本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,具体地说是一种协助散热的新能源充电桩。
背景技术
新能源汽车的飞速发展让各地城市都在增加新能源汽车充电桩。新能源汽车较多为电池蓄电,充电桩在进行充电工作时容易产生较大的热量,不及时的散热容易导致车辆起火造成过量的影响。而且现有的充电桩本身也没有很好的一个散热功能,长期不使用导致积累的灰尘杂物都会影响装置的工作进行。
发明内容
针对上述技术的不足,本发明提出了一种协助散热的新能源充电桩,能够克服上述缺陷。

有益效果为:本装置结构简单,操作方便,通过充电枪的移动使连接板和齿条移动,齿条移动带动传动腔活动,电机可带动警示灯工作,而连接板可带动压杆活动打开通风口,同时带动风扇伸出,保证充电模块的散热同时,减少汽车工作产生的热量。

有益效果:本装置结构简单,操作方便,通过充电枪的移动使连接板和齿条移动,齿条移动带动传动腔活动,电机可带动警示灯工作,而连接板可带动压杆活动打开通风口,同时带动风扇伸出,保证充电模块的散热同时,减少汽车工作产生的热量。

1.一种协助散热的新能源充电桩,包括机身,所述机身内设有开口向右的收线腔,其特征在于:所述收线腔底壁上转动安装有螺杆轴,所述螺杆轴上螺纹连接有套筒,所述套筒外侧壁转动连接有连接板,所述连接板固定连接有缆线,所述缆线绕过所述螺杆轴伸出所述收线腔,所述缆线于所述机身外固定连接有充电枪,所述充电枪滑动配合所述机身,所述机身于所述充电枪左侧设有开口向右的转槽,所述转槽上下壁转动安装有向上延伸的衔接轴,所述衔接轴上固定安装有传动齿轮,所述转槽后侧壁滑动安装有齿条,所述齿条和所述传动齿轮啮合连接,所述齿条通过弹簧连接所述转槽左侧壁,所述收线腔上侧设有电机腔,所述电机腔顶壁上固定安装有电机,所述螺杆轴向上延伸贯穿并转动连接所述电机腔,所述螺杆轴于所述电机腔内固定连接有下锥齿轮,所述电机腔内设有传动装置,所述机身顶壁设有开口向上的收纳槽,所述收纳槽内壁滑动安装有限位板,所述限位板上固定安装有警示灯,所述机身于所述收线腔下侧设有散热腔,所述散热腔右侧壁上固定安装有充电模组,所述散热腔内设有衔接活动装置,所述机身底壁上设有开口向上的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有散热装置;
所述传动装置包括转动安装于所述电机腔左右侧壁上的传动轴,所述衔接轴向上延伸贯穿并转动连接所述电机腔,所述衔接轴和所述传动轴通过锥齿轮传动连接,所述传动轴上固定安装有升降齿轮,所述收纳槽和所述电机腔之间的壁体滑动安装有上下延伸的限位齿条,所述限位齿条滑动配合所述限位板,所述限位齿条和所述升降齿轮啮合连接,所述传动轴上螺纹连接有活动块,所述活动块滑动配合所述电机腔前后壁,所述活动块上转动安装有衔接锥齿轮,所述电机上动力连接有电机轴,所述电机轴上固定安装有主动轮和上锥齿轮,所述衔接锥齿轮可与所述上锥齿轮、所述下锥齿轮啮合连接;
所述传动装置还包括转动安装于所述电机腔和所述收纳槽之间的壁体且上下延伸的螺杆,所述螺杆于所述收纳槽和所述限位板螺纹连接,所述电机腔顶壁上转动安装有圆筒,所述圆筒上固定安装有与所述主动轮啮合的衔接轮,所述衔接轮上设有上下贯穿的卡槽,所述螺杆穿过所述卡槽花键连接有花键套筒,所述花键套筒外壁上转动连接有升降块,所述升降块上设有斜槽,所述斜槽滑动安装有导向杆,所述活动块上固定安装有连接杆,所述连接杆和所述导向杆固定连接 ;
所述散热装置包括固定安装于所述凹槽后侧壁上的固定杆,所述机身于所述凹槽左侧设有齿轮腔,所述齿轮腔后侧壁上转动安装有转轴,所述转轴上固定安装有回转齿轮和链轮,所述凹槽和所述齿轮腔之间的壁体滑动安装有左右延伸的连接齿条,所述连接齿条和所述回转齿轮啮合连接,所述连接齿条于所述凹槽内转动连接有摇杆,所述摇杆下侧壁固定安装有风扇,所述摇杆上设有连接槽,所述固定杆穿过并滑动配合所述连接槽,所述凹槽左侧壁设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动安装有隔板,所述隔板通过弹簧连接所述滑槽左侧壁,所述隔板上固定安装有锁链,所述锁链伸入所述齿轮腔缠绕固定于所述链轮,所述齿轮腔和所述散热腔之间转动安装有左右延伸的过渡轴,所述过渡轴和所述转轴通过锥齿轮传动连接;
所述衔接活动装置包括于所述散热腔内固定固定安装于所述过渡轴上的齿轮,所述散热腔后侧壁上滑动安装有压杆齿条,所述压杆齿条和所述齿轮啮合连接,所述压杆齿条通过弹簧连接所述散热腔底壁,所述散热腔和所述收线腔之间的壁体设有限位槽,所述限位槽内滑动安装有上下延伸的压杆,所述压杆于所述限位槽内固定连接有滑块,所述滑块通过复位弹簧连接所述限位槽底壁,所述压杆上侧伸入所述收线腔可与所述连接板配合,所述压杆下侧伸入所述散热腔内转动连接有连接摇杆,所述散热腔左侧壁设有贯穿所述机身的通风口,所述通风口内固定安装有滤网,所述散热腔左侧壁转动安装有密封所述通风口的转板,所述转板和所述连接摇杆转动连接。
