Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a preparation method and application of a frosted cream containing coffee seed powder.
Background
The skin is outside the body, and is in direct contact with the external environment, and an organ having the functions of protecting and sensing external stimuli, etc., is the largest organ among human body organs. Cosmetics come into direct contact with the skin, and protection and modification of the skin are its most important functions. The normal skin of a human body has two barrier functions: on one hand, the loss of water, electrolyte and other substances in the body can be prevented; on the other hand, mechanical, physical, chemical and biological harmful or unwanted substances in the environment are prevented from invading. This keeps the environment in the body constant, which plays an important physiological protective role.
Most cosmetics are applied to the skin surface of a person and are in contact with the skin of the person for a long time, but the skin of many people accumulates various degrees of dirt, sebum, other secretions, and the like due to external irritation. It is difficult to achieve deep exfoliation with surface active cleansers alone. Therefore, the skin surface is periodically massaged with the exfoliating cosmetic to remove the excessive aged stratum corneum, and the skin properties can be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation method and application of a coffee seed powder-containing scrub cream, which solves the problems in the background art, wherein the scrub cream is an emulsion type skin cleaning product containing uniform fine particles, is mainly used for removing dirt in the deep layer of skin, and can peel aged scaly cutin to remove dead skin by rubbing on the skin.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a frosted cream containing coffee seed powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
phase A: 5-8% of olive fruit oil, 1-3% of ethylhexyl palmitate, 0.1-3% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-3% of white oil, 0.1-0.8% of tocopherol acetate and 3-8% of emulsifier;
phase B: 5-8% of humectant, 0.01-0.2% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.01-0.2% of EDTA disodium, 0.1-0.2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.8% of carbomer, 0.01-0.2% of chlorphenesin and the balance of purified water;
and C phase: 0.1-0.5% of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 0.05-0.2% of isohexadecane and 0.01-0.1% of polysorbate;
phase D: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of triethanolamine;
phase E: 8-20% of small fruit coffee seed powder, 5-9% of walnut shell powder, 0.1-0.5% of phenoxyethanol and 0.01-0.3% of essence;
wherein: the sum of the weight percentages of the phase A, the phase B, the phase C, the phase D and the phase E is 100 percent.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight:
phase A: 5.5% of olive fruit oil, 1.5% of ethylhexyl palmitate, 1.5% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.5% of white oil, 0.3% of tocopherol acetate and 4.5% of emulsifier;
phase B: 5.2% of humectant, 0.15% of methylparaben, 0.08% of EDTA disodium, 0.1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.4% of carbomer, 0.13% of chlorphenesin and the balance of purified water;
and C phase: 0.35% of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 0.1% of isohexadecane and 0.05% of polysorbate;
phase D: 0.4 percent of triethanolamine;
phase E: 15% of small-fruit coffee seed powder, 7% of walnut shell powder, 0.2% of phenoxyethanol and 0.1% of essence.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the humectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5% of sodium hyaluronate and 4-6% of glycerin.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the humectant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2 percent of sodium hyaluronate and 5 percent of glycerin.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3% of cetearyl alcohol, 1-3% of cetearyl glucoside, 0.3-1% of glycerol stearate and 0.3-1% of PEG-100 stearate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the emulsifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: cetearyl alcohol 2%, cetearyl glucoside 1.5%, glyceryl stearate 0.5%, PEG-100 stearate 0.5%.

To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
test for removing cutin and controlling oil
The cuticle removal can be favorable for the penetration of the humectant, and the cuticle removal effect is better and the moisturizing effect is better under the condition that the content ratio of the humectant is the same. The exfoliating effect is reflected by a moisturizing effect, and the cutin effect can be seen through the moisturizing effect.
The water and the pH value of the skin oil are monitored by a tester for the volunteer, and the water content and the oil content of the face of the volunteer are detected before use. That is, 90 volunteers, male and female, aged 18-25 years, were divided into 9 groups, 10 persons were tested with the coffee seed powder scrubs described in examples 1 to 7 and examples 1 to 2, respectively, and after using the scrubs for 2 hours, facial moisture content and oil content were again measured, and the test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Analysis of experiments
As can be seen from Table 1, the coffee seed powder scrub cream of the present invention has good exfoliating and oil control effects, and the following experimental analysis can be obtained:
analysis 1: it can be seen from comparative examples 1, 2 and 3 that the moisturizing effect is improved as the proportion of the small fruit coffee seed powder is increased under the conditions of the same proportion of walnut shell powder and different proportions of the small fruit coffee seed powder.
Analysis 2: comparative examples 3, 5 and 6 show that the moisturizing effect is improved as the proportion of the walnut shell powder is increased under the condition of the same proportion of the small fruit coffee seed powder and different proportions of the walnut shell powder.
Analysis 3: as can be seen from comparative experiment example 3 and comparative examples 1 and 2, the cappuccino seed powder and the walnut shell powder had good moisture absorption promoting and oil removing effects.
Analysis 4: compared with experiments 3, 4 and 7, the use amount of the small fruit coffee seed powder has a limit value, and the excessive addition of the small fruit coffee seed powder has little influence on the skin moisturizing and oil control effects.
Consumer sensory evaluation
The coffee-containing ground cream prepared according to the formulations of examples 1 to 7 were distributed to 90 volunteers mentioned above for comparison. The tester test bottles were used according to the same method, one sample was used for one week, the volunteer sensory scores were collected in this experiment, and the test results are shown in table 2. (the scoring criteria used were 10 points, 1 point being the worst and 10 points being the best.)
TABLE 2 evaluation of Using effects of coffee-containing seed powder scrub
Evaluation analysis
As can be seen from Table 2, the exfoliating effect of the samples with a small amount of coffee seed powder was correspondingly reduced, and the comfort in use was reduced due to the large amount of coffee seed powder, and it was found from the data that example 3 is the best combination of the effects in use.
