23a设置在上述前轴承16的前方。这样,在承受小齿轮和内齿轮啮合冲击反力的前轴承后方就没有具有应力集中的切割环槽,故小齿轮处的直径可以缩小,也确保了小齿轮的齿根强度。其齿数当模数为2.54时可取为7,当模数为2.117时可取为8。
这时限动器21的结构为,和圆环22嵌合的部分位于前轴承16的前方;和小齿轮12接触的部分位于轴承的后方;限动器21如图2所示,成为沿轴向伸长的形状;由前轴承16支承限动器21。
这时限动器处的轴径d1由于受前托架5的轴承周围尺寸的制约比小齿轮处的轴径d2还小,但由于将环槽23a设置在前轴承16的前方,所以不承受应力,d1、d2的差值可用大过渡半径R联接,故强度上完全没有问题。
启动装置动作时,为使限动器21和前轴承16回转滑动,使限动器与前轴承的间隙比限动器与输出轴的间隙大。
以前的装置中,压入轴承后方的垫片与限动器相接触,不能充分承受轴向载荷。而本实施例中,垫片24压入前轴承的前方,与输出轴前端23b接触,具有承受轴向载荷的结构,所以能充分承受轴向载荷。且此时垫片24位于前托架的前端,可兼有轴承盖的作用,故可省掉以前的轴承盖17。
另外,压入垫片部分的前托架壁厚较厚,即图2的t1和图5的t2相比较,有t1>t2。从而可有效地防止垫片压入时托架破裂,垫片的外径也容易得到保护。
实施例2
在上述实施例1中,启动装置工作时,为使限动器21和前轴承16容易回转滑动,取限动器与轴承间隙比限动器与输出轴的间隙大。为了使限动器和轴承间更可靠地回转滑动,如图3所示,也可用花键25联接限动器和输出轴。
如上所述,本发明用前轴承支承圆筒形的限动器,同时将输出轴的固定限动器用的环槽设置于前轴承的前方,因此,小齿轮处的轴径可以设计得小些,小齿轮的齿数也可以减少,从而实现电动机部分的小型轻量化。
限动器与轴承间的间隙比输出轴与限动器的间隙大,或者用花键联接输出轴与限动器,可以使限动器与轴承间进行回转滑动,从而防止圆环的磨损。
由输出轴前端承受轴向载荷,将推力垫片压入前轴承前方,因此,本结构使承受轴向载荷成为可能,同时可充分保证压入部的托架壁厚,使其质量稳定,而且可以省掉以前的前轴承盖,具有减少零部件数的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种启动装置,其中装配在启动装置输出轴上的超速离合器和小齿轮的移动由设在上述小齿轮前方输出轴上的限动器限制;把上述输出轴的前端部支承在前轴承上,嵌装在上述输出轴上的限动器呈圆筒形,由前轴承的内周支承;并且把固定限动器用的圆环嵌装在位于前轴承前方的输出轴的槽中。
2.如权利要求1所述的启动装置,其特征在于,把限动器与前轴承的间隙设定为大于输出轴与限动器的间隙。
3.如权利要求1所述的启动装置,其特征在于,限动器用花键联接于输出轴上。
4.如权利要求1所述的启动装置,其特征在于,由输出轴前端承受小齿轮弹出时(飛び出し時)的轴向载荷。
5.如权利要求4所述的启动装置,其特征在于,推力垫片设置在与输出轴前端面相对的前轴承的前方。
