Comparative examples 1 to 4 lipstick was prepared in the same manner as in examples 1 to 7.
To better illustrate the advantages of the present invention, the efficacy test of the high water content lipstick provided by the present invention is given below:
test 1: stability test
(1) Test samples: lipsticks prepared in examples 1-7, comparative examples 1-4.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the test samples are tested under seven conditions of high temperature of 48 ℃, high temperature of 45 ℃, low temperature of-5 ℃, low temperature of-15 ℃, normal temperature, D65 light source, high and low temperature circulation (24 h alternate circulation of high temperature of 48 ℃ and low temperature of-15 ℃) and the like, the testing period of illumination and high and low temperature circulation is 1 month, the testing period of the other conditions is 3 months, 5 samples under each testing condition are checked for stability condition every other week. The stability of each sample is considered from three dimensions of paste color, paste appearance shape, paste smeared on the back of the hand to observe the use performance and the like.
(3) And (3) testing results: tests show that the high-water-content lipstick prepared in examples 1-7 has no obvious change in color of the lipstick under the above test conditions, keeps complete appearance and shape of the lipstick (no bending, sweating, wax precipitation, bubbles and surface patterns), and has uniform color and good service performance after being coated without any abnormal phenomenon. The lipsticks prepared in comparative examples 1-4 have sweating and wax precipitation phenomena of different degrees under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature and high and low temperature circulation, and the paste body also has color change phenomena of different degrees under the conditions of high temperature, high and low temperature circulation and illumination, so that the color is not uniform after the lipstick is coated, which shows that the high-water-content lipsticks prepared by the invention have better stability. In daily life, the storage temperature of the lipstick is generally about 0-35 ℃, and the lipstick can rarely reach a high temperature of 48 ℃ and a low temperature of-15 ℃, so that after 3 months of test, the product stability is good, and the stability of 2-3 years in daily use can be ensured.
The phase B raw materials in the above examples are water-soluble components, wherein the water content in the lipsticks prepared in examples 4, 5 and 6 is respectively 17.5%, 22.5% and 27.5%, and the water content and other water-soluble functional components are respectively 22.5%, 27.5% and 32.5%, and the product can still maintain high stability with the gradual increase of the water content or the water-soluble component content, which indicates that when the emulsifier PEG-12 polydimethylsiloxane and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane are reasonably compounded, and the adhesive synthetic wax and the sunflower seed oil// hydrogenated vegetable oil are reasonably compounded, 27.5% of water or 32.5% of water-soluble components are added in the formula, and the stability requirement can also be met.
And (3) testing 2: moisture retention efficacy test
(1) Test samples: lipsticks prepared according to examples 1-7.
(2) The test method comprises selecting 35 volunteers of 20-45 years old as trial subjects, randomly dividing 35 volunteers into 7 groups (5 in each group), keeping the skin of the subject healthy, and drawing 5 × 5cm on the inner side of the forearm of the right hand of the subject2The inner side of the forearm is cleaned and wiped off before the test, and the test sample is fingered with a latex finger at (2.0+0.1) mg/cm2The application area of the volunteer was washed after 4h after a single application of the amount of (b). The moisture content of the skin before and after the application of the sample was measured respectively using a skin moisture content tester CorneometerCM825, and repeated 3 times respectively to obtain an average value, and then the moisture content increase rate was calculated. The test subjects were in a laboratory at 22 ℃ and 50% relative humidity before testingSit for 20 min. During the experiment, the subject was not able to apply any other cosmetic product at the experimental site. The results are shown in Table 4.

The results in table 4 show that the lipstick of the example can significantly increase the moisture content of the skin, and the increase rate of the moisture content of the skin can reach more than 43% after the lipstick is used for 4 hours, which indicates that the high-moisture lipstick prepared by the invention can immediately moisturize, is lighter and more moist when being used due to higher content of water-soluble components, and can effectively improve the problems of dryness, peeling, dullness, lines and the like of the lips by providing sufficient nutrient substances to the skin of the lips, thereby achieving the effect of deeply moisturizing and moistening the lips.
And (3) testing: evaluation of human feeling of use
(1) Test samples: lipsticks prepared in examples 5 and 7 and comparative examples 1 and 4.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 40 volunteers of 20-45 years old as trial objects, wherein 35 volunteers in the test (2) are selected and randomly divided into 4 groups (10 in each group), respectively using the test samples for a week, smearing the test samples for 2 times a day, then grading the ductility, smoothness, sticky feeling and color persistence of the samples, and averaging the grades.
(3) Evaluation criteria: scores of 9-10 are good, scores of 7-8 are good, scores of 5-6 are general, scores of 3-4 are poor, and scores of 1-2 are poor. The higher the sticky feel score, the thicker and more greasy the sample was applied to the lips; the higher the extensibility, smoothness, and color durability values, the higher the feel in use. The test results are shown in Table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5, the high-water content lipstick prepared by the invention has better ductility, smoothness and color persistence than the comparative example, and the lipstick prepared by the comparative example has thicker sticky feeling, which shows that the lipstick prepared by the invention is convenient to apply and use, is not greasy and thick, and has better use experience. Wherein the content of oil-soluble ingredients in example 7 is higher than that in example 5, but the human body of example 7 feels lighter and less greasy after trial, which shows that the sticky feeling after using the lipstick can be reduced when the synthetic wax of the adhesive and the sunflower seed oil// hydrogenated vegetable oil are reasonably compounded.

Claims (10)

1. A lipstick with high water content is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.8-4% of emulsifier, 5-12% of adhesive, 25-40% of emollient, 1.5-7% of humectant, 5-14% of anti-caking agent, 3-8% of thickener, 2.5-15% of colorant, 0.1-3% of film forming agent, 1-10% of suspending agent, 0.1-1% of antioxidant, 0.1-0.8% of preservative, 1.5-6% of isododecane and 1-27.5% of water;
the emulsifier is the combination of PEG-12 polydimethylsiloxane and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane; the binder is a combination of synthetic wax and sunflower seed oil// hydrogenated vegetable oil.
2. A high water content lipstick according to claim 1 wherein said emollient is any three or more of jojoba esters// tocopherol (vitamin E), hydrogenated polyisobutene, C9-12 alkanes// coco alcohol/caprylate/caprate, polyglycerin-2 triisostearate.
3. The lipstick having a high water content according to claim 1, wherein said humectant is any five or more selected from the group consisting of ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, water// bilberry fruit extract// sugar cane extract// sweet orange fruit extract// lemon fruit extract// maple sugar extract, glycerin// palmitoyl tripeptide-5// water, rose flower extract// water// dipropylene glycol, grape seed extract// butylene glycol// water, purslane extract// water// butylene glycol, water// hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans// phenoxyethanol.
4. A high water content lipstick according to claim 1 wherein said anticaking agent is a combination of any two or more of lauroyl lysine, HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone crosspolymer// silica, vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquioxane crosspolymer; the thickening agent is any one or combination of polyethylene, ethylene/propylene/styrene copolymer// butylene/ethylene/styrene copolymer// hydrogenated polyisobutene// butylated hydroxytoluene; the colorant is any two or a combination of CI15985, CI77891, and CI 77491.
5. A high water content lipstick according to claim 1 wherein said film former is any one or combination of trimethylsiloxysilicate and polypropylsilsesquioxane; the suspending agent is any one or combination of cyclopentadimethyl siloxane// disteardimonium hectorite// propylene carbonate, dimethyl silylated silica, disteardimonium hectorite, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate// stearamide hectorite// propylene carbonate.
6. A high water content lipstick according to claim 1 wherein said antioxidant is any one or combination of tocopheryl acetate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis/t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate), butylated hydroxytoluene; the preservative is any one or combination of phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
7. A high water content lipstick according to claim 1 wherein said PEG-12 dimethicone and PEG-10 dimethicone are present in a mass ratio of 2: 1.
8. A lipstick according to claim 1 characterised in that the mass ratio of synthetic wax to sunflower seed oil// hydrogenated vegetable oil is 3: 1.
9. A high moisture content lipstick according to claim 1 further comprising flavor 0.01-0.1%.
10. A high water content lipstick according to any one of claims 1-9 prepared mainly by the following method:
(1) accurately weighing emulsifier, binder, thickener, jojoba esters// tocopherol (vitamin E), C9-12 alkyl// coconut oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate, partially hydrogenated polyisobutene in emollient, ethylhexyl glycerin in humectant, film forming agent, suspending agent, antioxidant, and isododecane, adding into emulsifying pot, stirring, heating to 90-95 deg.C, dissolving completely to remove particles, cooling to 70-75 deg.C, and keeping the temperature;
(2) weighing the rest humectant, antiseptic, and water, adding into emulsifying pan, stirring, heating to 70-75 deg.C, dissolving completely, sealing, and keeping the temperature;
(3) accurately weighing the colorant, wetting with the rest emollient for 15min, grinding for 3-5 times until no particles exist, and putting into a charging basket for standby after passing inspection;
(4) adding the color paste and the anti-caking agent in the step (3) into the mixture in the step (1) in a heat preservation state for multiple times in a small amount, and maintaining the homogenization condition at 3000-5000rpm for 3-5min to ensure that the color paste is uniformly dispersed in the whole system;
(5) slowly pumping the mixture in the step (2) into the mixture in the step (4) in a heat preservation state, maintaining the homogenization condition at 3000-;
(6) and after the filling inspection is qualified, filtering the mixture out of the pot in a heat preservation state to obtain the finished product.
