Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock and poultry breeding, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine extract for preventing and treating porcine epidemic diarrhea and a preparation method thereof.
(II) background of the invention
Influenced by factors such as 'pig cycle' descending, impact of African swine fever epidemic situation, improper feeding and limited breeding in some places and the like, the yield of the pigs living in the whole country in 2019 is reduced more, and the price of the pigs greatly rises. According to the data of the national statistical bureau, the number of stored pigs in 2019 is 31041 ten thousand, which is reduced by 27.5% compared with the number of stored pigs in the last year, and the number of discharged pigs in all years is 54419 ten thousand, which is reduced by 21.6% compared with the number of stored pigs in the last year.
The pathogenic Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV) belongs to the genus of coronavirus of the family Coronaviridae, and belongs to the same genus as the currently epidemic new coronavirus. PEDV can infect pig bodies through the digestive tract, respiratory tract and muscle inoculation ways, the digestive tract transmission (through feces-mouth) is the main but not the only transmission way of PED (porcine epidemic diarrhea), the PEDV can also be replicated in the respiratory tract, and the PEDV can infect susceptible swinery after being discharged outside through respiratory tract secretion; a common clinical transmission route is fecal transmission, and PEDV can cause diseases of susceptible pigs through mechanical carrying of people, vehicles, mice and the like.
PEDV can infect pigs of any age, but infected pigs of different ages have different severity of disease. In fact, the morbidity of sows infected with PEDV is usually 15%, the morbidity of piglets reaches 80% -90%, the influence on suckling piglets is the most serious, the mortality of piglets suckled with PED reaches 80%, and the morbidity and mortality of newborn piglets reach 100%.
Because of the death of a large number of piglets, the PEDV infection causes the slaughtering rate of the live pigs to be reduced, the pork supply is insufficient and the price is unstable, the reduction of the pork yield can be between 3 and 11 percent, and a series of food safety problems are caused.

Preferably, in the step (5), the paste fluid with the fineness of 150-.
Porcine epidemic diarrhea is a common disease in pig farms, where pathogens coexist with pigs for a long time. The sow belongs to a non-pathogenic state with toxin during pregnancy, the immunity of the sow is reduced before and after parturition, the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus is accelerated to proliferate, and the content of the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus in blood is improved. After delivery, the virus is infected with milk sucked by piglets. The newborn piglets are weak in constitution, the toxic milk is the only food source, and the diarrhea cannot be effectively treated after the occurrence of the diarrhea, so that the high mortality rate is caused.
The traditional Chinese medicine extracts are added with pollen, selenium yeast and the like during the extraction process of effective medicinal components, so that active beneficial flora exists in the final traditional Chinese medicine extract, the activity of the flora in the pig intestinal tract is spontaneously adjusted, the activity of the beneficial flora is improved, the intestinal environment is adjusted to prevent the harmful flora from living, and the porcine epidemic diarrhea is quickly cured.
The feed additive has the advantages of easily available raw materials and simple preparation process, effectively improves the intestinal environment of pigs, improves the activity of beneficial flora, further improves the immunity of sows, enables the sows to generate effective antibodies, effectively protects newborn piglets, cures porcine epidemic diarrhea, and is suitable for wide popularization and application.
