本发明设计一种数码印花工艺,尤其涉及一种数码印花预处理工艺。
背景技术
数码印花技术是喷墨打印在工业应用领域的一大拓展。现代计算机喷墨打印技术用于纺织品印花时,可以用各种输入手段如扫描仪、数字摄像机、数字照相机等,把需要的图案以数字式输入计算机,经过各种作图软件(photoshop)印花分色系统 (CAD)处理后,再经过计算机控制的数字喷墨印花机,直接将印花墨水喷射到各种纤维织物上,印制出所需的各种图案,这种印花技术被称为数字喷墨印花(也称为数码印花)。
近年来,数码印花技术得到了迅速的发展。与传统印花相比,数码印花工艺清洁,生产过程灵活,可以进行远程定货,纳入供应链网络,是未来纺织品印花技术发展的方向。
数码印花需要将墨水喷在印刷布上形成图案,因此图案着色牢固,不易掉色是数码喷墨印花的重要要求,为了满足这一要求,在进行数码喷墨印花前需要进行预处理。
例如公开号为CN 105350354 A的中国专利公开了一种抱水性、洗涤性、流动性好,环境友好的真丝绸数码喷墨印花前处理浆及其制备方法,所述的前处理浆以重量百分比表示的组分为:糊料6~8%,吸湿助溶剂4~6%,碱剂3~5%,保护剂0~1%,水80~87%,糊料由海藻酸钠与羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)组成,碱剂由纯碱、小苏打、三羟甲基氨基甲烷组成,保护剂为防染盐S。该专利提供的是针对真丝数码印花的预处理浆,该数码印花所使用的墨水为活性墨水,同样跟涂料墨水存在差异性,不能应用在涂料数码印花中。
又如公开号为CN 101709548 A公开了一种用于分散染料数码喷墨印花的织物预处理方法,包括:(1)将水溶性有机高分子1%~5%、多孔无机纳米粒子2%~3%、表面活性剂0.1%~2%和水混合均匀,得到预处理剂;(2)将分散染料着色后的织物通过浸渍、浸轧、涂层或喷雾上述预处理剂,织物带液率为50%~90%,烘干;之后在180~220℃加热0.5~2min。由于该方法是应用在分散染料领域的织物预处理方法,由于分散染料墨水与涂料墨水存在差异型,该专利提供的预处理方法不适用。
再如公开号为CN 101760966 A均提供了一种阳离子类预处理剂,主要是针对涂料墨水数码印花用的,经过该类型处理剂预处理的布料,有效的改善涂料墨水出现的渗化问题,其打印清晰度和洗水牢度确有显著提高,但是打印固化后的印花部位,其摩擦牢度和洗水牢度仍不能达到纺织品标准要求。
现有技术针对分散染料墨水以及活性染料墨水的预处理工艺较多,应用也较为广发,但都不适用涂料墨水预处理。CN 101760966 A公开的技术能够适用涂料墨水的预处理,但是却存在摩擦牢度和洗水牢度仍不能达到纺织品标准要求的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有涂料墨水预处理工艺存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,通过该预处理工艺对待印花布进行处理后,能够用于无水涂料喷墨印花,而且其印花清晰度、摩擦牢度和洗水牢度均能达到纺织品标准要去,着色牢固,不掉色。
一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,将待印织物进行水漂处理,然后用热风烘干机进行烘干处理,然后进行烧毛处理;
步骤2,将烧毛后的待印织物退煮漂处理;
步骤3,用热风机烘干,再次进行烧毛处理;
步骤4,将经过步骤4的待印织物进行压板处理;
步骤5,在压板后的待印织物上喷洒聚丙烯酸,然后烘干;
步骤6,喷洒预处理底浆,然后烘干;
步骤7,喷洒预处理面浆,然后烘干即可。
步骤1中,水漂处理时,水流流速为6-8km/h,待印织物的运动速度为4-6km/h,待印织物与水流反向运动,热风的风速为4km/h,温度为35-42℃。烧毛处理为常规操作,在此,不再赘述。
所述退煮漂处理为常规操作,在此,不再赘述。
步骤3中,热风烘干的热风速度为3km/h,温度为28-32℃。
步骤4中,压板处理的具体工艺步骤为:将待印织物平铺在一块平板上,然后用压板压在待印织物上,在板上施加压力将待印织物压板、压紧。
步骤5,所述聚丙烯酸的浓度为2.5%。

本发明提供了的工艺处理待印花织物,首先进行待印花织物的处理(烧毛、退煮漂、水漂、烘干和压板),去掉待印花织物上的毛羽,防止印刷时后,出现挂墨现象,提高印刷清晰度。然后对待印花织物进行三级处理,分别为聚丙烯酸处理、喷洒预处理底浆处理、喷洒预处理面浆处理,通过这三个步骤的处理,能够在待印花织物上形成耐磨层和保护层,以及无水涂料的粘力,无水涂料喷墨在待印花织物上,印花后,印花织物干擦牢度达到4级以上,湿擦牢度达到3级以上,洗水牢度和打印清晰度均符合纺织品相关标准。
本发明步骤1中,水漂处理时,水流流速为6-8km/h,待印织物的运动速度为 4-6km/h,待印织物与水流反向运动,热风的风速为4km/h,温度为35-42℃。水漂处理的要求,其目的是为了让待印花织物表面的毛羽漂浮起来,以便后续烧毛处理,尽可能的除掉待印织物表面的毛羽,热风的风速以及温度的要求一是烘干织物,而是让待印花织物表面的毛羽立起来,以便后续的烧毛处理,同时不会对待印织物造成损伤。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他所用实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,将待印织物进行水漂处理,然后用热风烘干机进行烘干处理,然后进行烧毛处理;
步骤2,将烧毛后的待印织物退煮漂处理;
步骤3,用热风机烘干,再次进行烧毛处理;
步骤4,将经过步骤4的待印织物进行压板处理;
步骤5,在压板后的待印织物上喷洒聚丙烯酸,然后烘干;
步骤6,喷洒预处理底浆,然后烘干;
步骤7,喷洒预处理面浆,然后烘干即可。
步骤1中,水漂处理时,水流流速为6km/h,待印织物的运动速度为6km/h,待印织物与水流反向运动,热风的风速为4km/h,温度为35℃。
步骤3中,热风烘干的热风速度为3km/h,温度为28℃。
步骤4中,压板处理的具体工艺步骤为:将待印织物平铺在一块平板上,然后用压板压在待印织物上,在板上施加压力将待印织物压板、压紧。
步骤5,所述聚丙烯酸的浓度为2.5%。
步骤6,所述预处理底浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
乳化剂25份
流平剂15份
树脂35份
表面活性剂2份
pH调节剂1份
去离子水15份。
步骤7中,所述预处理面浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
保湿剂3份
固化剂6份
表面活性剂3份
脂肪酸钠15份
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂38份
去离子水22份。
步骤6中,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂,流平剂为二甲基二氯硅烷,树脂为环氧树脂,表面活性剂为聚山梨酯,pH调节剂为氨水。
步骤7中,保湿剂为三甘醇,表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯。
实施例2
一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,将待印织物进行水漂处理,然后用热风烘干机进行烘干处理,然后进行烧毛处理;
步骤2,将烧毛后的待印织物退煮漂处理;
步骤3,用热风机烘干,再次进行烧毛处理;
步骤4,将经过步骤4的待印织物进行压板处理;
步骤5,在压板后的待印织物上喷洒聚丙烯酸,然后烘干;
步骤6,喷洒预处理底浆,然后烘干;
步骤7,喷洒预处理面浆,然后烘干即可。
步骤1中,水漂处理时,水流流速为6.5km/h,待印织物的运动速度为5km/h,待印织物与水流反向运动,热风的风速为4km/h,温度为38℃。
步骤3中,热风烘干的热风速度为3km/h,温度为30℃。
步骤4中,压板处理的具体工艺步骤为:将待印织物平铺在一块平板上,然后用压板压在待印织物上,在板上施加压力将待印织物压板、压紧。
步骤5,所述聚丙烯酸的浓度为2.5%。
步骤6,所述预处理底浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
乳化剂28份
流平剂18份
树脂38份
表面活性2份
pH调节剂18
去离子水18份。
步骤7中,所述预处理面浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
保湿剂4份
固化剂7份
表面活性剂4份
脂肪酸钠18份
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂40份
去离子水24份。
步骤6中,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂,流平剂为二甲基二氯硅烷,树脂为环氧树脂,表面活性剂为聚山梨酯,pH调节剂为氨水。
步骤7中,保湿剂为三甘醇,表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯。
实施3
一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,将待印织物进行水漂处理,然后用热风烘干机进行烘干处理,然后进行烧毛处理;

步骤5,所述聚丙烯酸的浓度为2.5%。
步骤6,所述预处理底浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
乳化剂35份
流平剂21份
树脂40份
表面活性剂4份
pH调节剂2.5份
去离子水17份。
步骤7中,所述预处理面浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
保湿剂4.5份
固化剂7.5份
表面活性剂4.5份
脂肪酸钠21份
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂39份
去离子水27份。
步骤6中,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂,流平剂为二甲基二氯硅烷,树脂为环氧树脂,表面活性剂为聚山梨酯,pH调节剂为氨水。
步骤7中,保湿剂为三甘醇,表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯。
实施例4
一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,将待印织物进行水漂处理,然后用热风烘干机进行烘干处理,然后进行烧毛处理;
步骤2,将烧毛后的待印织物退煮漂处理;
步骤3,用热风机烘干,再次进行烧毛处理;
步骤4,将经过步骤4的待印织物进行压板处理;
步骤5,在压板后的待印织物上喷洒聚丙烯酸,然后烘干;
步骤6,喷洒预处理底浆,然后烘干;
步骤7,喷洒预处理面浆,然后烘干即可。
步骤1中,水漂处理时,水流流速为8km/h,待印织物的运动速度为4km/h,待印织物与水流反向运动,热风的风速为4km/h,温度为42℃。烧毛处理为常规操作,在此,不再赘述。
所述退煮漂处理为常规操作,在此,不再赘述。
步骤3中,热风烘干的热风速度为3km/h,温度为32℃。
步骤4中,压板处理的具体工艺步骤为:将待印织物平铺在一块平板上,然后用压板压在待印织物上,在板上施加压力将待印织物压板、压紧。
步骤5,所述聚丙烯酸的浓度为2.5%。
步骤6,所述预处理底浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
乳化剂38份
流平剂22份
树脂42份
表面活性剂5份
pH调节剂3份
去离子水20份。
步骤7中,所述预处理面浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
保湿剂5份
固化剂8份
表面活性剂6份
脂肪酸钠22份
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂42份
去离子水28份。
步骤6中,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂,流平剂为二甲基二氯硅烷,树脂为环氧树脂,表面活性剂为聚山梨酯,pH调节剂为氨水。
步骤7中,保湿剂为三甘醇,表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯。
经过经过本发明预处理后再进行印花,制出的印花织物进行检测,对比例1和对比例2是采用现有的预处理步骤预处理后进行印花,制出的印花织物。
Claims (9)
1.一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,将待印织物进行水漂处理,然后用热风烘干机进行烘干处理,然后进行烧毛处理;
步骤2,将烧毛后的待印织物退煮漂处理;
步骤3,用热风机烘干,再次进行烧毛处理;
步骤4,将经过步骤4的待印织物进行压板处理;
步骤5,在压板后的待印织物上喷洒聚丙烯酸,然后烘干;
步骤6,喷洒预处理底浆,然后烘干;
步骤7,喷洒预处理面浆,然后烘干即可。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤1中,水漂处理时,水流流速为6-8km/h,待印织物的运动速度为4-6 km/h,待印织物与水流反向运动,热风的风速为4 km/h,温度为35-42℃。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤3中,热风烘干的热风速度为3 km/h,温度为28-32℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤4中,压板处理的具体工艺步骤为:将待印织物平铺在一块平板上,然后用压板压在待印织物上,在板上施加压力将待印织物压板、压紧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤5,所述聚丙烯酸的浓度为2.5%。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤6中,所述预处理底浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
乳化剂25-38份
流平剂15-22份
树脂35-42份
表面活性剂2-5份
pH调节剂1-3份
去离子水15-20份。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤7中,所述预处理面浆包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
保湿剂3-5份
固化剂6-8份
表面活性剂3-6份
脂肪酸钠15-22份
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂38-42份
去离子水22-28份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤6中,乳化剂为氢化卵磷脂,流平剂为二甲基二氯硅烷,树脂为环氧树脂,表面活性剂为聚山梨酯,pH调节剂为氨水。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种无水涂料喷墨数码印花预处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤7中,保湿剂为三甘醇,表面活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯。
