Abstract

本发明公开了一种转向锁止气缸,涉及汽车制造技术领域,包括有缸座和套装于缸座一端的外壳体,外壳体内滑动连接有推盘,缸座内活动穿装有与推盘连接的推管,缸座的另一端设有限位台阶,在限位台阶与推盘之间装有套在推管上的回位弹簧;推管内通过定位块装有推杆,定位块与推管之间留有间隙,推杆一端与推盘之间设有间距,另一端伸出缸座装有接头;在外壳体的外端装有通气管接头,缸座上靠近限位台阶处装有通气塞。与现有技术相比,本发明采用大中型客车标配的气压制动系统的压缩空气来驱动实现转向锁止功能,整车无需再布置一套液压系统,成本低廉,节省底盘空间,清洁环保,消除了液压油泄漏污染环境的隐患。该结构简单可靠,安装调整方便。

转向锁止气缸
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于三轴客车随动转向车桥的转向锁止气缸。
背景技术
GB1589-2004《道路车辆外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量限值》从2004年10月1日开始实施,在该国标中“车辆外廓尺寸最大限值”一栏首次增加了“三轴客车”一项,三轴客车最大长度限值为13.7米,运力在原来最长12米的双轴客车基础上能够提升25%以上,具有广阔的发展前景。根据国外的发展经验,三轴客车的第三轴一般采用随动转向车桥,带有转向功能以减少第三轴轮胎的滑动磨损、减小整车转弯半径,同时随动转向车桥的转向功能要在车辆高速行驶时关闭,以保证车辆高速行驶的稳定性、操控性。目前市面上常见的三轴客车第三轴转向功能锁止系统常用液压系统,其结构复杂,成本较高,同时存在液压油泄漏污染环境的隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单,制造成本低,清洁环保的转向锁止气缸。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种转向锁止气缸,包括有缸座和套装于所述缸座一端的外壳体,所述外壳体内滑动连接有推盘,所述缸座内活动穿装有与所述推盘连接的推管,所述缸座的另一端设有限位台阶,在所述限位台阶与所述推盘之间装有套在所述推管上的回位弹簧;所述推管内通过定位块装有推杆,所述定位块与所述推管之间留有间隙,所述推杆一端与所述推盘之间设有间距,另一端伸出所述缸座装有接头;在所述外壳体的外端装有通气管接头,所述缸座上靠近所述限位台阶处装有通气塞。
上述转向锁止气缸技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:在所述缸座与所述接头之间装有防尘罩。
进一步的,所述防尘罩沿轴向设有弹性折绉。
进一步的,靠所述推盘的外缘装有密封圈。
进一步的,所述定位块套装于所述推杆上,在所述推杆上位于所述定位块的两端分别装有卡簧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明采用大中型客车标配的气压制动系统的压缩空气来驱动实现转向锁止功能,整车无需再布置一套液压系统,成本低廉,节省底盘空间,清洁环保,消除了液压油泄漏污染环境的隐患。本转向锁止气缸构思巧妙,结构简单可靠,安装调整方便快捷,易于大规模生产使用。
2、在缸座与接头之间装有防尘罩,防止灰尘进入转向锁止气缸,延长其使用寿命。防尘罩沿轴向设有弹性折绉,便于防尘罩的安装固定。
3、定位块套装于推杆上,在推杆上位于定位块的两端分别装有卡簧,该结构简单,拆装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的一种转向锁止气缸,包括有缸座7和套装于缸座7一端的外壳体8,缸座7外侧的中部具有法兰,法兰上沿圆周分布有螺栓孔,外壳体8通过螺栓6、螺母5与缸座7固定连接。外壳体8内滑动连接有推盘12,靠推盘12的外缘装有密封圈14。缸座7延伸到外壳体8的中部用于限制推盘12的行程,缸座7内活动穿装有与推盘12焊接的推管9,缸座7的另一端具有限位台阶,限位台阶内端装有套在推管9上的回位弹簧座18,在回位弹簧座18与推盘12之间装有套在推管9上的回位弹簧11。推管9内通过定位块15装有推杆10,定位块15与推管9之间留有间隙,定位块15套装于推杆10上,在推杆10上位于定位块15的两端分别装有垫片16和卡簧17。推杆10一端与推盘12之间预留有适当的间距,另一端伸出缸座7通过螺纹连接有接头20并用锁紧螺母19固紧。在外壳体8的外端焊接有通气管接头13,缸座7上靠近限位台阶处通过螺纹连接有通气塞4。在缸座7与接头20之间装有防尘罩2,防尘罩2的中部沿轴向设有弹性折绉,防尘罩2一端通过第一抱箍1与接头20固定连接,另一端通过第二抱箍3与缸座7固定连接。
本发明在随动转向车桥上左右成对使用,两个转向锁止气缸分别通过接头20连接随动转向车桥的左、右转向节,左、右转向节通过横拉杆连接实现联动。当转向锁止气缸内未充入压缩空气时,推盘12在回位弹簧11的作用下紧贴于外壳体8靠外端的内侧,推杆10与推盘12之间预留有适当的距离,推杆10在转向节的带动下可以在推管9内部自由做轴向往复运动,此时随动转向车桥的转向功能开启。当由通气管接头13向转向锁止气缸内充入压缩空气并保持气压稳定时,推盘12在气压的作用下克服回位弹簧11的弹簧力快速往缸座7方向运动,运动一段距离以后推盘12和推杆10贴合,带动推杆10一同往缸座7方向运动,推杆10带动随动转向车桥的转向节转动,直到推盘12被缸座7的一端限制其位移,此时推杆10仍紧密贴合在推盘12上,无法再自由作轴向往复运动,而转向节是刚性连接在推杆10上的,此时转向节被推杆10固定住无法再转动,即随动转向车桥的转向功能被锁止。
本发明采用大中型客车标配的气压制动系统的压缩空气来驱动实现转向锁止功能,整车无需再布置一套液压系统,成本低廉,节省底盘空间,清洁环保,消除液压油泄漏污染环境的隐患。推盘与推杆之间有适当的间距以保证转向节的自由转向,间距由随动转向车桥的最大转向角计算确定。本转向锁止气缸构思巧妙,结构简单可靠,安装调整方便快捷,易于大规模生产使用。

1.一种转向锁止气缸,其特征在于:包括有缸座(7)和套装于所述缸座(7)一端的外壳体(8),所述外壳体(8)内滑动连接有推盘(12),所述缸座(7)内活动穿装有与所述推盘(12)连接的推管(9),所述缸座(7)的另一端设有限位台阶,在所述限位台阶与所述推盘(12)之间装有套在所述推管(9)上的回位弹簧(11);所述推管(9)内通过定位块(15)装有推杆(10),所述定位块(15)与所述推管(9)之间留有间隙,所述推杆(10)一端与所述推盘(12)之间设有间距,另一端伸出所述缸座(7)装有接头(20);在所述外壳体(8)的外端装有通气管接头(13),所述缸座(7)上靠近所述限位台阶处装有通气塞(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述转向锁止气缸,其特征在于:在所述缸座(7)与所述接头(20)之间装有防尘罩(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述转向锁止气缸,其特征在于:所述防尘罩(2)沿轴向设有弹性折绉。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述转向锁止气缸,其特征在于:靠所述推盘(12)的外缘装有密封圈(14)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述转向锁止气缸,其特征在于:所述定位块(15)套装于所述推杆(10)上,在所述推杆(10)上位于所述定位块(15)的两端分别装有卡簧(17)。
