The invention provides a mild amino acid cleansing cream and a preparation method thereof, and the mild amino acid cleansing cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 10-40 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 1-10 parts of methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, 2-10 parts of sodium glutamate, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of thickening agent, 1-5 parts of fatty acid, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 1-5 parts of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.1-1 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 0.1-1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-0.5 part of chelating agent and 10-70 parts of water. The amino acid facial cleanser disclosed by the invention is fine and smooth in cream body, rich in smooth foam, excellent in stability, mild in use, safe and non-irritant, suitable for various skin types and strong in cleaning performance, and the pH value is 5.3-5.8 and is close to that of human skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a mild amino acid facial cleansing cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin cleansing is a necessary process for skin care, and is mainly aimed at removing dust, residues of cosmetic, sebum, cuticle fragments and their oxidative decomposition products, etc. from the surface of skin, and maintaining the normal physiological state of skin. With the improvement of the living standard of people and the progress of modern cosmetic science and technology, more efficient, safe and mild facial cleanser products gradually enter the mass market, and amino acid type facial cleansers are the most representative products.
At present, the products of the amino acid facial cleanser sold in the market are mostly milky or cream-shaped, are prepared by compounding N-fatty acid amino acid with other conventional surfactants, have small and unstable foam amount and are not mild enough to be used, and cannot be suitable for all skin types.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a mild amino acid facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof, and the mild amino acid facial cleanser is prepared by compounding and synergizing N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, polyhydric alcohol, methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, a thickening agent, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and tocopherol acetate, so that the obtained amino acid facial cleanser is fine and smooth in cream body, rich in smooth foam and excellent in stability, the pH value is 5.3-5.8, is close to the pH value of human skin, is mild in use, safe and non-irritant, is suitable for various skin types, and is strong in cleaning performance.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the polyhydric alcohol comprises at least one of glycerol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 70% sorbitol, 1, 3-butylene glycol and 1, 3-propylene glycol;
preferably, the polyol is 1, 3-butanediol and/or 1, 3-propanediol.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the thickener comprises an acrylate copolymer;
preferably, the acrylate copolymer comprises at least one of an acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, an acrylic acid (ester)/palmitoeth-25 acrylate copolymer, and an acrylic acid (ester)/beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymer.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the polyethylene glycol comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol-6, polyethylene glycol-8 and polyethylene glycol-32;
as a further improvement of the technical scheme, the sodium glutamate comprises at least one of anhydrous sodium glutamate and monosodium glutamate.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the chelating agent comprises at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA;
as a further improvement of the above technical solution, the fatty acid includes at least one of lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the raw materials further comprise: preservatives and/or fragrances.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the using amount of the preservative is 0.1-1 part, and the using amount of the essence is 0.1-1 part.
A preparation method of a mild amino acid facial cleanser is disclosed, wherein the mild amino acid facial cleanser is the mild amino acid facial cleanser; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
mixing N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, polyhydric alcohol and water, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain solution A;
mixing the solution A, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, heating to 70-85 ℃, then cooling to 4555 ℃, adding the rest of the components and mixing.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the preparation method further comprises: and keeping the temperature of the solution A at 70-85 ℃, and stirring until the solution surface is free from bubbles.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention compounds N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, polyalcohol, methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, acrylate copolymer thickener, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and tocopherol acetate for synergistic interaction, specifically utilizes the synergistic interaction of amino acid surfactant N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and sodium glutamate to form a stable crystalline thickening system, combines with acrylate copolymer and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate to further increase the heat resistance stability of the formula, adds polyglycerol-10 laurate to make up the defects of unstable foam and quick defoaming of the N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, ensures that the product foam is more durable and soft, adds tocopherol acetate, the yellowing phenomenon of the formula due to high temperature or long-term storage is obviously improved; the obtained amino acid facial cleanser is mild in use, fine and smooth in cream body, smooth and rich in foam, excellent in stability, safe and non-irritant, and strong in cleaning performance, and the pH value of the amino acid facial cleanser is 5.3-5.8 and is close to that of human skin.
(2) The composition disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, low in preparation cost, wide in market prospect and suitable for large-scale production.

The invention provides mild amino acid facial cleansing cream which comprises the following raw materials: sodium N-lauroyl glutamate, polyhydric alcohol, sodium methylcocoyltaurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, thickener, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, PEG-120 methylglucdioleate, tocopheryl acetate, chelating agent, and water.
Further, the dosage of each raw material is as follows: 15-35 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 10-40 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 1-10 parts of methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, 2-10 parts of sodium glutamate, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of thickening agent, 1-5 parts of fatty acid, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 1-5 parts of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.1-1 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 0.1-1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-0.5 part of chelating agent and 10-70 parts of water.
The sodium N-lauroyl glutamate has foaming and cleaning effects; the invention mainly forms the cleansing cream by crystallization of the amino acid surfactant, and better separates out crystals of the N-lauroyl sodium glutamate by adding the sodium glutamate.
The polyhydric alcohol mainly plays a role in moisturizing in the invention; optionally, the polyol comprises at least one of glycerol, 1, 2-propanediol, 70% sorbitol, 1, 3-butanediol, and 1, 3-propanediol; preferably, the 1, 3-butanediol and/or 1, 3-propanediol is selected as the polyhydric alcohol, so that the prepared cleansing cream has the advantages of optimal cleansing cream temperature and stability, lowest requirements on production equipment and best stability.
The heat resistance of the cleansing cream can be improved by adding polyethylene glycol; preferably, the polyethylene glycol comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol-6, polyethylene glycol-8 and polyethylene glycol-32.
The sodium methyl cocoyl taurate can effectively assist the forming of the cleansing cream and increase the foam quantity.
The above fatty acids are effective in the present invention to synergistically contribute to an increase in the amount and the feeling of softness of the foam of the resulting cleansing cream.
The ethylene glycol distearate can effectively improve the appearance of the paste in a synergistic manner and also has the function of increasing the consistency;
the polyglycerol-10 laurate is effective in synergistically improving the dry and astringent feeling of the skin after washing and reducing the irritation of the surfactant.
Further, the thickener includes an acrylate copolymer thickener, which is weakly acidic, preferably, the acrylate copolymer includes at least one of an acrylate/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer (e.g., ACULYN 88POLMER, available from dow chemical), an acrylate/palmitoeth-25 acrylate copolymer (e.g., Synthalen W2000, available from 3V sigma s.p.a, italy), and an acrylate/beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymer (e.g., noveth L-10, available from luobu); the three acrylic acid (ester) copolymers have better thickening performance in the formula than the common acrylic acid (ester) copolymers, and have better matching performance with the whole formula system.
The invention compounds N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, polyalcohol, methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, acrylate copolymer thickener, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and tocopherol acetate for synergistic interaction, specifically utilizes the synergistic interaction of amino acid surfactant N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and sodium glutamate to form a stable crystalline thickening system, combines with acrylate copolymer and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate to further increase the heat resistance stability of the formula, adds polyglycerol-10 laurate to make up the defects of unstable foam and quick defoaming of the N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, ensures that the foam of the product is more durable and softer, adds the tocopherol acetate, the yellowing phenomenon of the formula due to high temperature or long-term storage is obviously improved; the obtained amino acid facial cleanser is mild in use, fine in cream body, smooth and rich in foam, excellent in stability, safe, free of stimulation and strong in cleaning performance, and the pH value is 5.3-5.8 and is close to that of human skin.
Furthermore, the inventor obtains through a large number of research statistical analyses that the N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, the polyhydric alcohol, the sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, the sodium glutamate, the polyethylene glycol, the acrylate copolymer thickener, the fatty acid, the ethylene glycol distearate, the polyglycerol-10 laurate, the PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and the tocopherol acetate are proportioned according to the parts by weight, can exert good synergistic effect and do not generate any side effect.
Preferably, the sodium glutamate comprises at least one of anhydrous sodium glutamate and monosodium glutamate.
Preferably, the chelating agent comprises at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.
Preferably, the fatty acid includes at least one of lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid.
Preferably, the mild amino acid facial cleansing cream of the present application further comprises: preservatives and/or fragrances.
Preferably, the preservative is used in an amount of 0.1-1 part, and the essence is used in an amount of 0.1-1 part.
A preparation method of a mild amino acid facial cleanser is disclosed, wherein the mild amino acid facial cleanser is the mild amino acid facial cleanser; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, polyhydric alcohol and water, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain solution A.
(2) Mixing the solution A, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, heating to 70-85 ℃, then cooling to 45-55 ℃, adding the rest of the components, and mixing.
Preferably, the preparation method further comprises: and keeping the temperature of the solution A at 70-85 ℃, and stirring until the solution surface is free from bubbles.
Preferably, in step (2) of the above preparation method: and (3) after cooling to 45-55 ℃, adding an acrylate copolymer thickener, homogenizing and stirring uniformly at a low speed, adding other residual components such as tocopherol acetate, a chelating agent and the like, stirring and cooling to 40-42 ℃ to obtain the amino acid facial cleanser.
The water may be pure water, distilled water or deionized water, preferably deionized water.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
Example 1
The cleansing cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 67 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 10 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 3 parts of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 2 parts of sodium glutamate, 81 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1 part of lauric acid, 1 part of ethylene glycol distearate, 1 part of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.1 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 1 part of acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, 0.5 part of preservative, 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1 part of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) and 0.2 part of essence.
The preparation process of the facial cleansing cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and polyalcohol into deionized water, heating to 70 deg.C while stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, stirring at 70 deg.C while maintaining the temperature until the solution surface is free of bubbles, and stopping heating;
(2) adding sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol-8, lauric acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate into the solution A obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring and mixing, heating to 75 ℃ to dissolve, stopping heating, then stirring until the temperature is reduced to about 45 ℃, adding acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, uniformly stirring at low speed, adding the rest components, stirring and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain the cleansing cream.
Example 2
The cleansing cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40.8 parts of deionized water, 20 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 20 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 5 parts of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 3 parts of sodium glutamate, 82 parts of polyethylene glycol-82 parts of lauric acid, 1.5 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 1.5 parts of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.3 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 2 parts of acrylic acid (ester)/stearyl polyether-20 methacrylate copolymer, 0.5 part of preservative, 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.3 part of disodium EDTA and 0.9 part of essence.
The preparation process of the facial cleansing cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and polyalcohol into deionized water, heating to 70 deg.C while stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, stirring at 70 deg.C while maintaining the temperature until the solution surface is free of bubbles, and stopping heating;
(2) adding sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol-8, lauric acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate into the solution A obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring and mixing, heating to 75 ℃ to dissolve, stopping heating, then stirring until the temperature is reduced to about 45 ℃, adding acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, uniformly stirring at low speed, adding the rest components, stirring and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain the cleansing cream.

The cleansing cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 29 parts of deionized water, 19 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 25 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 8 parts of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 5 parts of sodium glutamate, 83 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2.5 parts of lauric acid, 2 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 2 parts of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.5 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 2 parts of acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, 0.8 part of preservative, 0.8 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1 part of disodium EDTA and 0.2 part of essence.
The preparation process of the facial cleansing cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and polyalcohol into deionized water, heating to 70 deg.C while stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, stirring at 70 deg.C while maintaining the temperature until the solution surface is free of bubbles, and stopping heating;
(2) adding sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol-8, lauric acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate into the solution A obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring and mixing, heating to 75 ℃ to dissolve, stopping heating, then stirring until the temperature is reduced to about 45 ℃, adding acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, uniformly stirring at low speed, adding the rest components, stirring and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain the cleansing cream.

The cleansing cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 30 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 10 parts of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 5 parts of sodium glutamate, 85 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of lauric acid, 2 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 5 parts of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 1 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 5 parts of acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, 0.1 part of preservative, 0.3 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.3 part of EDTA disodium and 0.2 part of essence.
The preparation process of the facial cleansing cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and polyalcohol into deionized water, heating to 70 deg.C while stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, stirring at 70 deg.C while maintaining the temperature until the solution surface is free of bubbles, and stopping heating;
(2) adding sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol-8, lauric acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate into the solution A obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring and mixing, heating to 75 ℃ to dissolve, stopping heating, then stirring until the temperature is reduced to about 45 ℃, adding acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, uniformly stirring at low speed, adding the rest components, stirring and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain the cleansing cream.

The cleansing cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 24 parts of deionized water, 30 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 30 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1 part of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 1 part of sodium glutamate, 85 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of lauric acid, 2 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 1 part of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.1 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 1 part of acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, 0.1 part of preservative, 1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.5 part of EDTA disodium and 0.2 part of essence.
The preparation process of the facial cleansing cream comprises the following steps:
(1) adding N-lauroyl sodium glutamate and polyalcohol into deionized water, heating to 70 deg.C while stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, stirring at 70 deg.C while maintaining the temperature until the solution surface is free of bubbles, and stopping heating;
(2) adding sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol-8, lauric acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate into the solution A obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring and mixing, heating to 75 ℃ to dissolve, stopping heating, then stirring until the temperature is reduced to about 45 ℃, adding acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, uniformly stirring at low speed, adding the rest components, stirring and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain the cleansing cream.

The performance indexes of the cleansing creams prepared in the embodiments 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-5 of the invention are detected, and the specific detection results are shown in the following table 1.

In conclusion, the facial cleanser prepared by the invention is mild in use, fine in cream body, good in foaming power, rich in foam, excellent in heat-resistant and cold-resistant stability, safe and non-irritant, and strong in cleaning performance, and the pH value of the facial cleanser is 5.3-5.8 and is close to that of human skin.

Claims (10)
1. The mild amino acid facial cleanser is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, 10-40 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 1-10 parts of methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, 2-10 parts of sodium glutamate, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of thickening agent, 1-5 parts of fatty acid, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 1-5 parts of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.1-1 part of PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, 0.1-1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-0.5 part of chelating agent and 10-70 parts of water.
2. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 1, wherein said polyol comprises at least one of glycerin, 1, 2-propanediol, 70% sorbitol, 1, 3-butanediol, and 1, 3-propanediol;
preferably, the polyol is 1, 3-butanediol and/or 1, 3-propanediol.
3. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 1, wherein said thickening agent comprises an acrylate copolymer;
preferably, the acrylate copolymer comprises at least one of an acrylic acid (ester)/steareth-20 methacrylate copolymer, an acrylic acid (ester)/palmitoeth-25 acrylate copolymer, and an acrylic acid (ester)/beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymer.
4. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 1, wherein said polyethylene glycol comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol-6, polyethylene glycol-8, and polyethylene glycol-32.
5. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 1, wherein said sodium glutamate comprises at least one of anhydrous sodium glutamate and monosodium glutamate.
6. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 1, wherein said chelating agent comprises at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA;
preferably, the fatty acid includes at least one of lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid.
7. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 1, wherein said raw materials further comprise: preservatives and/or fragrances.
8. The mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 7, wherein the preservative is used in an amount of 0.1 to 1 part, and the essence is used in an amount of 0.1 to 1 part.
9. A preparation method of a mild amino acid facial cleanser is characterized in that the mild amino acid facial cleanser is the mild amino acid facial cleanser of any one of claims 1-8; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
mixing N-lauroyl sodium glutamate, polyhydric alcohol and water, and heating to 70-85 ℃ to obtain solution A;
mixing the solution A, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium glutamate, polyethylene glycol, fatty acid, ethylene glycol distearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, heating to 70-85 ℃, then cooling to 45-55 ℃, adding the rest of the components, and mixing.
10. The method of making a mild amino acid facial cleanser of claim 9, further comprising: and keeping the temperature of the solution A at 70-85 ℃, and stirring until the solution surface is free from bubbles.
