Abstract
本发明涉及一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料及其制备方法和应用,按重量份计,包括:鸡肉粉、猪肉粉、喷雾干燥鸡血球蛋白粉、喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉、肠膜蛋白粉、高温高压水解羽毛粉、鱿鱼膏、啤酒酵母、虾膏、中药复配剂、大米蛋白粉、玉米蛋白粉、豆粕、高筋面粉、海水鱼油、大豆磷脂油、磷酸二氢钙、牛磺酸、氯化胆碱、复合氨基酸、复合维生素、复合矿物质、天然叶黄素;复合氨基酸包括重量比为3‑7:1‑5:1‑4的L‑赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL‑蛋氨酸、L‑异亮氨酸;中药复配剂包括重量比为1‑5:1‑3的陈皮和枸杞。本发明饲料在充分满足黄颡鱼生长的营养需要,保持黄颡鱼生长速度、饲料利用率前提下,完全取代以往黄颡鱼饲料中鱼粉的添加。

技术领域
本发明涉及黄颡鱼配合饲料,具体涉及一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
黄颡鱼[Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(Richardson)]又名黄姑鱼、黄腊丁、嘎鱼等,属鲇形目(Siluriformes)、鲿科(Bagridae)、黄颡鱼属(Pelteobagrus),在我国广东、广西、江苏、浙江、湖北等地区均有较大面积的养殖。黄颡鱼营养丰富,肉质细嫩,无肌间刺,且具有滋补、药理作用,是较高经济价值的淡水养殖鱼类之一。
黄颡鱼属于动物性饵料为主的杂食性鱼类,自然条件下,幼鱼以浮游动物为食,成鱼则以水生昆虫、小鱼虾、螺蛳等为食,也吞食植物碎屑。人工养殖条件下,黄颡鱼可全程摄食配合饲料。
目前,传统的黄颡鱼配合饲料一般使用较高比例的鱼粉,其饲料中的鱼粉用量达到18-30%。然而,全球鱼粉资源日益短缺,价格不断攀升,这造成饲料成本和养殖成本居高不下,同时也不利于渔业资源的可持续发展。国内外研究表明,动植物蛋白替代鱼粉后,导致饲料适口性下降、氨基酸不平衡、未知生长因子缺失和抗营养因子含量高等因素。
因此,有必要开发一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,不仅降低饲料成本,促进养殖的健康发展,而且不影响饲料的适口性。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料。
本发明通过以下方案达到上述目的:
第一方面,本发明提供一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
其中,所述复合氨基酸包括重量比为3-7:1-5:1-4的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸;
其中,所述中药复配剂包括重量比为1-5:1-3的陈皮和枸杞。
优选的,一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,所述复合氨基酸包括重量比为4-6:2-5:2-4的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸。
更优选的,一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,所述复合氨基酸包括重量比为5:3:3的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸。
优选的,一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,中药复配剂为重量比为3:1的陈皮和枸杞组成。
进一步优选的,一种无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,其中复合氨基酸由重量比为5:3:3的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸组成,中药复配剂为重量比为3:1的陈皮和枸杞组成。

一方面,本发明的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料中的原料-鸡肉粉、猪肉粉、喷雾干燥鸡血球蛋白粉、喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉、肠膜蛋白粉和高温高压水解羽毛粉,是来源稳定的且消化率较高的优质蛋白原料,这几种蛋白原料混合使用可弥补自身氨基酸不平衡的不足。此外,本发明的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料中搭配使用喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉,其具有氨基酸比例较平衡、不含抗营养因子、动物消化吸收利用率高的优点,进一步地,喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉不仅含有丰富的免疫球蛋白,具有提高动物免疫力的作用,还含有的一些生物活性物质,如白蛋白、生长因子、生物活性肽、各种酶和其他未知因子等对动物的生长和健康也起着非常重要的作用。
另一方面,本发明的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料中搭配使用肠膜蛋白粉,含有丰富的游离氨基酸和小肽,水溶性好,且易于被动物利用;小肽的吸收具有速度快、耗能低、载体不易饱和,且各种肽之间运转无竞争性与抑制性的特点,可显著提高动物对蛋白质的利用率;小肽可以促进肠道有益菌群的生长与繁殖,提高菌体蛋白的合成,增强机体抗病力;搭配使用鱿鱼膏、啤酒酵母和虾膏,可弥补无鱼粉饲料引起的摄食率下降、饲料利用率下降。
本发明的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料中还搭配使用中药复配剂,陈皮和枸杞按特定重量配比搭配,陈皮含有陈皮苷、肌醇、维生素B1、维生素C等成分,具有抗溃疡、助消化、抗菌、抗炎等效果,枸杞含有枸杞多糖、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、核黄素、烟酸、抗坏血酸等成分,不仅具有增强免疫的效果,还具有诱食性,并且对鱼体的着色有益。
最后,本发明的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料中搭配使用海水鱼油和牛磺酸可补充鱼粉组织中特有的不饱和脂肪酸和牛磺酸。
第二方面,提供一种制备上述无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料方法,包括:
(1)将除鱼油、大豆磷脂油以外的组分进行一次混合,得到一次混合物;
(2)将一次混合物进行超微粉碎,再将超微粉碎后的一次混合物进行二次混合,得到二次混合物;
(3)将二次混合物依次通过调质、膨化制粒、烘干,得到饲料半成品;
(4)将鱼油、大豆油、大豆磷脂油的混合油喷涂于饲料半成品的颗粒表面上,得到所述无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料。
第三方面,本发明提供上述方法制备得到的无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料。
第四方面,本发明提供上述无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料的应用。
所述饲料用于10g以上黄颡鱼的养殖,每日投喂2次,日投喂量约为鱼体体重的2-5%。
所述应用包括替代有鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,而维持饲料系数和成活率。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料在充分满足黄颡鱼生长的营养需要,保持黄颡鱼生长速度、饲料利用率等前提下,完全取代了以往黄颡鱼饲料中鱼粉的添加,缓解了饲料工业生产对鱼粉的消耗,有利于水产养殖业的可持续发展。

每千克所述复合维生素包括以下组分与重量:VA3 2.1×105IU,VB1 4.5g,VB28.2g,VB6 5.0g,VB12 0.015g,VD1 6.2×105IU,VE 18g,VK 3.9g,烟酸30g,泛酸钙18g,叶酸1.5g,肌醇46g,生物素0.065g其余用脱脂米糠填充。
在本发明的实施例中,采用的复合矿物质为:
每千克所述复合矿物质包括以下组分与重量(mg/kg):MgSO4·H2O 11g,CaH4 I2O610g,KCl 38g,C10H20S2N2O4Cu 2g,ZnSO4·H2O 12g,FeSO4·H2O 1.3g,C10H22 N2O4S2Co 0.22g,Na2SeO4 0.004g,其余用沸石粉填充。

本实施例的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料的制备方法包括:准确称量除鱼油、大豆磷脂油以外的组分原料,将称量好的以上组分原料进行一次混合,通过80目筛网的粉碎物颗粒的重量占比等于或大于95%,得到一次混合物,接着将一次混合物进行超微粉碎,再将超微粉碎后的一次混合物进行二次混合,得到二次混合物,然后将二次混合物依次通过调质、膨化制粒、烘干,得到饲料半成品,再将鱼油、大豆油、大豆磷脂油的混合油喷涂于饲料半成品的颗粒表面上,冷却后包装即得所述无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料。

黄颡鱼普通商品饲料由以下重量份数的组分组成:国产鱼粉20.5份,鸡肉粉8份,脱酚棉籽蛋白6.5份,玉米蛋白粉10份,豆粕24份,高筋面粉20.6份,大豆油4.5份,大豆磷脂油2份,磷酸二氢钙1.5份,氯化胆碱0.2份,复合维生素0.5份,复合矿物质1.5份,天然叶黄素0.2份。
对比例1

养殖试验例1
2019年6月20日至2019年8月29日在广东省广州市番禺区海大集团海鸥岛试验基地,开展对比实验。每组饲料设4个重复,网箱规格为2m×2m×2m,每个网箱放100尾鱼。结果如下表1。

实验结果表明,经过实施例1至实施例3的饲料养殖后的黄颡鱼,其终末均重、增重率、饲料系数、成活率与普通商品饲料无显著性差异,说明本发明的配合饲料可以完全替代有鱼粉饲料,使用实施例1至实施例3的无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料后,黄颡鱼可保持良好的生长效果。实施例1-3的饲料系数、增重率效果显著优于对比例1-4,说明中药复配剂及其中药组分之间的配比在本发明的无鱼粉配合饲料的饲料系数和增重率效果方面发挥重要作用,并且经过对比例2和对比例4的对比发现,本发明中各个组分的选择例如肠膜蛋白粉对于饲料系数和增重率方面也发挥作用。发明人经过进一步的试验证实,中药复配剂的中药组分之间在饲料系数、增重率效果等方面还具有增效协同作用。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳的具体实施例,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合氨基酸包括重量比为4-6:2-5:2-4的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:鸡肉粉8份、猪肉粉7份、喷雾干燥鸡血球蛋白粉2份、喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉1份、肠膜蛋白粉2份、高温高压水解羽毛粉2份、鱿鱼膏2份、啤酒酵母2份、虾膏2份、中药复配剂1份、大米蛋白粉10份、玉米蛋白粉10份、豆粕22份、高筋面粉18份、海水鱼油4.5份、大豆磷脂油2份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、牛磺酸0.3份、复合氨基酸0.3份、氯化胆碱0.2份、复合维生素0.5份、复合矿物质1.5份、天然叶黄素0.2份;其中复合氨基酸由重量比为5:3:3的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸组成;其中,中药复配剂为重量比为3:1的陈皮和枸杞组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:鸡肉粉9份、猪肉粉8份、喷雾干燥鸡血球蛋白粉1份、喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉1份、肠膜蛋白粉3份、高温高压水解羽毛粉2份、鱿鱼膏2份、啤酒酵母2份、虾膏2份、中药复配剂1份、大米蛋白粉10份、玉米蛋白粉9份、豆粕21份、高筋面粉18份、海水鱼油4.5份、大豆磷脂油2份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、牛磺酸0.3份、复合氨基酸0.3份、氯化胆碱0.2份、复合维生素0.5份、复合矿物质1.5份、天然叶黄素0.2份;其中复合氨基酸由重量比为5:3:3的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸组成;其中,中药复配剂为重量比为3:1的陈皮和枸杞组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无鱼粉黄颡鱼配合饲料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:鸡肉粉7份、猪肉粉9份、喷雾干燥鸡血球蛋白粉2份、喷雾干燥鸡血浆蛋白粉1份、肠膜蛋白粉2.5份、高温高压水解羽毛粉2份、鱿鱼膏2份、啤酒酵母2份、虾膏2份、中药复配剂1份、大米蛋白粉10份、玉米蛋白粉8.5份、豆粕22份、高筋面粉18份、海水鱼油4.5份、大豆磷脂油2份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、牛磺酸0.3份、复合氨基酸0.3份、氯化胆碱0.2份、复合维生素0.5份、复合矿物质1.5份、天然叶黄素0.2份;其中复合氨基酸由重量比为5:3:3的L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-异亮氨酸组成;其中,中药复配剂为重量比为3:1的陈皮和枸杞组成。
6.一种制备权利要求1-5中任一所述的无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料的方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)将除鱼油、大豆磷脂油以外的组分进行一次混合,得到一次混合物;
(2)将一次混合物进行超微粉碎,再将超微粉碎后的一次混合物进行二次混合,得到二次混合物;
(3)将二次混合物依次通过调质、膨化制粒、烘干,得到饲料半成品;
(4)将鱼油、大豆油、大豆磷脂油的混合油喷涂于饲料半成品的颗粒表面上,得到所述无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料。
7.权利要求6所述的方法制备得到的无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料。
8.权利要求1-5中任一所述或权利要求7所述的的无鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述饲料用于10g以上黄颡鱼的养殖,每日投喂2次,日投喂量为鱼体体重的2-5%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述应用包括替代有鱼粉的黄颡鱼配合饲料,而维持饲料系数和成活率。
