随着社会的发展,我国居民的营养与健康进行了专项调查。结果让人惊叹就是肉类与油脂过多,谷类消耗偏低,肥胖率上升3.97%,许多人明显伴有“三高”,而因为肥胖带来的各种病症越来越多,影响人体的健康,通过节食或服用消脂药物,达到减肥的效果,但是这样对身体造成影响更为严重。
肥胖已成为困扰发达 国家和发展中国家的一个重大社会问题。肥胖的根本原因是摄入的能 量超过了消耗的能量,因此,减肥的根本途径或者是减少能量的摄入, 或者是增加能量的消耗。人们常常进行大运动量的体育锻炼或者节食 等方式来进行减肥,但是往往并不能取得令人满意的效果。
“代餐”,顾名思议是指:全部或部分地替代正餐。“代餐减肥” 是目前风行国际的减肥新方式,其既能取得显著的减肥效果,又能保持人体营养的均衡。自面世以来,得到众多减肥瘦身人士的喜爱和欢迎。代餐减肥通过调整膳食结构中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳 食纤维、维生素、矿物质和微量元素的摄入,保证在减肥过程中,不饥饿、不乏力、不腹泻、不反弹、不改变饮食习惯,符合世界卫生组织推荐的健康减肥理念,最重要的是不会对身体造成任何损害,可以说代餐食品是真正意义上的绿色减肥食品。
目前市场上的减肥代餐食品有营养代餐饼干,营养棒,营养粉,营养糊等,其虽然能够起到代餐的作用,但是其味道单一,口感不佳,使消费者不能坚持食用,影响减肥效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种体重管理代餐食品及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种体重管理代餐食品,包括以下按照重量份数计的原材料:中链甘油三酯粉25-35份,共轭亚油酸粉8-15份,植物甾醇酯粉0.05-0.2份,亚麻籽油粉8-11份,辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠7-12份,异麦芽酮糖粉15-25份,大豆分离蛋白粉15-20份,抗坏血酸钠0.07-0.3份,磷脂1-5份。
所述大豆分离蛋白粉是以非转基因大豆作为原材料制备得到。
所述食品包括以下按照重量份数计的原材料:中链甘油三酯粉30份,共轭亚油酸粉10份,植物甾醇酯粉0.1份,亚麻籽油粉9.8份,辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠10份,异麦芽酮糖粉20份,大豆分离蛋白粉17份,抗坏血酸钠0.1份,磷脂3份。
一种体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照设定的比例,将中链甘油三酯粉、共轭亚油酸粉、植物甾醇酯粉、亚麻籽油粉、辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠、异麦芽酮糖粉、大豆分离蛋白粉、抗坏血酸钠和磷脂置于混合机中混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物料;
将混合物料进行干燥处理,得到干燥物料;
压制成型,得到所预定样式的代餐食品,包装,完成制备。
所述混合机的转速为60-80r/min,混合时间为10-20分钟。
所述对混合后的混合物料进行干燥时,在50-70℃的温度条件下,保温干燥5-7小时。
所述混合物料还进行过滤筛选,过90目筛, 过筛3次。
所述干燥物料在压制成型后,还置于杀菌机中杀菌处理。
本发明通过长期替代主食服用,达到减少热量输入,增强体内代谢,达到瘦身效果。
具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
一种体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照设定的比例,将中链甘油三酯粉25份,共轭亚油酸粉8份,植物甾醇酯粉0.05份,亚麻籽油粉8份,辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠7份,异麦芽酮糖粉15份,大豆分离蛋白粉15份,抗坏血酸钠0.07份,磷脂1份,一起置于混合机中混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物料。
将混合物料进行干燥处理,得到干燥物料。
压制成型,得到所预定样式的代餐食品,包装,完成制备。比如可压制为片状食品,或者块状,或者其他形状。
所述混合机的转速为60r/min,混合时间为10分钟。
所述对混合后的混合物料进行干燥时,在50℃的温度条件下,保温干燥5小时,通过中低温的干燥,不会破坏物料的营养成分。

实施例三
一种体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照设定的比例,将中链甘油三酯粉30份,共轭亚油酸粉10份,植物甾醇酯粉0.1份,亚麻籽油粉9.8份,辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠10份,异麦芽酮糖粉20份,大豆分离蛋白粉17份,抗坏血酸钠0.1份,磷脂3份,一起置于混合机中混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物料。
将混合物料进行干燥处理,得到干燥物料。

对于各种原材料,通过相互匹配组合,从而产生了能够替代主食食用,既保证饱食感,又有效控制了肥胖的问题。
对于各原材料,分别具有以下特性。
中链甘油三酯粉:
中链甘油三酯作为食物,能改善耐力,促进脂肪的减少,增加代谢的速度,保持肌肉的质量。中链甘油三酯在体内的活动类似碳水化合物,但有更明显的饱腹感。
共轭亚油酸粉:
共轭亚油酸是一种抗氧化剂,它是两个最基本的脂肪酸(亚油酸和亚麻酸)亚油酸的异构体, 存在于蔬菜产品、肉食品和乳制品中,作为营养补充剂的共轭亚油酸能从红花油中提取出来。具有构建肌肉、降低脂肪、诱发生热作用、对抗癌症等作用。
植物甾醇酯粉:
能够改善血脂异常,通过增加该原材料,使得代餐食品具有更有效的饮食效果。
亚麻籽油粉:
增加肠蠕动作用,亚麻籽补充剂可以改善健康成人的肠孺动、稍稍降低LDL胆固醇,并提高血中的多元不饱和脂肪酸。
降低胆固醇作用,降低血中总胆固醇与LDL胆固醇。
亚麻籽其中一个成分是α-亚麻油酸。必需脂肪酸对身体的复原及类风湿性关节炎、牛皮癣和糖尿病等疾病相关发炎现象的舒缓非常重要。研究显示亚麻籽会促进我们的免疫系统,抑制原发炎性化合物(Pro-inflammatory compounds)的制造。
辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠:作为一种辅料补充。
异麦芽酮糖粉:提供益生元,有效改善肠道便秘。
大豆分离蛋白粉:提供蛋白质来源。
抗坏血酸钠:
作食品营养强化剂,抗氧化剂。
磷脂:
磷脂,是含有磷脂根的类脂化合物,是生命基础物质。而细胞膜就由4 0%左右蛋白质和50%左右的脂质(磷脂为主)构成。它是由卵磷脂,肌醇磷脂,脑磷脂等组成。这些磷脂分别对人体的各部位和各器官起着相应的功能。磷脂对活化细胞,维持新陈代谢,基础代谢及荷尔蒙的均衡分泌,增强人体的免疫力和再生力,都能发挥重大的作用。另外,磷脂还具有促进脂肪代谢,防止脂肪肝,降低血清胆固醇、改善血液循环、预防心血管疾病的作用。
因此,通过以上各材料的组合,制备得到的代餐食品,在满足人的正常食用的基础上,又具有人体所需要的各项营养,能够良好的控制人的体重,达到瘦身效果。
需要说明的是,以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,但是凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种体重管理代餐食品,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量份数计的原材料:
中链甘油三酯粉25-35份,共轭亚油酸粉8-15份,植物甾醇酯粉0.05-0.2份,亚麻籽油粉8-11份,辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠7-12份,异麦芽酮糖粉15-25份,大豆分离蛋白粉15-20份,抗坏血酸钠0.07-0.3份,磷脂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的体重管理代餐食品,其特征在于,所述大豆分离蛋白粉是以非转基因大豆作为原材料制备得到。
3.根据权利要求2所述的体重管理代餐食品,其特征在于,所述食品包括以下按照重量份数计的原材料:
中链甘油三酯粉30份,共轭亚油酸粉10份,植物甾醇酯粉0.1份,亚麻籽油粉9.8份,辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠10份,异麦芽酮糖粉20份,大豆分离蛋白粉17份,抗坏血酸钠0.1份,磷脂3份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按照设定的比例,将中链甘油三酯粉、共轭亚油酸粉、植物甾醇酯粉、亚麻籽油粉、辛烯基琥珀淀粉钠、异麦芽酮糖粉、大豆分离蛋白粉、抗坏血酸钠和磷脂置于混合机中混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物料;
将混合物料进行干燥处理,得到干燥物料;
压制成型,得到所预定样式的代餐食品,包装,完成制备。
5.根据权利要求5所述的体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合机的转速为60-80r/min,混合时间为10-20分钟。
6.根据权利要求6所述的体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述对混合后的混合物料进行干燥时,在50-70℃的温度条件下,保温干燥5-7小时。
7.根据权利要求7所述的体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合物料还进行过滤筛选,过90目筛, 过筛3次。
8.根据权利要求8所述的体重管理代餐食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥物料在压制成型后,还置于杀菌机中杀菌处理。
