Abstract

本发明提供了一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂及其制备方法,首先将聚乙二醇、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和催化剂加入反应釜中,于275℃搅拌反应5h;反应结束后开冷却水降温,当体系温度降至220~230℃时,向反应釜内加入亲水性硅油,保温搅拌1h后,冷却凝固,即得目标多功能整理剂。本发明方法操作简单,采用本发明方法制得的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂亲水性好,耐洗度高,而且还具有蓬松度,滑度和柔软度,并具有非常好的抗静电功能。

一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染整助剂技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
吸湿排汗整理剂,是指使用特殊助剂对织物进行功能性整理,从而使织物同时兼具吸水、透湿、快干的特性。吸湿排汗整理剂一般都应用在涤纶或涤棉混纺织物上,所使用的吸湿排汗整理剂主要是一种以水分散性聚酯为主组分的复配物。由于其分子结构中有与涤纶分子结构相同的苯环,在高温作用下,分子链段被锚牢在涤纶的表面,使涤纶由原来的疏水性表面变成耐久的亲水性表面,但由于涤纶组分本身的拒水性质并未被改变,所以其吸收的水分又可以很快地散发到大气中。目前市面上的吸湿排汗整理剂主要存在处理后织物手感差,耐洗度不好等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂及其制备方法,其目的是为了操作简单的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂制备方法,制备出耐洗度好,且具有优异异的蓬松度,滑度、柔软度和抗静电功能的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的实施例提供了一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯用烘箱烘干;
步骤2:将步骤1烘干的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚乙二醇及催化剂加入反应釜中,充入氮气,并进行加热;
步骤3:待反应釜中物料温度达到150℃时打开搅拌机进行搅拌,继续加热,当物料温度达到275℃时抽真空,然后进行恒温反应;
步骤4:反应结束后进行冷却,使温度降至220~230℃,然后向反应釜内加入亲水硅油,保温搅拌1h;
步骤5:搅拌完成后进行降温出料,经冷却凝固后,加工得到多功能吸湿排汗整理剂。
优选地,所述步骤1中,烘干温度为103℃,烘干时间为2h。
优选地,所述步骤1中,充入氮气至反应釜中压力为0.1Mpa。
优选地,所述加热方式为油浴加热。
优选地,所述步骤3中,抽真空至-0.1Mpa,反应时间为5h。
优选地,所述催化剂为乙酸锌。所述催化剂占聚乙二醇和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯总质量的0.04~0.08%。
优选地,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:聚乙二醇:亲水硅油的质量比为40~45:140~150:15~20。
优选地,出料温度为160~180℃。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂,所述多功能吸湿排汗整理剂由上述方法制备得到,
优选地,所述多功能吸湿排汗整理剂为粒径1~2cm的颗粒。
本发明的上述方案有如下的有益效果:本发明相对于传统的多功能整理剂,处理过后的织物具有优异的吸水、透湿、快干性能,亲水性和耐洗度都大大提高,可耐洗30次以上;同时还具有优异的蓬松度,滑度和柔软度,并具有非常好的抗静电功能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
实施例1
一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在103℃下烘干2h;
步骤2:将步骤1烘干的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚乙二醇及催化剂加入反应釜中,充入氮气至0.1Mpa,并进行油浴加热;
其中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:聚乙二醇的质量比为40~45:140~150
催化剂为乙酸锌。所述催化剂占聚乙二醇和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯总质量的0.04~0.08%。
步骤3:待反应釜中物料温度达到150℃时打开搅拌机进行搅拌,继续加热,当物料温度达到275℃时抽真空至-0.1Mpa,然后恒温反应5h;
步骤4:反应结束后进行冷却,使温度降至220~230℃,然后向反应釜内加入亲水硅油,保温搅拌1h;
其中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:聚乙二醇:亲水硅油的质量比为40~45:140~150:15~20。
步骤5:搅拌完成后进行降温,湿度降至160~180℃时出料,经冷却凝固后,加工得到粒径为1~2cm的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂颗粒。
亲水性测试
将本发明实施例得到的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂稀释至5g/L,取10~15g涤纶织布进行二浸二轧,压力为0.12MPa,测试带液率为55%,然后70℃下预烘干5min,在180℃下定型1min,常温常压下放置1小时后测试测试亲水性,结果见表1.
手感测试
亲水性测试完成后进行手感测试,分别进行滑度,柔软度和蓬松度测试,结果见表1.
耐洗性测试
使用设备洗涤脱水烘干一体洗衣机,加入8L水,加入19g洗衣粉,将上述测试过亲水性的涤纶织物在40℃下洗涤40min,脱水后在80℃烘干40min,常温下放置1小时后测试亲水性。
抗静电性能测试
使用芬兰ARMEKA公司AE-770静电测试仪测试。静电测试是通过给定的高压电场,对被测定样定时放电,使试样感应静电,一般织物表面电压小于100V为优良的抗静电效果。电压越低,抗静电效果越好;电压越高,抗静电效果越差。抗静电测试结果表明,本发明的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂抗静电堆积效果优异。
对比例1
采用市面上江苏海云花新材料有限公司、张家港市德宝化工有限公司,德国鲁道夫(RUDOLF CHEMIE)集团公同的吸湿排汗整理剂作为对比样,采用实施例中的测试方法分别测试其亲水性、手感和耐洗性,测试结果见表1.

备注:手感测试对比,A+表示非常好;A表示很好;B表示好;C表示一般;D表示差。
从表1实验结果数据对比可知,使用本发明多功能吸湿排汗整理剂处理的织物,其亲水性,耐洗性和手感都优于使用目前市面上畅销的海云花,德宝和鲁道夫的吸湿排汗整理剂的织物。
织物的透气性跟织物的面料,织法,亲水性有直接的关系,印染厂对织物的透气性主要是通过亲水性好坏判定,亲水性越好,表示其透气越好。
通过长期的耐洗性测试,原布也带有亲水性了,这是因为长期的洗涤,对面料的结构也发生变化,增加了亲水性;同时残留的表面活性剂也增加了面料的亲水性,使用本发明多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的织物在洗涤10次后仍具有非常好的亲水性,且亲水性优于使用其它三种吸湿排汗整理剂的织物。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯用烘箱烘干;
步骤2:将步骤1烘干的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚乙二醇及催化剂加入反应釜中,充入氮气,并进行加热;
步骤3:待反应釜中物料温度达到150℃时打开搅拌机进行搅拌,继续加热,当物料温度达到275℃时抽真空,然后进行恒温反应;
步骤4:反应结束后进行冷却,使温度降至220~230℃,然后向反应釜内加入亲水硅油,保温搅拌1h;
步骤5:搅拌完成后进行降温出料,经冷却凝固后,加工得到多功能吸湿排汗整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,烘干温度为103℃,烘干时间为2h。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,充入氮气至反应釜中压力为0.1Mpa。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热方式为油浴加热。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中,抽真空至-0.1Mpa,反应时间为5h。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为乙酸锌,所述催化剂占聚乙二醇和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯总质量的0.04~0.08%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯:聚乙二醇:亲水硅油的质量比为40~45:140~150:15~20。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,出料温度为160~180℃。
9.一种多功能吸湿排汗整理剂,其特征在于,所述多功能吸湿排汗整理剂由权利要求1~8任一项所述的制备方法制备得到。
10.根据权利要求9所述的多功能吸湿排汗整理剂,其特征在于,多功能吸湿排汗整理剂为粒径1~2cm的颗粒。
