In the present invention, the solvent is preferably any two or more of water, ethanol and blend oil. Wherein the water is preferably purified water; the ethanol is preferably 30-70% ethanol, more preferably 40-50% ethanol, and still more preferably 45% ethanol. The blend oil preferably comprises, by volume, 25-35% of rape oil, 25-35% of peanut oil, 25-35% of palm oil and 5-15% of sesame oil, more preferably 27-32% of rape oil, 27-33% of peanut oil, 28-32% of palm oil and 8-11% of sesame oil, and even more preferably 30% of rape oil, 30% of peanut oil, 30% of palm oil and 10% of sesame oil. The traditional Chinese veterinary medicine disclosed by the invention can separate out the medicinal effective components which are difficult to dissolve in water and are easy to dissolve in alcohol and oil in the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine through leaching of the ethanol and the blend oil, so that the availability of the medicinal effective components is improved, the alcohol has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and promoting medicine absorption, the oil extract is mixed with the feed, the palatability of the feed can be improved, the absorption of the oil-soluble components of the feed is promoted, the contents of linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the feed can be supplemented, the content of high-density lipoprotein of the elevator body is increased, and the resistance is enhanced.
In the invention, when the solvent is preferably water and ethanol, the dosage volume ratio is 1:1, a step of; when the solvent is preferably water, ethanol and blend oil, the dosage volume ratio is 1:1:1.

The traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are preferably dried until the moisture content is lower than 10%.
In the invention, the drying is followed by crushing treatment, and the crushing is preferably performed by a micronizer; the crushing further comprises a step of sieving, wherein the mesh number of the sieve is preferably 180-250 mesh, more preferably 190-220 mesh, and even more preferably 200 mesh. Sieving, and collecting undersize to obtain compound medicinal powder for use.
In the present invention, the obtained compound powder is leached by the solvent at a temperature of preferably 20 to 40 ℃, more preferably 25 to 35 ℃, still more preferably 30 ℃. In the invention, when the solvent is preferably water and ethanol, the specific extraction process is that the compound medicine powder is sequentially extracted by water and ethanol solvent to obtain water extract, ethanol extract and ethanol solvent extraction residue, and the water extract and the ethanol extract are mixed to obtain the water-ethanol extract of the veterinary medicine.

The invention also provides application of the compound agent for improving the immune globulin and the superoxide dismutase in preparing feed additives, when the compound agent is a Chinese veterinary medicine hydroalcoholic extract, the preferable volume ratio is 1: (30-70) and water, further preferably 1: (50-60), still more preferably 1:55; meanwhile, the mass ratio of the ethanol solution leaching residue to the basic ration is 0.5: (30-60) times of the total amount of the components, and further preferably 0.5: (45-55), still more preferably 0.5:50.
in the invention, when the compound prescription is a Chinese veterinary medicine oil immersion liquid, the preferable weight ratio is (0.8-2.0): 50 is used in combination with a basic ration, and further preferably (1 to 1.5): 50, and more preferably 1.3:50, the Chinese veterinary medicine oil immersion liquid is preferably uniformly sprayed on basic ration for use. Meanwhile, the volume ratio of the water-alcohol immersion liquid is 1: (30-70) and water, further preferably 1: (50-60), still more preferably 1:55; meanwhile, the mass ratio of the oil solvent leaching residue to the basic ration is 0.5: (30-60) times of the total amount of the components, and further preferably 0.5: (45-55), still more preferably 0.5:50.

Example 1
A compound preparation for improving immunoglobulin and superoxide dismutase comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Weighing 50g of semen cuscutae, 50g of radix pseudostellariae, 45g of glossy privet fruit, 45g of curculigo rhizome, 35g of shizandra berry, 35g of fenugreek seed, 30g of cherokee rose fruit, 30g of radix cynomorium songaricum, 30g of burdock root, 30g of radix adenophorae, 30g of coptis chinensis and 30g of fritillaria cirrhosa, drying in a drying oven at 50 ℃ for 7h, crushing until the moisture content is lower than 10%, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, and collecting the sieved substance to obtain compound medicinal powder;
(2) Respectively weighing 1500ml of purified water and 1500ml of 45% ethanol, and filling into a plastic bottle for standby;
(3) The obtained compound medicine powder is leached for 24 hours at the temperature of 30 ℃ with purified water to obtain water extract, then leached for 48 hours at the temperature of 30 ℃ with 45% ethanol to obtain ethanol extract, ethanol solvent leaching residues are separated, and then the water extract and the ethanol extract are mixed to obtain Chinese veterinary medicine aqueous ethanol leaching solution, namely the compound prescription.
The water-alcohol infusion of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine is required to be prepared according to the volume ratio of 1:55 is mixed with water for drinking for 4 months, and meanwhile, the obtained ethanol solvent leaching slag is prepared according to the mass ratio of 0.5:50 is mixed with basic ration for direct feeding for 4 months.
Example 2

(3) The obtained compound medicine powder is leached for 24 hours at the temperature of 30 ℃ with purified water to obtain water extract, then leached for 48 hours at the temperature of 30 ℃ with 45% ethanol to obtain ethanol extract, ethanol solvent leaching residues are separated, and then the water extract and the ethanol extract are mixed to obtain Chinese veterinary medicine aqueous ethanol leaching solution, namely the compound prescription.

(3) Sequentially extracting the obtained compound medicinal powder with purified water at 30deg.C for 24 hr to obtain water extract, extracting with 45% ethanol at 30deg.C for 48 hr to obtain ethanol extract, separating ethanol solvent extract residue, mixing the water extract and ethanol extract to obtain veterinary medicinal ethanol extract, extracting the separated ethanol solvent extract residue with blend oil at 30deg.C for 48 hr, separating oil solvent extract residue, and collecting the veterinary medicinal oil extract to obtain compound preparation.
The water-alcohol infusion of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine is required to be prepared according to the volume ratio of 1:55 is mixed with water for drinking for 4 months, and meanwhile, the oil immersed liquid of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine is prepared according to the mass ratio of 1.3:50 is mixed with basic ration for direct feeding for 4 months, and the obtained oil solvent leaching residue is also mixed with the basic ration according to the mass ratio of 0.5:50 is mixed with basic ration for direct feeding for 4 months.
Example 4
A compound preparation for improving immunoglobulin and superoxide dismutase comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) Weighing 50g of semen cuscutae, 40g of radix pseudostellariae, 35g of glossy privet fruit, 50g of curculigo rhizome, 30g of shizandra berry, 40g of fenugreek seed, 35g of cherokee rose fruit, 30g of radix cynomorium songaricum, 30g of burdock root, 30g of radix adenophorae, 30g of coptis chinensis and 30g of fritillaria cirrhosa, drying in a drying oven at 50 ℃ for 6 hours, crushing until the moisture content is lower than 10%, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, and collecting the sieved substance to obtain compound medicinal powder;

(3) Sequentially extracting the obtained compound medicinal powder with purified water at 30deg.C for 24 hr to obtain water extract, extracting with 45% ethanol at 30deg.C for 48 hr to obtain ethanol extract, separating ethanol solvent extract residue, mixing the water extract and ethanol extract to obtain veterinary medicinal ethanol extract, extracting the separated ethanol solvent extract residue with blend oil at 30deg.C for 48 hr, separating oil solvent extract residue, and collecting the veterinary medicinal oil extract to obtain compound preparation.
The water-alcohol infusion of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine is required to be prepared according to the volume ratio of 1:55 is mixed with water for drinking for 3 months, and meanwhile, the Chinese veterinary medicine oil immersed liquid is prepared according to the mass ratio of 1:50 is mixed with basic ration for direct feeding for 3 months, and the obtained oil solvent leaching residue is also mixed with the basic ration according to the mass ratio of 0.5:50 is mixed with basic ration for direct feeding for 3 months.
Example 5
The test application of 2021 in 5-10 months in a standard laying hen field is that 500 feathers of 1 month old laying hens are randomly divided into 7 groups, a control group and six test groups, the test period is 4 months, and the sampling detection results are shown in table 1.

The test results shown in Table 2 indicate that the effects of the formulations 1 and 2 on the 3 immunoglobulin indexes and the 1 antioxidant enzyme index are not obvious, and compared with the veterinary drug compound formulation of the invention, the effects are obviously different.
Example 7
The immune organs thymus and spleen of the layers after the experiments of example 5 and example 6 were tested, and the test results are shown in table 3.

The data in Table 3 show that the spleen index of the examples 1-4 is obviously higher than that of the control group and the formulas 1-2, the spleen index is high, the spleen function is mature and perfect, the differentiation and maturation rate of T and B lymphocyte is high, and the T and B lymphocyte has the regulation and promotion effects on cell immunity and humoral immunity, so the veterinary drug compound formula has more obvious regulation effects on cell immunity and humoral immunity; it also shows that the thymus index of examples 1-4 is also higher than that of the control and formulas 1-2, but the improvement ratio is not significant and the difference is not significant.
According to the embodiment, the technical scheme of the invention provides a compound preparation for improving chicken immunoglobulin and superoxide dismutase, which mainly has the effects of warming kidney and tonifying yang, nourishing yin and suppressing yang, tonifying qi and promoting production of body fluid, combines modern pharmacological research achievements, enhances the oxidation resistance and immune response capacity of an organism by regulating the endocrine system and immune system functions of the organism, and solves the problems of chicken immune paralysis, oxidation injury, production fatigue syndrome, poultry health care under the feed end forbidden and anti-background in the current large-scale cultivation environment. The embodiment also shows that the compound prescription of the invention can obviously improve lgG, lgA, C b3 immunoglobulin indexes and Sod antioxidant enzyme indexes, improve immune organ indexes, has obvious regulation effects on cellular immunity and humoral immunity, can comprehensively strengthen the body resistance, and provides health care support for realizing modern livestock and poultry cultivation.

the solvent is water and ethanol or water, ethanol and blend oil;
the blend oil comprises, by volume, 25-35% of vegetable oil, 25-35% of peanut oil, 25-35% of palm oil and 5-15% of sesame oil;
the preparation method of the compound prescription comprises the following steps:
(1) Drying and pulverizing the Chinese medicinal materials in the compound prescription to obtain compound medicinal powder;

the crushing step further comprises a sieving step, wherein the mesh number of the sieve is 180-250 meshes; the leaching time is 20-50h, and the leaching temperature is 20-40 ℃;
when the solvent is water and ethanol, sequentially leaching the compound medicinal powder by water and ethanol solvent to obtain water extract, ethanol extract and ethanol solvent leaching residue, and mixing the water extract and the ethanol extract to obtain Chinese veterinary medicine aqueous ethanol leaching solution;
when the solvent is water, ethanol and blend oil, the compound medicine powder is sequentially subjected to water and ethanol leaching to obtain a Chinese veterinary medicine water-ethanol leaching solution and ethanol solvent leaching residues, the ethanol solvent leaching residues are subjected to oil solvent leaching, the oil solvent leaching residues are separated, and the oil solvent leaching solution is collected to obtain the Chinese veterinary medicine oil leaching solution.

The use of the veterinary drug compound formulation for enhancing immunity by enhancing immunoglobulin and superoxide dismutase according to claim 1, wherein when the compound formulation is a veterinary drug hydroalcoholic extract, the volume ratio is 1: mixing (30-70) with water for drinking, and simultaneously, mixing the ethanol solution leaching residue with basic ration according to the mass ratio of 0.5: (30-60 times of the total weight of the components;
